JWoww hired a home improvement contractor to lay tiles at her Jersey mansion, but she kicked him out for being high as a kite ... this according to a new lawsuit.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... JWoww hired Anthony Dai to do some work on her home, but when he got to the job site she claims he was clearly under the influence. JWoww says the contractor was so impaired she asked him to leave when he finally showed up at 10 PM.
And, get this ... JWoww claims the contractor was so out of whack, he left behind his cell phone and wet saw.
In the suit, JWoww claims she gave the contractor a $1,250 check upfront and purchased the tiles herself, but she stopped payment on the check due to his failure to get the job done.
According to the docs, it was apparently too late -- the dude cashed it -- and the check cashing company sued her for the money.
The good news for JWoww ... the Ocean County Clerk tells TMZ the case has been settled.

Comedian Bob Zmuda Arrested for DUI Mugshot's No Joke!!!
-
Exclusive

Bob Zmuda -- one of Andy Kaufman's longtime collaborators -- got busted for a DUI this week ... and while it's no laughing matter, he seemed to crack a smile for his booking photo.
Online records show Zmuda was arrested this past Wednesday for misdemeanor DUI at around 12:45 AM while driving through South Lake Tahoe. He was taken to the El Dorado County Jail and posed for this quirky mug shot before being released on $5,000 bail.
It's unclear what exactly led up to Zmuda's arrest, but what is clear ... the dude definitely got hauled in by cops, and this ain't no hoax.
Only reason we mention that is because Bobby pushed a theory in a book he wrote back in 2014 that Andy had, in fact, faked his own death as the ultimate prank ... and that he'd supposedly reveal himself to the public again some 30 years afterward.
Of course, Kaufman did die -- he passed away from cancer in 1984, proven by his death certificate -- and has yet to return as predicted by Zmuda.
Zmuda was basically Kaufman's partner in crime back in the day, and often portrayed a character created by Kaufman named Tony Clifton, a bumbling lounge singer. Zmuda famously acted as Clifton on an episode of 'Letterman,' and supposedly fooled the host into believing it was actually Kaufman. Per Zmuda, DL only found out the truth years later.
Paul Giamatti played Zmuda in the 1999 flick "Man on the Moon," with Jim Carrey taking the lead role as Kaufman.

Felicity Huffman Jumpsuit Stylin' During Family Visit
-
Exclusive
- 14.5K shares
Felicity Huffman is knee-deep into her prison sentence -- and of course, she's got some new duds for the brief stint ... a jumpsuit, which was on full display for a family visit.
The "Desperate Housewives" actor was spotted Saturday at FCI Dublin in Northern California, where she's currently serving her 14-day sentence ... which will actually only amount to 13 days total when she's released next Sunday ... just in time for Halloween.
As you can see, Felicity's wearing what inmates rock behind bars -- a prison uniform -- but funny enough ... it looks nothing like the ones ya might normally see on TV.
The jumpsuit is dark green, and it looks like Felicity even came across a neutral white cap while on the inside. We're told these photos of her walking out some doors of the low-security prison was for a family visit day.
Her husband, William H. Macy, came up from L.A. to see her face-to-face. Her daughter, Sophia, was on hand as well. She's the kid who got wrapped up in the scandal to begin with.
Interestingly enough, Felicity was not being escorted out by any guards ... and she seemed pretty carefree as she made her way past some nearby officers and into what appears to be a parking lot. This place really must be cush and chill to let an inmate walk around like that.
Anyway, 5 days down ... only 8 more to go!!! Hang in there, FH.

