Birdman's back to doing something with Lil Wayne he hasn't done in a long time ... calling him his son.

The two hung out at LIV on Sunday again. It's the second weekend in a row they bumped into each other at the Miami club, but this time Weezy chilled in Birdman's section for 40 minutes.

We're told there was no talk of Wayne's $51 million lawsuit against Birdman. Instead, they laughed and joked around, talked about the old times -- and when it was all said and done ... Birdman posted a pic with the caption "Me and my SON."

As for that legal issue, we're told both have instructed their lawyers to hash out a plan that ends the legal feud, and releasing "Tha Carter V" would be part of that agreement.

Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, says his client's sexual encounter with Donald Trump is interesting and salacious, but it's at the bottom of the list in terms of importance.

Avenatti will appear on "TMZ Live" Monday and he confirms our story ... he's gunning to take Donald Trump's deposition, along with Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, before Summer.

He couldn't be clearer ... the "goon" who threatened his client in 2011 had to come from Trump's camp, and he's determined to find out who ordered the ultimatum to stay silent, or else.

Donald Trump may have to testify under oath before the first day of Summer ... not in the Russia investigation ... but in the Stormy Daniels case.

Sources connected to Stormy Daniel's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tell TMZ, the attorney plans to make a full-court press to take Trump's deposition in the next 60 to 90 days. We're told Avenatti has a laundry list of things he wants to ask the President ... and sex is the least problematic. Among the big issues ... $130k in hush money and who directed payment. Also, if Trump has knowledge of the alleged threat against Stormy if she dared talk about her sexual encounter with Trump.

We're told Avenatti believes Trump has screwed himself by removing the lawsuit Avenatti filed to invalidate the confidentiality agreement from state to federal court. Our sources say it's more likely a federal judge would order Trump to sit for a deposition than a state judge.

Ex-Cleveland Indians star Albert Belle was arrested for indecent exposure and DUI in Arizona on Saturday.

Belle -- a 5-time All-Star during his 12-year MLB career -- was arrested in Scottsdale and booked into Maricopa County Jail.

The ex-slugger was arrested for 2 counts of indecent exposure and 2 DUI counts.

The 51-year-old is listed as 6'2", 270 lbs in the jail database.

This isn't the first time Belle -- who was one of the most feared hitters in the game -- has been in trouble with the law.

He spent time in jail back in '06 after pleading guilty to stalking his ex-girlfriend.

Stormy Daniels is certain Donald Trump, or someone connected to him, had a henchman threaten her life ... and she's going to prove it.

Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, says he doesn't know for sure yet who's behind the 2011 incident in Las Vegas, but Monday on the "Today" show he said there are only 2 logical options -- Trump or his attorney, Michael Cohen. If you missed it ... Stormy claims a man threatened her with physical harm if she didn't back off Trump.

At the same time Avenatti was vowing to put the heat on Trump's camp, Cohen was vowing to empty Stormy's bank account.

His lawyer, David Schwartz, went on 'GMA' to insist Stormy has no credibility ... and also that she's in clear violation of the "hush" agreement she signed.

Stephen Belafonte doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve -- he wears his step daughter, Angel ... symbolically, anyway.

We got Stephen outside the Laugh Factory Sunday night in Hollywood and talked to him about his custody battle with Mel B over Eddie Murphy's biological daughter. It's pretty clear Stephen wants to keep his battle in court, but he does show off a tattoo honoring Angel.

Ron Jeremy's in the clear for a sexual assault case in Washington State ... TMZ has learned.

A rep with the Tacoma City Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Ron won't face any criminal charges after a woman accused him of sexual assault in September 2017. The rep wouldn't tell us why they chose not to file charges.

The woman -- who worked as a "rock girl" promoting a local radio station -- claimed the porn legend grabbed her ass and sucked on her nipples after she agreed to let him sign her breast. She also claimed he tapped her vagina over her underwear ... this according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

NutriBullet's catching heat again ... this time for allegedly burning one of its customers and leaving her with some horrific injuries.

Fabiana Nishioka is suing the uber popular blender company over a Pro 900 model she says exploded while she was making hummus. According to the suit, the explosion sent scalding ingredients onto her body ... causing painful burning to her face, neck and chest. The alleged damage is clear in the photo.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Fabiana says the burning was so bad it likely caused permanent disfigurement to her neck. She's suing for an undisclosed amount of cash.

