Kanye West Get in Line For His Line
Kanye West has just crushed his own record in the fashion department.
Kanye rolled out Season 4 of his line last month, which includes coats, shirts, pants, shoes, hats and lots of other stuff.
In the first month sales surged 35% over the same period in Season 3. And get this ... Kanye's kicks have been flying off the shelves ... his Boosts sold out in 4 minutes.
The trajectory is promising ... 'Ye was just getting his feet wet with Seasons 1 and 2. Things picked up during 3, but by all rights Season 4 is Kanye's first big out-of-the-park home run.
People are also noticing. We're told Vogue and other fashion mags and blogs have contacted Kanye's org in the last few weeks, asking permission to display his collection.

CLE Indians' Francisco Lindor Custom Playoff Cleats ... 'BelieveLand'
With the Indians as the odds-on LONGSHOT to win the World Series, Cleveland shortstop Francisco Lindor just got some brand new cleats made up ... with the word "BelieveLand" on the sides.
Seriously, according to SportsLine, the Indians only have a 6.4% shot to go the distance ... behind the Giants (9.0%), Rangers (11.9%) and Nationals (12.0%).
Shocker ... the Cubs are the faves (18.4%).
But back to the cleats, which Lindor had whipped up by Jorge Soto of Soto Customs -- he says the phenom wanted something "nice and clean" for his playoff debut.
Hey, the Cavs already beat the odds this year ... why not another team from Cleveland?

Beyonce Keeping It Caszh
Beyonce only has one stop left on her Formation tour, but her wardrobe this week looks like she's already slipped into full vacay mode.
Bey rocked a relaxed look for 3 straight days around Manhattan. Still looks flawless, of course ... but she seems to be sending subliminal messages with some of those handbags.
It's worth repeating ... Jay Z is a lucky guy.

BCBG Founder Sued You Promised a Palace ... We Got a Rat's Nest!
10:07 AM PT -- Azria's attorney, Marty Singer, tells TMZ: "The lawsuit filed against Max Azria is a bogus lawsuit by a foreign billionaire couple who used a British Virgin Islands entity as the tenant. During the entire 3 month rental, the tenants never made any complaints of rats, dog feces or the other claims. In fact, they remained in the house for the entire lease period, hardly the behavior of a tenant who disliked the house. The tenants made major changes to the house, without the landlord’s consent, to accommodate their personal tastes."
He adds, "My client intends to sue the tenants for damages they caused to the property and we are confident we will prevail in this action."
Famed BCBG founder Max Azria promised to serve up grand amenities in a mansion, but instead delivered a colony of rats, dog poop and more -- so claims a former tenant in a lawsuit.
A company called Tres Hollywood brokered a lease for a client, who says she found a disaster zone when she moved into the designer's 17 bedroom, 22 bath Bel-Air estate -- for a whopping $500k a month, mind you. Plus $500k deposit!
Tres says it was overrun with rats and ants. Throw in mold, non-working toilets, no hot water and broken appliances -- according to docs -- and suddenly the dog feces and urine stench might not seem so bad.
Tres says Azria refuses to return the deposit on the place, which is currently listed for $88 million. It's suing for the $500k plus repair costs and penalties -- all told they want more than $1 million.
We've reached out to Azria, so far no word back.

Kim Kardashian Ass-aulted By Gigi's Attacker
Kim Kardashian got an up-close encounter from the same guy who attacked Gigi Hadid last week ... but this time he was kissing ass instead of grabbing it.
Vitalii Sediuk ran up on Kim's rear Wednesday in Paris ... slipping past security and planting a kiss right on her left cheek. Her security pounced and took him down immediately. It's unclear if he was arrested.
Kim was impressed with her team's reaction. As she put it ... "My security's a G."
Vitalii pulled the same crap 2 years ago in Paris -- also at Fashion Week -- but that attack was way more aggressive.
Terrell Suggs I'm 'The King' Of The Gridiron... Custom LeBron Cleats!!
Watch the throne, Kanye ... there's a new name in football cleats ... and he goes by King James.
Two weeks after 'Ye debuted the first ever Yeezy Boost football cleats with NFL stars like Von Miller and DeAndre Hopkins, Baltimore Ravens stud Terrell Suggs is bringing LeBron James' signature shoes to the gridiron.
TMZ Sports spoke with Marcus Rivero, owner of Soles By Sir, who converted a pair of Nike LeBron Soldier IX basketball shoes into football cleats.
The process? It was basically taking the sole of a pair of cleats, and fusing it with the sole of the 'Bron shoe.
Rivero says the final product -- painted with purple and gold Ravens colors -- costs about $1,000 to complete.
We're told Terrell plans to wear the cleats on Sunday against the Jaguars.
Note to LeBron ... get on this ASAP. There's money to be made!!

