Aaron Hernandez Prison Phone Calls to NFL Star Could Impact Murder Case
Prosecutors believe Aaron Hernandez's 2015 prison phone conversations with NFL star Mike Pouncey could help prove Aaron murdered two people in 2012.
TMZ Sports has obtained court docs in which prosecutors are asking the judge in the case to admit transcripts of the phone calls as evidence in Aaron's double murder trial.
Essentially, prosecutors believe the calls show Hernandez uses the word "try" as a way to describe being disrespected ... and talks to Pouncey about how he responds when someone "tries" him.
Officials say Hernandez felt the victims in the homicide case were "trying" him before he shot them to death later that night.
The first phone call with Pouncey went down on April 3, 2015:
"During this call, the defendant talks about how he has changed and now he would not want to even go in a club if there were 'black people there' because if they (referring to he and the Pounceys) go in 'imagine if I go in the club with y’all n*ggas and n*ggas try you, you already know what time it is, feel me?'"
"This statement is relevant as an example of the defendant’s use of the word 'try,' referring to being disrespected. Bradley will testify (and likely be subject to vigorous cross-examination) that the defendant repeatedly told him that he felt that people -- and, ultimately the homicide victims in this case -- were 'trying' him."
The second Pouncey phone call took place on April 28, 2015:
"During this call, [Hernandez] stated words to the effect of, 'I’m going to get another tattoo that looks like a stop sign that will say, ‘Beware, no hesitation.’ [Hernandez] said, 'You feel me? Like try me and there’s no hesitation.'"
"Again, as set forth above, this statement is relevant to the defendant’s use of the word 'try' and ongoing perception that others were 'trying him' -- and suggest how the defendant responds when tried."
Hernandez is accused of killing Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu and Safiro Furtado as retaliation for someone in their group accidentally bumping into him at a nightclub.
Hernandez and Pouncey played college football together at the University of Florida and stayed friends for years.

Shia LaBeouf Trump Protest Cam Back Up & Running New Mexico Cops Check In
Shia LaBeouf's back in the Donald Trump protest biz after turning on his webcam in Albuquerque ... where cops are NOT anticipating the kinda violence the display sparked in NYC.
APD tells us officers checked in with Shia on Sunday to let him know they would protect his First Amendment rights, but they wouldn't assign any special patrols for the display ... as NYPD did last month.
Shia and his partners, artists Nastja Rönkkö and Luke Turner, reopened their "He will not divide us" protest Saturday -- the cam is now perched on The Historic El Rey Theater. It's near a downtown police station, so cops say they'd be able to react quickly IF anything happens.
So far, doesn't seem like this will be the lightning rod it was when it shut down 10 days ago -- people are much more laid back, even while protesting, in New Mexico.

Witnesses tell us Mack attacked the dude while the victim's head was in a sink in the middle of a wash.
Mack tells us he got sick and tired of the online harassment and decided to confront the guy face-to-face. Mack is unapologetic and says the guy got what he deserved.
We also reached out to the victim who didn't want to talk ... but has since issued several homophobic statements on his Facebook page, including:
"I rather have a video of some beating me up then a video of someone seeing me take a d*** up my a** any day."
The man says he will retaliate against Mack ... "Me and him gonna fight again."
Mack says he's not scared.

Lil Wayne & Birdman Toasting Cash Money in NOLA ... Separately, Of Course
Lil Wayne and Birdman will both be in New Orleans, just minutes away from each other as they both toast Cash Money Records -- but there's almost ZERO chance they'll cross paths.
Weezy and Birdman will be in NOLA -- where it's also NBA All-Star Weekend -- to celebrate Cash Money's 20th anniversary. Lil Wayne will be at Masquerade Nightclub, while Birdman's hitting up several venues that are mere blocks away ... including the House of Blues.
Our Cash Money sources say they'll both be showing love for their label, but Wayne's done way too much trash-talking to share a stage with Birdman.
Wayne will hook up with the Hot Boys though -- performing with Mannie Fresh, Turk and Juvenile. We're told Mannie plans to pull double duty, and rendezvous with Birdman too at a different club.
Drama ... like any family reunion.

Donald Trump I'm No Wedding Crasher!! Check the Guest List
Donald Trump isn't Vince Vaughn ... or Owen Wilson ... he's a guy with a legit wedding invite who showed up to honor a bride and groom he knows very well.
Newlyweds Carl Henry Lindner IV and Vanessa Jane Falk tell TMZ ... Vanessa's parents have been members at Mar-a-Lago for years, and her dad personally invited President Trump to their wedding last weekend. Trump told him he'd do his best to make an appearance ... if he was in town.
The couple says they didn't expect the prez to show, but lo and behold he was in town with Japanese PM Shinzo Abe ... who came along for the party, but only after they'd dealt with the North Korea crisis. We're told the world leaders rolled up in the presidential limo while the wedding party was taking pics. Great timing.
Carl and Vanessa say the prez hung out for about 30 minutes and even made a speech.
Lindner's family used to be majority owner of the Chiquita banana brand, and his dad is co-CEO of American Financial Group -- so yeah ... they've got Trump-esque pockets too.