NutriBullet was sued by another woman last year who claimed the same product chopped her hand. She also had some gruesome pics.

Jay-Z's thinking money when he sees twins ... Sorry, Sir and Rumi, but it's true.

Hova's champagne company, Ace Of Spades, filed docs back in November -- and recently obtained by TMZ -- to trademark "Les Jumelles d'Armand de Brignac." The doc lists the translation as "the twins." Ain't gotta remind ya that Jay and Bey have baby twins.

It's interesting ... the docs were filed just 5 days after we saw the twins make their vacay debut in Miami ... where the family tagged along for Jay's concert in Orlando.

Kylie Jenner has taken herself out of the lawsuit she joined with her brother, Rob Kardashian, against Blac Chyna, because the reality is she doesn't have a dog in that fight.

As TMZ reported, Rob sued Chyna for allegedly going on a rampage in December 2016, claiming he tried choking him with an iPhone charging cable and then repeatedly struck him when she was high on drugs and booze.

The suit also claimed Chyna trashed the house he was renting from Kylie, breaking a door and damaging walls. The suit claims more than $100k in damages.

Rob said in the lawsuit the tirade was a factor in E! canceling their reality show because the situation was too volatile.

For some reason the lawyer who had initially handled the case added Kylie, but turns out Rob had repaired the damage himself so she really had no financial stake in the case. Her new lawyer, Shawn Holley, just had her 86'd from the lawsuit.

As a result, the judge just denied Blac Chyna's request to order Kylie to sit for a deposition.

Kim Kardashian has one less legal headache to worry about after apparently striking a settlement with SnapLight over illuminated phone cases.

SnapLight and Kim's company -- Kimsaprincess, Inc. -- filed docs to have the lawsuit tossed out of court. As we reported, SnapLight had sued Team Kim for $100 mil, claiming she got in to bed with LuMee to sell the phone cases -- using tech Snalight created years earlier.

According to the docs, the suit can't be refiled, and we're told Kim's side is thrilled with the outcome. However, that doesn't necessarily mean any money was exchanged. Worth noting ... Kim's dismissal comes on the heels of LuMee and SnapLight dismissing a separate, but related lawsuit.

3:22 PM PT -- Beckham Jr. vehemently denies the allegations, and issued the following statement through his attorney, Daniel Davillier:

"Ishmael Temple has expressly acknowledged in his own lawsuit that Odell Beckham, Jr. never once touched him; and yet, Mr. Beckham is being sued for an alleged altercation that definitively did not involve him at all."

In the statement, Beckham's legal team also claims Mr. Temple arrived at the party drunk, belligerent and made threats to several attendees ... at which point he was repeatedly asked to leave. They claim he was repeatedly asked to leave, and got into a fight -- but NOT with Odell -- and was then escorted off the premises.

They point out, Temple himself says Odell wasn't involved in the physical altercation -- but they claim he demanded money from Odell.

Davillier added, “This guy claims somebody assaulted him to near death, but there’s no police report, no hospital record, no evidence of an actual injury, and he asserts that Odell is responsible. This is clearly a frivolous lawsuit. We’ll see him in court.”

Odell Beckham Jr. is being sued by a guy who claims all he did was go to Beckham's house and he got the crap beaten out of him.

Ishmael Temple claims in a new lawsuit he's been friends with Beckham. Temple claims he was invited to Beckham's home in January. He says he was shaking hands with people inside the home and went for the hand of Beckham's hired muscle, Charles Puryear, when the bodyguard pulled out a gun and pointed it toward him, saying, "I bet you've never gotten shot before."

Temple says he then pulled Beckham aside to tell him what happened and says Beckham just laughed it off and told him to relax. He says 20 minutes later, when he was ready to leave, another guy punched him in the back of the head and Puryear joined in, stomping Temple.

Temple says he blacked out and woke up to kicks to his face and Beckham did not order security to stop.

He says the beating stemmed from an incident the week before, when he says Beckham's security verbally assaulted him when he sought to retrieve his phone from Beckham's house. He thinks security resents him because, "as a Hollywood social event organizer, [he] knew many of the female ladies present at Beckham's residence."

