Meghan Markle is quickly becoming a woman of many hats, but her hubby, Prince Harry, managed to top hers Tuesday at the races.

Meghan and Harry hit up the Royal Ascot -- a hoity toity horse race outside London with more than $10 million in prize money available. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived at the track in a horse-drawn carriage, and some pretty sweet headgear.

She wore a floppy white and black number, while Harry went straight Monopoly ... rocking a top hat. Seriously, all he's missing is the monocle.

Meghan's been on one royal outing after another since getting hitched to Harry in May, including a girls' trip with the Queen.

No ride with Her Majesty this time around, which is probably a good thing since Harry's got the door.

What relationship issues?!

Khloe Kardashian and her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, looked very much together Monday night -- partying together all over L.A. ... on a parents' night out.

Just days after moving back from Cleveland, Khloe and the Cavs star started their night at Nobu in Malibu together ... before moving over to The Peppermint Club, where they hooked up with Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons.

Kendall and Ben ducked out after that while the rest of the gang headed over to Poppy -- where they partied until 2 AM.

Anwar Hadid clearly has a type, because he was necking someone who looks so much like his last hookup, Kendall Jenner, it warrants a double take.

Her name's Sonia Ben Ammar and she's also a model. The two cuddled up outside Poppy, which was the place to be Monday night. Kendall's sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, were at the WeHo hot spot too, but no sign of Kendall ... more on that in a second.

Kendall and Anwar hooked up in NYC earlier this month at a fashion after-party. It apparently wasn't anything serious and didn't cause any bad blood between Anwar's sisters, Gigi and Bella.

As for Kendall ... she didn't crash Poppy Monday night, which likely had something to do with Anwar being there. Her and her on-off beau, Ben Simmons, were nearby at The Peppermint Club.

Hard to tell who moves quicker here, but Anwar couldn't keep his hands off his new girl, even though she seemed to have something else on her mind.

Antonio Sabato Jr. is officially a single man, just in time to hit the Congressional campaign trail.

According to the docs, the former soap star and his ex, Cheryl Marie, reached an agreement on their divorce back on December 31, 2017. Happy new year, indeed. However, it took several months for the judge to sign off.

The exes have joint legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, Antonio III. As for property, he gets the house and a 2015 Fiat. They both agreed to return the Maserati they were leasing.

Antonio has to pay child and spousal support, though it's light for a Hollywood divorce. He'll fork over $533 a month for his kid. Cheryl gets $350 monthly in alimony, but only until April 2019. They were only married for 5 years.

He also has to pay her $10k for attorney fees, and agree not to take any drugs without a valid prescription. As we reported, Cheryl claimed Antonio abused prescription drugs, and was worried about their son's safety. Sabato admitted issues with sleeping pills, but told us he's an outspoken advocate on fighting addiction.

He'll be the Republican candidate for California's 26th District, come November.

Heidi Klum, her kids and her guy all hit Disneyland, and it's a toss up as to who had more fun -- although we're giving bf Tom Kaulitz the early lead.

The German super couple -- Tom's the guitarist for Tokio Hotel -- was all over each other Saturday in Anaheim. She even got Tom to slip on a pair of polka-dotted Minnie Mouse ears while they strolled around. The things we do for love, right?

Heidi's kids already look totally comfortable with Mom's new dude -- they were all smiling with him on Splash Mountain and several other rides. One small crisis, though ...

Looks like Heidi got a little something on her lips at one point. Luckily, Tommy-on-the-spot was there to handle the situation.

Iman Shumpert says he doesn't need his wife's help with his rap career ... 'cause releasing songs with Teyana Taylor will only HURT his music goals!!

The NBA star told us he takes his rap seriously ... and if he blows up 'cause of songs he released with his famous boo -- he says it just wouldn't feel right.

Jeremy Meeks is gonna have his own modern family after striking a deal with his ex-wife that gives him primary custody of their 9-year-old son, and gives her a hefty sum of money ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the "hot felon" -- turned "still-hot ex-felon" -- and Melissa Meeks reached the agreement shortly after their divorce was finalized earlier this month. Under the terms, we're told, Jeremy gets primary physical custody of Jeremy Jr. and Melissa will get a check ... somewhere in the 6-figure range.

As we reported, Jeremy and Melissa's original divorce deal had her getting primary physical custody with a 70/30 split in time with each parent. They've flipped that under the new deal and, starting this summer, Jr. will be living in the U.K. with Dad and his gf, Chloe Green.

We're told Jeremy and Chloe have already enrolled Jr. in a private school he'll begin attending in the fall.

The new arrangement allows Jeremy to merge both of his families. Remember, he and Chloe -- the Topshop heiress -- just had a baby of their own.

Now, little Jayden Meeks-Green will grow up with his big bro.

Robin Thicke is grinning from ear-to-ear again, and it's not just because of April Love Geary ... he just achieved a rare feat in the music world.

Honestly, it looked like Robin Thicke circa 2013 Friday night outside Catch L.A. -- paparazzi blinded Robin and April as they walked out of dinner, and the singer's got a lot to celebrate.

