Last we heard, Elon Musk and Amber Heard were "not back together" even though they kiss goodbye and dance real close ... sorry, we're not buying that now.

Amber and Elon went on a sushi date Monday in WeHo, and looked like the full-blown hand-holding couple that's definitely on again. But that's only because that's exactly what they are -- no matter how many times they try to say they're not reunited.

We broke the story ... Elon and Amber started hanging out again this past fall ... after announcing their split in the summer. Since then, they've smooched and gone dancing together.

If it looks like a reunited duck, walks like a reunited duck ...

Alright, guys ... this might actually be a thing.

Tennis superstar Genie Bouchard and the guy who won a date with her by betting on last year's Super Bowl are going back to the big game ... after NFL Canada (Genie's home country) offered to take them as guests.

The best part -- SHE ASKED HIM!!

"OMG. Back to where it all began?! And with the Patriots too?! I’m in! What do you say?" Genie tweeted at Missouri University student, John Goehrke.

Of course, John accepted -- "This keeps getting better. I’m in!"

You know the story -- Genie made a bet with John last year when the Falcons were up big on the Patriots ... agreeing to a date if the Pats pulled off a comeback.

They did ... and they've since gone on (at least) a few dates -- including a bikini beach sesh in Miami.

The Packers QB and NASCAR driver were spotted grabbing a bite Saturday night at The Mission Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, accompanied by a small group of people.

Elon Musk and Amber Heard have made another big move in their relationship ... on the dance floor!

The possibly-on-again couple arrived together at The Abbey in West Hollywood Saturday around 1 AM. We're told they had some drinks and danced with a few friends.

It looks like they really enjoyed grooving to Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow."

You may recall ... we last saw Elon and Amber smooching after a lunch date in L.A. a few days before Christmas. We thought it meant they were back together, but a source close to Elon told us they weren't.

Hollywood producer Randall Emmett just finalized his divorce from his actress wife of eight years, Ambyr Childers. It looks to be nice and neat ... everything has been settled privately, and all the terms are confidential -- including spousal and child support.

Randall and Ambyr got hitched in 2009, got separated in 2016 and filed for divorced in January of this year. They have two minor children -- 7 and 4 years old. Ambyr's had roles on "Ray Donovan" and "All My Children" ... Randall's got an EP credit on "Power" and helped produce Scorsese's flick "Silence."

As for Lala ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star was seen kissing Randall at the beginning of December at an event in Bev Hills ... before he was formally divorced.

10:00 AM PT -- A source close to Elon tells TMZ, "Amber invited Elon to her favorite restaurant for lunch, which serves cuisine from her home town of Austin. They caught up and kissed goodbye, but are not back together."
