Former U.S. Senator for Arizona Kyrsten Sinema is being sued by a woman who claims the ex-lawmaker had a relationship with her husband while in office ... and the woman claims Sinema used campaign funds to fund the affair.

A civil lawsuit filed in North Carolina by a woman named Heather Ammel claims Sinema destroyed Ammel's marriage with her estranged husband, Matthew, by carrying on an affair with him while he was part of Sinema's security detail.

Ammel claims Matthew began working for Sinema in 2022 ... who allegedly sent him "romantic and lascivious" messages in frequent communications on the Signal encryption app. Heather and Matthew were married for 14 years and share three children.

WE'RE ALL GIVING OUT PRIZES NOW!!!

Although President Donald Trump was disappointed about losing out on his hunt for a Nobel Peace Prize last year, he got a taste of how it felt to have one Thursday when Maria Corina Machado presented him with her medal.

The Venezuelan opposition leader met with POTUS at the White House, where she presented the medal. It wasn't immediately clear if Trump had accepted the medal, but the White House later confirmed he did -- sharing a photo of him holding it next to Machado.

The Nobel organizers were aware of Machado's plans and posted on social media ... "a medal can change owners, but the title of a Nobel Peace Prize laureate cannot."

FYI ... Machado was presented with the Peace Prize last October for her efforts to promote democracy in Venezuela.

Although Trump's been nominated for the Peace Prize on several occasions, he's never received the award.

Trump appeared to brush off the snub last October after the award was presented to Machado, and said he was happy to have "saved millions of lives" in an apparent reference to his involvement in brokering a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.

YouTube Star Vitaly You're All Done Here ... Back To Russia You Go!

Published

YouTube star Vitaly Zdorovetskiy's officially done with his time in The Philippines, and now he's set to head back to his native Russia -- as part of his deportation process.

ICYMI ... the social media star was arrested in April 2025 after several livestreamed stunts in Bonifacio Global City, which reportedly involved instances of harassment and theft, the Philippine Star reports.

Vitaly was charged with unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, and attempted theft. He was designated as an "undesirable foreign national."

Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said, while Vitaly, who was born in Russia, resides in the United States as a green card holder, his deportation will be processed based on his passport of origin.

Interestingly ... Remulla said the government of the Philippines held "no ill feelings" towards the social media star.

The Bureau of Immigration, which serves as the Philippines' agency for managing immigration laws, is reportedly coordinating the details of Vitaly's deportation with Russian authorities.

John Mellencamp Sure, I Play Rock N' Roll, But I Don't Want To Perform For Drunk Fans!

Published

John Mellencamp's had a wild life on the road ... but he's not crazy about overexcited fans at his shows these days -- especially when they're liquored up.

On Wednesday's episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience," the singer-songwriter talked touring, and he explained why he decided to move away from arena shows and started playing smaller venues -- the fans just got too wild!

Mellencamp recalled playing to audiences of more than 20,000 where "everybody was drunk and I was just kind of the cheerleader" ... sure, it might be fun for folks on the floor, but the experience apparently took a toll on the singer.

He then said he was tired of "being a f****** clown" and wanted to get back to being a real musician ... so he started playing theaters, which he says left his fanbase "pissed."

Still, enough of his fans stuck around for him to continue his career -- because he's gonna head out on the road this summer on another cross-country tour.

Mellencamp's scheduled to hit the road in July with a kickoff show in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and he'll stay on tour for just over a month, before ending in Mountain View, California.

Donald Trump Threatens Minnesota With Insurrection Act

Published

President Donald Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act in response to ongoing protests over ICE activity in the state of Minnesota.

The Insurrection Act has not been used in more than three decades -- last employed during the 1992 Los Angeles riots. President George H.W. Bush sent troops to the city at California Governor Pete Wilson's request following unrest in the wake of four LAPD officers being acquitted of police brutality in the videotaped beating of Rodney King.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has not requested federal assistance ... quite the opposite. He has called for ICE and CBP personnel to leave the state.

POTUS posted on Truth Social Thursday morning ... "If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me, and quickly put an end to the travesty that is taking place in that once great State."

The Insurrection Act allows the President to deploy the military and federalize state National Guard forces in limited circumstances.

Before 1992, it was utilized during a civil rights dispute in 1957 in Arkansas, and during the Civil War and Jim Crow eras.

This isn't the first time Trump's threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act ... he floated the idea of invoking the act in October on cities like Portland and Chicago.

Although the Capitol Riot of January 6, 2021 is widely characterized as an insurrection across the political spectrum, Trump declined to invoke the act at the time. The White House recently published a website blaming Democrats for staging the "real insurrection."

