Jennifer Hudson agreed to let David Otunga see their son again, but only because he's out of her house and no longer a physical threat to her ... according to sources connected to the singer.

The sources say Jennifer dropped the restraining order keeping Otunga away from 8-year-old David Jr., purely in the child's best interest. Although Jennifer's restraining order docs say, "I am now living in fear for my physical and emotional safety and that of my son" -- we're told she was referring to emotional scarring David Jr. would suffer if he saw his father threaten his mother.

She never accused Otunga of physically threatening their child. As we reported, Otunga's been removed from their home, and as a result, we're told Jennifer's satisfied as the emotional risk to their son is no longer present.

As for who's been the child's primary caregiver -- our Jennifer sources say she's always made mothering her top priority, even while working to support the family.

When she first went to London a year ago to shoot 'The Voice' ... she not only brought Otunga and David Jr., but she also paid Otunga's mom to tutor her grandson. She did the same during her 6-month Broadway run in "The Color Purple."

On the issue of custody going forward -- as we reported, David Jr. is with his father right now while Jennifer works in London. However, sources on her side stress David hasn't won anything. The judge hasn't ruled on custody yet, and neither parent's been deemed "primary" caregiver.

Janice Dickinson agrees with our photog ... she's one of the people who opened the door for women to muster the courage to tell their stories of sexual abuse.

Janice was one of the first people to claim abuse at the hands of Bill Cosby. She sued Cosby after he claimed she lied about being drugged and raped by him in Lake Tahoe in 1982. She thinks the Cosby case was a turning point for women to stand up and be heard.

Daveigh Chase, the creepy little well girl from "The Ring," just got herself in a hole, 'cause she was busted for joyriding in a car that was reported stolen ... TMZ has learned.

Chase was a passenger in a BMW cops pulled over Tuesday around 10 AM in Hollywood. After they quickly ran the plates, the whip popped up as stolen.

Law enforcement sources tell us even though Daveigh wasn't driving she was booked for driving in a car without owner's consent ... which is a felony. The driver was booked for the same thing. We're told it's unclear who stole the car, but cops are investigating.

Daveigh -- who's also the voice of Disney's Lilo from "Lilo & Stitch" -- is currently in jail on $25,000 bail. We've reached out to her reps ... so far no word back.

Harvey Weinstein's latest accuser just held a news conference in which she described the alleged sexual attack in a hotel room.

TMZ broke the story ... aspiring actress Kadian Noble claims Weinstein met her in London and said he could launch her career. She says in 2014, they were in Cannes and he asked her to come to his hotel room.

She describes what she says happened in lurid detail ... from groping her breasts to rubbing her vagina and then forcing her to masturbate him.

As we reported, her lawyer, Jeff Herman, has filed a lawsuit on Noble's behalf, claiming Harvey and Bob Weinstein, along with The Weinstein Company, violated the Federal Sex Trafficking Act.

Naya Rivera was drinking, out of control and getting physical with her husband, Ryan Dorsey, who needed police assistance ... at least according to his 911 call.

TMZ has obtained the audio from Saturday night when Ryan called cops in Chesapeake, WV ... and he sounds frightened and frantic on the phone, saying "My wife's out of control."

He goes on to say she was "getting physical" and adds his father was there with them ... but clarifies she wasn't physical with his dad. The call drops before the operator can get more info.

As we reported ... Naya was arrested for domestic battery after allegedly beating Ryan and busting his bottom lip from an argument over their kid. Ryan doesn't mention their child in the phone call.

Meek Mill is about to get a bail hearing ... and the judge in his case has been ordered to do it STAT.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Meek tried to get a higher court to spring him from prison, where Judge Genece Brinkley sentenced him to 2 to 4 years after a probation violation.

The higher court refused to release Meek, but then schooled Judge Brinkley, saying she needed to get on the stick and decide Meek's fate "without further delay."

Meek's lawyers and many others have criticized Judge Brinkley, saying she has an axe to grind and lashed out at Meek because he wouldn't give her a shout-out in a song.

Meek's rep, Jordan Siev, tells TMZ, "We're pleased that the Superior Court took immediate action to direct the Court of Common Pleas to decide on the application for bail without further delay. We remain hopeful that Mr. Williams will be promptly released on bail."

No word on when Judge Brinkley will hold the bail hearing.

Ex-MMA star Jason "Mayhem" Miller has pled guilty in his domestic violence case -- after allegedly roughing up 3 different girlfriends between 2015 and 2017, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court docs show Mayhem was charged with 5 counts of felony domestic violence in Sept. -- along with 1 felony count of vandalizing a GF's car and house. He was also hit with misdemeanors for damaging 2 girlfriends' cell phones to prevent them from calling cops.

Miller initially pled not guilty to all charges -- but later struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he pled guilty to corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant and the rest of the charges were thrown out.

