Wayne Newton Famous Vegas Compound for Sale $70 MILLION!!
Wanna live like Wayne Newton?
First, get about 45 face lifts (allegedly) … then, PLACE AN OFFER ON HIS FAMOUS LAS VEGAS ESTATE … but only if you’ve got around $70 million laying around.
The 36-acre ranch – which Newton famously dubbed Casa de Shenandoah – has hit the market … just months after Wayne and his wife moved out following years of legal battles over money (or lack thereof).
CdS has it all -- plush white carpets, gold trimmed doors, a "car museum," 37 empty stables, lots of rundown buildings, an old ass tennis court, a dilapidated gazebo and a jumbo jet and terminal.
Of course, the property was the scene of Wayne’s infamous date with Ellen Griswold in “Vegas Vacation” … remember, she was a Wayne-iac?!
Anyway, the developer who bought the property in 2010 originally planned to turn the ranch into a Wayne Newton museum. Those plans have been scrapped. Now, he just wants to unload quick … for quick $70 mil.
Fun Fact -- the owner did dump millions into upgrading the property ... including an “upgrade” of removing 7,000 cubic yards of horse manure from the grounds.
The Game Funding 6-Year-Old's Funeral After Tragic Shooting
The Game is giving $10,000 to the family of a 6-year-old girl who was shot and killed outside her family's home this weekend in order to help out with funeral costs ... TMZ has learned.
The story is heartbreaking -- 6-year-old Tiana Ricks was shot and killed when two men approached her family's home in Moreno Valley and opened fire, striking Tiana and her father.
As she lay dying, Tiana reportedly turned to her father and asked, "Are you okay, Daddy?"
The Game read about the tragedy and tweeted, "This very sad story hit me in a place nothing ever has ... Tiana did not know she was shot & kept asking was her father okay."
So Game decided he wanted to help -- tracking down Tiana's family and pledging $10k to cover funeral costs.
FYI -- Game recently announced he's on a mission to give away $1,000,000 of his own money to those in need -- he calls it TheRobinHoodProject -- and this is just one of his charitable contributions.
TMZ spoke with Tiana's mother Marquia Macklin who tells us, "Game told me that he heard about my story and was really sorry. He said that he wanted to help out and put me in touch with his financial team."
We're told the money is being wired to Marquia today. Tiana's funeral will be Saturday.
While Marquia says she's extremely grateful for Game's generosity, she tells us, "It costs so much to bury her ... sadly $10,000 only covers half of the casket and the plot.”
As for the shooting, cops are still on the hunt for the culprits -- and encourage anyone with information to contact the Moreno Valley Police Department.
Lamar Odom Sued Over Pap Confrontation
Lamar Odom has just been sued by the photog whose equipment the NBA star trashed on the street back in July ... and the pap is partly blaming Kanye West for Lamar's outburst, TMZ has learned.
Stefan Saad filed the lawsuit, claiming the NBA star assaulted him and destroyed more than $15,000 worth of camera equipment during the attack in the middle of a Hollywood street ...all in an effort to avoid negative press.
The lawsuit trashes the Kardashians and Lamar with gems like this -- "The Kardashian clan has apparently come to believe that it is above the law, and has some exceptional privilege to disregard the rights of others."
The lawsuit goes on "The Kardashian clan are not only wealthy and attractive -- but also deeply flawed."
As we reported, Lamar blew a gasket after the pap peppered him with questions about cheating on Khloe, opening Saad's car and tossing all his gear onto the pavement, including expensive camera equipment.
Lamar then took a bundle of the photog's crap, placing it in his own car. The entire incident was caught on tape.
According to Stefan's lawsuit, Lamar feels like he's "above the law" because he's married to a Kardashian sister. Stefan even believes Kanye West had a hand in all this, claiming the rapper (who's dating Kim) advised him on how to deal with paparazzi in a Kanye fashion.
Stefan is suing for assault, conversion (stealing property), and trespass of property, demanding in excess of $565,000 ... not including punitive damages.

Demi and Ashton TOGETHER AGAIN
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore made a huge statement about their contentious divorce last night ... walking together and talking to each other after landing at Burbank Airport.
The former couple both showed up at the same tech conference in San Jose, CA. That seemed like a coincidence but the surprise was that they flew back on the same plane and seemed cordial, if not friendly.
As TMZ previously reported ... one of the big hang-ups in the divorce is that Demi wanted spousal support from Ashton, and a lot of it. The photog asked about spousal support but missed the much bigger point -- they were together, which makes it feel like they're headed for a settlement.

