Video has surfaced allegedly showing one of Justin Bieber's bodyguards attacking a photog's car in Australia ... and it's crazy.

The video was shot last night in Sydney. According to the photog, he was following Bieber's car when it pulled over and one of the singer's bodyguards hopped out, demanding the pap buzz off.

You can hear the heated exchange as the photog refuses to go anywhere -- and then you can hear several loud banging noises. The photog says, "He just kicked the door."

Justin is not visible in the video. The photog claims the man also knifed his tires, but you can't see that in the clip.

Sources tell TMZ, the bodyguard in the video is the same bodyguard who allegedly attacked an Australian surfer the day before ... for trying to take a photo of Bieber surfing.

Like a dog leaving its scent, Justin Bieber is leaving his mark all over the world ... 'cause he just tagged up another city, and this time he was caught in the act ... on camera.

Bieber -- who spray-painted his way across South America -- finished up a gig last night in Brisbane, Australia ... then returned to his hotel in nearby Gold Coast, and went on a graffiti rampage ... covering an outdoor wall with colorful monsters.

Queensland cops tell TMZ ... they're well aware of the illicit artwork .. but so far, no formal complaint has been made -- and the GC mayor says he's ordered a cleanup crew for the wall.

If anyone's gonna have sex with Babyface's ex-wife, the legendary music producer is glad it's Deion Sanders.

Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds -- who divorced ex-wife Tracey Edmonds in 2005 -- recently sat for an interview with Oprah, and explained how Tracey's new BF Deion approached him for a man-to-man talk to make sure they had no problems with each other.

Babyface says he was blown away by Deion's classy move to clear the air ... and is totally at peace with Tracey's new relationship. Check the clip.

Babyface has been catching some flack for the interview -- he said he wasn't "in love" with Tracey towards the end of their marriage. But he tells TMZ, his words are being twisted. Babyface says he never stopped loving Tracey ... their love just changed from love-love to friend-love.

Miley Cyrus turned 21 years old this weekend ... and she celebrated with booze, celebrities, strippers and a guest appearance from a Dr. Seuss character ... and TMZ has the footage.

Miley -- now legal to drink alcohol in the U.S. -- partied at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in L.A. on Sunday night, after the American Music Awards.

We're told Miley rented out the entire theater for the special birthday/AMAs afterparty.

Kelly Osbourne was one of the guests -- and took a pic with Miley with party hats, birthday cupcakes and a bottle of champagne.

3 of Willie Nelson's band members were hospitalized this morning after their tour bus crashed in Texas ... and the band's blaming it on an icy road.

The band's bus (Willie was in his own ride) crashed along I-30 around 3:30 when it hit a bridge pillar -- about 80 miles east of Dallas.

The most severe injury ... a broken hip. The other two guys walked away with bumps and bruises.

A rep for the band says the next four shows have been cancelled.

The man who disappeared in the case that involves a Charlie Sheen sex tape has been found ... and law enforcement sources tell us, he told cops he was KIDNAPPED. And, we've learned the LAPD has launched a criminal investigation into the kidnapping allegations.

Darwin Vela was located at 2 PM PT today, after vanishing Tuesday as he took his dog for a walk in South L.A. We're told Vela flagged down someone on the street and that person called 911.

As we first reported ... Vela and another man, Ricardo Orozco, went to Sheen's reps a while back and said they had a Charlie Sheen sex tape and wanted to know how much the tape would be worth -- i.e., extortion.

Orozco was arrested for allegedly stealing computers owned by Nic Cage's baby mama and law enforcement sources say they believe one of the computers contained the sex tape. Orozco was arrested and charged with burglary.

Vela was scheduled to testify in Orozco's preliminary hearing Thursday but on Tuesday, he left his house to walk his Chocolate Lab and a short time later the dog came back with human blood on its leash and was freaked out.

We do not know if Vela was injured. One law enforcement source says there were injuries but we can't be more specific. Cops are about to interview him.

The President of Mexico just laid el smack down on Justin Bieber -- calling BS on the pop star after JB claimed the two had met before his concert this week, but Justin claims it was all an honest mistake.

The drama began when Bieber went to Twitter on Monday and wrote, "just met some amazing mexican beliebers and the presidente of mexico and his familia."

Problem is, he didn't meet El Commander in Chief Enrique Pena Nieto ... and Nieto's office went right back to Twitter to clear his name ... denying the meeting ever took place.

Sources close to Justin tell TMZ ... it was an honest mistake ... because Justin was told that he had a meeting arranged with the "President's family."

When Bieber met the group, which was surrounded by security and arrived in an official-looking motorcade, he was under the impression he was meeting the numero uno family.

The 26-year old wrestler fainted in the ring Friday while wrestling Brie Bella in London, and dehydration was to blame.

According to reports AJ -- real name April Mendez -- was tended to at ringside after the scary fall ... and walked to the back on her own power.

We're told WWE medical staff continues to monitor her ... just to be on the safe side -- and also because she's really hot.

Chris Brown is out of rehab ... because he has something more pressing ... community service.

TMZ first reported ... Brown checked into a Malibu rehab facility for anger management 16 days ago ... after a street brawl in Washington D.C. in which he allegedly punched a guy in the face.

At the time ... we were told Brown could be in rehab for up to 3 months -- sources told us "The rehab facility has been told to take him [Brown] apart and put him back together."

Now ... a little more than two weeks after entering the program ... Brown has checked out.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ his client needed to get out of the facility to start the community service he's required to perform in the Rihanna case. As you may recall, the judge would not accept the hours Chris claimed he had done, and made him do it all over again.

