Taxpayer Revolt Over Michael Jackson Memorial
An alleged do-gooder has filed a creditor's claim against the Michael Jackson estate, on behalf of the City of Angels.
Jose Freddie Vallejos claims it was illegal for Los Angeles city fathers to underwrite the Michael Jackson memorial last July to the tune of $3.3 million.
Vallejos claims the memorial benefited the estate so the estate should pay the full bill.
He filed the claim as a taxpayer for the City of L.A.

Gary Coleman Rushed to Hospital
Gary Coleman was taken to the hospital early this morning, TMZ has learned.
We're told Coleman was transported at 8:03 AM from Custom Hotel in Los Angeles where he was staying.
His rep is still trying to confirm what happened -- but people who were with Coleman told the rep there were signs of a seizure.
Coleman was in Los Angeles doing interviews to promote a something called "Midgets vs. Mascots." He did several interviews before being taken to the hospital.
UPDATE -- A friend of Coleman's who was with him this morning tells TMZ that Coleman was sitting on the bed when he went into what the friend said "looked like a seizure." Coleman came around and 911 was called.
Coleman was asked simple questions like "What month is it?" and whether or not he knew the name of anyone in the room -- Coleman was "foggy" and did not know the answers.
Casey Johnson' Big Money Problems
Casey Johnson had some pretty severe financial problems in the months before she died. Johnson was sued for not making lease payments on a Porsche and lost a five-figure lawsuit to a nanny service ... both in the last few months.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Johnson was sued by Porsche in September 2009 for failing to make the $2,300.47/month lease payments on her 2009 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S during the months of June, July and August 2009.
She eventually lost the car to Porsche in December.
As for the nanny service, the Elizabeth Rose Agency filed a lawsuit in August 2009 claiming Johnson owed them money. The agency won a judgment in December for $20,189.35.

Casey Johnson -- No Evidence of Suicide
The L.A. County Coroner's office has no evidence Casey Johnson took her own life -- and Johnson's body showed no evidence of heart disease, liver, kidney, vascular or other obvious problems, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told the doctor who performed the autopsy concluded there were "no anatomical findings" -- meaning there was nothing evident that would unlock the cause of her death.
We're told there is no evidence of suicide or homicide. As for drugs, law enforcement sources tell TMZ there was "an insignificant" amount of prescription medication found in the home where she died. Our sources say the toxicology report should be the key to determining cause of death.
As we first reported, Johnson was hospitalized twice after falling into a diabetic coma.

Gilbert Arenas -- Not Licensed to Pack Heat
NBA star Gilbert Arenas didn't have a license to possess the guns he stored in his locker in D.C.... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told there were four guns in Arenas' locker that were turned over to police, including a gold-plated Desert Eagle -- a gigantic handgun.
Arenas could be charged for "CPWL"-- carrying a pistol without a license.
As we previously reported, Arenas could also face assault charges stemming from the alleged gun-toting standoff with a teammate on Xmas Eve.
D.C. cops plan to bring in Washington Wizards coach Flip Saunders today for questioning. GM Ernie Grunfeld will be brought in later this week.

Mike Tyson LAX Fight Video -- 'I Will Kill You'
Mike Tyson threatened to kill the paparazzo he allegedly assaulted at LAX back in November -- and now the tape has finally surfaced ... but, it's heavily edited.
In the vid, Iron Mike is stoic as he walks through the airport with his wife and their child.
Six minutes into the video ... as the pap follows him toward the bathroom, Mike snaps, "You can't come through here. Put that away brother, I will kill you!" After that, Tyson charges at the camera ... and the tape stops.
But here's the mystery. The video -- which TMZ obtained from an outside agency -- was shot by a photographer who made at least 7 edits before handing it over. Did he incite Tyson? Did he touch the baby's stroller, as Tyson claims? We don't know.
The L.A. City Attorney rejected the case against both Tyson and the photog last week -- citing "insufficient evidence."

As we first reported, Johnson was found dead in her home yesterday.
Law enforcement tells us they believe she had been dead for several days.
No cause of death has been determined.

Tiger Woods Sex Tape?
Someone is shopping what she says is a Tiger Woods sex tape, and Vivid Entertainment is in the market.
Steven Hirsch, head honcho of Vivid, tells TMZ a woman approached him two weeks ago, claiming she had a sex video of Tiger Woods. She said it was shot approximately two years ago.
Hirsch tells TMZ his people have seen 30 seconds of the video but is not confirming it's Tiger on tape -- he says he's still trying to ID the players.
Two things. First, Tiger's lawyers have already put out a threatening letter, stating they will go after anyone who tries to publish nude photos or videos of Tiger Woods.
Thing two. There is no way such a video could be legally released without Tiger's John Hancock. Good luck with that.