Conor McGregor Investigated in Ireland For Second Alleged Sexual Assault
-

Conor McGregor is reportedly being investigated for a second alleged sexual assault -- although he hasn't been arrested ... and vehemently denies the claim.
The UFC star has been accused of sexually assaulting a 20-something woman in her car last week outside of a Dublin pub, and a complaint has been filed with police there ... this according to the New York Times, citing anonymous law enforcement sources.
The paper says authorities have yet to interview McGregor, and he has yet to be charged as well. McGregor's spokesperson tells TMZ that Conor is often the subject of rumors, adding that his client "emphatically denies any report accusing him of sexual assault."
Of course, this comes months after McGregor was reportedly arrested and questioned for another alleged sexual assault that an accuser says happened in December of last year. The Times reports he was taken into custody back in January of this year, but got released pending further investigation ... which is standard there in the Republic.
Again, McGregor has NOT yet been charged in that case either ... and vehemently denied the Times's account at the time, while also denying the investigation is why he retired.
4/6/19
The timing of this second accusation of sexual assault probably couldn't have come at a worse time, considering McGregor is already facing charges in his native land for allegedly roughing up an old-timer in an Irish bar, of which TMZ got surveillance footage.
He was just in court this last week -- looking sharp too -- where he was told he'd have to either enter a plea or request a trial date at his next hearing on Nov. 1.
It's unclear if McGregor's legal troubles in Ireland could postpone his possible return to the Octagon. Dana White says he'll fight in early 2020, but time will tell we suppose.

Rosario Dawson Sued Ex-Employee Claims ... Her Fam Attacked Me Because I'm Transgender

4:07 PM PT -- 10/28 -- The Dawson's lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells TMZ, "The Dawson family is saddened and disappointed by these false and baseless allegations." She adds they look forward to their day in court.
Rosario Dawson is being sued by a former employee -- a transgender man who alleges the actress and her family assaulted and disrespected him.
Dedrek Finley, who previously went by Deidre before coming out as transgender, says he moved to L.A. from NYC in 2017 at the request of Rosario's mother, Isabel. Dedrek says he knew the Dawson family for decades on the East Coast, but only came out to them after moving West.
In his lawsuit, Dedrek claims his coming out didn't sit well with the family. He claims Isabel, her husband Gregory and her brother Gustavo ... regularly referred to him by his old name and used female pronouns. Dedrek claims he complained to Rosario about this repeatedly, but she never did anything about it.
He claims Rosario also engaged in transphobic abuse because when Dedrek complained, Rosario allegedly said, "You're a grown woman." He claims he corrected her, but she replied, "Whatever."
Dedrek says he had been living in a separate home on Rosario's North Hollywood property. He claims he didn't have to pay rent, but agreed to do renovations on Rosario's house.
According to the suit, things went south, though, in April 2018, when his hours were drastically cut, and then he was informed he needed to move out.
Dedrek claims Isabel knocked on his door on April 28, and when he refused to discuss the issue with her ... she got violent. He alleges she threatened to kill his cat, and then ripped the screen off a window and pulled him outside through it. Dedrek claims she then started punching him and screamed, "You're not so much of a man now."
Stan Lee Entertainment Sues Stan's Daughter ... You Must Defend the Family Name!!!

5:23 PM PT -- JC Lee and Shirrel Rhoades -- the Prez of Stan Lee Entertainment -- tell TMZ, "We are working together to remedy all the issues created by Stan Lee's past relationship with Pow! Entertainment."
They say, "We share the same commitment to create a legacy befitting one of the greatest story tellers and character creators of all time- a legacy Stan Lee earned ... and deserves." JC and Shirrel make it clear they want to distance themselves from POW! and keep Stan's legacy intact.
The company Stan Lee founded is now battling Stan Lee's daughter and heir for control over his extremely valuable name, likeness and ideas.
Weird as it might sound ... Stan Lee Entertainment is suing Joan Celia Lee, claiming she's trying to cash in on her dad when she has no legal right to do so -- even though she's the sole heir to his fortune.
According to docs, the company Stan founded in 1998 -- as an animation publishing and entertainment company -- was assigned rights to his name, likeness, ideas, characters, stories, logos, etc. Basically, if Stan thought it ... SLE owns it ... according to the company.
However, SLE claims since the big cheese died in 2018, JC's failed to protect SLE's legal hold on its right to Stan's intellectual property. Specifically, in the suit, SLE calls out POW! Entertainment for interloping ... trying to "loot SLE's intellectual property."
SLE is looking for JC to play Captain America or Iron Man, and save the day. In its suit, the company says as trustee for the Lee Family Survivor's Trust ... JC has a "duty to vindicate the rights" of SLE against villains like POW!
Stan's co. wants the court to force JC to hold up her end of the bargain, and defend SLE against all evildoers -- or as the lawsuit puts it ... POW! and other entities trying to jack Stan's valuable ideas.
It also wants a declaration that SLE is the rightful owner of Stan's creations.