Geragos would not say if rehab did the trick, but did tell us Chris will continue in outpatient therapy.

8:50 AM PT -- Sources close to Brooke tell us, Brooke is looking to move because she believes that's what the court wants. We're told Brooke is under the impression she can't live under the same roof as her children -- and when her brother Scott moves in today with the twins, she feels she's required to find another place to live full-time until her custody rights are fully restored.

Brooke Mueller seems to be subscribing to the adage, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder," because she's got her sights set on moving out of Charlie Sheen's neighborhood.

Brooke was shopping for condos in Bev Hills Monday ... just a day before twins Bob and Max will be living with her full-time, under the watchful eye of Brooke's brother Scott.

Here's what's interesting. Brooke has been living in a house Charlie bought just blocks from where he lives. Things have gotten so bad between the 2, Charlie has been making noises that she's becoming persona non grata, so condo shopping is not surprising.

As for who will end up paying for the condo ... it's likely good ol' Charlie will end up footing the bill. Brooke's child support was sliced in half after losing custody, but now that the kids will be living with her full-time, it's a safe bet Charlie will have to ante up $55k a month, just like in the good ol' days.

Richie Incognito calls Jonathan Martin his best friend on the Miami Dolphins -- and says he's worried about him ... even though Martin's allegations of hazing got Richie suspended ... TMZ has learned.

Incognito talked today for the first time about the scandal ... with FOX NFL insider Jay Glazer. Sources on the FOX set tell us Incognito wasn't exactly apologetic for his actions -- but instead expressed deep concern about Martin's health since he left the team.

We're told Incognito was willing to answer any and all questions about the controversy -- including alleged threats against Martin's family, and the infamous voicemail he left ... where he allegedly called Martin a "half n***a."

Pretty surprising for Incognito to refer to Martin as his "best friend" ... considering his accusations could ultimately ruin Incognito's NFL career.

The interview will air during tomorrow's FOX NFL Sunday pregame show.

It's unclear if Incognito addressed the video TMZ posted of him raging in a sports bar, yelling the n-word -- but we'd bet it came up.

A fan and close friend of Blink 182 was rushed to an L.A. hospital last night during the band's sold-out concert at the Hollywood Palladium -- after falling from a 2nd-story balcony inside the building, Blink's rep tells TMZ.

Witnesses described the mayhem on Twitter, saying the fan fell "face first" while Blink was playing "Dammit" and looked in rough shape after the accident. The fall was roughly 15-20 feet, but witnesses say he was responsive.

One witness who was standing under the balcony tells TMZ, the man landed right next to her and his body made the "gnarliest splat on the ground ... I can still hear the sound. It was awful." He didn't land on anyone. The witness says he had blood all over his face.

According to the rep, the fan is a "dear friend" of the band, but the rep wouldn't be more specific.

It's unclear how the fan fell, and whether his injuries are life-threatening. He's currently being treated at a local hospital. The rep says the band is in touch with the man's family.

1:00 PM PT -- Chad just apologized about the incident on Twitter, saying, "I want to apologize for my inappropriate antics at the drum clinic,my joke about team rivalries went too far. Flamenco [sic] fans...I'm sorry."

Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith might leave Brazil with some extra scar tissue ... 'cause a ton of fans in the country want him dead after he desecrated the jersey of the most popular club team in South America.

Chad made a big mistake Sunday afternoon in Belo Horizonte during a drum clinic when he was gifted a Flamengo soccer club jersey -- and shoved it down the back of his pants, as if to say he wipes his ass with it.

The crowd immediately boo'ed the crap out of Chad ... and one unruly fan even threw something at his HEAD!

RHCP already performed a few shows since the debacle ... but a big group of fans are just catching wind of what happened ... and now they're vowing to raise hell at tomorrow's RHCP concert in Rio.

One angry Flamengo fan wrote a death threat in the comments section of the YouTube page where the video was posted -- saying, "Will arrive in Rio de Janeiro you will die motherf***er."

Another said, "the fans of Flamengo wants to kill you, are already planning to invade his show to throw rocks at you."

Janice Dickinson is hailing herself as a HERO this morning ... after chasing down a man suspected of jacking a bag from a male go-go dancer, TMZ has learned.

The whole thing started around 5:30 AM outside the famous Abbey nightclub in West Hollywood -- when one of the go-go dancers, Sean Goodman, was doing a live TV interview with a local news reporter.

During the interview, the reporter announced that she JUST watched someone steal Sean's bag off the sidewalk -- and that cops were chasing after the suspect.

Enter Janice ... who says she saw the chase, and decided to drive after the perp in her SUV. Eventually, JD says she caught up to the guy and cornered him in an alley ... and kept him trapped until cops arrived.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the suspect was arrested on suspicion of robbery (they believe he may have been involved in a related incident earlier this morning).

Sean tells us he got his bag back -- and says, "Big thank you to Janice Dickinson for helping out and being on the scene!”

Chris Brown has become a Halloween nightmare for 2 big nightclubs that now have anger issues of their own ... because Brown has bailed on them.

Chris was booked to host a party at the Conga Room in L.A. tomorrow night, followed by another hosting gig Friday with GF Karrueche at Haze nightclub in Vegas.

We've learned both clubs just got word Chris will be a no-show. As TMZ first reported, the singer will stay put in a Malibu rehab joint for up to 3 months so he can deal with his anger issues.

But here's the thing. Even Karrueche bailed.

The show at Haze will go on. As for the Conga gig, the event has been cancelled.
