Anoche fue el último programa del año de la serie de sketches cómicos, y cada Navidad, los dos presentadores de "Weekend Update" tienen la tradición de escribirse chistes que el otro no ha visto, pero que tiene que leerlos delante del público como si vinieran directamente de él.

Es uno de los mejores segmentos del programa, y este último no decepcionó. La mejor parte fue cuando Che hizo que Colin leyera una broma a expensas de su cónyuge superestrella.

La premisa fue poner sobre la palestra una nueva ley de Nueva York que le permite a las salas de cine servir alcohol. Fue cuando Colin dijo que es la única manera de que Scarlett pudiera sacar adelante sus "películas de cine arte", mientras se proyectaba una imagen de "Viuda Negra".

Fue una broma bastante cruel y el público definitivamente la sintió, dejándose escuchar un gran "OOOOOHHHHHHH". Sin duda fue una broma bastante atrevida para decir siendo un novio.

Por supuesto, todo fue muy divertido y Colin le siguió el juego, incluso leyéndole la parte final del chiste de Che, en la que decía: "Solo es una broma cariño. Me encantan todas tus películas. Y si me preguntas, eres incluso mejor viuda negra que Coretta Scott King".

La parte más divertida de todas las bromas de Colin -que fueron escritas para ser bastante racista contra los negros- es que Che sacó a un (falso) activista de los derechos civiles para sentarse junto a él mientras que él tenía que despachar chiste tras chiste.

A U.S. Senate staffer who was filmed having sex in a high-profile space on Capitol Hill has lost his job after a tape showing the deed leaked -- and now cops are investigating.

The man depicted in the footage -- which was first published by The Daily Caller, and which has been making the rounds online since -- has been identified as 24-year-old Aidan Maese-Czeropski ... an aide to Democratic Maryland Senator Ben Cardin.

Unclear exactly when this sex tape was filmed, but TDC got its hands on it and threw it up on its site. Indeed, it shows Maese-Czeropski having anal sex with another man in a judiciary hearing room within the Hart Senate Office Building ... and reports indicate it's one where confirmations/grillings go down -- including for SCOTUS nominees, etc.

The camera is being held by the man who's doing the penetrating -- he films both Maese-Czeropski in front of him and the empty room that they're in ... capturing lots of angles.

It appears the two men are having sex where Senators themselves often sit ... perched up on the bench and looking down onto the table where witnesses/nominees would normally be.

Once the staffer in question was linked to Cardin ... a spokesman for his office confirmed the guy was no longer working for the lawmaker -- saying, "Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate. We will have no further comment on this personnel matter."

Aidan himself appears to have also addressed the scandal -- a purported message from his since-scrubbed LinkedIn is being circulated ... and it reads in part, "This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda."

He adds, "While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace. Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated." Just about all of Aidan's social pages have now been wiped.

Travis Scott bailed on his show in Chicago Friday night ... and it's still a mystery why it was postponed.

The rapper was supposed to hit the stage at United Center in the Windy City around 8 PM after the gates were scheduled to open for fans to come in about an hour and a half before the event.

But the venue posted a message on X in the afternoon, explaining that the concert had been postponed with no future date announced. Once the show is rescheduled,   all tickets will be honored at the door.

Another shake-up on "Jeopardy!" ... Mayim Bialik says she is being removed as host.

Mayim just announced the change, explaining ... "Sony has informed me I am no longer hosting the syndicated version of Jeopardy!"

She adds ... "I am incredibly honored to have been nominated for a primetime Emmy for hosting this year and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of the Jeopardy! family."

Mayim started hosting the quiz show back in August 2021 as one of the replacements for longtime host Alex Trebek.

Ken Jennings has also been hosting "Jeopardy!" and "Celebrity Jeopardy!" since 2021 ... so it seems he will be picking up the slack.

Recently, Ken had been doing most of the hosting and Mayim was primarily hosting the prime time shows and specials.

When Alex died in November 2020 there was a ton of drama as Sony searched for a new host ... including the whole Mike Richards fiasco.

Right before singing, "Cry Me a River," JT looked to the crowd and said, "No disrespect" ... and the song was one Britney slammed for the connection to their broken relationship. It was alleged Justin wrote it after he had caught Britney cheating.

So yea ... Brit talking about Justin crying after losing a game, two days after Justin performed "Cry Me a River" -- the writing's practically on the wall.

