Paris Hilton doesn't need an assistant or stylist on the red carpet to make her look good ... she's got her fiance, Chris Zylka, to help her out!

Chris got down on bended knee (again) as he and Paris strolled down the carpet in Cannes Thursday for amfAR's 25th Cinema Against AIDS Gala. Paris' stunning dress got tangled up, which tends to happen pretty often during the film festival.

Don't worry, he wasn't only on dress primp duty -- Chris actually posed WITH Paris before heading into the event. Yes, it's hard to find a good man, but good help ... that's next level.

Well, this is a twist ... Meghan Markle's mom will not walk her down the aisle and give her away Saturday ... instead Meghan's gone the royal route.

Kensington Palace just announced Prince Charles, Harry's dad, will do the honors. The Palace says, "Ms. Meghan Markle has asked His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales to accompany her down the aisle of the Quire of St. George's Chapel on her Wedding Day."

The statement goes on ... "The Prince of Wales is pleased to be able to welcome Ms. Markle to The Royal Family in this way."

TMZ broke the story ... Meghan's dad, Thomas, wanted to do the honors but couldn't fly to England because of heart surgery. Meghan's mom, who is in England for the wedding and her only immediate family member invited, was expected to walk the walk but, clearly, there were other plans.

The Palace made it clear in the statement ... it was Meghan's decision.

Amelia Hamlin, the daughter of 'RHOBH' star Lisa Rinna, caught a ton of flak for her sexy and busty prom dress ... but she says she was just showing off what her mama gave her.

Amelia's only 16 and many thought the dress, which highlighted her cleavage, was too revealing for someone her age. Amelia laughed it off when we asked her about it Thursday night in West Hollywood, and so did her British boyfriend, who defended Amelia with some British charm.

Offset totally destroyed his muscle car, and got a little banged up himself in the process ... TMZ has learned.

The Migos rapper wrecked his green Dodge Challenger late Wednesday night in Atlanta, and had to be taken to a hospital afterward for minor injuries ... according to our sources connected to Offset.

We're told he's already been released and is expected to be okay. His car ... not so much.

Our sources say Cardi B rushed to be by her fiance's side after she heard about the accident.

According to law enforcement, no cops or emergency medical workers were called to the crash scene, and no accident report was taken. Offset's wrecked car was towed away afterward.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived at Windsor Castle Thursday afternoon as the military began its rehearsals for Saturday's wedding.

We're hearing Meghan and Harry are rehearsing their moves for the "I Dos" at Saint George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

The person we haven't seen yet ... Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, who presumably will walk her down the aisle, now that her dad is out of the picture.

TMZ broke the story, which Meghan just confirmed, that Thomas Markle cannot attend the wedding because he will be laid up in the hospital after serious heart surgery. Meghan's mom is the only family member on her side who will be attending the nuptials.

Their arrivals at Windsor Castle today marks the first time we've seen them together since Meghan's family meltdown earlier this week.

Elton John will take the stage at the royal wedding ... a fitting choice given the singer's history with Prince Harry, Princess Diana and the Royal Family.

Sources close to Elton tell TMZ the singer is set to perform during Saturday's event ... it's still unclear whether he'll get behind his piano at the church ceremony or at the reception later in the night.

Elton's been tight with the Royal Family for years ... he was an extremely close friend of Princess Diana. The two worked together to raise money for AIDS research and awareness of the disease.

The singer was also a tremendous source of support for Prince Harry and Prince William when Diana died in 1997. Elton famously performed "Candle in the Wind" as a tribute for Diana at her funeral.

Elton had originally booked shows in Vegas for this weekend, but they were rescheduled months ago due to a "scheduling conflict" ... guess now we know the conflict.

Cardi B and Offset have just been sued by the autograph hound who got beat up by who he claims were Cardi and Offset's hired muscle ... TMZ has learned.

Giovanni Arnold claims he was at The Mark Hotel just after 2 AM on May 8 -- outside a Met Gala after-party -- when Cardi walked out and shouted at him, "F*** outta here n****, I will slap the s*** out of you."  He says he "expressed disappointment with being ignored."

Arnold says shortly after Offset, who was trailing behind his fiancee, said, "Shut up, bro, before a n**** beat you out here."

According to the lawsuit, filed by Daniel Szalkiewicz, Arnold says he tried de-escalating the situation, but within seconds 3 bodyguards attacked him. He says he didn't fight back. All he did was lie on the ground and try to protect his body.

He went to a hospital and says he suffered injuries to his face, neck, back and body.

Ronda Rousey is ready to take on motherhood ... saying she's planning on having kids in the very near future.

The 31-year-old WWE superstar has been talking about babies for a while -- first bringing up the topic on "Ellen" back in 2016.

But now that she's been married to Travis Browne for almost a year, it's clear procreation's on the brain.

