Dolphins' Chris Foerster BLOWBACK Resigns After Cocaine Video

Miami Dolphins offensive line coach Chris Foerster has resigned -- less than 24 hours after video surfaced showing him blowing lines with a $20 bill.

"I am resigning from my position with the Miami Dolphins and accept full responsibility for my actions," Foerster said in a statement.

"I want to apologize to the organization and my sole focus is on getting the help that I need with the support of my family and medical professionals."

The Dolphins also issued a statement saying, "We were made aware of the video late last night and have no tolerance for this behavior."

"After speaking with Chris this morning, he accepted full responsibility and we accepted his resignation effective immediately."

"Although Chris is no longer with the organization, we will work with him to get the help he needs during this time."

Foerster was one of the highest paid assistant coaches in the NFL -- reportedly earning between $2.5 and $3 MILLION per year.

8:28 AM PT -- Dolphins head coach, Adam Gase, just addressed Foerster's resignation with the media ... saying, "it's not a good situation. It wasn't something that you expect."

"It's not fun, especially when you're close to somebody. But you gotta take the next step and move on, 'cause we're gonna play on Sunday."

Gase added he never saw signs of drug issues while working with Foerster.

NFL Coach In Apparent Cocaine Snorting Video ... Team Investigating

The Miami Dolphins are looking into a video of offensive line coach Chris Foerster blowing 3 lines of what appears to be cocaine.

The video was posted by Kijuana Nige -- a Vegas-based model who claims Foerster had sent her the video.

Nige claims, "He recorded himself and sent it to me professing his love."

Unclear when and where the video was shot, but while snorting the powder with a $20 bill, Foerster speaks to the camera and says, "Hey babe, miss you, thinking about you."

He also waxes poetically about how he wants to snort lines off the recipient's vagina.

So far, no comment from Foerster.

As for the NFL, a league spokesman told us, "we are looking into it."

Rapper PARTYNEXTDOOR Busted for Xanax and Oxycodone

PARTYNEXTDOOR was one of two men arrested for carrying drugs at the U.S.-Canada border ... TMZ has confirmed.

A spokesman for the New York State Troopers tells us ... the rapper and a 24-year-old man from Ontario were on a bus Thursday morning heading back to the U.S. when it was stopped for secondary inspection. NY State Troopers were then called to assist U.S. Customs and Border personnel.

We're told PARTYNEXTDOOR allegedly had Xanax and Oxycodone on him. The rapper and the other man were charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, as first reported by WIVB-4 in Buffalo.

They were arrested, cited and released. We've reached out to PARTYNEXTDOOR, so far no word back.

Aaron Carter Leaves Rehab Early To Deal with Legal Issues

11:05 AM -- We reached out to "The Doctors," which footed the bill for Aaron's rehab. They tell us, "The Doctors are saddened that Aaron did not complete the treatment we provided, as reclaiming his mental and physical health should be his number one priority. Although we are not continuing our work with him, we truly hope he gets better and is not negatively affected by outside influences.

Aaron Carter has bolted out of rehab after less than 2 weeks because he has to deal with some urgent matters.

Aaron's rep, Steve Honig, says, "Aaron has left the facility where he has been working on his wellness. Several legal and personal matters arose that required his immediate and in-person attention." Honig would not be more specific about the legal issues.

TMZ broke the story when Aaron finally decided to check in for substance abuse treatment. Police had made multiple welfare checks on the singer last month, and family members told us they had serious concerns he was relapsing.

Despite his shortened stay, Aaron's rep says, "He is still very much committed to his wellness and will be continually working toward being the best person possible.”

Lindsay Lohan Senator's Snarky Drunk Dig Will Trigger Lawsuit

Michael and Dina Lohan plan to sue a U.S. senator who conjured up Lindsay's drunken past to lash out at a CEO.

The incident went down at a congressional hearing Wednesday as the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee grilled former Equifax CEO Richard Smith about the credit reporting firm's recent massive hacking.

One of the committee members asked, "Why in the world should you get a no-bid contract right now?" ... which was followed up by Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana, "You realize to many Americans right now, that looks like we're giving Lindsay Lohan the keys to the mini-bar."

As we've reported, Lindsay's struggled with drugs and alcoholism and has been open about it, and has changed for the better.

But her parents are FURIOUS and tell Gossip Cop they plan to sue Kennedy. Michael told the outlet, "His comment and analogy was inappropriate, slanderous and unwarranted. How dare he associate Lindsay with this case? Tell me, does he have a family member or friend with a former addiction problem?"

