'FULL HOUSE' Iconic Home Back On The Market ... Looks Nothin' Like the Set

Published | Updated

An iconic Victorian home in San Francisco famously used for exterior shots in sitcoms "Full House" and "Fuller House" is back up for grabs ... and it's more expensive this time around.

The four-bedroom estate on SF's "Postcard Row" just hit the market for $6.5 million ... this after last changing hands back in 2020 for $5.35 million, when "Full House" creator and executive producer Jeff Franklin sold the place.

Folks will instantly recognize the home's front door and bay window ... but the interior of the 3,737-square-foot home was not used in the show ... 'FH' was mostly filmed in a Hollywood studio, aside from those exterior shots. That's why this looks so freakin' different!

Teri Copley Fully Explains Her Side of Stamos Tale Here's How It Happened!!!

Published | Updated

John Stamos' ex-girlfriend has already denied his cheating story about Tony Danza -- but now, she's shedding even more light on what she says actually went down.

Teri Copley is spilling the whole story now ... at least her side of it, anyway. She posted a lengthy video on YouTube detailing the whole thing -- including what she says led to them breaking up before Stamos came over to her house to find Danza staying over with TC.

THAT'S NOT HOW I REMEMBERED IT ...

According to Teri, things were going fine with JS -- that is, until she says his mom called her one day to warn her that he had no plans of marrying her ... and to be careful.

Shortly after that, Teri says she dumped John -- insisting she made it clear to him that they shouldn't see each other anymore ... after which, she claims the whole Danza confrontation happened. However, it didn't happen the way Stamos described in his book ... so says Teri.

Long story short ... Teri says that after she broke up with John, she read a magazine interview that Danza had given -- in which he said he would've married Teri (apparently, they'd had a connection before all this) ... and that led to her inviting him over.

She says the night John came over, all he did was knock on her front door ... which she says she answered fully-clothed, and asked him what the heck he was doing there.

John, according to her, simply shook his head and walked away -- which Teri says she didn't understand, 'cause they were dunzo. She goes on to say that, years later, she became friendly with John again and told him about what his mom had once told her.

She says John wasn't aware his mom had told her that once upon a time -- and insisted he would've married her ... 'cause he was madly in love with her, which he echoed in his book.

Now, however, after John aired out their dirty laundry -- and in an inauthentic way, as Teri sees it -- she's a little pissed at him ... saying she feels "sideswiped" by this whole saga.

Teri adds, "That's not the John I knew," while going on to say she actually forgives him. 😬

John Stamos on 'Fuller House' I Was 'Angry' w/ Olsens for Bailing Water Under a Bridge Now

Yeah, I was Peeved ...
And That's What You Really Missed / iHeart Radio

John Stamos says he was sour over Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen skipping out on the "Full House" reboot a few years ago -- but in the same breath, he also says they're all good now.

The actor dished on his feelings over their glaring absence from "Fuller House" just earlier this week -- admitting to "Glee" stars Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz on their podcast that he was, in fact, "angry" over their decision to not star in the revived Netflix series.

He says he and the rest of the OG cast didn't stay in close touch with them post-'FH' -- with the late Bob Saget being the exception, he notes -- which probably didn't help when it was time to approach them about reprising their role as Michelle ... something they declined.

JS explains, "When I did 'Fuller House,' they didn't want to come back and I was angry for a minute, and that got out." He goes on to explain that there was a misconception that the girls hated their childhood and their time on "Full House" by extension ... but says that's BS.

John adds, "But they said, 'We loved our childhood. We loved being with you. We miss Bob.'" He also mentions a recent visit they made to his home when they brought grub/sage.

Since then, John says he and the Olsen twins have "stayed very close." It sounds like this all might've happened after Saget's death last year -- which, in hindsight, is a shame ... 'cause John himself has also conceded that he might've been able to get the twins back on TV if he'd gone about it the right way. Namely, talking to them personally ... which he didn't.

As John explained to THR in 2016 -- when "Fuller House" was first launching -- Mary-Kate was apparently somewhat interested in "Fuller" and wanted him to try to convince Ashley, who was wearier of getting back into acting. He also says they told him never heard an official request from anyone ... despite him thinking he'd gotten a hold of their agent.

In the end, it appears there was a communication breakdown ... and some hard feelings in the wake of not getting them. But, like John make sure to clarify, he's got nothing but love for the Olsen twins ... who've arguably moved on to bigger and better things in fashion, etc.

Like the song says ... what ever happened to predictability? It sure don't live here anymore!

John Stamos I Got Olsens Fired From 'Full House' ... Too Much Crying!!!

