Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin partied like it was 2015 ... looking very much like a couple turning up all over Miami.

The Biebs and Hailey were spotted hanging out down in M-I-A on Sunday ... first hitting up a church conference before chowin' down at the ritzy Casa Tua, and then hitting up LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau.

Our sources say Justin and Hailey walked in together around 1 AM ... where they hung out on a VIP balcony, held hands and danced together. They were definitely not trying to keep things on the DL ... showing plenty of PDA for all to see.

Justin goofed around a bit too ... busting out the Floss dance as the crowd cheered him on.

We're told Hailey and Justin left the club around 3 AM holding hands.

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Sharna Burgess made a splash -- literally and figuratively -- after a night of some heavy partying.

Sharna hit the beach Friday in Miami ... wearing the hell out of her navy blue, strapless bikini. For good measure ... she matched her Apple Watch with a blue-trim strap. Shades were also a must.

The Australian beauty also brought her pooches with her for a little fun in the sand. Sharna was out partying the night before ... turning up with the "Total Divas" crew.

WWE superstar Lana was spotted shakin' it on a balcony in Miami on Thursday afternoon ... picking up right where Nikki Bella left off with a bikini-clad day of fun in the sun.

All the Divas -- including Paige, Nia Jax and Brie -- are in South Beach shooting new episodes of their "Total Divas" tv show ... and they've been providing nothing but great content so far.

Chris Brown was horseplaying in Miami a few days ago and, even though some of the pics look ominous, Chris and the woman say it was all in good fun.

Chris and a bunch of people were partying at a home he was renting during the Ultra Festival. The photos were taken at 9 AM Monday.

In a few photos ... Chris has his right hand around a woman's throat. Although the woman looks like she's in distress in a few pics, she and Chris insist it's horseplay. In other photos you see the woman smiling as Chris touches her neck.

Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ, "She's a friend. It's obviously playful as she confirmed. Whoever invaded their privacy will be held accountable."

Jacquees got into a confrontation with cops on South Beach -- with a bunch of Spring Breakers watching -- and ended up getting arrested, after allegedly driving without a seat belt ... TMZ has learned.

The singer was driving down the famed Ocean Drive Wednesday -- in a Lambo -- when a Miami Beach officer pulled him over. According to cops, the officer told Jacquees he was getting pulled over for failure to wear his seat belt, and was asked to present his driver's license.

When he refused to show his license, the officer told him to get out of the car -- which he did, but he refused to walk with the officer to the sidewalk. Cops say Jacquees yelled, "Do not touch me."

By this time, a vocal crowd of Spring Break kids gathered and they were clearly pissed about the situation. As a result, the officer called for backup. In the video, you see Jacquees get cuffed, and the arresting officer yanks his arm pretty hard on the way to the cruiser.

He was booked for failure to obey a lawful command, and for the seat belt infraction ... both misdemeanors.

Drizzy dropped by Lotus House -- Miami's only shelter for homeless women and children -- and dished out toys and games to 140 kids Tuesday. He also handed out $150 Target gift cards to 130 women, and cut a $50,000 check for the organization.

We're told the money will go directly toward funding the group's new shelter, which recently opened and holds 500 beds.

Lotus House President Constance Collins told us the "God's Plan" rapper's donation will "nourish bodies, minds and spirits of homeless women and children who are among the most vulnerable in our community." She added ... Drake's timing is perfect.

Drake's charity spree has also included spending $50k on groceries for random Miami shoppers, a $50k donation check to one happy student at the University of Miami and $25k to a high school.

Timbaland knows value when he sees it ... that's why he dropped FOUR MILLION BUCKS for a condo that's still under construction.

The mega hitmaker spent a small fortune on this plush Miami crib in the 53-story Aria on the Bay building that's nearing completion. Timbaland's oasis is a 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom pad that will include 2 private elevators. The new digs will be finished in about 2 months.

The condo's interior will be a sprawling 4,700 square feet and the terrace alone -- with unobstructed bay and ocean views -- is an expansive 1,200 square feet. The building's 648 luxury condos also have access to baller amenities -- pools, hot tubs, fire pits, private spa, and an indoor/outdoor bar.

How baller's the building? Yankees star Giancarlo Stanton bought a penthouse there.

Matthew McConaughey's just a beach bum these days ... who happened to find his way on stage with Jimmy Buffett to dance along to one of his legendary island jams.

The Oscar-winning actor's in Miami shooting for his upcoming film, "The Beach Bum" ... and showed off his groovy moves while Buffett played his hit song, "Volcano," during one of the scenes.

McConaughey plays a rebellious stoner named Moondog in the Harmony Korine film, and judging by the vid ... Moondog's in paradise when Buffett's rocking out.

"The Beach Bum" comes out in 2018.

Gabrielle Union gets what Gabrielle Union wants -- even if that means shelling out tens of thousands of dollars for street art.

Gabrielle was doing an interview to promote a book at the Epic Hotel in Miami, where an art exhibit was also going down at the Avant Gallery.

Gabrielle stumbled in and came across 17-year-old street artist Skyler Grey's artwork -- a painting of famed NYC artist Jean-Michel Basquiat as Juan Ponce de Leon. He calls it "King Jean Michel."

Gabby liked what she saw and dropped $40k for the 50" x 65" piece ... straight-up.

Matthew McConaughey was barely recognizable Monday on the set of his new flick, "The Beach Bum" ... although the role doesn't look like much of a stretch.

Matt's down in Miami shooting the new flick where he plays Moondog ... a dude who "lives life by his own rules." We smell some serious method acting. Isla Fisher is also in it, but her look's more apocalyptic than beach-y.

Saying McConaughey was born to play this role would be an understatement.

Hurricane Irma is poised to wreak havoc in the Miami area, and a bunch of enormous celebrity homes are in the line of extreme danger.

Gloria Estefan, Diddy, and 'Real Housewives of Miami' stars Roy and Lea Black all own homes on star-studded Star Island -- Gloria actually has 2 -- both in Irma's path.

Likewise for nearby Miami Beach, where celebs like Phil Collins, Shakira, Dwyane Wade, and Birdman are in the hurricane's path. Same goes for the Villa Casa Casuarina -- the famed Versace mansion. And there are a slew of other celebs with mega homes in the danger zone.

Irma's expected to hit with a vengeance over the weekend.