Ryan Hurst Get Ready For Battle -- You're Kratos Now!

Published

Fans of the "God of War" game series, put down your controllers and pick up your remotes, you finally have your Kratos ... because Ryan Hurst's been tapped to portray the antihero in the game's TV adaptation.

Plus, the long-running video game series' fans are gonna see a whole lot of the character over the next few years ... because the show received a two-season order from Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, Deadline reports.

The upcoming show's going to follow Kratos and his son as they head out on a presumably blood-soaked journey to spread the ashes of Kratos' wife, the son's mother ... no word on who's gonna play Kratos' kid yet.

FYI ... the most recent two games in the series focused on Kratos' relationship with his son, so it'll be interesting to see how the show deals with their connection.

Oh, and speaking of the games, this'll mark Hurst's return to the series ... because he voiced and portrayed Thor via motion capture in "God of War: Ragnarök," which was released in 2022.

Hurst should be a natural fit for the series, too ... he's played more than a few burly, imposing dudes in shows like "Sons of Anarchy" and "The Walking Dead."

The show's already in pre-production, but a proper release date hasn't been announced yet.

Hannah Natanson FBI Conducts 'Aggressive' Raid On Washington Post Reporter's Home

Published

The FBI conducted an unprecedented raid on the Virginia home of Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson on Wednesday.

FBI agents showed up to Natanson's home "unannounced," searched the premises and seized several electronic devices, according to The Washington Post and The New York Times. Neither Natanson nor the Washington Post was told they were targets of a Justice Department investigation.

Agents reportedly told Natanson she wasn't the target of their investigation, and she hasn't been charged with any wrongdoing.

Attorney General Pam Bondi addressed the raid on social media, claiming Natanson had been "obtaining and reporting classified and illegally leaked information from a Pentagon contractor." Bondi said the contractor is behind bars.

The Washington Post obtained a warrant regarding an investigation into Aurelio Perez-Lugones, a systems administrator who's been accused of accessing and possessing classified intelligence reports. Feds in Maryland charged the Navy veteran last week with unlawfully retaining national defense information.

Natanson described herself as a "federal government whisperer" in a profile the Washington Post published last month, and said her work had earned her the trust of over 1,100 sources, many of whom had apparently given her information "people inside government agencies weren’t supposed to tell me."

The Washington Post's executive editor, Matt Murray, sent an email to staff describing the raid as "extraordinary" and "aggressive."

Former Washington Post executive editor Marty Baron said the raid served as "a clear and appalling sign that this administration will set no limits on its acts of aggression against an independent press."

Donald Trump Have Any Sanctuary Cities? Then Kiss Your Federal Funding Goodbye!

Published

President Donald Trump is threatening to cut funding to states with sanctuary cities, a move that could affect a sizable portion of the United States ... though he's tried it before, unsuccessfully.

POTUS reaffirmed his desire to stop the payments during a speech at the Detroit Economic Club on Tuesday, and claimed "sanctuary cities" -- places that limit cooperation with federal immigration authorities -- "do everything possible to protect criminals at the expense of American citizens," reports NBC News.

Trump alleged the policies of sanctuary cities encourage "fraud and crime and all of the other problems that come." He didn't give any specific details ... but he did warn the effects on funding for states would be "significant."

This isn't the first time Trump has threatened to cut funding to sanctuary cities ... he attempted to do so in 2017, although his attempt was struck down in court.

Trump issued an executive order last year directing officials to withhold federal funds from sanctuary cities, but his effort was ultimately shot down by a California judge.

FYI ... most sanctuary cities are located in states run by Democratic governors, like California and New York, according to The New York Times.

Joe Rogan Questions ICE Tactics, Compares to Gestapo

Published

Joe Rogan's not the kind of guy to mince words about tough topics, and he made his views on ICE's methods clear -- comparing their tactics to what Gestapo police did in Nazi Germany.

The podcasting giant questioned the agency's tactics, comparing them to the Gestapo's ... the secret police who routinely rounded up targeted groups, including Jewish people and anyone who disagreed with the Nazi Party, during WWII. Rogan was talking with Kentucky Senator Rand Paul in Tuesday's episode of the podcast.

Rogan said he thinks a good chunk of the American population is in favor of criminals being arrested, he thinks lots of the same people believed the agency is "operating illegally."

He pointed out many of who've been taken into custody by ICE are innocent Americans who "just don’t have their papers on them." Hundreds of people have been illegally detained at random on streets across the United States, prompting legal challenges in multiple cities.

