Ludacris' baby mama is not going down without a fight ... she claims he railroaded her in their custody battle by keeping BIG secrets from the judge.

As we reported, Tamika Fuller lost custody of their 1-year-old daughter back in January. She now claims in legal docs she deserves a second bite of the apple because Luda didn't tell hizzoner his new wife is pregnant and he's such a bad parent he's getting a nanny to do the heavy lifting.

Brown got a little face time with his baby girl Royalty on his tour bus in Houston earlier this week, and took a minute to pose with a fan.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are not at war over the Church of Scientology ... they don't communicate because they have an intense dislike for one another.

When we broke the story -- that Katie and Tom are so estranged they don't even talk about raising their 8-year-old daughter Suri -- we started getting tips that Tom has shut her out because she's an SP ... a Suppressive Person.

An SP stands for several things, including people who disavow the Church. The Church has a procedure for declaring people SPs. Once they're declared an SP, people in the Church are told not to associate with them.

Well-placed sources close to the Church tell TMZ, Katie was NOT declared a Suppressive Person. What's interesting, we're told Katie actually thinks she's been declared one ... but she hasn't.

Sources connected with Tom and Katie tell us there are hard feelings on both sides, which is why they don't communicate. For Tom's part, he feels betrayed because he claims Katie never gave him any warning she was leaving him. For Katie's part, we're told she felt Tom sucked the life out of her.

In the end, Suri is living with her mom and sees her dad from time to time, but the family unit is completely shattered.

We've all have embarrassing photos from our past -- one of Rob Lowe's surfaced Tuesday night, and his son had the BEST time railing on his dad.

Lowe -- who was celebrating his "deal with the devil" 51st birthday -- was out at Craig's in West Hollywood with his family when a young autograph seeker showed up with an epic photo of Rob, circa 1980s.

Lowe's son Johnny was hilarious, invoking Rob's infamous DirecTV commercials.

Chris Brown's daughter wasn't the only female to call him "daddy" on Monday ... because after spending time with his baby girl, he proceeded to hit up a local strip club.

Brown and Tyga visited V Live after their show in Houston (with an after-party in between). We're told the duo dropped around $8,000 in cash ... $5,000 of which came from Tyga.

As TMZ first reported, Brown spent time Monday with his 9-month-old daughter Royalty in his tour bus before the show.

Royalty's mom was there for the visit as well ... so you could say Brown began his day with one single mother and ended it surrounded by dozens of them.

Very cool moment for the middle school basketball team that stood up for a cheerleader with Down syndrome -- when one of the stars of "Glee" sent a video message praising the squad.

The woman behind the message is Lauren Potter -- who plays cheerleader Becky Jackson on the show ... and also happens to have Down syndrome in real life.

When Lauren heard about the students at Lincoln Middle School in Wisconsin standing up for Desiree Andrews during a recent game ... she says she was blown away!

"You guys are my true heroes!"

The message was played for Desiree and the team during a ceremony in Kenosha -- where they all received a special commendation from the chief of police and other city officials.

Chris Brown got a special visitor Monday when he blew through Houston ... his daughter Royalty.

The 9-month-old was chaperoned by her mom, Nia Guzman and her half-sister.

We're told that Royalty and crew were picked up by limo at a Houston hotel where they were staying and taken to Chris' tour bus, where he chilled with his kid.

Tyrese is worried sick his ex-wife is going to take their child away from him permanently by fleeing to Israel.

He filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he pleads with a judge to put the brakes on Norma Gibson's decision to vacation in Israel with 7-year-old Shayla. Norma is an Israeli citizen and under the law she's allowed to stay in Israel permanently ... the country won't do anything to help the other parent.

Tyrese tried to get Norma to sign a contract promising to return Shayla by a certain date and if she violated the deal she'd lose custody. Norma refused to sign.

Shaq Vs. .... his 16-year-old son Shareef ... in a long-range shooting contest -- and it was all on video.

Turns out ... Shaq's boy is a rising high school basketball star (in part due to the fact he's 6'7") ... and over the weekend, father and son battled it out in the backyard with a 3-point shooting competition.

Shaq used the 1-arm technique ... Shareef had the better technique -- and they BOTH hit their shots.

The heroic middle school basketball players who rushed to the aid of a girl with Down syndrome as she was being bullied DURING their game ... are receiving the highest honor given to a citizen in their city ... TMZ Sports has learned.

In case you missed the awesome story ... the boys basketball team at Lincoln Middle School in Kenosha, WI confronted a bully who was tormenting Desiree Andrews, who serves as a cheerleader for the team.

On Monday, the whole team will receive a medal and a commendation signed by the mayor and the police chief for their "heroic act of kindness." Chief John Morrissey tells TMZ Sports the honor is rare. The last two honorees had rescued people from a major car crash, and another helped capture a man who allegedly killed his own child.

Chief Morrissey tells TMZ Sports, "The PD and the mayor are impressed that as seventh graders, these kids were smart enough to recognize they needed to stand up for what’s right."

Desiree will be at the ceremony as well, where she will receive a commendation for "standing tall and proud even when you were being bullied."

North West is rebelling against Kim Kardashian's tyrannical fashion reign, eschewing her couture tastes to go with a "Frozen" themed suitcase as she walked through Charles de Gaulle Airport Thursday.

Justin Bieber took on Kevin Hart in a charity tennis match yesterday ... with Will Ferrell acting as line judge. Here's what we learned:

-- Will Ferrell didn't play because he has an inflamed buttock

It was actually a pretty cool event ... the 11th annual Desert Smash in La Quinta, CA to raise money for Cancer for College, which provides college scholarships to cancer survivors.

But one of the most interesting parts of the day ... Bieber was partnered up with Canadian tennis pro Genie Bouchard (pictured below).

Of course, you probably remember Bouchard as the 21-year-old tennis hottie who made headlines last year during a post-game interview when she said Bieber was her dream date.

So, what happened when they were partnered up? They high-fived a lot, they posed for pics together and they seemed to be getting along ... but so far, no word on what happened after the game.

Chris Brown wants the world to see ... he's awesome with kids, even if they're not his own.

Chris performed at The Forum in Inglewood Sunday night, with 2 nieces and a nephew in attendance. The little boy went on stage with Chris as he sang "Loyal."

Kenny "The Jet" Smith's daughter Kayla Brianna is blowin' up in the hip-hop world ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned the 21-year-old singer is in talks to sign with Birdman's Rich Gang label.

The "Inside the NBA" star has been RAVING about Kayla's singing talents for years -- and all sorts of big stars have taken notice, including Meek Mill who featured her on his track "I Got That."

Now, we've learned ... Kayla has been talking with Birdman for the past couple of months -- and sources connected to both sides tell us they're close on a deal.

We reached out to Kayla about the situation -- and while she wouldn't get into details, she said her father is just as pumped as she is.