Dennis Rodman Charged with Battery For Allegedly Slapping Man at Bar
-
Breaking News

Dennis Rodman has been charged with misdemeanor battery in Florida for allegedly slapping a man at his own birthday party back in May -- but The Worm is adamant he's innocent.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... cops say Rodman was at the Buddha Sky Bar in Delray Beach on May 17 when he "unprovokedly turned around and smacked" 30-year-old Jeff Soulouque.
Soulouque claims Rodman immediately began apologizing for the incident and invited him out to dinner the following night in an attempted peace offering.
But, Soulouque told TMZ Sports he was really hurt -- and went to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a left corneal abrasion. He went to cops the day after the incident and filed a report.
Cops launched an investigation and called up a witness named David Lee Roth -- who, shockingly, is NOT the Van Halen singer. Still, cops say DLR corroborated Soulouque's story.
"Roth stated he was about twenty feet away and he saw Rodman turn around and open hand smack Soulouque two times," the report states.
Prosecutors later charged Rodman with misdemeanor battery -- and on Thursday, DR's attorney appeared in court on his behalf and pled not guilty.
It's a big deal for Rodman -- the charge carries a maximum sentence of a year in jail, 12 months probation and a $1,000 fine.
And, with Dennis' criminal history, it's possible a judge could throw the book at the NBA legend if he's convicted.
We're out to Rodman's reps for comment -- so far, no word back.

8:58 AM PT -- Felicity just took another big step in paying her debt to society -- according to docs, she's paid the $30,000 fine that was part of her sentence.
She still has to complete 250 hours of community service ... and, of course, she still has 10 more grueling days in prison.
While Felicity Huffman's doing soft time in federal prison, her daughter looks ready to do some time back east at college ... which could mean she now has legit SAT scores.
Sophia Grace -- Felicity and William H. Macy's firstborn -- was rocking a Fordham University hoodie Wednesday in L.A. ... perhaps tipping her hand on which university she'll attend once the dust settles from the college bribery scandal.
You'll recall ... the feds busted Sophia's mom for paying ringleader Rick Singer $15k to fudge Sophia's SATs. When Felicity begged the judge for leniency in legal docs, she said Sophia was suffering because she couldn't get into any university due to her tainted test.
According to the photog, Sophia was actually walking into a school of some sort in L.A. on Wednesday. Unclear if it was a community college or maybe an acting school.
Sophia's made it clear she wants to follow in Mom and Dad's acting footsteps.
Speaking of pops, William's back on his j-o-b. He was shooting a scene Wednesday in L.A. for "Shameless" that required his character, Frank Gallagher, to scale a fence.
Let's hope Felicity's not pulling the same move up at FCI Dublin.

Cuba Gooding Jr. allegedly grabbed a handful of butt at a party in Los Angeles and the woman reported him to police, but prosecutors didn't feel they had enough evidence to charge the actor with a crime ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our sources say Cuba's alleged butt-grabbing went down at a shindig in L.A. sometime in the past year -- the woman filed a police report and cops investigated. We're told the case was turned over to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor sexual battery, but the City Attorney rejected the case in August because of a lack of evidence.
Cuba's attorney, Mark Heller, tells TMZ ... "Cuba doesn’t recall this case. He’s out every night of his life. He meets so many people. He interacts with so many people -- he can’t remember all the people he meets."
This previously unknown allegation against Cuba comes on the heels of Tuesday's 4-count indictment against him in New York, where he's facing one count of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree -- both misdemeanors -- related to his new accuser, and the same charges for his original accuser from this summer's rooftop bar incident.
Cuba, who turned himself in to cops in NYC before being released Tuesday, has pled not guilty to those 4 charges.

