Residents in Inglewood, CA are prepping for a REAL ESTATE BOOM if the owner of the L.A. Rams gets approval to build a new 80,000 seat stadium ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We know at least two homeowners association groups are holding meetings with residents this week with one clear message -- don't sell your homes!!!

As one resident tells us ... "They told us that with the Rams coming over to Hollywood Park, our property values will definitely go up."

Of course, the Rams-to-L.A. move is not a done deal yet (it will still need voter approval) ... but owner Stan Kroenke has announced plans to build a new stadium in Inglewood -- and he seems dead set on moving the team over ASAP.

The Mayor of Inglewood is fired up about the potential move as well ... earlier this week he told residents a new stadium could revolutionize the city, which has struggled with a less-than-stellar reputation over the years.

"The proposal [to build the stadium] if approved is another step along the way to potentially moving Inglewood from a City on the rise to a top tier metropolis," Mayor James T. Butts said.

This could be the perfect storm for Inglewood ... in addition to the NFL possibility, Google is moving in to a massive 12 acre compound just a few miles away which will further fuel prices in the Inglewood housing market.

Drake Bell's run-in with the bottom of a swimming pool is why his music career is now in jeopardy.

We now know why Drake came out this week and said doctors have given him the bad news ... he'll never play guitar again.

Drake was at his brother's house for a birthday party in November, horsing around in the pool when he dove in, not realizing the bottom was closer than he thought. Drake's wrist slammed into the concrete, shattering it.

Doctors performed surgery and rejiggered his wrist with plates and screws, and then put it in a cast.

The cast was removed last week and after eyeballing the results Drake's doctors told him he will never be able to play guitar again. Shredding is way too taxing for his limited mobility.

So Drake can still sing, but his act has always included a guitar, so now he's gotta hire someone and it may not be the same.

But Drake is still banking on a medical miracle, with the help of intensive physical therapy.

Ludacris likes his proposals like he likes his movies ... FAST AND FURIOUS ... because we're told he got married over the holidays after proposing the very same day.

According to our sources, Luda popped the question to long time GF Eudoxie during the day ... then took her out to dinner at a Georgia restaurant. When they returned home, a wedding dress was draped over a piece of furniture.

This was all a surprise to Eudoxie, but she was game so they got married on the spot. A few friends and family members were there to celebrate.

BTW ... Luda's mom picked out the dress, and Eudoxie had no objections.

They blew out of town a day or so later for their honeymoon in Costa Rica.

No, a backdoor didn't smack Farrah Abraham in the face ... she got what could well be the worst lip injections in the annals of medical history.

Farrah may look monsterish, but that didn't stop her from posting the pics online herself with the caption, "Girlfriends don't say I didn't warn ya ! #BOTCHED California #ER #fixit"

We're told Farrah was getting a new procedure, where the doctor puts an implant in the patients lip ... which in theory is cost effective because you don't have to maintain the work with fillers.

Farrah says she researched the doctor and the procedure and decided it was a safe bet. She was wrong. She says the doctors injected her with an anesthetic before the procedure ... and believes she had a MAJOR allergic reaction.

Farrah is no stranger to artificially enhancing body parts, but this takes the cake.

The "Backdoor Teen Mom" star tried to put a good face on it, comparing herself to Leela from "Futurama."

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are having a big shindig tonight ... and from everything we're hearing it looks like they're getting hitched.

Sources with direct knowledge about the arrest of New Orleans Saints linebacker Junior Galette tell TMZ Sports ... a female was hospitalized Monday morning following an incident at Junior's Louisiana home.

We're told ... police in Kenner, LA were called to the scene around 9AM -- and when officials arrived, they noticed a woman who appeared injured with scrapes and a ripped earlobe.

One source tells us it appeared as if the woman had an earring ripped out of her ear.

Our sources tell us ... the woman was transported to a nearby hospital to be treated.

26-year-old Galette was arrested at the home -- though officials have not revealed the specific charges for which he was arrested.

