Golden Tate TOOK OVER Cabo San Lucas for his wedding this weekend -- renting out an entire hotel on the beach ... and swapping crazy diamond rings with his beautiful bride.

The Detroit Lions star traded "I Dos" with longtime girlfriend Elise Pollard in front of 250 guests who all made the trip south of the border.

They had a yacht party, hit golf balls into the ocean and blew it out with a music video style pool party. The Tates did it big!!!

And the jewelry wasn't bad either ... Golden put a 5 carat wedding band on Elise's finger to compliment the 6 carat cushion cut diamond engagement ring ... so says Chase Gregory Jewelers.

Golden's ring is dope too ... 140 black diamonds that were each set by hand -- along with 7 larger white diamonds.

They also traded wedding gifts ... she got a diamond tennis bracelet. He got a newly released exclusive 18k Rolex day-date President with a classic champagne color dial.

Golden says it was the best week of his life. Yeah, we get it.

Chrissy Metz was her own opening act when she gave 2 die-hard "This Is Us" fans a surprise thrill in the middle of Bed Bath & Beyond.

The awesomely fun run-in went down Monday night in Studio City when newlyweds Kai and Naomi Hall were cruising the kitchen products aisle. Lo and behold, they almost literally bumped into Chrissy ... who happily improv'd this clip.

The Halls tell us they were beside themselves, obvious from the vid, and described Chrissy as "humble, sweet, generous" and more interested in hearing about them than herself.

Indianapolis Colts lineman David Parry vowed to "come after" the cops who arrested him for allegedly drunkenly stealing a golf cart ... and the threats were all captured on video.

TMZ Sports obtained footage of Parry back at the police station in Scottsdale, AZ -- which begins with the 300-pounder lying on the floor of his jail cell.

He spars with the woman trying to get his information. He threatens other cops in the station. He's a complete and total jerk.

As we previously reported, Parry was a belligerent mess when cops initially confronted him -- slurring to cops, "Who did I have auto theft with?"

He also calls a female officer a "bitch" ... spews homphobic slurs ... and calls one officer a "fat f**k."

Despite the videos, Parry pled not guilty to felony robbery, felony unlawful use of transportation and misdemeanor threats.

He's due back in court next month.

Chief Keef is free to drive around without fear of getting pulled over ... for unlicensed driving, anyway.

The 21-year-old rapper just got his California state drivers license -- which is pretty shocking news, considering how many freakin' cars the guy's had for years!

Sources close to Keef tell us he was sick of "riding dirty" -- taking back streets when he was out in one of his luxury whips in order to dodge cops. We're told he'd tried several times over the years to get legal, but he was constantly on tour ... and when he wasn't, the line at DMV was way too long.

Toya Wright says she's relieved that cops finally have a suspect in custody for the shooting deaths of her 2 brothers.

Toya tells TMZ ... "All we want is justice for my brothers .. We thank everyone for their prayers and support."

Antoine Edwards was booked Thursday in New Orleans for second degree murder. According to NOLA.com, cops narrowed it down to Edwards after several tipsters mentioned a man named "Toine" or "Tweezy" was responsible. Edwards had reportedly told at least one person he did it.

Joshua and Ryan "Rudy" Johnson were shot to death last July while in their car. Both died from multiple gunshot wounds.

Self-described "Hood Pope" A$AP Ferg is trying to one-up the real Pontiff with a crucifix-inspired grill with just about every color in the rainbow.

Dave Bling and Big Will of NYC-based DWS Jewelry tell us Ferg dropped $10k this week on a new mouthpiece that spells out "Hood Pope" in multicolored diamonds.

It's pretty dope ... Bling used white diamonds for the top part's "Hood," plus green, pink, yellow and blue diamonds to spell out "Pope" on the bottom. He threw in some rubies, pearls and pink diamonds to fill out the design.

Bling says Ferg was inspired by an old photo he remembered of His Holiness rocking a bejeweled crucifix. No official papal blessing for Ferg's grill. Not yet.

Jennifer Garner was out and about Thursday, without Ben and without a wedding ring, and it confirms what we've been told all week ... the divorce has NOT been called off, contrary to some reports.

Jen was out shopping in Brentwood with one of her kids. Sources with direct knowledge of the divorce say it is "very much on."

Ben's been MIA since the Oscars. He and Jen get along and are committed to strong co-parenting, but we're told there's no talk of reconciliation and the divorce is moving along.

Tyrese found his own Amal Clooney because his mysterious new wife has plenty of degrees and money of her own ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to the couple tells us the missus' name is Samantha Lee -- a New Jersey native who got a Master's degree in social work at the University of Georgia. We're told she's put her education to work on serious issues -- fighting sex and human trafficking and counseling for inmates. She's also handled cases for the Division of Family and Children Services in GA.

