Newly single "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof has seemingly moved on with a new man (and he's barely a man) in the form of Sean Stewart.

Yes, it seems the new couple -- whose age difference is nearly 20 years -- went out for a night on the town, hitting up the popular Beverly Hills restaurant Crustacean last night.

Bode Miller is a pro ... at insemination ... 'cause the recently married Olympic Champ just filed two separate paternity lawsuits with two separate baby mamas -- this right after knocking up his own wife.

According to legal docs, here's how the baby-drama breaks down ...

Baby Mama Suit #1: Bode filed a petition against a woman named Sara McKenna -- who is CURRENTLY pregnant -- claiming he's the soon-to-be father. He's seeking joint legal and physical custody of the kid. He says the date of conception ... is unknown.

Baby Mama Suit #2: Bode filed against a woman named Chanel Johnson, claiming he's the father of her 4-year-old girl. He's asking the court establish joint and physical custody, and child support payments.

FYI ... Bode married Morgan Beck -- the same chick he hit in the eye with a golf ball -- in October 2012 and she recently announced her pregnancy ... with a due date set for August 2013.

David Blaine did NOT cheat on his fiancée when he got frisky with another girl in a club last night ... 'cause according to the magician, he and his woman are technically "on a break" ... a la Ross and Rachel.

Blaine was out at the 46 Lounge in New Jersey Thursday night ... when clubbers noticed David dancing verrry closely with some of the girls over the course of the night ... and putting his hands in some very interesting places.

Blaine is believed to be engaged to Alizee Guinochet -- a French model who happens to be the mother of his 1-year-old daughter ... but according to David's rep, the relationship is complicated.

"He and his fiancée have been on and off," David's rep tells TMZ .... adding, "But nevertheless he regrets his actions and is sorry if he caused her any embarrassment."

Things are getting super serious between Lindsay Lohan and Wanted singer Max George --'cause TMZ has learned he just took her home to meet his parents in the U.K. ... and we're told it went off without a hitch.

Lindsay and Max have been (unofficially) seeing each other since that fateful night in November -- when she allegedly punched a fortune teller at an NYC nightclub -- but this week, they took their relationship to the next level.

Lindsay's been partying it up recently in London -- as we reported -- and sources close to the actress tell us, Max invited her out to his parents' house in Manchester while she was in the area.

Lindsay happily made the visit early this week -- and we're told Lindsay had a great time, hanging out with the whole George clan for an entire day ... and she felt very at home.

We're told Lindsay and Max have been in constant contact since the last Wanted concert Lindsay attended last month (in the U.S.) -- and Max was adamant about her meeting his family.

Michael Phelps is a 27-year-old, newly-single Olympic hero ... so it should be surprising to no one that he's flirting with hot chicks less than two weeks after his break up.

As TMZ first reported, Phelps split from the super-hot Megan Rossee just before the New Year.