We've reached out to Senator Kennedy's office, so far no word back.

BTW ... just our opinion, but Dina and Michael don't have legal standing to sue ... it's all Lindsay, and so far she's been radio silent.

Alex Morgan Apologizes For Drunken Disney World Incident

The sobering reality has set in for Alex Morgan -- and now the Team USA soccer superstar is apologizing for the drunken bender that got her kicked out of Disney World.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... cops were called to EPCOT Center on Sunday when Morgan and her group, which included several MLS soccer stars, became belligerent after a day of boozing.

Morgan and 3 other people were told to leave -- but Alex allegedly drunkenly told the officers she knew the SWAT team ... hoping she could bully the cops into letting her go. It didn't work.

And now the apology ...

"I want to apologize for my actions that occurred over the weekend," Morgan says.

"I will learn from this make sure it does not happen again. #liveandlearn."

Morgan isn't the first Team USA star to get in trouble in an alcohol-fueled incident .... Hope Solo was punished for an unauthorized boozy joy ride on a Team USA bus and Abby Wambach was busted for DUI.

Cops: Alex Morgan Was Super Drunk 'I Know the SWAT Team!'

Alex Morgan was "highly impaired" and yelling at Disney staffers in front of guests when she was thrown out of Epcot Center on Sunday ... this according to the incident report obtained by TMZ Sports.

We broke the story, Morgan, along with several MLS soccer players, was booted from the park after an incident at one of the bars on the premises.

Now, it seems Morgan's entire group was HAMMERED -- with Morgan allegedly bragging that she knows the Orlando SWAT team in an effort to pressure officers to let her go.

The report, filed by the Orange County Sheriff's Office, says they were initially called to the U.K. pub around 8:20 PM after MLS player Giles Barnes cut in front of another patron in line and got into a verbal argument.

The report notes Morgan's entire group was "impaired and verbally aggressive."'

Giles was escorted out of the pub and told not to come back.

As deputies were escorting Barnes out of the park, officers were called about the other members of the group making a scene.

"As we passed Space Ship Earth, I observed several people were being escorted to the front. They were all being very loud and belligerent towards staff around guests."

The deputy noted that Morgan was especially out of control -- "yelling, screaming and taking video and possibly pictures."

"She appeared to be highly impaired. Deputy Johnson heard Ms. Morgan make a loud verbal statement that she knows the Orlando SWAT team."

Ultimately, 4 people in Morgan's group were kicked out of the park including Morgan and MLS player Donny Toia.

UK Tennis Star Dan Evans Hit with 1-Year Ban for Cocaine

British tennis star Dan Evans will have to sit out 1 year after testing positive for cocaine ... the International Tennis Federation announced on Tuesday.

Evans got popped for coke back in April after competing in an ATP World Tour event in Barcelona. The ITF says Dan will forfeit his points and prize money from the event.

One silver lining -- Evans' suspension will be back-dated ... meaning he'll be eligible to return in April 2018.

When his test failure came to light, Dan publicly apologized -- "I made a mistake and I must face up to it. I do not condone for one second that this was acceptable behavior."

"I’ve let a lot of people down: my family, my coach, my team, sponsors, British tennis and my fans. I can only deeply apologize from the bottom of my heart."

The Davis Cup champ was the #3 UK men's tennis player, and #50 in the world, before his positive test.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has had a rough time of late ... his wife had a miscarriage earlier this month, he relapsed and ended up again in rehab for alcoholism, but he's just snagged a huge honor ... Best Actor at the Boston Film Festival.

Jon was tearful as he accepted the award for the lead role in 'Damascus Cover,' a spy thriller about a secret agent who goes on a mission to Syria to smuggle out a chemical weapons scientist. The film, written and directed by Daniel Berk, also won Best Picture and Best Director.

Meyers broke down as he accepted the award as he talked about working with the late John Hurt, who co-starred in the film, which was his last.

Meyers left rehab to attend the event last weekend. He's back getting help.

Heidi Klum's Ex Busted for Shrooms at Burning Man (Yes, That's Illegal There)

Heidi Klum's ex managed to do what's seemingly impossible -- get busted for mushrooms at Burning Man.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Vito Schnabel was arrested September 3 by Pershing County Sheriffs and charged with distribution and manufacture of a controlled substance ... a felony.

In the report, prosecutors say Vito was in possession of Psilocybin -- the scientific name for psychedelic 'shrooms ... which is a Schedule I controlled substance. He's pled not guilty.

