In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Seagal claims that he was billed at least $1,084,202 in fees and expenses by Loeb & Loeb, the legal team he hired for an extortion trial in 2002. In the suit, Seagal claims he happily paid several of the law firm's pricey bills until July of 2003, when he "had grown skeptical of defendant's experience, its representation and its billing practices." Steven says he then decided he was being "substantially overcharged," and that the firm still wants him to pay more than half a million clams.

Seagal is suing for at least $450,000 in damages. Calls to Loeb & Loeb were not immediately returned.

That's because Wills, upon crossing the 25-year-old threshold, gets the $13 million his mother Princess Diana left him in her will, plus interest and "other income accrued," according to reports. That translates into about $500,000 to $600,000 per year, on top of the reported $44,000 he makes from being a second lieutenant in the British Army.

And then, of course, there's his expense account, which his dad, Prince Charles, takes care of -- though sources who knew Wills in high school at Eton tell TMZ that he never ever had spending money, and that his subjects/pals had to fork over cash for everything.

The King may have left the building but his prescription pills are still here: A bottle that contained Elvis Presley's prescription antihistamines was sold this week at an auction for more than $2,600. That's a mighty expensive prescription plan! While the bottle still contained some of The King's original pills, L.A. County police told auction house Julien's that it would be a federal crime to sell the bottle with pills included.

Candy Spelling rocked Vegas Friday, June 1, by winning hundreds of thousands of dollars at the slot machines.

Vegas spies tell TMZ that Spelling, whose legendary fortune is reportedly in the $600 million range, was playing the $100 slots at the Bellagio Hotel when she hit it big by winning the $100,000 jackpot! But that wasn't the end of it! Spelling kept winning -- $36,000 here, $32,000 there. She was up $325,000!!!

Candy didn't leave well enough alone. She began losing ground and at 4:30 AM Saturday, when she called it quits. Her winnings -- $200,000!!!

Everybody in the world wants to kiss George Clooney -- and that dream came true for one lady last night -- at a hefty price.

At an amfAR event in France, a lip lock from the hunky "Ocean's 13" star was auctioned off by Sharon Stone -- as an incentive for making a large bid on a yacht vacation. The kiss went for $350,000, with the woman's boyfriend putting up the money for a peck on the lips. $350,000 and no tongue? Outrageous!

The sale marks the second highest finish for an auto auction, the first being the $11 million 1987 sale by Christie's of a 1931 Bugatti originally owned by the Bugatti family. The General Lee was purchased by William Fisher, owner of knifecollectors.com. Schneider, who played Bo Duke in the series, is currently starring in his own family film called "Collier & Co. -- Hot Pursuit!"

Schneider tells TMZ, "It just proves that when you clean out your garage, be very, very careful about what you throw away!"

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed against sexy TV star Jennifer Love Hewitt. The suit, filed Friday in a Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims Hewitt owes her former management company for brokering the seven-year deal for her hit show "The Ghost Whisperer."

In court docs obtained by TMZ, Handprint Management alleges that J-Love breached her contract, and claims her career had been stalled prior to landing a role on the hit series. They say their work brought her "back to national prominence as a television star."

Jennifer cut ties with Handprint in March 2005, but the lawsuit claims that her big deal for "Ghost" was struck on their watch. Handprint also says Hewitt has refused to pay for the second season.

The suit is seeking a minimum of $350,000 in damages.

Actor Louis Gossett, Jr. says he's the victim of an identity thief -- and that someone forged his signature to get their hands on a pair of $37,000 Lakers tickets.

In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Gossett swats away allegations that he took the tickets and didn't pay for them -- and, by the way, he's had his own Lakers seats since the Magic-and-Kareem era!

Gossett tells TMZ that he recalls being offered the Staples Center Premiere seats, which are good for nearly any sporting event at the arena for two years, but denies ever agreeing to take them -- adding that the signature on the "contract" he signed is a fake. What's more, Gossett says he hasn't been served with the lawsuit from L. A. Arena Funding which accuses him of deadbeating on the Premiere Seats, and that he first learned about the suit through the media.

The Oscar winner adds that he doesn't really give a layup about any other team that plays at Staples, other than the Lakers, whom he considers "family," counting Magic as a "good friend."

A Lakers rep confirms that Gossett has been a Lakers fan in good seating for "twenty years," and that he's fully paid up. A call to lawyers for L.A. Arena wasn't returned.

Actor Louis Gossett, Jr. is being slammed for allegedly not paying for a pair of $37,000 Lakers tickets, and now the brass behind the basketball team is crying foul.

In a lawsuit filed recently in Los Angeles Superior Court, the former "Iron Eagle" is accused of signing a 2003 contract for a pair of exclusive Premier Seats at Staples Center -- home to the Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers and the NHL's L.A. Kings -- but never forking over the dough. The tickets, located close to the floor, are good for nearly any sporting event at the arena -- for two years!

Now, L.A. Arena Funding, the company that handles ticket sales for Staples Center events, is asking for $38,850 in damages. To put things in perspective -- that's less than 1% of what Kobe Bryant made this year (endorsements not included).