Bodybuilding Icon Joe Weider Not As Rich As You'd Think
Who could possibly be upset at amassing a $35 million fortune in their lifetime? Bodybuilding icon Joe Weider ... 'cause he should be worth WAYYYYY more than that.
TMZ has obtained Weider's will -- filed with the court after he passed away in March at the age of 93. According to the docs, Weider's estate was worth $35 mil.
So, why is the $35 million smackeroos a bit of a disappointment?? Allow us to explain:
First, Weider was the undisputed KING of bodybuilding for more than 50 years and slapped his name on everything from dumbbells to workout gloves. Cha-ching.
Next ... Weider not only co-founded the Mr. Olympia contest, he launched multiple uber-successful fitness magazines including Muscle & Fitness, Shape and Men's Fitness. Cha-Ching.
But the biggest reason we're shocked at the number -- Joe founded Weider Nutrition in 1936 (which many consider the first sports nutrition company) ... which later became Schiff Nutrition International ... which was bought out by a German food company in 2012 for $1.4 BILLION!
CHA-CHIIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!!!
Problem is ... judging from his will, it appears Joe may have gotten rid of his ownership in the company before it blew up ... and in his final days, he was forced to live on his meager $35 million.
Sad ...

George Zimmerman Fight Turf War Over Rented Home
George Zimmerman allegedly punched his estranged wife's father during a childish dispute over who had the right to be in the house -- the renter or the owner, aka George or his daddy-in-law ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Zimmerman tell us, George and his estranged wife Shellie Zimmerman have been renting a home from her parents, but ever since she filed for divorce they've been avoiding each other like the plague -- scheduling house visits ahead of time to keep the peace.
Must've been a snafu in scheduling -- because we're told George showed up Monday AM to remove some things, and ran into Shellie and her dad.
We're told the argument erupted when Pops declared it was his house, and George replied that he was paying rent ... and had every right to be there. The spat ended when Zimmerman allegedly punched Shellie's dad in the face.
Complicating matters was the fact George brought his new girlfriend with him. We're told she was waiting in his car while he went inside, and didn't get out until police arrived.
At the end of Shellie's 911 call you can hear her say, "There's a woman in there. Oh my god."
As for the identity of George's gf -- we're told she appears to be someone new ... NOT George's ex-fiancée, despite what reports are saying.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. Sued Over Game 7 Courtside Seats Tickets Were $25K Each!
How much does it cost to sit courtside at Game 7 of the NBA finals? According to a new lawsuit ... $25,000 PER SEAT ... and Floyd Mayweather Jr. still hasn't paid his enormous bill (allegedly).
Mayweather was just sued by a company called White Glove International, which says Mayweather hired it on June 20th to purchase 3 courtside seats to Game 7 in Miami between the Heat and the Spurs.
FYI, Game 7 was on June 20th ... which means Mayweather purchased the tickets the day of the game. Pretty ballsy.
According to the lawsuit, each ticket cost $25,000. White Glove says Mayweather also purchased an additional ticket in the first row for $5,000. Four tickets total.
All told, the bill came to $80,000 ... and White Glove says Mayweather still hasn't covered the tab.
It's suing for the entire sum plus interest. Calls to Mayweather's camp weren't returned.

Jane Lynch Estranged Wife Says I Want More Money!
Jane Lynch and Dr. Lara Embry's "amicable" divorce just turned "unfriendly" ... because Embry is making a full-court press for Jane's bank accounts -- to the tune of $93,809 a month in spousal support!
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Embry says for the last 3 years, Jane's average monthly income has been $234,688. Embry also says when she married Lynch, Jane told her she had $400,000 in her savings and 401K combined, and owned her home.
Embry says of her "Glee" wife, "Her income, investments and assets increased dramatically with her newfound acting success."
Embry -- who says she wants Jane to support her in the lifestyle to which she gladly became accustomed -- says during their marriage Jane paid for everything, including lavish vacations.
Embry says she and Jane typically racked up $40k a month on their credit cards.
According to Embry's docs, she currently earns pennies, but still spends in the neighborhood of $40,900 per month -- including an average of $6,500 on clothes, $12,000 on entertainment/gifts/vacation, and $4,500 on eating out (hehe).
Sources tell us ... Jane is already providing Embry with support. In fact, Embry and her daughter are living in the house Jane bought and Jane temporarily moved elsewhere. But the house is a big sticking point. Embry says they sunk $3 mil into the house for renovations and from the docs it seems she either wants the house or a 50% cut.
Sources tell us the couple did not have a prenup, which means assets acquired during the marriage will probably be split 50/50.
Jane filed to end her three-year marriage to Lara in July, citing "irreconcilable differences." The two first met in 2009 at a fundraiser in San Francisco. They were married a year later in Massachusetts.
Jane said recently the financial negotiations have been friendly, adding, "It's just money." Right.

