Kim Kardashian West is teaching her kids how to live it up in Miami ... which should always include some time spent on a luxury sea vessel.

KKW brought her oldest children -- North and Saint -- onboard Miami mogul David Grutman's yacht Thursday ... and had her finest hot pink, skin-tight Chanel catsuit on to chase 'em around.

North matched her mom with some pink shorts, and Saint looked absolutely adorable rocking a captain's hat.

Also on the yacht were family friends Jonathan Cheban, Larsa Pippen and her daughter Sophia.

Josh Gordon's off-season is WAY more complicated than we thought -- the Browns WR is in the middle of a nasty child support war ... and if he doesn't make things right, he could go to jail.

Christina Lockhart has been fighting like hell to get the troubled NFL star to fork over child support for their 3-year-old daughter for years ... but it's been a fight every step of the way. She clearly feels Gordon's screwing her over.

Lockhart recently got a court order forcing Gordon to pay $6,765 per month starting August 1 ... but her lawyer told WKYC she has NOT received the payment.

The child support figure is tied to Gordon's 2018 salary with the Browns -- $800,000 -- but there's a catch.

Gordon's attorney claims in court docs the WR won't get his first paycheck until September 9 -- Week 1 of the NFL season.

But, in court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge clearly outlines the penalty for missing payments -- up to 30 days in jail for the first violation, 60 days for the second violation and 90 days for the third.

After multiple divorce filings, a failed reconciliation and claims of drug abuse ... Jay Mohr and Nikki Cox are officially done being husband and wife.

According to new legal docs ... their divorce became final Tuesday, but the terms of their settlement will remain under wraps. This means we don't know the custody situation of their 7-year-old son ... same for child or spousal support.

We broke the story ... Jay filed for divorce from Nikki in July 2016, claiming she had a serious drug problem and seeking full custody of their kid. However, he told us the 2 were "Very in love. Very happy and that's really all there is" ... and called it off 6 days later.

It didn't last, though -- Mohr filed for divorce from Cox for the second time in December 2016, and once again claimed Nikki had a drug problem that made her an unfit mother ... so he wanted sole physical custody of their son.

Angelina Jolie is not blocking Brad Pitt from seeing their kids, but sources involved in the case say she continues to drive a wedge between them and Brad.

Sources with knowledge of the case claim Angelina continues to exert influence over the former couple's 6 kids ... and it's been effective. We're told Brad is having trouble connecting with his children ... some of whom don't even want to see him.

We're told the 3 boys are the ones who have been influenced the most. The girls are more open toward Brad.

The divorce judge issued a report criticizing Angelina for not allowing the children to properly interact with their dad. The judge laid down a cell phone policy in which Brad can call and text the kids at will, and Angelina can't monitor the conversations.

As we reported, the kids are now all in L.A., per the judge's order, where Brad has significant custodial time with them. Our sources say Angelina has not blocked Brad's ability to see the kids, but they say Angelina continues to drive a wedge between Brad and the kids and it's had a significant impact on his ability to restore his relationship with them.

We reached out to Angelina's rep ... so far, no word back.

Blac Chyna thinks little Dream is a spitting image of her and not baby daddy Rob Kardashian ... but we gotta ask ... really???

We got BC Wednesday night heading into Project LA in Hollywood and she didn't hesitate on the issue of likeness -- Dream's a chip off the old mom block.

Rob's got a ton of recent photos of their almost 2-year-old up on social media, and her features are certainly starting to get much more defined. As for Chyna's claim ... we really can't say. Truthfully, Dream looks a little like both of them -- they each technically contributed half of themselves, after all.

How about we just stick to the custody deal in place here and call it 50/50? That ... or you can just weigh in for yourself. Either way ...

Scottie Pippen's 9-year-old daughter is already cashin' HUGE checks -- scoring an NBA-sized payday for "Dancing with the Stars: Juniors" ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sophia Pippen has already signed her contract to compete against stars like Honey Boo Boo and Miles Brown from "Black-ish" -- and if she wins the whole thing, she takes home $130,000!!

Just like Boo Boo, Pippen will get $50k just for showing up -- and she gets more cash the further she advances in the competition.

- $5,000 per episode for episodes 2 & 3.

- $7,500 per episode for episodes 4 & 5.

- $10,000 per episode for episodes 6 & 7.

- $15,000 for episode 8.

- $20,000 for the finale.

FYI, Scottie reportedly made around $110 MILLION during his NBA career. Hopefully, like her famous dad, she gets paired up with the most dominant teammate of all time!

FYI, Salma's married to Francois-Henri Pinault -- whose family is worth around $30 BIL, according to Forbes. The Pinaults own some of the biggest high-end fashion companies in the world, including Gucci and Alexander McQueen. He married Salma in 2009.

The gang went out for a family meal Tuesday night -- and Salma's daughter, Valentina, was a natural in front of the snappers ... busting out crazy poses while her famous mama joined in!

Fun Fact: Valentina is 10 years old ... meaning it's been a decade since Salma shared her new mom superpowers to breastfeed a baby in Sierra Leone after the kid's mom ran out of milk.

As for Pinault -- don't worry, he eventually found his way back to Salma (lucky him).

Jeremy Meeks and Chloe Green's baby boy is already living in the lap of luxury -- the perks of having a billionaire grandpa.

The "Hot Felon" and the Topshop heiress were spotted on a mega yacht Tuesday, off Turkey ... and we got our first good look at their newborn son, Jayden. The yacht -- named Lionheart -- belongs to Chloe's dad.