Miller was sentenced to 3 years probation with a suspended 4-year state prison sentence -- which means if he violates his probation, the judge can lock him up for 4 years. He also got credit for the 62 days he already served in jail.

Ex-NBA player Ben Gordon was arrested in L.A. Monday afternoon -- after allegedly roughing up a guy at an apartment building ... and leaving with several thousand dollars of his money, TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the 34-year-old went to the apartment complex where he used to live in an effort to get his security deposit back. We're told there was a dispute about the money and Gordon allegedly put hands on the guy and threatened him.

We're told the man gave Gordon at least some of the money back -- mostly because he was scared -- and Gordon left. The man called police moments later.

But get this ... after cops arrived to the building, Ben RETURNED to demand the REST of his security deposit (a couple thousand dollars). Instead, cops arrested him on the spot for felony robbery.

He was hauled to a nearby station where he was booked and later released on $50,000 bail.

Gordon has had all sorts of trouble with police lately -- he was placed on a psychiatric hold in NYC after allegedly locking himself in his gym with a woman, while brandishing a blade.

He was also arrested in L.A. back in June for pulling fire alarms at his apartment complex.

Al Sharpton met with Meek Mill behind bars, and says the rapper told him he wanted to serve as a vessel of change for others who are wrongly imprisoned ... like he is now.

Al appeared Monday alongside Meek's attorney, Joe Tacopina, to address his prison visit with the guy he promised to help, and he says Meek wants him to help shed a light on a broken criminal justice system. Al says Meek is also determined to be a voice for the voiceless.

The civil rights leader explained that Meek appears determined, strong and without a trace of bitterness after being sentenced to prison for 2 to 4 years for violating his probation ... violations that Al says weren't pursued as crimes, but punished as such, regardless.

He also talked about his time going to bat for Tupac Shakur in the '90s to help get him out of solitary confinement, explaining how he's the right guy to help Meek fight his case now.

Sounds like Al's officially in Meek's corner.

Christian Siriano allegedly tried pulling a classic retail move on a company that wanted to use his name on its gear ... by taking back the deal.

The "Project Runway" winner's company, Christian Siriano Holdings, was just sued by M&A Imports for allegedly breaking a contract he signed in 2015. The deal gave the company permission to slap Christian's name all over its women's line -- panties, bras, PJs and the like.

M&A -- which owns the famous Just Love brand -- claims its agreement with Siriano gave them exclusive rights to plaster 'Christian Siriano New York' on its products for a minimum of 3 years, but he pulled out last month without explanation.

In the docs obtained by TMZ, M&A says his abrupt U-turn cost the company a fortune ... to the tune of more than $10,000,000. They're asking a judge for at least that much ... plus interest.

We've reached out to Siriano's camp for comment ... so far no word back.

Adrien Broner's a wanted man -- a judge has issued a warrant for the boxer's arrest after he no-showed for a hearing in his Vegas battery case ... but AB says it's just a giant misunderstanding.

Broner -- a 4-time champ in multiple divisions -- was caught on video back in September shoving a woman and then punching a man in the face during a wild outburst on the Vegas strip.

He was cited for battery and ordered to appear in court Monday -- but he didn't show up ... so the judge issued a warrant.

We reached out to Broner who tells us he didn't know about the hearing -- and if he did, he would have appeared.

Court records show the summons that was supposed to be sent to Broner was returned to the court because it was "not deliverable as addressed" ... unclear who's to blame for that.

Broner says he's trying to clear things up with the court right now -- but until then, the warrant is still active.

1:14 PM PT -- Weinstein's rep tells TMZ, "Mr. Weinstein denies allegations of non-consensual sex. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances."

Harvey and Bob Weinstein are being sued by a woman who claims Harvey sexually assaulted her in Cannes, France, but this case is different because it's filed under the federal sex trafficking law ... TMZ has learned.

Kadian Noble, an aspiring actress, claims Harvey met her in London and told her he could help launch her career. She says in February 2014, they were both in Cannes when he asked her to come to the Le Majestic Hotel where he would review her reel and discuss her future.

Noble says she showed up and Harvey sat next to her, started massaging her and gripping her shoulders. She says he then asked her to walk up and down the room for him "for audition purposes."

And then she says he called a producer at The Weinstein Company who told her she needed to be "a good girl and do whatever he wished," adding if she did then they would work with her.

Kadian says Harvey then groped her breasts, and she screamed, "No Harvey, no!" According to the lawsuit, filed by attorney Jeff Herman, she says she felt compelled to comply because of the tangible and intangible benefits she would get from a "favorable relationship" with Harvey.

The actress says it didn't stop ... Harvey forcibly pulled her into the bathroom and started rubbing her breast and buttocks. She attempted to leave, she says, but he blocked the exit.

