Justin Bieber was bum rushed in a Canadian nightclub by an over eager partier who tried in vain to tackle him -- and TMZ has the pics.

It all went down at 3 am today at a Toronto nightclub. Sources on scene tell us JB left his safe VIP section to mingle with the regular folk -- and that's when a male clubgoer charged at him, got hold of his shirt (which he was wearing) and attempted to take him down, but failed.

Which makes sense ... have you seen Bieber's abs? Of course you have.

In the pics ... you can see security rushed in stat (below) and managed to pull the guy off Bieber -- successfully taking him to the ground. In the midst of the chaos we're told JB was seen trying to defend himself, unleashing a fury of kicks.

The attacker was escorted out of the club. Police were never called.

Rapper Mack Maine WILL be charged with sexual battery and assault for allegedly groping a female and then punching her female friend on Lil Wayne's tour bus last week ... officials tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Maine has been accused of inviting the alleged victims onto Wayne's tour bus following a concert in OKC last week. While on the bus, one woman claims Maine stuck his hand down her shirt and squeezed her breast without consent.

The woman claims she slapped Maine and tried to get off the bus, along with her female friend ... but Maine was so upset, he blocked the door and punched the friend in the face, breaking her jaw.

The D.A. tells TMZ it's unclear WHEN they will file the charges against Maine, but officials say it's just of matter of time.

1) He addresses the confrontation between himself and a security guard behind the scenes at the MTV VMAs.

2) He's SOOOOO HIGH!!!!!!

As for the VMAs conflict ... our friends at Bossip obtained video of Rocky chewing out a security guard ... but his girlfriend Chanel Iman stepped in and pulled Rocky away. It's unclear what Rocky was so upset about, but it's clear he was pissed.

Rocky tells TMZ he's not a troublemaker ... he's a peacemaker ... and blows off the altercation as no big deal.

Now, someone get that man some Funyuns, STAT!!!

Lil' Scrappy -- one of the stars of the VH1 show "Love & Hip Hop" -- was arrested at a Georgia gas station yesterday after getting into a fight with a guy who allegedly disrespected his girlfriend, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops received a call about a brawl going down inside the gas station around 2:33 AM. We're told an off-duty police officer from Atlanta happened to be at the same gas station and sprang into action -- successfully breaking up the fight.

When on-duty cops arrived to the scene ... Scrappy and the other man were arrested for disorderly conduct and hauled to a nearby police station.

FYI -- the other guy in the fight was Kenny Rogers ... not "The Gambler" Kenny Rogers ... just a random guy who also happens to share the same name as the country legend.

We're told Scrappy was very cooperative once in custody -- and was released a short time later.

We spoke with Scrappy who insists Kenny Rogers was the aggressor -- "He was calling my girlfriend names and then put his hands on me ... so I had to lay them paws on him."

Scrappy's lawyer Mawuli Mel Davis tells us there's video that proves Scrappy was acting in self-defense.

Chalk up ANOTHER victory for Scottie Pippen ... TMZ has learned the retired NBA superstar will NOT be prosecuted for kicking a guy's ass outside of a Malibu sushi joint back in June.

The L.A. County D.A. determined there was simply not enough evidence to prove Scottie did anything wrong during a confrontation with 49-year-old Camran Shafighi outside of Nobu on June 23.

According to official documents, obtained by TMZ, Pippen -- who's now represented by mega-attorney Mark Geragos -- admitted pushing and spitting at Shafighi but officials determined it was impossible to tell if Pippen was the aggressor or if he was acting in self-defense.

Plus, officials concluded the victim was FAKING multiple injuries -- and even faked seizures -- in an effort to make Pippen look like the bad guy.

According to the document, doctors believe Shafighi's injuries were minor at best and included a cut to his lip and a bruised chin.

TMZ broke the story ... the two scuffled in the parking lot of the restaurant after Scottie refused to pose for a SECOND picture with Shafighi.

Officials claim Shafighi was extremely intoxicated at the time of the confrontation (.18 blood alcohol level) ... and also tested positive for opiates.

Shafighi can still go after Pippen in civil court -- he's already filed a $4 million suit -- but this is a pretty big blow to his case.

10:51 AM PT -- Joe has just been sentenced to JAIL.

According to our count, Joe has been ordered to serve at least 270 DAYS in county jail.

He's also been sentenced to 36 months probation and has been ordered to complete a Level 3 Anger Management course.

He's also been ordered to complete 1 year of psychological counseling at a rate of 1 session per week.

During the sentencing, the judge expressed serious concerns with Joe's explosive temper -- and warned that it could get him in trouble in the future unless he learns how to keep his cool.

Bond will be set at $250k.

Joe is currently being handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom.

10:31 AM PT -- Joe's lawyer is begging the court for mercy.

10:29 AM PT -- Joe's motion for a re-trial has been SHOT DOWN. Now on to sentencing ...