TERRIBLE TWINS

John Stamos is dropping a juicy piece of "Full House" trivia, revealing he got Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen canned from their debut acting gig ... when they were just babies!!!

The actor spilled the tea on his pal Josh Peck's "Good Guys" podcast ... saying he made the call to cut them out while filming the sitcom's pilot episode -- where his character, Uncle Jesse, and Dave Coulier's Joey had to watch baby Michelle.

It's a pretty hilarious scene, showing the 2 guys taking care of the little one while knowing nothing about parenthood -- but John says the taping wasn't a laughing matter.

Instead, he tells Josh and his cohost Ben Soffer that the twins were crying up a storm while hosing them off and changing their diapers.

He was told the other twin wouldn't cry when they were swapped out between takes, but it wasn't any better ... and John admits he made the call it just wasn't gonna work. He says the Olsens got the boot, and 2 other babies were used.

Of course, their firing only lasted a few days, with John admitting the new baby batch was pretty bad, too ... and as you know, the Olsen twins went on to stick around for the next 8 seasons of the hit sitcom.

John giving the kiddos the boot? How rude?!!

'Full House' Creator Jeff Franklin Lists Bev Hills Mansion ... Again! The Problem -- Celebs Want to Rent It!

Published | Updated

Jeff Franklin, the creator of "Full House," has put his swanky Bev Hills home on the market once again, and there's a reason it hasn't sold for over a year ... it's just too attractive to celebs. Let us explain.

The sitcom creator relisted the 21K-square-foot mega mansion Wednesday, with an asking price just shy of $60 mil -- and as we reported, this isn't the home's first time at the rodeo.

Jeff had the compound listed 3 times last year ... asking for $85M in January, $70M in June, and $60M in September. Clearly, the house was initially overpriced, but the reason it didn't sell is more complicated.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... every time Jeff looks to unload the property, he gets calls from celebs, top business execs and even royals looking to rent the property, fetching an average of $350K a month. Once the lease runs out, he puts it back on the market.

You'll recall, Jeff's 9-bedroom, 18-bathroom home comes with the works -- a 75-yard pool with multiple waterfalls, a movie theater, a billiards room, a hair salon, and its own gym. There's also a 16-car garage underneath ... not to mention those stellar views of L.A.

The home sits where Sharon Tate and her friends were brutally murdered by Charles Manson's followers back in 1969 ... but the murder house was razed and replaced with Jeff's massive Mediterranean-inspired estate decades later.

Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty and "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.

Bob Saget Former L.A. Home Sells For $5.4 Mil

Published | Updated

Bob Saget's former L.A. home has finally found a buyer ... just one year after the comedian's unexpected death.

The late comedian's 6-bed, 7-bath house sold off-market last week for $5.4 mil -- as we reported, the place was originally listed for $7.7M last June but dropped down to $6.9M 3 months later.

He bought the beautiful home back in 2003 for $2.8 mil, and it comes with a ton of space -- and has sweet amenities like a spa, BBQ area, walk-in closet, and a big motor court out front. It's even got its own guest house, too.

Of course, the house hit the market months after Bob's death, which just reached the one-year anniversary last month on January 9 ... when he died in Orlando, after accidentally hitting his head and suffering a brain bleed.

Bob's wife Kelly saw the property as "too much of a burden," deciding to unload it despite all the fond memories they shared there.

She posted a photo last month at a get-together to honor Bob with other "Full House" cast members.

Bob's nephew, Adam Saget, at Compass, held the listing.

John Stamos I Miss Everything About Bob Saget

MISS HIM EVERYDAY

John Stamos says it's not just one thing he misses about the late Bob Saget ... it's everything, and even 9 months after his death, his friends still can't believe it.

We got John in Times Square on Tuesday and our photog asked him about his former "Full House" costar and close friend.

John says the thing that stuck out about Bob was how he was so "bombastic" with his love and never left anything on the table ... in other words, everyone knew how they stood in Bob's book, especially his friends.

Interestingly enough, John says he's got a tribute coming for Bob ... telling us how he's giving a subtle nod to Bob in his Disney+ series "Big Shot."

TMZ broke the story ... Bob was found dead back in January in his Orlando hotel room, where he fell and hit his head, resulting in a fatal brain bleed.

John and Bob were super close over the years ... first meeting on the "Full House" set back in the 1980s and developing a friendship. John's been at a bunch of Bob tributes, including a fundraiser for scleroderma research, a cause near and dear to Bob's heart.

