Though rumors of a break-up have been swirling, Hilary Duff and Joel Madden still seem to be very much a couple.

After hitting up the Christian Dior shop together in Beverly Hills, the pop princess and the Good Charlotte frontman were spotted getting cozy on Rodeo Drive. Hugging and kissing for onlookers, Duff and Madden made relationship-on-the-rocks rumors appear to be just that, rumors.

As reports swirl that Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are engaged, TMZ has the real deal-- it just ain't true.

Richards, who filed for divorce from estranged hubby Charlie Sheen in March, and rocker boyfriend Sambora, who is divorcing Denise's BFF Heather Locklear, have NO wedding plans.
Richards' attorney Neal Hersh tells TMZ "There is no truth to any rumors that Denise and Richie are engaged. They are not."

TMZ's cameras were at Fashion Rocks on Thursday night when the two showed up hand in hand.

Michael Lohan tells "Inside Edition" he was taken aback by photos of his daughter on fellow cell-dweller's walls when he moved into New York's Collins Correctional Facility. Lohan told his jailmates, "That's my daughter, and because I'm here with you now, I'd appreciate it if you took it down ... Most would, but sometimes it took some persuasion."

Papa Lohan isn't the only one taking issue with Lindsay's face appearing everywhere though, Lindsay also chimed in during a press tour in Venice.

"I'm sick of me, so I just don't read it anymore," says La Lohan of her overexposure. "I would have lived 15 lives by now with all the things they've said, it's incredible."

In a statement to "EXTRA," a representative from Morton's company, Pink Taco, says, "I can confirm that Harry was shopping in Cartier...but what he purchased I cannot confirm. If it was in fact a gift then that's between him and whomever the gift is for."

Times are tough for singer/actress Christina Milian. The R&B beauty was dropped by Def Jam records earlier this year, just one short month after her third album "So Amazin" debuted. It's apparently been downhill ever since.

The former platinum selling artist is reportedly still shopping for a record label and has resorted to selling her clothes on eBay. So, is Christina really strapped for cash?

According to MediaTakeOut.com who spoke with someone close to Milian, "Christina has been using a lot of her own money to go out and promote herself, and she's not rich."

UPDATE 4:52pm: According to a recent post on Christina's Myspace page, the cash made from her eBay sale will be donated to various charities. Milian also says she would rather hold an internet auction, rather than simply donate her clothes, because many of the items are not age-appropriate for some girls. As far as her career is concerned, Milian claims she is making room for the "next round of promo," which she plans to do next year. "That's right, ur girl is on her grind!!"

Things are getting ever more serious between Nick Lachey and his summer squeeze Vanessa Minnillo, just as reports of a relationship between his ex Jessica Simpson and singer-songwriter John Mayer heat up.

A TMZ spy who recently rode in an elevator with the pair at Minnillo's apartment building say they were "totally into each other," very affectionate with one another, and were oblivious to anyone around them, and Lachey has been spotted shacking up chez Minnillo regularly when he's in Manhattan.

Jessica Simpson's album "A Public Affair" isn't the only thing coming out today.

TMZ spoke to Judy Barnaby, a manager at the Antique Center of Red Bank in Red Bank, NJ, about an hour from New York City, who told us that the couple showed up on Friday afternoon and perused the store's antiques for about an hour, holding hands and acting "not at all different" from their customary behavior.