We're told Meeks' older son, Jeremy Jr., was also aboard the vessel. As you'll recall ... he got primary custody of Jr. in a deal he struck with his ex-wife, Melissa, in June.

Once the kids were away though, Jeremy's attention turned back to his hot baby mama ... and her booty.

Farrah Abraham's taking Mommy & Me day to a whole new level -- bringing her 9-year-old daughter to court to watch Mommy get arraigned for battery.

The ex-'Teen Mom' pled not guilty Monday in L.A. for her June arrest in Beverly Hills. TMZ broke the story ... Farrah was charged with battery and resisting an officer when she allegedly got physical with a security guard who had asked her to leave the Beverly Hills Hotel. She also got belligerent with and taunted police.

The mother of Martavis Bryant's 5-year-old daughter says the NFLer has been dodging child support payments for months ... and claims he owes her nearly $80k.

Bryant's baby mama -- Jasmin Keesley -- tells TMZ Sports the Oakland Raiders WR has only made court-ordered payments 6 times since a paternity test determined he was the father in 2015. She says she's begged Bryant to help for years ... and he's refused.

Jasmin claims Bryant -- currently in a 4-year, $2.6 mil contract -- has been successfully dodging payments because he keeps moving without reporting his new address to court officials.

"They literally have to find him, and it takes about 4 months each time," Jasmin says. She also claims the department of social services has sent two wage withholding forms to the Raiders with no success.

Honey Boo Boo is learning a hard lesson ... dancing can really suck.

The 12-year-old dissolved into tears after a rehearsal Saturday at CBS Studios in L.A.

All is not bad ... she's getting $50,000 just for signing to do the show, and the longer she competes the more money she'll pull in. If she makes it to episode 3 she'll get $10k, episode 5 she'll get another $15k, episode 7 she'll get $20k, episode 8 another $15k, and if she's in the finale she'll get another $20k.

The baby daddy of Heidi's Klum's oldest child, Leni, has not been a part of her life for years ... but it looks like that's changed after a reunion in Italy.

The biological father of Heidi's 14-year-old daughter is Italian businessman Flavio Briatore ... but the couple split before Leni was born in 2004, so she was was adopted and raised by Klum's ex-husband, Seal.

Heidi and Flavio have long stated he has no involvement in Leni's life, but something apparently changed recently ... as the father/daughter met and embraced at the Cala di Volpe hotel in Porto Cervo late last month.

We're told Heidi was there with her entire family, including her parents and her 3 other kids ... and everyone was happy and having fun. Flavio joined them all for a meal and was seen chatting with Klum as well.

Actress Erika Christensen gave birth to her second child ... but this time around there were no doctors ... just her hubby.

Little Polly was born at home Friday, because there was simply no time to get to the hospital. Erika's husband, Cole Maness, did the honors and delivered his child.

Erika says, "It happened! It happened this morning ... And it will go down in family history because baby girl’s own, incredible Dad delivered her all by himself."

The photo was taken minutes after Polly was born.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are at war in their divorce case, but the more immediate struggle is the co-parenting situation that even has a judge issuing a warning to cool it ... or else.

We're told Brad has been spending the bulk of his Summer in England -- where Angelina and the kids live -- so he can see his 6 children. The judge in the divorce case set out a schedule for Brad to visit with his children in London beginning in mid-June for 10 hours a day. The visitation increased last month to 4 consecutive days at a time.

Our sources say Brad and Angelina never interact with each other, and the handoffs are always through nannies and assistants.

It's clear there have been issues over Brad interacting with the kids. The judge in the divorce case already issued an order saying Angelina tried to restrict Brad's access that the judge believed was "harmful" to the children. The judge even said Brad had a right to call and text the kids whenever he wanted, and Angelina could not monitor the contacts.

TMZ broke the stories about Angelina claiming Brad has only provided minimal child support, and Brad fired back in legal docs that he's paid her $1.3 mil in child support since they split nearly 2 years ago ... and he loaned her $8 million to buy a house.

From what we're told, things are getting worse, not better, between the two.

Kourtney Kardashian appears to be laughing off her breakup with Younes Bendjima -- literally, she couldn't stop smiling while hanging with her kid and Kim Tuesday.

Kourt surfaced in Century City after TMZ broke the story that she and her model BF had split recently -- and after photos of her now-ex showed him boo'd up with another chick ... who he called just a friend.

She doesn't seem to have a care in the world by the way she's carrying herself -- confident, sexy, and, more importantly, HAPPY, with her daughter Penelope and sis nearby. They were also joined by Miami mogul David Grutman, who was tagging along for the (escalator) ride.

Billie Eilish is a newly-minted millionaire, because we've learned the 16-year-old singer is raking in $2.6 million for an advance on her music.

We've obtained her minor's contract that was filed in L.A. County Superior Court. It says she inked a deal with Universal Music Corp. According to the contract, the advance is for a minimum of 5 new songs.

According to the deal, Billie gets $1.5 million within days of the time the deal is signed.

It gets even better ... if Universal extends the deal beyond the initial 3-year term, she'll get up to a $7 million advance.

Billie started on SoundCloud when she was just 14 and gained a huge following. She's now on tour with Florence + the Machine. She also has a song on the second season of the "13 Reasons Why" soundtrack with Khalid. And she has a single in next year's 'Men in Black' movie.