2:43 PM PT -- The Sheriff's Dept. now confirms the suspect they shot was Cameron Ely ... Ron and Valerie's son. As we reported, cops say Cameron posed a threat when they found him on the grounds of his parents' home ... and as a result, 4 deputies opened fire.
It appears Cameron called police sometime after allegedly killing his mother. TMZ obtained dispatch audio of law enforcement, saying a man called from the home saying his father tried to attack his mother. The operator says he was out of breath and crying.
1:44 PM PT -- Santa Barbara County Coroner's investigators have removed 2 bodies from the Ely home -- Valerie's and the male suspect who was shot by responding deputies.
The home of Ron Ely, who played Tarzan on TV, is a crime scene after his wife was murdered there ... and police shot and killed the suspect, who might be related to the actor.
Santa Barbara Sheriff's deputies responded Tuesday night to a domestic disturbance at Ron's Hope Ranch property, and found an elderly woman dead inside with stab wounds. TMZ has obtained police dispatch audio where a first responder describes an "elderly gentleman" on scene saying his son was somehow involved in the incident.
Law enforcement sources tell us the victim is Ron's wife of 35 years, Valerie Lundeen.
'Resident Evil' Stuntwoman Blamed for Set Accident ... Losing Your Arm Was On You!!!
-
Exclusive
Milla Jovovich's stuntwoman in the last 'Resident Evil' movie lost her arm while shooting a scene, but the film company says investigators determined she has no one to blame but herself.
Olivia Jackson is suing director Paul W.S. Anderson, the production company and others associated with the 2016 flick, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter," after getting brutally injured in a motorcycle stunt while filming in South Africa.
In her suit, Jackson says the stunt called for her to ride toward an oncoming vehicle with a camera attached to a mechanical arm. She says the arm was supposed to lift up at the last second, but that didn't happen ... and the equipment ended up slicing her arm and shattering the bone.
Eventually, it had to be amputated, and Jackson says she was in a coma for 2 weeks.
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the production company -- Impact Pictures -- fires back, saying Jackson rehearsed the stunt twice before a final run-through, and she was given every opportunity to speak up if she was uncomfortable with anything. Impact says she did not.
IP also cites a report issued by a South African insurer which says Jackson was riding the motorcycle faster than rehearsal, and she could have avoided the collision with "a mere throttle-off or use of the excellent brakes." The company says it has footage to prove it.
Jackson blamed it on Paul and co. alleging their insurance policy wasn't up to snuff to cover her injuries. She also claims, in docs, the stunt was carelessly planned and last-minute tweaks -- including start times -- made it unsafe.
Last but not least, Impact Pictures says it believes Jackson is only going after them in an L.A. court to create buzz for her new biography. Impact's lawyers say the case belongs, if anywhere, in a South Africa court ... and they note Jackson has already filed 3 suits there.

Lindsie Chrisley Didn't Double-Cross Todd ... I Talked to Tax Chief to Shield My Kid!!!

Todd Chrisley thinks his daughter sold him down to the river to a Georgia tax official -- but she's calling BS ... saying the only reason they talked was to run interference for her child.
Sources close to Lindsie Chrisley tell TMZ ... her father is dead wrong by assuming she gave up dirt on him and the family to Joshua Waites -- the Director of the Georgia Dept. of Revenue's Office of Special Investigation, whom Todd is now suing.
We're told that, contrary to Todd's claims, Lindsie was only in communication with Josh to protect her 6-year-old son, Jackson, from seeing the ugliness of it all.
Case in point ... we're told Todd got served legal papers at his home back in 2017 while Lindsie and Jackson were both there, and she was uncomfortable having the kid around that scene. Therefore, we're told she stayed in touch with Josh for updates on when he and the Dept. would be coming around ... in order to keep the boy away.
In fact, our sources tell us that Lindsie is adamant ... she never EVEN met the guy in person.

10:43 AM PT -- We've obtained the prison menu ... it's a chicken patty, steamed rice, beans, fruit and a drink for lunch today. Tonight, Felicity will eat pepper steak or lentils, steamed rice, green beans and whole wheat bread. Bon appétit!
Felicity Huffman has just turned herself in to begin serving a 14-day sentence for her role in the college admissions bribery scandal.
The actress arrived at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, CA Tuesday -- just outside of San Francisco -- where she'll be locked down for the next two weeks. As we reported ... Felicity got 14 days, a $30k fine, one year of supervised release and 250 hours of community service.
Prosecutors initially, privately demanded one year in jail, and then publicly reduced their recommendation to 4 months behind bars, but ultimately reduced it to 1 month. But, the judge scoffed at the prosecutors' request ... saying the case amounted to a bunch of nothing because the college admissions system was already broken.
What helped Felicity ... the judge said she had "near immediate acceptance of responsibility" for her crime, and she paid one of the smallest bribes. Felicity in court apologized in court ... adding, "I have inflicted more damage (on her daughter) than I could've ever imagined."
As you know by now ... Felicity pled guilty to conspiracy charges for paying $15k to give her daughter a leg up on her college entrance exam. That means she's now a felon.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Pleads Not Guilty to Sexual Abuse ... Indictment Includes 12 Other Allegations