9:53 AM PT -- Joe's lawyer is calling BS on the accusers -- claiming he can now prove the women lied during the trial, and therefore Joe deserves another chance to prove his innocence.

Among Joe's arguments -- he claims the women's story about not having cell phone reception at Joe's mansion are untrue ... and they have the phone records to prove it.

Joe also claims an accuser's story that she was "choke slammed" on Joe's tile floor is impossible because he doesn't have tile anywhere in the house.

9:40 AM PT -- The hearing has begun. Due to courtroom rules for this particular hearing, we will only be livestreaming the audio.

8:57 AM PT -- Francis is inside the courtroom, waiting for his case to be called.

8:50 AM PT -- Francis just arrived at the courthouse with his girlfriend Abbey Wilson. She's hot.

8:41 AM PT -- We're told Francis is on his way to the court -- and should arrive momentarily.

It's D-Day for Joe Francis ... the day the "Girls Gone Wild" mogul will learn his sentence for attacking a woman at his Hollywood mansion back in 2011 ... and he's facing serious time behind bars.

TMZ will be streaming live from inside the L.A. courtroom when Joe faces the judge later today. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM PT.

As we previously reported, 3 women had accused Joe of taking them to his Hollywood home -- following a night out -- and refusing to let them leave. He was also accused of attacking one of the women, choke-slamming her head into his tile floor.

Francis was convicted on 5 charges total, including assault, 3 counts of false imprisonment, and 1 count of dissuading a witness from reporting.

Never one to go down without a fight -- Francis recently filed court docs demanding a new trial based on allegations of insufficient evidence. We'll see if the judge buys his argument when the hearing begins.

10:00 AM PT -- A rep for the NYPD tells us ... cops have spoken with both the photog and Alec who each admit pushing and shoving each other.

We're told both parties ultimately decided to walk away from the situation without pursuing charges.

So ... case closed.

Alec Baldwin has struck again ... allegedly ... grabbing a photog on the streets of New York in front of several witnesses ... and now the NYPD is involved.

Sources connected with Baldwin tell TMZ ... the photog was the aggressor.

We spoke to the photog -- not a TMZ guy -- who tells us he did nothing to provoke Alec saying, "All I can say is I was doing my job asking him normal questions and he flipped. That's all."

The photog says he called police ... and cops responded to the scene.

A friend of Alec tells us ... Alec was with his wife Hilaria during the incident ... and Hilaria, in an effort to avoid the pap, ducked into a nearby tea store. We're told Alec also called police.

The friend tells us, "What kind of sick twisted psychopath chases a woman who just got out of the hospital from having a baby into a tea store?"

Hilaria just gave birth to the couple's daughter on August 23.

Story developing ...

Five stinkin' dollars ... that's what started a massive argument this weekend between several police officers and "Real Housewives" stars Teresa and Joe Giudice -- all because the couple didn't want to pay a tiny beach entrance fee, sources tell TMZ.

Here's the back story -- the Giudices were kickin' it on Ship Bottom beach on Long Beach Island, NJ Saturday afternoon (with roughly 30 friends and family members) when they were approached by a teen girl beach worker.

Sources on the scene tell us, the employee asked to see the Giudices' "beach badges" -- basically $5 admission tickets required to chill in the sand -- and the family flipped, refusing to "pay to go to the beach."

We're told one family member even yelled at the girl, saying, "F*** you, f*** this we are not paying for the f***ing beach. This is a joke!" Remember: 5 dollars per person.

We're told the girl started crying, and when beach PD responded ... the Giudices continued to kick up a stink, but eventually coughed up chump change.

Good news for Chris Brown -- for once -- the singer WON'T be prosecuted for allegedly attacking a female clubgoer at an O.C. bar back in June ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... 24-year-old Deanna Gines claimed CB violently shoved her down at Heat Ultra Lounge ... causing serious damage to her knee.

But Deanna's claims seemed fishy from the get go ... CB and the club's owner said she was full of it. Not to mention we got video of her walking around on her "injured" leg minutes after the alleged incident.

Now, it seems the Anaheim City Attorney also smelled BS ... 'cause the office rejected the case last week citing insufficient evidence.

As for Deanna, she's still trying to sue Chris for her so-called suffering. Good luck with that.

12:25 PM PT -- A rep for T.I. tells TMZ, the incident did NOT occur on T.I.'s bus ... in fact, the rapper was not even aware of the incident. Which leaves two other possibilities.

More drama for the Lil Wayne/2 Chainz/T.I. tour buses -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ, a female fan says she was invited on board one of the vehicles after the show in OKC this week ... and an entourage member punched her in the face, breaking her jaw.

The alleged attacker isn't named in the police report -- but the victim says her jaw was broken in two places ... and the damage is so bad she required surgery to repair it, and her jaw is now wired shut for six weeks while it heals. The victim says she'll be on a liquid diet for the entire time.

Here's the story ... the victim told police, the unidentified entourage member had been hitting on her during the concert ... and invited her on board one of the rappers' buses after the show.