Bob Saget Former Home Gets Price Cut ... No Buyers Yet

Published

Bob Saget's former home is still on the market ... and now it can be snagged for a slightly cheaper price.

The home was originally listed for $7.765 million back in June, but the residence has gotten a price cut after spending 3 months on the market -- it's now going for $6.9M.

The late actor and his wife Kelly Rizzo called the place home before he died unexpectedly, earlier this year. She felt the home became a burden to keep after his death ... even though it was filled with happy memories.

As we first reported, the 6-bedroom pad comes with all the bells and whistles, and lots of space for entertaining.

There's a pool, spa and barbecue hosting space ... and there's even a guest house!

The home was first built back in 1964, but got a total makeover in 2003, when Bob scooped it up for $2.895 mil.

As you know, Bob died in January at The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando after suffering a brain bleed. It is believed the comedian hit his head on the hotel headboard before going to sleep.

Bob's nephew, Adam Saget at Compass holds the listing.

'Full House' Creator Jeff Franklin Relists Bev Hills Mansion For $60M ... Property Was Manson Fam Murder Site

Published | Updated

"Full House" creator Jeff Franklin is taking another swing at selling his Bev Hills mansion, which features a glamorous layout, a dark past and now ... a greatly reduced price tag.

The massive home has been relisted for a whopping $60 million ... a steep number, for sure, but it's actually a deep discount off its original price.

The home was listed back in January for $85M, and then again in June for $70M.

And, it's very unique ... the home sits on the property where the Manson family notoriously murdered Sharon Tate, Abigail Folger, Steven Parent, Wojciech Frykowski and Jay Sebring back in 1969.

The original house was razed in 1994 and a new mansion was built there.

Now, Jeff's 9-bedroom, 18-bathroom palace sits on 3 acres of land and comes with all the glitz and glam you'd imagine -- spa, gym, hair salon, movie theater, billiards room and a bar.

Step outside and ya' basically get your own waterpark! You'll find a 75-yard pool with 3 waterfalls, 2 jacuzzis, a 35-foot water slide, swim-up bar, private grotto, koi pond, lazy river, cabana, BBQ area and fire pits.

The property also has a detached guesthouse and an underground garage that can fit up to 16 cars ... bringing the total number of parking spaces to 35!

Of course, we can't forget about the breathtaking view of the city.

BTW, Jeff hosted the reception for Bob Saget's family after his funeral in this home.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate hold the listing.

Lori Loughlin Oh Canada, I Want to Visit ... Judge Approves, but Canada Could Shut Her Down

Published

Lori Loughlin wants to get on with her life after serving time for her role in the college admissions scandal, and that involves flying to Canada to shoot a movie.

Lori is currently on 2-years probation after serving 2 months ... as a result, she's required to get approval from the judge before leaving the country.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lori's been offered a role in the flick but it's contingent on her getting approval to travel. She says the project would last a week and it would be shot in the middle of September or the beginning of October.

The judge signed off, allowing her to travel, but that's just half of the approval process. Canada is super strict on allowing people in with criminal records, and Lori pled guilty to a felony.

We've already seen other celebs be turned away ... including Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and The Game, so Lori's fate is not certain.

She does not state the nature of the project, but Lori's been a fixture on the Hallmark Channel.

John Stamos & Lori Loughlin Fans Are So 'Heartwarming' Since Bob Saget's Death

Published

Bob Saget's close friends say they've been overwhelmed by the reaction of fans since losing him earlier this year -- and now they're giving back to those fans with a special tribute.

Lori Loughlin, who rarely does public appearances these days, joined John Stamos, John Mayer and Jeff Ross for an Instagram Live chat about their dearly departed pal, and Lori opened up about what she calls the "most touching part" of their mourning process.

She talked about strangers telling her how sorry they are for her loss, but also sharing how much Bob meant to them. She said, he "was everyone's dad, a part of everyone's childhood."

The 4 of them were chatting about the new Netflix special, "Dirty Daddy: The Bob Saget Tribute." It was recorded at the Comedy Store in WeHo at the end of January, and Mayer said it was "the first time we'd gotten together where our heads had started to grow around this new reality."

He also described it as "this great moment between acceptance, but still being in a lot of pain."

The tribute show also features Jim Carrey, Chris Rock and several other of Bob's famous friends.

Jeff said, "[Bob] always wanted a Netflix special," Ross, 56, said at one point during the live stream. "I don't think anyone's funeral has been on TV since Lady Diana died, so the fact that it's happening now for Bob is kinda bittersweet, but I think he'd be proud of it."

The special dropped Friday on Netflix.
