Prince William and his brother Prince Harry are finally on the same page about something -- condemning the BBC for the way it treated their mother ... specifically regarding her now infamous 1995 TV interview.

The Royal bros both made strong comments Thursday after an independent investigation into Princess Diana's explosive sit-down with BBC journalist Martin Bashir nearly 3 decades ago determined he and the network engaged in "deceitful behavior" and dishonest tactics to persuade her to do it.

William blasted the BBC, saying ... "the deceitful way the interview was obtained substantially influenced what my mother said," and he blames it for his parents' relationship falling apart.

He also added, "BBC’s failures contributed significantly to her fear, paranoia and isolation that I remember from those final years with her."

During the interview -- a huge get for Bashir and the BBC -- Diana notoriously stated that "there were three of us in this marriage" ... referring to Prince Charles’ relationship with Camilla Parker-Bowles, and her account of the marriage failing was watched by millions.

Prince Harry went further than his big bro, ripping not just the BBC, but British media in general and laying her death at their feet -- "The ripple effect of a culture of exploitation and unethical practices ultimately took her life."

He adds that he's deeply concerned that the practices used in 1995 are even worse, and more widespread, today.

As for what sparked the BBC inquiry -- Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, recently accused Bashir of using false documents and trickery to gain access to the princess, and the retired judge who was appointed to handle the investigation confirmed those allegations were true.

Jana Kramer's been named the primary residential parent of her 2 kids in her divorce with Mike Caussin ... but we’ve learned she's agreed to keep dishing out the dough.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the country singer will have primary residential custody of the ex-couple's children -- 5-year-old Jolie and 2-year-old Jace -- 240 days out of the year ... while the former NFL tight end gets them 125 days.

So, Jana gets more parenting time, but she’s also agreed to pay Mike $3,200 per month in child support because her income is $166k monthly while his is only $8k ... according to the docs.

In addition, Kramer's agreed to pay her estranged husband $592,400 as part of their property settlement ... but she doesn't have to fork over any spousal support.

As you may know ... the country and former "One Tree Hill" star announced her split from Caussin in April after nearly 6 years of marriage, saying it was time. She wrote ... "I've fought y'all. Kourtney and Travis took all of their kids to Disneyland and California Adventure Wednesday for a little modern family fun. Kourt's kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign, were there, along with Travis' teenagers, Alabama and Landon. Atiana De La Hoya, Shanna Moakler's daughter with Oscar De La Hoya, was also there.

They also had a Disney escort and massive security guards -- although, that's probably not as necessary these days because the park's only at 25 percent capacity. Translation: less normies looking for autographs.

Mel B's ex-husband is giving her recent video made to raise domestic violence awareness a big thumbs down, because he says it's been very traumatic for their daughter.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Stephen Belafonte says their 9-year-old daughter, Madison, wants a hiatus from Mel because she's so turned off by the video.

In the docs, Stephen says Madison found the video online and was distraught, upset and started crying -- and he claims she told him she doesn't want to see her mom at all or travel to be with her this summer.

As we reported ... the Spice Girls singer co-stars in a short film, "Love Should Not Hurt," by classical composer Fabio D’Andrea, with Mel playing a character who appears beaten, broken and trapped by a relationship.

Remember ... Mel and Stephen have been embroiled in a custody war, and they're still bickering over several issues in court filings. For instance, Mel had filed docs requesting Madison be allowed to travel by herself through a Lufthansa program.

Part of Stephen's response to that filing included Mel's role in the short film, and how he says it's impacted Madison. For what it's worth, the court approved Mel's request for Madison to travel alone.

Now, the question is whether she even wants to fly to see her mother. Stephen says that's a no, but we'll see if he raises that in his own request to the court.

Sources close to Joseph Baena tell TMZ ... on the heels of landing his first big acting gig earlier this year -- in the John Malkovich sci-fi flick, "The Chariot" -- he's hired a manager, Henry Penzi, and is booking more and more roles.

Another sign Dannielynn's not seriously considering the offers pouring in from movie producers and major corporations asking her to be in films and advertisements ... dad says she doesn't even have a manager or modeling portfolio.

As you know ... Dannielynn gets compared to Anna Nicole everywhere she goes, but her dad says it can get tiring even though she takes it as a compliment. He says Dannielynn just wants to be her own person, not her mom.

Larry tells us he's not sure if the offers are related to Dannielynn's resemblance to her mom, or the fact she's Anna Nicole's daughter ... but she's turning them down all the same.

Although a future in Hollywood is there for the taking, Larry says the high school freshman is focused on getting her homework done, and she's interested in art, animation and drawing. Dad says she flashed acting talent in a school play a few years back, but decided to step away from theater.