She says he then pulled down her shirt and unbuckled his pants. She pled with him to stop, and he then forced his leg between her legs, rubbing her vagina, and then took his penis out and masturbated. She says he then grabbed her hand, placed it on his penis and forced her to masturbate him to climax ... this as he held her down with his other hand.

The lawsuit claims Bob Weinstein facilitated the sex acts by either knowing of or recklessly disregarding Harvey's pattern and practice of traveling abroad "to entice or recruit or solicit young female actors with the promise of roles in upcoming TWC projects ... knowing that he would then use fraud, force or coercion to engage in sex acts with these actors."

The lawsuit also names TWC as a defendant, claiming there was a code word among TWC employees -- FOH, or Friends of Harvey -- which referred to a young woman who had participated in sex in exchange for a role or a position in an upcoming project. TWC employees, the lawsuit claims, "knew to 'take care' of the FOH's."

The suit alleges a violation of the sex trafficking statute, which prohibits people from recruiting people to engage in a sex act through means of force, threats of force, fraud or coercion in interstate or foreign commerce. The theory is that Weinstein dangled false promises of stardom to obtain sexual gratification.

Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have struck a deal in their bitter divorce war ... but a judge still has to sign off on it to make it official.

In legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Mel and Stephen struck a deal on November 8 and agreed to the following:

-- Stephen will destroy any compromising videos of Mel

-- Stephen gets spousal support for the next 3 years but the amount listed in the docs has been redacted

-- Neither will pay child support but will share joint legal custody of 6-year-old daughter Madison

-- Stephen and Mel agree to a schedule for sharing physical custody

-- Stephen gets access to the family house to retrieve personal belongings, including childhood photos, clothing and artwork

-- Sell the house and divvy up the profits

TMZ broke the story ... the deal comes on the heels of Mel and Stephen settling the domestic violence portion of their nasty divorce.

Jeremy Meeks is playing hardball with his estranged wife, arguing she's not entitled to a penny of spousal support.

Jeremy filed legal docs in his divorce case with Melissa Meeks, in which he says she's currently earning exactly what she made during the marriage when she was the breadwinner. BTW, she was the breadwinner because he spent time in prison for firearms violations and grand theft.

He is willing to pay child support but scoffs at Melissa's claim he's raking in $1 mil a month. He says his income is more like $6k a month. He says he's willing to pay what the child support schedule dictates ... in his case up to $418 a month for his only child.

And he takes several shots at Melissa, saying he sets a good example for his son, while she gives interviews to the media and engages in "televised reconstructive surgeries" of her nose, bust and vagina.

And finally, he says she needs to back off grousing that he's dating billionaire heiress Chloe Green. He says who he dates is not her business.

Jennifer Hudson isn't dishing much these days in the midst of a custody battle ... except a courteous hello.

We got Jennifer at LAX Sunday where we asked her about her baby daddy David Otunga's upcoming hearing in which he'll ask a judge to vacate an order of protection Jennifer got for her and their 8-year-old son, David Jr. Check it out ... Jennifer waved but kept it at that.

Those headphones come in handy when you want to avoid conversation.

TMZ broke the story ... David got his son for Thanksgiving, which was a legal victory in his custody battle with Jennifer.

TMZ Sports has obtained court documents filed by the man who claims he's being stalked by Ray Allen -- and he believes the NBA star is out to kill him.

But Ray says the accuser is just a "deranged individual" who's obsessed with him -- and the allegations are as bogus as it gets.

Bryant K. Coleman filed the petition for a temporary restraining order against Allen on Nov. 6 -- a petition that was granted by a Florida judge.

In the docs, Coleman claims Allen called him on the phone on Sept. 9 -- after their alleged 3-year relationship had ended -- and said he wanted to "ensure that I went away and never opened my mouth again."

"He said he wanted me to get what I deserved."

Coleman says Allen has "repeatedly spied on me by sending his associates to follow me in my community." One incident allegedly took place in a Publix market on Oct. 10 where Coleman says a man approached him and told him to "watch your back."

Coleman also claims he received a phone call from someone threatening to strangle him -- and he believes the caller was Ray Allen.

In the docs, Coleman says Allen was recently seen in public with 2 armed men and believes the ex-NBA star may be planning a "more direct attack."

One interesting note -- in Coleman's petition, he lists Allen's aliases ... and wrote, "Jesus Shuttlesworth" -- the name of Allen's character in the movie "He Got Game."

We spoke with Allen's attorney, David Markus, who tells TMZ Sports, "As with everything else related to Briant or Bryant Coleman, his petition for a restraining order was filled with lies, falsehoods and fantasies."

"He is a seriously deranged individual who Ray Allen has never met, never spoken with directly or threatened in any way. Coleman is the stalker here who is obsessed with Ray."

"Ray wants nothing to do with him and is exploring all legal options to stop him from continuing to harass and threaten him, his family and friends"