ICE and CBP officers have arrested more than 70,000 people with no criminal records, NBC News reports.

Rogan discussed the death of Renee Nicole Good, who was shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis last week, and said watching video of the shooting was "very ugly."

Rogan questioned whether Good's shooting was justified, as he feels she was trying to drive away from the ICE agents who'd approached her car when she was shot.

The shooting has become a hugely controversial issue across the country. The Trump Administration maintains the agent acted in self-defense.

TJ Sabula GoFundMe Campaigns Raise Over $350K For Suspended Worker

Published | Updated

A pair of GoFundMe campaigns for TJ Sabula have collectively received more than $350,000 for the suspended Ford worker ... all within 24 hours of him calling President Donald Trump a "pedophile protector" to Trump's face.

FYI ... TJ hurled the insult at 47 during the president's visit to a Ford manufacturing plant in Michigan on Tuesday ... and POTUS responded with a concise "f*** you" and flipped off Sabula.

TJ later said he doesn't have any regrets about it, although he is concerned about his future job prospects, as Ford suspended him without pay.

This is where the GoFundMe campaigns come in ... one campaign's organizer -- who described herself as a "longtime personal friend" of TJ's family -- set a goal of $10,000 for her campaign ... which has since received more than $100,000 in donations.

FEDERAL FLIP-OFF!!!

That campaign's funds will apparently go directly to help TJ and his family cover expenses in the aftermath.

The other GoFundMe campaign was organized with a loftier goal of $250,000 ... and it's since raised more than $270,000 for the suspended worker.

That campaign's organizer has since claimed they were able to get in contact with TJ and transfer control of the GoFundMe over to him ... no word on what his plans are for all of his newfound cash.

Trump Dept. of Defense Disguised Military Plane Attack Violates International Law

Published

The Pentagon used a military aircraft painted to look like a civilian plane to attack a boat off the coast of Venezuela in September -- the Trump administration claimed the boat was transporting drugs -- and that deception violates international law, The New York Times reports.

This is one of the attacks that is already controversial -- after the initial bombing, a second strike was ordered, killing two survivors who were clinging to the hull of the destroyed boat. That is considered a war crime.

The bombing of unconfirmed criminal suspect boats and their occupants is also legally questionable in international maritime law.

The aircraft used in the Sept. 2, 2025 attack -- which killed 11 people -- reportedly flew low enough for the boat's passengers to see it ... meaning they would have been under the impression it was a civilian plane. The plane's munitions were also concealed, according to the report.

STRIKE FROM ABOVE

Legal specialists told the NYT that's vital ... as the laws of armed conflict prohibit combatants from pretending to be civilians to trick adversaries into lowering their defenses before attacking them, which is a war crime known as "perfidy."

ANOTHER BOAT BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER

The type of aircraft used in the attack hasn't been publicly revealed.

White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly issued a statement defending the strike -- President Donald Trump has called these attacks acts of war against drug cartels -- and described it as "fully consistent with the law of armed conflict."

The U.S. military has reportedly killed at least 123 people in boat attacks near Venezuela and Colombia since September.

Bill Clinton Skips Epstein Deposition ... Oversight Committee Will Seek Contempt

Published | Updated

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee is looking to hold Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress, according to its chairman ... after the former president didn't show up for a deposition about his connection to Jeffrey Epstein.

Oversight Committee Chair James Comer spoke to reporters Tuesday morning and announced he would move to hold the former President, who served from 1993 to 2001, in contempt next week, reports NBC News. If a panel vote moves it forward, the contempt would need a full House vote to proceed. Then the Dept. of Justice would decide whether to pursue it.

Bill and Hillary were scheduled by the committee to be deposed Tuesday and Wednesday ... but the Clintons sent a letter to Comer stating they would not show up, pointing out they've already made sworn statements.

The Clintons wrote they expected to be held in contempt for their decision ... and claimed the subpoenas they'd been sent were "invalid and legally unenforceable," reports The New York Times.

The House Oversight Committee announced it had sent the Clintons deposition subpoenas last August, and their depositions were originally scheduled for last October.

Bill's received scrutiny for his connection to Epstein over the years, and photos featuring the him have appeared in newly released photos from the Epstein Files. Other powerful political, business and entertainment figures, including President Donald Trump, have also been closely associated with Epstein, a disgraced financier and convicted pedophile. The Dept. of Justice has said less than 1 percent of the Epstein Files have been released, despite a December legal deadline.

Bill's denied any wrongdoing on his part and has claimed he cut ties with Epstein before his crimes came to light.

