Anastasia Ashley lasted 6 of 21 days in the jungle ... but called it quits after a nasty ambush by a swarm of sandflies ... while she was naked.

The pro-surfer/bikini model is currently in Belize after competing on season 7 of Discovery's, "Naked and Afraid." The new season kicks off Sunday on Discovery, but Anastasia's episode will be airing later.

She described the nighttime ambush that cut her stay short. Don't worry, the bites are healing and Anastasia expects to be bikini-ready ASAP.

UFC star Tyron Woodley says he beat Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson so badly during their fight back in November, the dude suffered a concussion ... and he should NOT be fighting at UFC 209.

Problem is ... Dana White says he's full of crap.

We spoke to Woodley on his way to Las Vegas for this weekend's fight -- and he told us straight-up, "[Wonderboy] should have had a 90 day suspension. It was was a tough fight. He had a concussion during that fight."

Woodley added, "Any other fighter who has a concussion, you are automatically awarded a 90 day suspension."

FYI, Thompson was never officially diagnosed with a concussion by a doctor and Dana White tells us Woodley's comments are off base.

"I'm gonna go ahead and take the advice of the best doctors in the country over Dr. Tyron Woodley," White tells TMZ Sports.

In an unrelated note, Woodley says his kids are following in his insanely athletic footsteps ... including his 2-year-old girl.

The ESPN tennis announcer who was fired after using the word "guerilla" during a Venus Williams match has suffered a heart attack ... and claims it was brought on by the stress surrounding the incident.

Doug Adler spoke with Clay Travis from "Outkick The Coverage" and said he was rushed to a hospital Tuesday and is still there today.

Adler says his doctors are largely blaming the heart attack on stress -- and Adler says it's because he was branded a racist by people who incorrectly believe he was referring to Williams as a "gorilla" during the Australian Open.

Travis mentions that Adler had previous heart conditions.

As we previously reported, Adler is suing ESPN for wrongful termination. He previously told TMZ Sports he's "anything but a racist."

UPDATE -- A rep for Adler says Doug did NOT have any previous heart conditions.

The rep adds, "In fact, in Fall 2015 he had a heart test performed and his heart was fine."

"The Biggest Loser" host Bob Harper's looking good following his major heart attack, and says he's taking steps toward recovery ... small ones with his dog.

The fitness guru's been posting pics letting fans know he's getting better, but says the only exercise he's allowed to do right now is walk Karl around the city and in the park.

We broke the story ... Bob suffered the heart attack 2 weeks ago and was unconscious for 2 days and hospitalized for 8.

Normally, he'd be competing in the CrossFit Open this time of year. Strolling with Karl's gonna have to suffice for now.

Bob Harper -- a fitness guru who's the host of "The Biggest Loser" -- suffered a heart attack that left him unconscious for 2 days.

Harper tells us he was working out in a NYC gym 2 weeks ago when he collapsed. A doctor who was also working out administered CPR and used paddles to keep Bob alive.

The 51-year-old was taken to the hospital and says he woke up 2 days later. He was hospitalized for 8 days and is still in NYC -- he lives in L.A. -- because his doctors have not cleared him to fly.

He's doing a lot better and his exercise for the time being is limited to walking.

Bob -- a fitness nut -- says the heart attack is all genetics. His mom died from a heart attack.

Glad he's on the mend.

Chief Keef took a leap onstage that turned into him taking a huge dive offstage ... and coming dangerously close to busting his ass and his head.

If not for the speedy reflexes of a dude working security, Keef would be in a hospital right now. As it is he survived to finish his show Wednesday night in Grand Rapids.

The rapper better have put his ass on a jet right after the show, in order to avoid big legal trouble. Keef's supposed to be in an L.A. courtroom Friday morning -- he's being arraigned robbery and assault charges for allegedly attacking a producer.

It's a felony, so he's gotta be there. If Keef misses the court date, he might wish he'd taken the dive -- at least he'd have a doctor's note.

1:00 PM PT -- Keef made it to his court date, and even spoke briefly about his fall.

Maddie Spears has made a comeback rivaling Tom Brady, gettin' a bucket just weeks after being airlifted to the intensive care unit for a life-threatening injury.

Jamie Lynn Spears' 8-year-old daughter was shooting hoops at her school's basketball practice and showed no aftereffects. TMZ broke the story, the ATV in which she was riding flipped, trapping her underwater for several minutes.

David Cassidy says it may have looked like he fell off the wagon at a concert Saturday night, but it wasn't that ... he says he has dementia.

Cassidy seemed intoxicated at the concert outside L.A., falling off the stage, forgetting words and unsteady on his feet.