Jerry O'Connell's providing more context as to why John Stamos' memoir -- in which he grouses about ex-wife Rebecca Romijn -- didn't sit well with Jerry and Rebecca, but also says he knows it comes with the territory.

Jerry, who's of course married to Rebecca now, joined us Friday on "TMZ Live" to explain why, personally, he would never write a book like John's "If You Would Have Told Me."

He says a celebrity tell-all book that drags someone who was once a part of your life feels like "betrayal."

The "Pictionary" host and "Stand By Me" star tells us his wife was definitely "bummed out" when she found out about the negative things John wrote about their marriage.

Jerry admits he's generally a fan of celeb memoirs, and acknowledges it's just part of showbiz. Still, he says the people who are written about in those books can still feel "disappointed."

By the way, he's not just talking about Rebecca -- he also mentions King Charles, Meghan Markle and Justin Timberlake, to name just a few.

As we reported, we got Jerry out in NYC Thursday when we first talked with him about the memoir drama ... and he thought it would've been a good idea for JS to give his wife a heads-up about the things he wrote about her.

You'll recall, John called Rebecca "the devil" in the tell-all ... and also told Howard Stern he was convinced there was no way their marriage could have worked out in the end.

Cardi B is unloading on Offset in an emotionally charged video rant amid their nasty split ... calling him out and accusing him of treating her badly.

It's the first time we've seen Cardi get this emotional since she announced she ended things with her estranged husband ... she says he's ungrateful and she's tired of his behavior.

Cardi's pain is coming through clearly here ... it's evident in her voice, as she says she's done a lot for Offset over the years, only for him to play games with her when she's at her most vulnerable. She's also taking shots at him with social media posts.

As we reported ... Cardi announced she was single earlier this month after they both unfollowed each other on social media, revealing they had been broken up for a while before she went public.

There's been plenty of drama and cheating rumors between Cardi and Offset over the years ... but they've split and gotten back together before, and now they have two kids together.

Cardi says she's helped Offset out for years without so much as a "thank you" from him ... and it sounds like he wasn't taking their issues seriously leading up to and after the split, at least from her perspective.

Suge tells TMZ Hip Hop ... someone is out to destroy his reputation by hacking into his Twitter and FB accounts. He says the hacker is attempting to come off as the real deal by posting clips from Suge's “Collect Call” podcast and old photos.

The incarcerated music mogul says he has no issues standing on anything he's ever said, on the podcast or otherwise, but he can't condone the activity on the social accounts ... which created Daz Dillinger's current rift with Snoop.

Suge's currently serving a 28-year prison sentence and tells us the errant posts have caused him a ton of unnecessary stress -- and he wants Twitter and FB to boot the hacker.

He's adamant he wouldn't invite such negative energy to his situation, and says his only official account is his Instagram page.

Kanye West is apparently in the grips of a serious mental health episode ... that's the only conclusion to draw from his furious rant, attacking his ex-business partners, Donald Trump and, of course, Jewish people.

Looking like a cult leader, Kanye was surrounded by a few dozen people early Friday morning somewhere in Las Vegas when he just lost it -- during a roughly 10-minute explosion he seemed to draw a direct line from Jesus to himself as he screamed, "Jesus Christ, Hitler, Ye! Sponsor that!!!"

He also rolled out one of his favorite antisemitic gems ... claiming Zionist Jews own all the banks, hospitals and even private schools in Los Angeles.

During the rant, which was live streamed by several people in the room -- including Miami influencer Yes Juelz, who was standing next to him -- Kanye screamed "f***" Balenciaga, Gap and Louis Vuitton." He also said he wouldn't support Donald Trump's run for president if he didn't free Larry Hoover from prison.

Perhaps the most troubling part was when he started yelling about his daughter, presumably North ... as he screamed, "My daughter ripped up the mother f**king couches in the house to be able to be with me right now."

Indeed, North was with Ye Thursday night in Vegas, during a listening event for his new "Vultures" album. With North and Ty Dolla $ign next to him he rapped, "I still keep some Jews with me. Management? Nah. I only let 'em do my jewelry."

During his rant, Kanye groused that no one was standing up for him, and when one woman in the room challenged him by saying, "You ain't God, n***a" ... he threatened to have her tossed out of the room.