Reps for Gossett had no comment.

The property comes fully loaded, with 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 6,500 square feet of living space. With marble floors, a gourmet chef's kitchen, home theater, recording studio, pool, spa, and a tennis/basketball court, it's everything an indicted rapper could ever hope to unload to pay legal bills.

Kevin Costner claims his rock band was screwed out of millions of dollars ... and he's placing the blame squarely on alleged bad promotion.

In a lawsuit filed earlier this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Costner claims a promotional company called Mahee Worldwide Ventures promised him "millions of dollars in guaranteed fees" for the right to promote The Kevin Costner Band on the Internet and TV, and to "organize and promote up to five concerts a year" for two years. According to the documents, "no effort was made" to do any of those things, and Costner has suffered substantial damages because of it. Now Costner is asking for $4 million in band-aid!

The documents also reveal that Costner says he worked with the company because they claimed to have "promoted other celebrities -- such as Lindsay Lohan."

Costner, who is lead singer in the band, knows a little something about self-promotion; he refers to himself in the lawsuit as: "Academy Award winning director, producer and actor."

A rep from Mahee Worldwide Ventures had no comment.

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is in hot water over alleged unpaid legal bills. She's been summoned to the Bahamas once more because her former attorney Jamal Davis claims she hasn't coughed up the money she owes him.

Davis, who says he helped Arthur obtain an order to keep Dannielynn in the Bahamas while paternity is being determined, told Entertainment Tonight, "We represented her to the best of our abilities. We managed to avoid the child being removed from the Bahamas up until the point of time that we stopped representing her and we haven't received payment for our time and devotion spent on this matter."

"We're just exercising our right as any creditor would do to recover our fees. It's unfortunate we have to take this route," he said.

After a tumultuous reign, former boozer beauty queen Tara Conner passed her Miss USA crown on to Miss Tennessee, Rachel Smith, last night. Conner was almost prematurely dethroned in December, after allegations of wild partying and heavy drinking emerged. It was only after a heartfelt plea to pageant boss Donald Trump and a stint in rehab that Conner was allowed to keep her crown.

Now that it's all over, she told People magazine that, "the reign of Tara was miraculous. Literally, because I got sober during it, and that's the most important thing."

The Donald, too, seems satisfied. "We're very happy with Tara, very proud, and hopefully she will have set the example for many people that have problems with drugs and alcohol."

Conner offered her successor some advice. "Be yourself and put your own flavor on the title" -- just as long as that flavor isn't whiskey, vodka or beer.

Brit singer and new tabloid princess Amy Winehouse is making frenemies with Lindsay Lohan. Lohan was recently seen purchasing a Winehouse CD, and Winehouse, whose star is rising thanks to a song called "Rehab," recently told Giant magazine that she's worried about Lohan. "I want to coddle that girl. I really want to hug her," she said. She then goes on to poke a little fun at Lohan, adding that "I saw pictures of her coming out of the doctor's [office], and she's crying. She's holding papers in her hand, like, 'Oh, it's a note from my liver saying, "Dear Lindsay, I've gone to Vegas!" Winehouse is no teetotaler herself -- she has quite a rep for putting in booze-fueled performances, and in recent weeks she's canceled several concerts, allegedly for alcohol-related reasons. Maybe Winehouse should stick to singing, and leave the stand-up schtick to the pros.

Later this month, in various venues in the New York/New Jersey area, the silver-spooned siblings, both of whom are employed by Daddy Donald's real estate company, will speak on various topics financial in conjunction with some "self-made multimillionaire experts," whose last name is not Trump .

TMZ has learned that "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan has pleaded guilty this morning to misdemeanor DUI charges, stemming from an early morning bust in New York late last year.

Morgan was popped in Manhattan at 4:30 AM on November 28 on suspicion of drunk driving, after cops noticed his erratic driving.

According to the police report, Morgan "was unable to maintain a position in a lane of traffic." This was Morgan's second drunk driving arrest.

The "TRL" host hit L.A.'s Petit Tresor, a fave of stars like Katie Holmes and Madonna, and dropped around $600 on items for a boy.

We're told Vanessa came in alone (boyfriend Nick Lachey was nowhere to be found), and was in the holiday spirit. Among the items Minnillo went gaga for: a chenille baby basket for $189, a pair of adorable dinosaur slippers for $32, a frog plush toy for $38 and a blue Ultrasuede blanket for $269. Vanessa took all the gifts with her and had none of them wrapped.

"Inside Dish with Rachael Ray" was a stolen recipe, according to a new lawsuit.

TMZ has obtained court documents filed in Los Angeles Federal Court in which a syndicated radio host claims The Food Network burned him bad.

Ross Crystal, host of "Showbiz Express," claims he contacted Food Network prez Judy Girard back in 2001 and pitched a show he called "Showbiz Chefs." The idea, claims Ross, "is a 30-minute interview/cooking show featuring celebrities cooking their favorite dishes in their own kitchens. Celebrity guests will open their homes to the viewer, providing a glimpse into their lifestyles, and the host will participate in the cooking experience."