The Kenner Police Department tells TMZ Sports ... cops are investigating the incident.

We reached out to Galette's rep -- so far, no word back.

12:25 PM PT -- According to police in Kenner, Galette was charged with simple battery involving domestic violence and his cousin was also booked on a misdemeanor simple battery charge after the incident.

At some point during the alleged altercation, the victim told police she armed herself with a knife for self-defense, if needed.

Stuart Scott was so passionate about continuing his MMA training during his fight with cancer, he REFUSED to quit ... even after doctors implanted a chemotherapy port into his chest.

"He was such an impressive person," says Sensei Darin Reisler ... who trained Scott in Connecticut.

"During his last round of chemotherapy, when he would train, he was training with the chemotherapy port surgically implanted in his chest. He did mixed martial arts... with a chemo port in his chest!"

Scott had said MMA training helped to get his energy up after grueling chemo sessions -- but Sensei Darin says Stuart wasn't just training to help himself.

"He really looked out for the needs of others. He was the first person to volunteer to work with a new student, and he always had a smile on his face."

Olivier Martinez is the named suspect in a battery investigation after things got out of control at LAX ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Olivier, Halle Berry, 6-year-old Nahla and 1-year-old Maceo arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at 1:45 Sunday afternoon. According to LAX Airport Police, the photogs got too close to the family.

An airport employee was also in the crowd, though it's unclear if he too was trying to snap a pic. Cops say Olivier was holding an empty car seat and allegedly shoved it against the employee, causing him to fall backward.

The employee was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital. We're told he complained of abdominal pain. He's filed a battery report.

The NYPD is looking into why an officer got physical with a guy who was filming a viral video for "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

The dancer is Alexander BOK, and he bills himself as "your favorite prankster" ... that is unless you're one of the cops he attempted to bust a move on in the middle of a NYC street.

On Christmas Eve, Alexander tried to film an Ellen Dance Dare video -- entrants are supposed to dance behind people who don't know they're doing it. Alexander decided to try it on some unwitting officers.

Watch the video ... the officers start out questioning what the hell Alexander's doing -- and it sounds like they hurl a few insults at him too. Eventually, it looks like the cops dismiss him ... and, as he's walking away, one throws him to the ground.

TMZ has learned NYPD has opened an investigation into the incident. What's unclear is why Alexander chose to pull this stunt four days after two NYPD officers were assassinated. Not a bright move.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West spend a lot of time apart, but TMZ has learned their recent home purchase could put an end to the long distance part of their relationship.

According to our sources, Kimye purchased the house next door to their Hidden Hills dream home so they can expand their property ... to nearly five acres.

We're told the plan is to build a giant park for kids, a basketball court and a full music studio for Kanye ... so he doesn't have to venture off to Paris or Mexico to record his albums.

Long story short ... Cromartie loves classic cars and had a customized '75 Caprice that he LOVED in San Diego back when he was with the Chargers. But when he left for the NY Jets, the car went missing.

Fast forward to 2014 ... Antonio's wife Terricka knew A.C. missed that car -- so she surprised him with a new one for Xmas ... a '73 Caprice with red leather interior, a soft-top roof and 20-inch custom rims with red trim.

"He had been looking for one for a while so I surprised him with it," Terricka tells us. We're told Antonio immediately fell in love with the car and already has plans to trick it out even more!

The daughter of Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadivé tells TMZ Sports ... yes she's tight with Tyga -- but there's absolutely ZERO boot-knockin' going down between them.

As we previously reported, Tyga has been spending a LOT of quality time with Anjali Ranadivé (aka Anjali World) ... who happens to be an aspiring singer. The two were seen getting off a private jet together earlier this month leading to speculation they were romantically involved.

But Anjali tells us, "We're just friends and working on music together."

We're told the two met through her manager ... and Anjali says they hit it off (in a platonic and professional way) -- and have been hitting the studio together ever since.