Tommy Lasorda turned 89 years old this week, but his love for the L.A. Dodgers is as strong as ever ... 'cause the legendary HOFer just got a custom Dodger jersey-themed blazer for his birthday.
The custom blazer was designed and handmade by David Heil, CEO of David August clothing. It took over 40 HOURS to complete ... and is made of the finest material (super 170's wool/silk and navy twill).
Heil added the numbers 27 (for Lasorda's birth year, 1927) and 67 to represent the total years he's spent with the Dodgers organization.
FYI -- David August makes custom clothes for stars like Conor McGregor, Michael Strahan, and Kobe Bryant. The company wouldn't say how much Lasorda's blazer cost ... but McGregor's suits run up to $10k.
Lookin' good, Tommy!

Gigi Hadid Not Firing Security Over Attack ... Case of Mistaken Identity
Gigi Hadid's one forgiving boss -- she's not canning her security team after she was attacked in Milan ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Gigi say she believes the guy was only able to grab her from behind because her bodyguards thought he was a friend of hers or Bella Hadid.
That may sound like a weak excuse, but we're told the guards were only hired for Fashion Week -- it's not her personal crew -- so she's willing to cut 'em a little slack.
Gigi didn't need much help fighting off the grabby prankster anyway. Turns out ... she's been training for a moment like this.

Hall Of Famer Andre Reed Showin' Love For Bruce Smith Un-BILL-ievable Custom Shoes!
The Buffalo Bills are retiring Bruce Smith's jersey Thursday night -- but the most stylish tribute will come from his old teammate Andre Reed.
Reed -- who played with Smith on the '90s Super Bowl team -- hit up Billy Hobbs of True Blue Customs (the guy who made Avery Williamson's 9/11 cleats) and asked him to pimp out a pair of Nike Air Force 1s.
The result -- a nautical blue and red tribute ... complete with the Bills logo and an image of the legendary defensive end right on the shoes.
It gets better ... we're told Andre and Bruce will autograph the kicks and auction them off -- with proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Buffalo.

Titans' Avery Williamson God Told Me to Wear 9/11 Cleats
Tennessee Titans linebacker Avery Williamson says he was conflicted about wearing special cleats to pay tribute to 9/11 victims ... so he asked for advice from the man upstairs ... and God told him to lace up.

There's more ... Williamson also says he got love on Sunday from one of the people holding the American flag during the National Anthem -- and it's the kind of story that gives you the tingles.

Blac Chyna I Push Kanye Footwear ... Only Way Cheaper
Blac Chyna has no limits when it comes to hawking gear ... even if it's a total rip-off of the clothing line of her brother-in-law to be.
Kanye unveiled his Yeezy Season 4 collection this week ... and just hours later Chyna posted an ad on her Instagram for some shiny boots from Fashion Nova -- and she gets $$$ to push their stuff.
The boots are a dead ringer for Kanye's line. And here's the galling part for Kanye ... Chyna's kicks way undercut him ... $39 a pop, compared to Yeezy boots which run around $1k a pair.
Chyna deleted the post, as she sometimes does. We're guessing she might have gotten a call.
We reached out to a rep at Fashion Nova, who hardly apologized, saying, "We look to the past, present and future for fashion trends ... at Fashion Nova we have great admiration for Kanye West as he is clearly a trend setter for both fashion and music."
No shame in their game.

Jimmy Choo Screwed Me with Dirty Pool ... Says Co-Founder
Jimmy Choo was downright sole-less -- threatening factories and launching a campaign to crush its departed co-founder's new company ... according to a new lawsuit.
Tamara Mellon, helped put the iconic luxury shoe and accessory brand on the map, but quit in 2012 ... and launched her own shoe line, TMB, a year later.
In the docs, Mellon says JC set out to punish her by issuing ultimatums to all the factories it deals with for manufacturing: Work with Tamara, and Jimmy Choo takes its heel biz elsewhere.
She says the threatened factories had no choice but to dump her, forcing her to go into bankruptcy and lose millions she personally invested. Mellon is suing her old cohorts for damages in excess of $4 million.
We reached out to Jimmy Choo, so far no word back.