The victim says she took the guy up on his offer -- but when she showed up with her girlfriend, he stuck his hand down her shirt and grabbed her breast.

The victim says she slapped his hand away and he turned around and punched her in the jaw, sending her flying out of the bus door. She says she landed on her back on the pavement with blood pouring out of her mouth.

According to the police report, the entourage member ran off, and the victim was taken to the hospital.

A rep for the Oklahoma City PD tells TMZ, the incident is under investigation. So far, no arrests have been made.

"Moesha" star Marcus T. Paulk -- who played the little brother Myles on the show -- has just turned himself in to authorities after allegedly putting his girlfriend in the hospital, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

According to sources, Paulk surrendered at an L.A. jail moments ago ...and he was subsequently placed under arrest.

The alleged victim -- a singer named Andi Roxx -- tells us, it all started at a nightclub in Beverly Hills called Confidential ... she and Paulk had gotten into a verbal argument because she wasn't paying him enough attention.

When they went home, Roxx says the fight got physical and Paulk punched her in the chin. She says she swung back and busted open his lip, so he punched her again in the stomach, and told her to get her stuff and get out. She says he also kicked her in the stomach.

The next morning, Roxx says she went to the hospital with internal injuries. Law enforcement sources say police responded to the hospital soon after, where Roxx told them what happened.

Police later made contact with Paulk himself and his attorney arranged for Paulk to turn himself in today. We're told the actor is currently being booked.

Calls to Paulk's reps were not returned.

Denver Nuggets superstar Ty Lawson tells TMZ ... everything is HUNKY DORY between him and his pregnant GF Ashley King ... despite the fact they were both arrested for domestic violence last weekend.

"That's my baby," Lawson told us last night on his way out of Sound nightclub in L.A.

As we previously reported, Lawson is accused of pushing King (an ex-member of the "Bad Girls Club") ... and King is accused of trying to break Lawson's phone during an explosive argument at his Denver home.

The two spent 3 days in jail ... (did we mention King is PREGNANT?) ... but have patched things up and insist they are committed to moving forward with their relationship.

Lamar Odom has just dodged a bullet -- he will NOT be prosecuted for trashing a photog's equipment ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney will not file criminal vandalism charges against Khloe's hubby for destroying a camera guy's equipment last month in Hollywood. Instead, as TMZ reported several days ago, the matter will be set for an informal hearing in the City Attorney's office.

The hearing is basically a sit down with both Lamar and the photog. The hearing office will explain the ground rules when there's a dispute between a celeb and the paparazzi. It's possible ... at the end of the hearing, Lamar could be ordered to attend anger management classes.

But short story ... victory for Lamar.

Kanye West left an innocent photog in crutches after a brutal assault at LAX last month -- when Kanye attempted to wrestle away the pap's camera -- so says the photog himself, and now he's filed a lawsuit against the rapper.

Daniel Ramos appeared with his lawyer Gloria Allred at a news conference Wednesday, where Gloria announced the lawsuit for assault, battery, and interference with Daniel's civil rights (in this case free speech).

Daniel -- who called himself a "filmmaker" -- says he spent two weeks on crutches after the attack, and has been walking with a cane for some time. He says he's still in pain.

Gloria argued the attack sets a dangerous precedent for celebrity-on-photog violence, especially now that various celebs are actually celebrating unprovoked attacks on photogs.

At one point, Gloria went after Kirstie Alley, Cher, and even Kylie Jenner for applauding Kanye's attack on Twitter.

Gloria says she's also asking the court to issue a restraining order against Kanye.

Kanye West is about to get pounded by a woman -- Gloria Allred.

Allred just said she's repping the photog Kanye attacked at LAX last month and says she's filing a lawsuit against the rapper.

What's complicating things for Kanye -- the L.A. City Attorney is currently mulling over whether to prosecute Kim K's baby daddy for vandalism and battery in connection with the attack. Up to this point the likely outcome was that -- even if a criminal case were filed -- the photog would make a financial settlement and the case would go away.

It's possible Allred will try to score a big payday for the photog and the case would still be dropped, but let's be honest ... this case will be high profile ... which is Allred's sweet spot. Short story -- the chances Kanye will be prosecuted just got way bigger.

GG from "Shahs of Sunset" claims her ex-BF beat her face in long before he got a restraining order against her ... and the reality star says she has the bloody photo to prove it.

TMZ has learned ... GG filed a police report in Las Vegas back in May, claiming then-boyfriend Sean Sette slammed a door in her face following an explosive argument in a hotel room at the Palazzo.

In the police report, GG claimed she suffered a bloody nose ... and took a photo to prove it ... which shows blood smeared all over her face.

TMZ spoke with Sette ... who acknowledges they were arguing that night, but says he did NOTHING wrong.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the cops submitted the case to the Clark County DA, but no charges were brought against Sean due to a lack of evidence.