2:25 PM PT -- According to the judgment docs, obtained by TMZ ... there's one major condition to Silva getting Kurt's guitar -- Silva's baby mama has to quickly vacate the couple's L.A. house, which is now strictly Cobain's under the property settlement.

Frances Bean Cobain has settled her divorce with Isaiah Silva, and the major bone of contention -- Kurt Cobain's famous acoustic guitar -- goes to him.

TMZ has learned the former couple finally reached a property settlement agreement, 6 months after their divorce became final.

Our sources say, Frances decided she wanted Isaiah out of her life for good, and didn't want the mess of a trial to bog her down. What's more, she was only 1 year old when her dad committed suicide, so it's not like she had lots of memories about the 1959 Martin D-18E.

We're told she knows her decision may piss off lots of Nirvana fans, but it's her life and she wants to move on.

Frances actually did great in the divorce. We've learned she will not have to pay Isaiah a penny in spousal support -- he wanted $25k a month. He has to foot his own legal bills and she gets the house they bought.

The 25-year-old daughter of Kurt and Courtney Love is sober, has a boyfriend and is looking forward.

TMZ broke the story ... Thomas Markle told us he would not attend the wedding because he felt shame that he made a deal with a paparazzi agency that photographed him in staged shots.

One source connected to Meghan confirms what we posted Monday ... that Meghan's mom is now the frontrunner to give her daughter away. We're told the 2 are extremely close.

As for who's not close to Meghan ... her half-sister, Samantha Grant. Our Meghan sources say the 2 have "absolutely no relationship" and "she knows nothing about Meghan's life." The sources warn that Samantha is trying to take the media for a ride by planting stories with no basis in fact.

Good news for Melania Trump ... she's recovering "really well" after undergoing kidney surgery on Monday ... this according to her husband, Donald Trump.

Melania underwent an embolization procedure at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center near Washington D.C. to treat a benign kidney condition, according to the White House.

The White House did not say exactly why Melania needed the procedure -- but medical experts say it's minimally invasive.

"Our great First Lady is doing really well," Trump tweeted early Tuesday morning ... "Will be leaving hospital in 2 or 3 days."

San Antonio Spurs player Dejounte Murray got stopped at the door at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills this weekend ... because his girlfriend's racy outfit violated the restaurant's dress code.

We spoke to actor Burgess Abernethy about his role in the TV movie, which was met with a ton of criticism because a lot of viewers didn't think he looked anything like the real Wills -- and turns out, Burgess didn't think so either.

Burgess says hair, wardrobe and makeup helped a little, and he's still got the bald spot to prove it ... but ultimately, nailing the accent was his saving grace and helped him embody Will's spirit -- even if he's not a dead ringer for the guy. Like he says ... it was his own version of PW.

As for the haters ... seems there's only really one critique Burgess cares about.

"Orange Is the New Black" star Brad Henke's ex-fiancée wants to put some distance between them, legally speaking -- she's just got a restraining order against him, claiming he's repeatedly threatened her since they split up.

Henke, who plays prison guard Desi Piscatella on 'OITNB,' allegedly harassed Simone Toliver after they broke up in June 2017. In her request for the restraining order, Simone says Henke sent flowers to her house on May 10 ... which frightened her because she had kept her address secret from him.

In the docs, she says it was common for Henke to have severe mood swings while they were together, and she mentions an incident in NYC where he allegedly grabbed her so violently ... security guards approached her to help.

Simone says they broke up after one of his "verbally abusive outbursts," and while she was moving out of their place she claims he violently grabbed her and shook her. According to the docs, it got much worse ... with Henke emailing her emotionally abusive messages 20-30 times a day.

She's not specific about the time frame, but claims Henke told her over the phone, "I could bust your head open."

The 52-year-old actor and Simone had been together for a year before their breakup.

We've reached out to Henke's rep ... no word back yet. He must now stay 100 yards away from Simone and her home -- at least until they have a court hearing.

Sorry, John Cena ... your pouring-your-heart-out move on the "Today" show to win back Nikki Bella didn't work.

In fact, the WWE star looked downright unimpressed when "Extra" asked her about Cena's emotional segment with Hoda and Kathie Lee ... when he admitted he desperately wants her back.

“Wow," Bella said enthusiastically ... "I'm speechless. That's crazy."

Not exactly the reaction Cena was hoping for when he professed his undying love for Bella on national TV and talked about how sad his life has become without her.

Still, Nikki kinda left the door open for a reconciliation ...

"I have hope ... I’m at a point in my life where I feel like I kind of lost me and I want to find me and work on me."

She also said the TV cameras from their reality show put major pressure on her and she needed a break.

"I just want John and I both to live happily ever after whether it's together or separate and I just don't want us to go down the road in life and have regrets of like 'I did this for you' or 'you did this for me,' so I think it's okay in relationships to take that moment."

John said he's also changed his mind and would consider having kids with Nikki if it would save their relationship ... but she didn't comment on that.