Jonathan Ross GoFundMe Campaign For ICE Agent Surpasses $475K

Published | Updated

A GoFundMe campaign benefiting Jonathan Ross -- the ICE agent who allegedly shot Renee Nicole Good to death last week in Minneapolis -- reached over $475,000 in donations as of the Monday after Good's death.

The campaign's organizer is a Michigan man named Clyde Emmons, according to the web page. He wrote he'd set up the GoFundMe, which has a goal of $550,000, "after seeing all the media bs about a domestic terrorist" -- referring to Good -- getting her own GoFundMe campaign.

Emmons wrote Ross' actions were "1000 percent justified" and said funds from the campaign were going to help the ICE agent.

Elon Musk Claims Baby Mama May Transition Son ... Says He'll File for Full Custody

Published | Updated

It's no secret Elon Musk is big on having kids ... and he's claiming Monday he'll file for full custody of his young son Romulus, after posts made by the boy's mother, Ashley St. Clair.

Elon posted on X Monday morning, writing "I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy" ... in response to a random X user's post commenting on St. Clair's recent reassessment of her stance on transgender issues.

FYI ... Ashley St. Clair, a right-wing influencer, appeared to change her tone on transgender individuals Sunday in an X post, writing about the "immense guilt" she feels about the "hurt" she's caused the trans community.

Ashley, who's been accused of being openly transphobic in the past, wrote Sunday she's been trying to "learn + advocate for those within the trans community."

Elon was revealed to likely be Romulus' father last April, when the Wall Street Journal reported a Labcorp test showed the tech mogul's chances of being the kid's dad are 99.9999% ... this after St. Clair sued Musk for sole custody of the child.

The Tesla CEO allegedly offered Ashley millions of dollars -- as well as monthly child support payments of $100,000 -- to keep quiet about his paternity.

Elon is estranged from his daughter Vivian Wilson, who came out as a trans woman in 2020 and has publicly trashed her dad on several occasions.

The post that Musk responded to Monday morning falsely alleged St. Clair is "coming out in support of trans grooming" ... which is not what her posts say at all.

Japanese Group XG Changes Name To Xtraordinary Genes ... After Member Cocona Came Out

Published

XG's officially entering a new era ... because they just officially changed their name from Xtraordinary Girls to Xtraordinary Genes.

The group shared a message about their new moniker on its official website on Monday and began by thanking their ALPHAZ -- their fanbase, in case you were wondering -- for their love and support.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

They said the change from Xtraordinary Girls to Xtraordinary Genes "represents the power and creativity that reside within our core, as well as our spirit of continuously creating new culture without being bound by conventional norms."

The group said they planned to "evolve more deeply and authentically" and concluded by sending their love to their fans.

The name change isn't the only big recent development for the group ... because one of its members, Cocona, came out as transmasculine and nonbinary last month.

Cocona posted the news about their gender identity on the group's official Instagram account and revealed they'd undergone top surgery, during which their breasts were removed, last year. They didn't reveal their updated pronouns in the post.

Cocona wrote, while they'd been born and perceived as a female for much of their life, they'd since chosen to live "in a way that feels more masculine and true to who I am."

Cocona concluded they were "excited for the future we’ll continue to create together." XG's future's looking bright, too ... because their debut album's set to drop later this month.

John Stamos I Still Miss Bob Saget Even Though He Died Four Years Ago

Published

It's officially been four years to the day since Bob Saget died ... and his former costar and longtime friend John Stamos marked the anniversary of the actor's death by sharing a bunch of photos taken with Saget on his Instagram account on Friday.

The photos mostly showed the former "Full House" costars hanging out and spending time with their friends and family ... and we're sure he's got plenty more he's looking over today.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

John wrote a message about how much he misses Bob, and he compared the feeling to "standing in a quiet room after the laughter stops" ... sure, it's somber, and bittersweet too.

FYI ... Bob died in 2022 after he hit his head in his room at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Orlando, Florida, where he'd checked in after finishing a show at a comedy club. We were later told Bob likely didn't realize how serious the injury was. He went to sleep and died from a brain bleed.

We caught up with John nine months after his longtime friend died and asked him what he missed most about Bob -- "everything" was the answer we were given.

John wasn't the only person to mark the time since Bob passed ... Bob's widow, Kelly Rizzo, shared an Instagram post composed of videos and photos of her late husband over the years, and wrote his sudden death was "unimaginably painful."

Bob's former "Full House" costar Candace Cameron Bure also shared several of her favorite photos featuring the late comedian on her Instagram account, writing she still misses the actor every single day ... in all honesty, we do too.