Jackson Estate, Sony Pulling Leaked Track
Every Michael Jackson fan was overjoyed at the new song that leaked this weekend -- everyone except his record label, Lenny Kravitz and all of Michael's lawyers.
Sources tell TMZ the Jackson song, called "Another Day" and done with Lenny Kravitz, was never meant to see the light of day. We're told Sony, with the support of Jackson's estate lawyers, wants to have the song pulled off the Internet.
For his part, Lenny Kravitz posted a video saying he didn't leak the song and he has no idea how it got out there.
He says the song is not mixed and not a final version.

Tiger Woods -- African Safari?
If you believe everyone, Tiger Woods is in Florida, Arizona, New York, California, and on a boat. But people who spoke with Woods the day after his Thanksgiving car accident tell TMZ his plan was to get out of the country and ensconce himself in Africa.
Our sources say Tiger was very clear on his plan -- go to a friend's estate in Africa and completely disappear from public view. One source believes Tiger left almost immediately.
Almost no one knows for sure, but wherever Tiger is, he's left nary a paw print.
Tiger Fun Fact: He proposed to Elin in South Africa in 2003.

NFL Running Back Sued for Hit and Run
Buffalo Bills star running back Marshawn Lynch is in for another long off-season -- dude's being sued by the woman he ran over during an alleged drunken hit-and-run incident back in 2008.
In the lawsuit, filed in Erie County Court, the 27-year-old victim, Kimberley Shpeley, claims Lynch was drunk when he got behind the wheel of his Porsche Cayenne in Buffalo at 3:30 AM on May 31, 2008 and struck her as she was attempting to cross the street.
Lynch was investigated for the incident, and ultimately reached a deal with prosecutors that kept him out of jail -- though he did plead guilty to something called "failure to exercise due care toward a pedestrian" and had to pay a $100 fine.
Now, the victim is demanding an unspecified amount of cash for the "severe personal injuries" she claims she suffered.
Lawyer for Charlie Sheen's Wife Makes a Move
Brooke Mueller's lawyer has been in touch with Charlie Sheen's civil lawyers, TMZ has learned ... but it's not about cashing in.
We're told Yale Galanter has contacted Charlie's lawyers, but a source closely involved with Brooke tells us it has nothing to do with squeezing money out of Sheen -- and absolutely nothing to do with their prenup.
It's unclear why Galanter is contacting Sheen's civil lawyer but we're told emphatically it is not about money.
As we first reported, Brooke wants to move back to L.A. with the kids ASAP and try and work things out with Charlie -- which is why she and Charlie both asked the judge last week to terminate the protective order. Late last week, after the prosecutor went on record opposing the move, Brooke and Charlie asked to modify the restraining order to allow contact between the two of them with a safety net in case things get crazy again.

Lamar and Khloe -- His Home Alone
Hopefully Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian will spend many happy years together -- but if they don't, Khloe could get a 30-day notice to move her butt out of the marital home.
We've learned the house Lamar bought for his bride -- per their prenup -- is held in his name alone.
TMZ obtained legal docs -- an Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed -- in which Khloe acknowledges their home is Lamar's "sole and separate property."
As we first reported, Lamar plunked down nearly $4 mil for the 8,347 square foot home in Tarzana, CA.
As the saying goes, what's yours is mine and what's mine is mine -- at least according to Beverly Hills divorce lawyers.
MJ Creditors Claims Tens of Millions of $$$
Michael Jackson's estate may be making serious money, but they are also dealing with claims upwards of $20 million, sources tell TMZ.
We're told the best guess is that when the door finally shuts on people who claim Michael Jackson owed them money, the grand total will exceed $20 mil. That includes a $5 million claim from a memorabilia collector, a $1 million claim from someone who wants a cut of the "Thriller" music video, a $2.3 million claim from Dr. Tohme Tohme and a $1.5 million claim from a law firm (there are a number of other law firms that want a piece of the estate).
That does not mean -- by any stretch -- the estate will pay all the claims. We're told some of them are patently bogus and lawyers for the estate will not pay, unless a judge orders them to ante up.