Temple says he was beaten to a pulp ... his 2 front teeth got chipped and his lip was busted. He says his earring got ripped out of his ear and his knee got messed up.

Temple says he's spent $18k just to fix his teeth.

And there's more ... Temple, an event organizer, says he's been blacklisted as a result of the fight.

Meek Mill now has the Governor of Pennsylvania in his corner, adding a pretty powerful voice to the big push to get him out of prison ASAP -- but Meek's team is frustrated with the lack of progress.

Governor Tom Wolf says he's in full support of the Philly D.A.'s stance that Meek should be released on bail while a decision is made on several motions ... including whether Judge Genece Brinkley should be removed from the case, and whether Meek's 2-4 year prison sentence should be overturned.

TMZ broke the story ... Meek's team filed docs demanding his release, citing the police corruption scandal involving his arresting officer. Prosecutors also filed docs saying they would NOT stand in the way of his release on bail.

Meek's attorney, Joe Tacopina, tells TMZ ... they're grateful for Gov. Wolf's support, and can't understand why Judge Brinkley has yet to rule on their motions.

Tacopina adds, "Never in my career have I ever seen a Governor and District Attorney publicly state that a defendant should be granted bail, yet Meek still remains wrongfully imprisoned.”

DMX is gonna have the book thrown at him in his tax evasion case, if federal prosecutors get their way ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, the U.S. District Attorney's Office is recommending the rapper get the max -- 5 years in prison -- when he's sentenced next week. Prosecutors are urging the judge to "send the message" to X that "star power doesn't entitle someone to a free pass."

TMZ broke the story ... DMX struck a plea in November. He entered a guilty plea to one count of tax evasion, and avoided seriously hard time -- up to 40 years.

X was feeling good about the case after the deal, but since then he's been sent back to jail for failing a drug test -- and now prosecutors want to make sure he learns a lesson.

In docs, prosecutors say he's been "on a one-man crime spree for the past 30 years."

He does have a lot of mug shots. Sentencing goes down next Wednesday.

1:38 PM PT -- Russell tells TMZ, "I vehemently deny all the allegations made against me. They have shocked me to my core as I have never been abusive or violent in any way in my relations with women. I have submitted myself to multiple lie detector tests."

Simmons continues, "I denied forced sex and sexual harassment allegations brought against me in each test; I also answered no to the question, 'Have you ever physically forced any woman to have sexual intercourse?' I passed all of the lie detector tests."

A woman who claims she attended a concert with Russell Simmons claims the media mogul raped her, and she's suing.

The woman has filed as a Jane Doe and, in her suit, says she was chaperoning her son -- who was in elementary school -- at a hip-hop concert ... when Simmons approached and invited them backstage to meet the headliner. She says they accepted the offer, and afterward ... Simmons invited her to a party at the Clarion Hotel in the Los Angeles area.

She says she dropped off her kid, then hung with Simmons at a hotel bar and a nightclub. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, he eventually told her he needed to go to his hotel room to "get something." She says when they got there, he closed the door and said, "I'm going to f**k you."

When she said no, she claims Simmons fired back, "I am going to f**k you or I'm going to f**k your son. You decide." In the suit, she says, Simmons then threw her on the bed and raped her.

She's says at least one person in the hotel saw her leave Simmons' room in tears. She's suing for at least $10 million. Daily Mail first reported the lawsuit.

As we've reported, more than a dozen women have accused Simmons of varying forms of sexual misconduct. Jennifer Jarosik filed a $5 million suit against him in January ... also for rape.

Ex-PBS host Tavis Smiley just got hit with a countersuit from his former employer, and it lays out the allegations of sexual misconduct ... which include sex with employees and sending porn to coworkers.

PBS filed its suit Friday in Washington, DC claiming Smiley engaged in a pattern of sexual misconduct over years. The network hired an investigator after Smiley was initially suspended when employees made claims. In the suit, PBS says it discovered Smiley had multiple sexual encounters with subordinates, made unwanted sexual advances and commented on subordinates' body parts.

According to a witness, PBS says Smiley told one female subordinate, he "would like to see her on her back more often." He also allegedly admitted he "may" have sent pornographic photos to coworkers.

Smiley's show was eventually cancelled, and, as we've reported ... he filed suit against PBS for "trumped up" sexual harassment allegations against him that he claims were racially motivated.