Justin Bieber That's a Latte Cops
Justin Bieber made nice with a bunch of cops this weekend by getting 'em hopped up on caffeine.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Biebs took his Lambo for a coffee run Saturday night in Mission Viejo, and happened to show up as a few Orange County Sheriff deputies were waiting too. We're told Justin volunteered to cover their orders.
When even a few more deputies came in -- and happened to be JB fans -- he kept the goodwill going with selfies. Clearly, that photo ban doesn't apply to everyone. Don't worry, the baristas made out too with a $10 tip, we're told.
They chatted for about 15 minutes before Justin bolted ... at posted speed limits, we're sure.

Lil Yachty at the Grammys I Dropped $35k To Taste the Rainbow
Lil Yachty paid more to put a fresh grill in his mouth on Grammy night than most women spend on designer gowns for the event.
Icebox Diamonds & Watches tells us Yachty reached out last Tuesday and requested a grill to match his vibrant personality. That's exactly what he got. We're told each tooth is a different jewel -- white, blue and yellow diamonds, red rubies, and green emeralds.
It was $35,000 for the pair of grills ... and yes, that includes delivery. Icebox says a rep flew to L.A. on Sunday to hand off the rainbow-colored grill to Yachty just a few hours before the show.
He was nominated for Best Rap/Sung Performance but lost to Drake.
It wasn't a Grammy, but he still got some nice hardware out of the evening.

Madonna Scored Adoption in Just 2 Weeks ... Normally Takes Months
Madonna's third time adopting was a charm because what usually takes 3 to 7 months was accomplished in just 2 weeks ... according to Malawi court officials.
Madonna first applied to adopt Esther and Stella on January 25, which is when the story first got out ... and when she flatly denied she was adopting. Court spokesperson Mlenga Mvula tells us Madge returned this past Tuesday to get the court's sign-off on the adoption. Just like that her brood grew to 6.
We're told this isn't a case of celeb favoritism, but more about Madonna already going through the process twice in Malawi. We're told the court took that into consideration, as well as her extensive charitable work in the country.
It's not a done deal -- a government appointed guardian will travel to the U.S. with Madonna and the girls to do a Home Study Report on how she cares for them. Mvula says that could take up to 12 months, but once it's complete ... the adoption will be fulfilled.
As for the twins -- we're told their mother died 5 days after giving birth, and their father put them in an orphanage because he had 5 other kids and couldn't afford the extra mouths to feed.
Although it was a quickie adoption, Madonna's known Stella and Esther for a while. She posted this pic of Lourdes with them at the orphanage last summer.
We're told the 4-year-old girls have no idea about Madonna's fame ... she's just Mom now.

Scottie & Larsa Pippen Divorce Stalled ... Trying To Work Things Out
Scottie and Larsa Pippen aren't in any rush to finalize their divorce -- in fact, they're trying to get back on the road to love ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Scottie and Larsa tell us the couple aren't calling it quits quite yet, and are currently focused on getting back to a good place in their marriage.
We're told they've maintained contact ever since Scottie filed for divorce -- but just to handle business with their kids ... nothing more. Since then, they've gotten a lot friendlier.
The bottom line ... there's still work to be done to fully mend the relationship ... but both Larsa and Scottie would rather stay together, considering their long history.
The proof's also in the courts. Scottie and Larsa each missed deadlines last month for the divorce process, and by the looks of their last outing, this whole thing might get dropped.

Kanye West Denies Producing Trump Diss Track
Kanye West is being used by a rapper ... who's using President Trump to make a name for himself.
King Myers dropped a tune called "Propaganda" and slapped Kanye's fingerprints all over it -- using 'Ye's Twitter avatar as his cover art and proclaiming it was produced by 'Ye.
Not so. Our Kanye sources tell us West has nothing to do with the track, and he's put his lawyers on the job to get his name and art removed from the project.
If nothing else, King Myers has good timing -- precisely timing the release of the song to coincide with Kanye's move to distance himself from Trump.
The song takes several jabs at Prez Trump -- such as asking Allah why Trump's still alive and the chant ... "Stand up, time to impeach the president!"

Jamie Lynn Spears' Daughter Warnings and Lawsuits Over ATV
Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie, probably should not have been a driver or a passenger in the Polaris that flipped over and critically injured her, and we've learned there's been a big problem with the company's ATVs rolling over.
The Polaris in question, the RZR 170, has an instruction manual which reads in part, "Never allow a child under age 10 to operate or ride as a passenger in this vehicle." There is a qualifier ... "Permit continued use only if you [the parent] determine that your child has the ability and maturity to operate safely."
Maddie is not close to 10 ... she's 8 years old.
We've also found lawsuits involving RZRs that flip over. In one case, the RZR -- not the 170 -- rolled and the metal portions of the roll cage pinned the driver's head and neck, fracturing his spine.
There's another case in which a RZR flipped and the driver was severely injured when the roll cage collapsed on her.
We contacted the company that appears to have sold Maddie's family the RZR 170, but they had no comment other than to offer prayers to the child.
A spokesperson for Polaris tells us, "The safety of our riders is our absolute top priority. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family."
TMZ broke the story ... Maddie was critically injured Sunday when her RZR flipped over and submerged into a pond, trapping her underwater for several minutes as her mother and stepfather frantically tried to remove her seat belt.