The singer now says he was diagnosed with early-stage dementia ... first reported by People. Sources close to David tell us he has said he was not drinking before the concert.

Cassidy's mom and grandfather struggled with the disease and he says he went to a clinic and was recently diagnosed.

David Cassidy seems to have fallen off the wagon -- and almost off the stage -- in what appears to be a drunken performance this weekend.

The former teen idol was playing a gig in Agoura (near L.A.) Saturday night, where he looked incredibly intoxicated throughout the show ... ultimately leading to a hard fall over a monitor.

David slurs through various songs and and takes long pauses, often forgetting lyrics. He said on stage that Sunday night is his final concert ever due to health reasons ... and he's retiring.

David has been to rehab several times and has struggled with alcoholism.

We've reached out to Cassidy's rep ... so far, no word back.

Bono gave kudos to Vice President Mike Pence for his supporting a cause close to the singer's heart ... AIDS relief.

The Veep was in Germany Saturday talking about global threats and met up with Bono, who thanked him for supporting the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS ... initiated by George W Bush.

Bono told Pence ... "Twice on the House floor you defended that. That’s how we know you."

The U2 star has been a leading activist in AIDS relief for years now. Seems like he has a new ally in the White House.

Looks like Kevin Love is off to a great post-surgery recovery on his left knee ... because the Cleveland Cavs star was already walking around the streets of NYC last night and TMZ Sports has the video.

Love underwent arthroscopic surgery on Tuesday in NYC where a doctor removed loose bodies from the knee. He's expected to be out around 6 weeks.

But Wednesday night, he was already moving pretty well on his way out of a Ralph Lauren fashion show with his girlfriend, Kate Bock.

It's great news for Cavs fans and Polo fans ... 'cause the collection looked dope!

2:30 PM PT -- Bijou's rep, Jenni Weinman, tells us, "Bijou was born with small kidneys and has been quietly dealing with kidney disease for the last 5 years, including being on the transplant list. In an effort to heal her body she has led a stress free life with a vegan diet which eventually wasn't enough and she's been privately having dialysis."

She adds, "Bijou recently found out she has a friend that is a match and is optimistic she will have a transplant soon."

Bijou Phillips desperately needs a kidney transplant after suffering a blood infection ... TMZ has learned.

The 36-year-old actress and socialite was rushed to a Santa Barbara hospital Wednesday night. Her husband, Danny Masterson, was by her side at the hospital. Sources tell us Bijou had been feeling sick and her fever spiked ... prompting the hospitalization.

We're told she's been getting treatment for an ongoing illness.

She's currently in stable condition, but we're told she will need a kidney transplant.

Chrissy Metz thinks her character's struggles to lose weight on TV are a serious dose of reality ... and she might have a point.

We got Chrissy Wednesday night at The London hotel in NYC, where she explained why Kate's repeated swings and misses to drop pounds on "This Is Us" is no Hollywood fantasy, but don't equate it to failure. She put it perfectly ... "We're all in it together."

Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie, appears to be out of the woods ... and her adorable little smile's all the proof you need.

Jamie Watson posted a photo with 8-year-old Maddie in a helicopter and saying they're headed home after a grueling week in the hospital following the scary ATV accident. Jamie thanked first responders at University and Children's Hospital in New Orleans.

As we reported, Maddie was awake and breathing on her own Tuesday, a family spokesperson said there's no apparent neurological damage.

Player is notorious for his fountain of youth fitness habits, and even posed nude in ESPN The Magazine's Body issue at 77 ... but we gotta say, this might be even more impressive.

Beyonce is not saying whether she'll perform at Coachella, and we've now learned she did NOT tell festival organizers she was pregnant when they announced she was headlining.

Goldenvoice -- a subsidiary of AEG Live which produces the event -- did not learn Beyonce was expecting twins until they saw it Wednesday on TMZ ... seriously.

Goldenvoice is playing it close to the vest, but our sources made it clear they're not thrilled they went out on a limb with the announcement, given this is a high-risk pregnancy. Bey is 35 and her first pregnancy with a single child was difficult, requiring bed rest.

Our sources say Goldenvoice still has no idea how far along she is, which obviously becomes a factor for the April event. In fact one source says Goldenvoice tried in vain Thursday to reach Bey or her reps.

A source connected with Beyonce told us the singer still plans to perform, assuming her pregnancy goes well.

That said, we're told Goldenvoice is not worried and doesn't feel pressure to find another headliner. We're told the festival was almost sold out before the January 3 lineup was announced.

As one source put it, Coachella is fluid in that Goldenvoice "constantly talks to bands," so a replacement won't be difficult if necessary.