She's accomplished and well-paid -- we're told Samantha lives comfortably on a hefty salary.

Sources close to the couple -- who secretly tied the knot on Valentine's Day -- say they met after Tyrese posted an open letter in 2015 to his "wife of the future." Samantha filled that slot after they met through mutual friends.

Haters went after Tyrese for referring to Samantha as his "black queen." Not that it matters, but her heritage is Ecuadorian, Jamaican ... and African-American.

The PricewaterhouseCoopers employees who were responsible for the biggest Academy Awards flub of all time won't make the mistake again ... because they've been booted from working future Oscars.

The film academy president says Brian Cullinan and Martha Ruiz have been permanently relieved of their duties of handing out the award envelopes. As we reported ... Brian was the guy who handed Warren Beatty the wrong envelope for Best Picture, possibly because he was distracted while tweeting like crazy.

Sources close to PWC tell us ... Brian and Martha are still keeping their jobs with the firm, and won't face any further punishment. We're told Brian and Martha are devastated over the screwup, but call it an "honest mistake."

Our sources also say Brian's use of social media was approved and actually encouraged by the Academy.

A London nightclub says Mark Ingram is LYING about why he was turned away Monday night -- saying it wasn't about RACE, he simply brought TOO MANY GUYS to the party.

A rep for Cirque le Soir says Ingram and his NFL black friends were absolutely NOT turned away because they were "too urban" ... despite what Ingram claimed on social media.

Instead, Cirque says Mark violated a club policy that allows them to turn away "male heavy entourages."

"We proudly celebrate diversity, not only as part of our shows, but as part of who we are. We would not dismiss anyone as 'too urban' and we would not turn anyone away on the basis of their ethnicity, sexuality or any other characteristic - other than those expressed in our door policy."

The "door policy" says they "particularly discourage casual dress code, intoxicated customers & male heavy entourages."

The rep says, "Discretion lies with our door staff and while we sympathise with Mark and his friends we fully support our employees' right to challenge groups that do not adhere to our door policy. Admitting an all-male group goes against our policy and is clearly stated on Facebook and on all reservation confirmation emails."

Norman Reedus and Dave Chappelle worked up an appetite riding their motorcycles around Savannah, GA ... and hit up a local Cuban joint for some grub.

Sources at Rancho Alegre Cuban Restaurant tell us ... the biker buddies rolled in around 2 PM Monday with 30-35 members of their crew, who were in town filming "Ride with Norman Reedus." They ordered lechon asado, pollo asado, paella, ropa vieja and café Cubano.

We're told the guys dropped just over $500 bucks for the fiesta, and left way more than 20 percent for their server.

This is the guy who we're told is responsible for the biggest screwup in Oscar history ... the guy who handed Warren Beatty the wrong envelope.

His name -- Brian Cullinan -- an accountant at Pricewaterhouse. He's a veteran ... 30 years at the accounting firm.

Here's the thing ... Brian was supposed to discard the spare Best Actress envelope and hand Warren Best Picture.

As for why ... we know this. Brian was tweeting like crazy during the ceremony, posting photos ... so he may have been distracted. Brian has since deleted the tweets, but one was a pic of Emma Stone with her Oscar. If it was tweeted right after her win, that's exactly when Brian should've been prepping for the next category ... Best Picture.

No word on whether discipline is in store.

We're told the firm is issuing an apology to all concerned.

Christine Dolce -- better known as ForBiddeN on MySpace during its super early days, who amassed over 2.1 million friends -- died from liver failure ... TMZ has learned.

Christine was arguably MySpace's biggest star in its heyday -- behind Tom, of course -- and built an enormous following after posting tons of pics with her in racy outfits. Rock star David Navarro and Nine Inch Nails were just some of her many followers.

Christine's family tells TMZ ... she had been hospitalized since December after battling with alcohol-related issues. Christine -- who famously feuded with Tila Tequila's crew and built a brand that included a clothing line -- had tried getting help but to no avail.

She died at the hospital surrounded by family. Her funeral was last week.

Shia LaBeouf is taking extreme caution when it comes to violence around his Trump protest webcam -- he shut it down as soon as gunshots were reported nearby.

Cops tell us there was a report of shots fired around 2:51 AM in downtown Albuquerque. The location was just one block away from The Historic El Rey Theater where LaBeouf, Rönkkö & Turner's protest installation opened this week.

Shia tweeted, "We have taken the stream down after shots were reported in the area. The safety of everybody participating in our project is paramount."

Better safe than sorry, but police say they didn't find anyone with a gun at the location, and gave the all clear. As it turns out, no one was in front of the camera at that time anyway.