Vito's no stranger to Burning Man. He was there last year with Heidi. They split up Monday after a 3-year relationship.

Vito faces up to 5 years in prison if convicted. We've reached out to him, so far no word back.

Young Thug Facing More Felony Charges ... Gun, Drug Possession

Young Thug's list of legal problems piled up while he sat in a jail cell ... because he's now facing 2 more felonies on top of a weed possession charge.

As we reported ... the rapper was arrested Saturday in Georgia by Brookhaven PD after he was pulled over for tinted windows. According to the police report, the cop searched Thug's Maybach because it smelled like marijuana ... and found drugs, 2 guns and almost $50k in cash.

YT and 2 men with him in his car were arrested and taken to jail. Thug's now facing a felony charge for gun possession, a felony charge for drug possession -- for narcotics and liquid codeine found in his car -- and the felony charge for weed.

He's still got the tinted windows charge, too.

Thug appeared in court Wednesday, posted bond and is now out of jail.

Young Thug is still sitting in jail, FOUR days after a marijuana possession bust that was prompted by tinted windows ... TMZ has learned.

We just got Thug's latest mug shot from his arrest Saturday in Brookhaven, GA. As we first reported ... Thug is facing a felony drug possession charge ... and now we know how much.

Law enforcement tells us he allegedly had 2.5 oz of weed on him, and cops found the stash during a routine traffic stop. We're told Thug was initially pulled over for over-tinted windows.

As for why he's still in jail ... the case is still being reviewed by the D.A., and no bail's been set.

Mike Posner Ibiza Tourism Board Didn't Like My Pill-Popping Hit

Mike Posner's track, "I Took A Pill In Ibiza," won't be playing in the background of any Ibiza tourism commercials because he says the island's tourism board isn't a fan.

Posner told us he caught a lot of flak from the White Isle's tourism board since they thought the song promoted drug use. Ibiza has long struggled to ditch its booze and ecstasy rep and from what Posner tells us -- and sings -- doesn't look like it's going well.

Posner's not ruling out a return trip, but says he'd do things differently this time.

Young Thug Busted for Weed Possession ... And Tinted Windows

Young Thug's now facing a felony drug charge, and a misdemeanor for tinted windows ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper was arrested Saturday in Georgia by Brookhaven PD, and booked on one count of marijuana possession. He was also slapped with a charge for having tinted front windows.

Thug's had a year full of legal issues, but so far it's worked out for him -- he skated on another felony drug charge in April thanks to a technicality, and was cleared for allegedly slapping a woman outside a nightclub.

Zach Randolph I Was 'Wrongfully Arrested'

Zach Randolph says he feels he was "wrongfully arrested" during an August 9 incident in Los Angeles -- in which cops initially said the NBA star was in possession of a TON of weed.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Randolph was initially arrested for possession with intent to sell because of the large quantity of weed cops say he had. He eventually pled no contest to resisting arrest and the weed charge was dismissed completely.

Randolph finally broke his silence about the situation on Monday telling reporters, "I'm not speaking a lot about it but I felt that I was wrongfully arrested."

"Things that was put out there wasn't true. But I don't want to be a distraction to my team, my organization, so I'm just going to move forward and play basketball."

Randolph was sentenced to 150 hours of community service and was ordered to stay away from drug dealers. He's due back in court in December.

The Weeknd Cops Investigate Alleged Post-Concert Rape ... Singer Not Involved

Two temporary crew members on tour with The Weeknd are under criminal investigation after a woman claims she was raped backstage following the singer's show ... but we're told The Weeknd was out of the building before the alleged crime went down.

Law enforcement sources tell us a woman

with the Ohio State University police station early Wednesday morning, claiming she was raped following The Weeknd's show at the Schottenstein Center.

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell us the woman was in a backstage area with two crew members. Our sources say it's possible one of the suspects filmed the attack.

We're told employees hired for the tour can vary from city to city ... the two suspects are not a part of The Weeknd's inner circle.

According to the police report, cops believe everyone was drunk during the alleged rape. The report says "hands, feet and teeth" were the "weapons" used in the sexual asault.

The Weeknd had left the arena before the alleged rape and is not involved.

The XO Tour Manager and Live Nation Team tell us, "Upon learning of the accusations that two members of our tour staff are facing, we immediately terminated their employment. We are working with the authorities to ensure they have access to any information or assistance they may need."

We're told the incident is under investigation and no arrests have been made.