11:05 AM PT -- Cuba's attorney Mark Heller responded to the 12 allegations, telling us ... "Cuba denies all of these allegations. This is a typical scenario in which random people come out of the woodwork to accuse a celebrity who has already been charged. They have no credibility because Cuba was not charged with any of those allegations."
10:25 AM PT -- It's a 4-count indictment against Cuba and he's facing one count of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree for the new accuser -- both misdemeanors. He's facing the same 2 charges for the original accuser from the rooftop bar incident in June 2019.
The incident involving the new accuser went down at TAO Nightclub on Oct. 24, 2018. According to docs, Cuba allegedly pinched the accuser's buttocks without consent. She confronted him on the spot, and Cuba said he'd pinched her on the back.
The accuser claims he made a "sexually suggestive remark" to her earlier that same night.
The indictment also includes 12 allegations, for which Cuba is not being charged. However, prosecutors say they're including them to show a pattern of behavior. Among the 12 accusers are a woman who claims Cuba was at the Yard House in Long Beach, CA and while taking a photo with her he squeezed her butt and said something to the effect "You've got a good piece of ass."
Another accuser says he bit her shoulder a couple of times in the Hollywood bar Chi back in 2006. She also claims he thrust his pelvis against her leg and tried to lift up her shirt.
Around February 2011, another accuser says she had an encounter at an unnamed Los Angeles bar. She claims he grabbed her arm as she walked past him, placed his hand inside her blouse and squeezed her bare breast. She claims he said, in substance, "Sit on my face, pee in my mouth."
In 2014, while at Cafe Havana in Malibu, a woman claims Cuba reached under her skirt and touched her vagina over her underwear. She says she saw him about a year later at another bar in Santa Monica, punched him in the chest and yelled at him for the Cafe Havana incident.
Prosecutors say the 12 uncharged allegations would refute any claim from Cuba's team the 2 NYC incidents -- for which he's been indicted -- are innocent, accidental or consensual.
9:53 AM PT -- Cuba's arraignment is over, and he walked out of court free of handcuffs, and still confident he'll be exonerated. We're about to get details on the new indictment, but we're told it includes TWO misdemeanor charges related to the new accuser, and also charges related to the original accuser.
9:21 AM PT -- Cuba has just arrived to court for his arraignment on the new charge. Although he was smiling, his hands were cuffed behind him and he was flanked by an NYPD detective.
NYPD has a new set of Cuba Gooding Jr.'s fingerprints after booking the Oscar winner on a new charge ... one prosecutors are still keeping under wraps.
Cuba was processed Tuesday morning, ahead of his scheduled arraignment Tuesday afternoon. While that was going on, his attorney, Mark Heller, was in front of the Manhattan courthouse and said Cuba had surrendered to cops.
Heller also took several jabs at the prosecutors, insinuating they only tacked on this additional charge after coming up short on evidence in the initial case -- the alleged groping at a rooftop bar. He also groused at prosecutors moving both cases to New York's Supreme Court because it allows them to start the case all over, and delay Cuba from getting his day in court.
The Manhattan D.A. has remained tight-lipped about what exactly the new alleged victim is claiming. The charge will be revealed at Tuesday's arraignment, and we're told Cuba will plead not guilty.

In accordance with state law and as a matter of standard protocol, the Department cannot comment on the specifics of any investigation, settlement, or pending litigation."
The rep continues, "This development is disappointing and their accusations are unfounded, but we will decline to provide any further comment on this matter."
Todd Chrisley is suing a Georgia tax official, claiming the head honcho pursued a relationship with his estranged daughter, Lindsie, to smear him.
Todd and his wife, Julie, sued Joshua Waites, the Director of the Georgia Dept. of Revenue's Office of Special Investigation, claiming he got Lindsie to share all sorts of personal info in an effort to gain her trust or intimidate her into cooperating with him.
The docs claim Waites was a media whore, seeking out the spotlight and using Todd to achieve that goal.