"Blurred Lines" was recently certified Diamond -- which means it's pushed 10 million units sold or streamed. Only 21 other songs, IN HISTORY, have reached that mark! Some of the other artists who've achieved it include Eminem, Katy Perry, Elton John, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Lady Gaga.

Of course, it might be a little bitter sweet ... since the lawsuit from Marvin Gaye's family cost him and Pharrell millions.

Pete Davidson's ex isn't moping after their breakup and his lightning fast rebound/engagement to Ariana Grande.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... Cazzie David is already moving on post-breakup from the 'SNL' comedian. We're told she's not dwelling on the drama surrounding Pete and Ariana's instant engagement -- namely the timeline of his breakup from Cazzie and his hookup with the singer.

Cazzie took off for Africa shortly after she and Pete split in early May, but we're told the trip had been booked with friends long before -- and was in no way a spur-of-the-moment distraction from the breakup.

Oh, and that June 1 IG post -- after getting home -- saying, "what'd I miss ??"

It seems to be dripping in sarcasm aimed at Pete, but our sources say that ain't so. We're told she was fully aware about Ariana at that point, but the post was a genuine shout-out to friends ... letting them know she was back from a safari, where she'd had no Internet.

"Aquaman" star Jason Momoa might be a fish out of water, but the guy's still chilled -- and hot AF -- doing a romantic picnic date with his wife, Lisa Bonet.

Momoa got to kick it with the missus Thursday in L.A. ... a nice break from all the work he's been doing lately in and around the water. Most recently he was in Hawaii doing reshoots for his superhero blockbuster, and showing off his "Aquaman" skills.

The couple got married last year after 12 years together. They have 2 kids together -- 10-year-old Lola and 9-year-old Nakoa-Wolf -- but the picnic was all about some QT. Adults only.

Brody Jenner and his bride are back in L.A. after their kick-ass destination wedding ... but they're obviously still kinda salty about Caitlyn deciding NOT to attend.

We got Brody and Mrs. Kaitlynn Carter Jenner Wednesday evening at LAX as they returned from tying the knot on an exotic Indonesian island. We asked Brody if there were any plans to send a video of their magical day to anyone (*cough, cough* Caitlyn) who might have missed the wedding.

Brody scoffed at the idea but you have to see what the missus stepped in and said -- a barely subtle jab.

TMZ broke the story ... Brody was deeply hurt Caitlyn wasn't gonna attend, instead choosing to attend a benefit in Vienna.

John Cena and Nikki Bella's dinner date looked hard to swallow by the looks on their faces, and we're guessing it had nothing to do with the meals they ordered.

The on/off -- but lately, mostly off -- couple went out Tuesday night to the Cowboy Star Restaurant in San Diego, not far from where Nikki lives.

Witnesses tell us their conversation looked intense during the entire meal -- which could be good or bad. As we've told you .. they've been trying to work things out since Bella called off their engagement in April. Cena begged to get her back, but they haven't announced a reconciliation yet.

No denying ... Nikki did NOT look happy at this particular moment. Glass-half-full types will say they're having a tough convo that'll lead to a reunion. Half-empty peeps will say ... it's the last supper.

Hailey Baldwin has seemingly made Justin Bieber the happiest we've seen him in a while ... so much so, JB's back to chatting up fans and paps.

Justin and Hailey were leaving dinner at Cecconi's Tuesday night in Brooklyn walking arm-in-arm ... and getting bombarded by fans and photogs. Hailey made for a quick escape into their waiting car, but Biebs was super friendly -- talking to fans, photogs -- and even taking a trip down memory lane with some locals.

The two, who dated briefly in 2015, were first spotted back together in Miami over the weekend. Looks like they can't quit each other now that their romance has moved to the Big Apple.

It's cool though ... we like this Justin a lot more.

Joel McHale is so impressed by how much Pete Davidson spent on Ariana Grande's engagement ring ... he's lobbying for an 'SNL' gig. Jokingly. We think.

We got Joel at the Fortnite Pro-Am tournament near downtown L.A. -- he was paired with Markiplier, for you Fortnite heads. Anyway, we broke the Ariana-Pete engagement news to Joel, and you gotta see his reaction. The $93k price tag for the ring really did blow him away.

Unlike some naysayers, Joel told us the couple's young age -- they're both 24 -- isn't necessarily a bad thing. He's got a great example.

Pete Davidson donned Ariana Grande's signature bunny mask during an 'SNL' sketch in late 2017 ... perhaps letting the world in on the secret he was already feeling the singer, even though he was in a different relationship at the time.

Pete rocked a suit and Ariana's mask for a masquerade ball sketch that aired in November. At the time, Pete was a year and a half into his relationship with Larry David's daughter, Cazzie.

He confirmed their split last month -- shortly after Ariana and Mac went public with their breakup -- and, in the short period of time since then, Ariana and Pete announced they were dating and got engaged.

It's still unclear when exactly Pete and Ariana started dating, but one thing's for sure ... they haven't been shy about flaunting their love since then ... and he wasn't shy with his dough when he popped the question.
