8:30 AM PT -- DMX denies taking any powder or drugs. He says all he remembers is having shortness of breath after suffering bronchitis for a couple of days.

A family member says X asked for his inhaler (for asthma) right before he fell unconscious. They were not able to get it to him in time. He's still in the hospital.

DMX was at death's door Monday night, not breathing, without a pulse and the signs point to an overdose.

It's a lot worse than the story DMX's people were putting out ... that he suffered an asthma attack.

Yonkers cops responded to a call about an unconscious male at a Ramada Inn just after 6 PM. We're told when cops arrived DMX was on the ground in the parking lot next to a parked car. Cops quickly determined he was lifeless, not breathing with no pulse and immediately began CPR.

After a minute of CPR X's pulse came back.

A witness on scene told cops DMX had ingested some sort of powder before lapsing into unconsciousness. Cops gave him Narcan, an antidote to narcotic ODs. DMX became "semi-conscious" and was taken to the hospital.

We're told DMX appears to be in stable condition and at this time, no criminal charges are expected.

Short story ... cops saved his life.

The cops who pulled over Jabar Gaffney last month say the ex-NFL wide receiver didn't just smell like weed -- he was covered in it -- and TMZ Sports has the footage from the arrest.

We broke the story ... the former Texans and Patriots player was busted in Florida on January 22nd at 3 PM because he was swerving and his windows were tinted.

The cop who pulled Gaffney over was pretty intense ... saying the scent of weed was super strong -- and when Gaffney got out of his truck, you can hear the cop say, "You got marijuana all over you!"

Eventually, Gaffney was charged with felony drug paraphernalia and weed possession.

Monday night Bieber rolled into The Nice Guy in L.A. and was the nicest guy as he perched at the piano to sing two of his own songs and covered One Republic's "Apologize."

If that wasn't enough love to spread to the unsuspecting patrons, Biebs looked at a table of girls and dedicated a song to the birthday girl then bought all of her friends tequila shots.

We're told he made the rounds, asking people how they were doing as if he was the maitre d'.

Free impromptu concerts seem to be his thing lately.

Blac Chyna cops to being drunk at the Austin International Airport, but she's adamant the ecstasy pills police found were NOT hers.

As we reported, cops found 2 pills with emblazoned designs in her sunglasses case. A field test revealed it was MDMA.

Our Chyna sources say she has no idea how the pills ended up in the case. She does say she did not pack her own bags for the trip to London -- with a stopover in Austin. In fact, she says her assistants who normally work for her were not there, and a different person packed for her.

She won't snitch, but our sources say she's strongly implying the person who packed the bags is responsible.

And get this ... our sources say Chyna is incredulous because the type of ecstasy cops found is uncommon. She says people haven't used the drug in pill form for years, favoring powder instead.

Rob Kardashian says he's sober as a mule and wants his family to get off his back ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

Our Rob sources say he's upset his family believes he has slipped back into the world of drugs. Rob is insisting he's clean and actually has improved his quality of life by living with Blac Chyna.

Rob tells his friends he's finally eating to lose weight, and he works out everyday because she has a gym in her house.

The family is dubious, especially because Chyna was busted Friday at the Austin International Airport where cops found ecstasy pills in her sunglasses case. Rob is mum on the bust, but insists he doesn't partake.

What we do know, however, is this ... when Khloe came home early and found Chyna and Rob in her kitchen, there were liquor bottles strewn about the kitchen. The friends say Rob is not claiming he doesn't drink.

"Mob Wives" star Big Ang is in dire straits in her fight against stage 4 lung and brain cancer so her family is turning to marijuana as a last resort.

Ang didn't respond to the chemo treatments she started after the New Year, in fact her family says one of the tumors got bigger. Her sister Janine tells us Ang isn't on her deathbed, but her breathing is labored and she's in a lot of pain.

They've decided to try managing her pain with cannabis oil. Some patients believe the alternative treatment can even shrink tumors (that hasn't been scientifically proven) -- but it ain't cheap, going for as much as $60 per gram. The family is raising money via a GoFundMe page.

Ang is too tired to do anything, but Janine is hoping the cannabis oil will at least keep her pain-free.

2:50 PM PT -- The hearing didn't end. The judge just called it quits for the day and the hearing will pick up tomorrow morning.

10:08 AM PT -- The former D.A. just testified he did indeed make a deal with Cosby that he would not be prosecuted in the Constand case and he says the deal was meant to be binding on his successors. The parties are now in the judge's chambers.

The D.A. also said there were "serious flaws" in the case.

Bill Cosby came to court Tuesday dressed for success ... a successful argument he hopes his lawyers can make to make his criminal sexual assault case go away.

Cosby -- cane in hand -- was gingerly guided into the courthouse by 2 bodyguards.

The comedian's lawyer will argue he got a solid promise from the former D.A. in suburban Philadelphia that he would NOT be prosecuted in the case of Andrea Constand. Based on that promise he sat for a deposition on Constand's civil case where he admitted he had given her 3 half-pills of Benadryl before a 2004 sexual encounter. She says it was assault ... he says it was consensual.

The former D.A. is scheduled to testify on behalf of Cosby ... saying he indeed made the promise not to prosecute.

Stephanie Seymour could get out of her DUI case ... if she hits the books.

The supermodel showed up in a Connecticut court in her finest Jackie O-inspired outfit -- complete with long leather gloves -- and asked the judge to cut her a break.

Seymour told the court she's applied to an alcohol counseling program.

TMZ broke the story, Steph got busted last month after cops say she backed into another car on a highway off-ramp.

Former NBA star Jayson Williams -- the guy who shot and killed his limo driver in 2002 -- was arrested in Upstate NY last week after cops say he drunkenly crashed his Jeep into a utility pole.

Officials say emergency responders were called around 11:30 PM on Jan. 26th to a single car crash -- and found the 47-year-old in his banged up Jeep.

Williams was transported to a local hospital to be treated for injuries -- and was ultimately charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. You can see scrapes on his face in the mug shot.

Williams was released from the hospital a short time later.

Rob Kardashian is contacting his old party buddies and his family thinks it's a sign he's off the wagon in a big way ... and they blame it all on Blac Chyna.

Sources connected to the Kardashians tell TMZ, about 2 weeks ago -- the same day Khloe came home from a trip and found Rob and Chyna in her kitchen -- someone in the family received a call from a guy who used to party with Rob. We're told the guy is now clean and wanted them to know Rob had been calling other party friends as well, and he says Rob was trying to score drugs.

Chyna wanted to make it appear she was making Rob healthy again, cooking for him and inspiring him to exercise. Yet as we first reported, in addition to being drunk in Austin, cops say they found ecstasy pills in her sunglasses case.

The Kardashians believe it's clear ... Rob is in great danger of relapsing, and they believe it's all Chyna's doing.

What's more, the family is deeply concerned Rob's life is in danger because they think he's not taking his diabetes meds. We've learned when Kris Jenner beelined it for Chyna's house last Friday, she arrived with Rob's insulin and other Rx meds, worried he had stopped taking them.

Problem is ... Rob's not listening to anyone -- except Blac Chyna.

Howard Stern Wack Packer "Crackhead Bob" was hospitalized 2 days before his father found him dead ... TMZ has learned.

Bob -- real name George Harvey -- had been "feeling weak" according to his father ... who told cops his son had long suffered with high blood pressure and seizures. He also said Bob had previous strokes and a heart attack ... all symptoms consistent with someone recovering from crack abuse.

He was admitted to a hospital on January 18, and was supposed to have a follow-up doctor's visit on January 20. His father told cops ... when Bob didn't show up at the doc's office, that's when he went to his apartment.