George Zimmerman Will Continue To Pay Wife From Legal Defense Fund
George Zimmerman will continue to pay his estranged wife's living expenses from his legal defense fund, and he may even use money from the fund to pay her alimony if it comes to that ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Shellie Zimmerman received $4,300 after the couple separated for living expenses, and the money came from the George Zimmerman Legal Defense Fund. Solicitations for the fund stated that money could be used for their living expenses, but that's when they were still together.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Shellie is not a gold digger and only wants necessary expenses. We're told George will continue to pay her way from his fund, but the monthly amount will vary and every penny will be backed up with a receipt.
Now this is interesting. If George is ordered to pay Shellie alimony when they divorce, he is leaving open the possibility that he could pay that through his legal defense fund.
So we gotta ask ...

Dr. Phil $65,000 Fountain of Youth A Giant Pressurized Egg
Suck it, Lady Gaga -- TMZ has learned, 63-year-old Dr. Phil has his OWN giant mysterious egg-shaped pod thing ... except Phil's isn't some publicity stunt ... it's a $65,000 piece of technology that could help reverse the aging process.
It's called a CVAC, which stands for Cyclic Variations in Adaptive Conditioning, and there are only 16 in the world, used by all kinds of rich people and famous athletes.
According to CVAC, the chamber uses a computer-controlled valve and a vacuum pump to simulate high altitude and compress the muscles at rhythmic intervals, which purportedly improves circulation, boosts oxygen-rich blood cells, and even stimulates biogenesis and stem cell production. Translation: it could be the fountain of youth.
And we've learned Dr. Phil has one IN HIS HOUSE. We're told Phil purchased the contraption because he's very active and it helps with his shoulder and knee problems.
Not bad for $65,000 -- and with a reported net worth of $240 million, Dr. Phil can afford it.
George Zimmerman's Wife Who is This Guy?
Shellie Zimmerman says she never really knew the man she was married to for 6 years -- but one thing she knows for sure ... he's selfish to the core.
George Zimmerman's soon-to-be ex-wife appeared on "Good Morning America" Friday and made it clear there's no love lost.
Shellie has filed for divorce. She wants the 2 dogs and a cut of any judgment George gets in his defamation lawsuit against NBC.
As TMZ first reported, she's getting more than $4k a month from the Zimmerman Legal Defense Fund.

George Zimmerman Estranged Wife Gets Chunk Of Legal Defense Money
Some people who believed in George Zimmerman may be pissed off to learn ... a chunk of the money he raised for his legal defense is now going to support his soon-to-be ex-wife ... TMZ has learned.
According to divorce docs that will soon be filed by Shellie Zimmerman, she claims she's getting $4,300 a month in living expenses from the Zimmerman Legal Defense Fund. The couple separated August 13th.
According to the solicitation on PayPal ... the fund is to be used "for George Zimmerman's ongoing living expenses, legal costs, and fees for this matter."
Now it gets a little more complicated. George Zimmerman's official legal defense website says, "Currently George and Shellie are renting a secure residence at a reasonable rate. Their day-to-day living expenses are relatively modest as they want to preserve as many funds as possible for an aggressive defense."
But here's the thing. He won almost 2 months ago, and the site raised more than $300,000. He may still owe money to his lawyers, but the case is over and it's a little weird the $4,300 a month is going to Shellie individually ... not the legal team.

Just last month, Shellie told ABC she was thinking about splitting from George now that the Trayvon trial was over -- and that they'd been having problems since before the shooting.
26-year-old Shellie also said she perjured herself for George -- lying to a judge about how much money they had -- and was pissed he wasn't by her side when she stood trial.

Kobe Bryant's famous customized '63 Chevy lowrider -- tricked out by the guys from "Pimp My Ride" -- is back on the auction block ... and it could be yours if you've got an extra $100k laying around.
The car was a gift to Kobe from his wife Vanessa back in 2006 ... but he got rid of it earlier this year ... and the new owner has decided to put it up on eBay with a 6-figure price tag.
It's a pretty sick whip -- we're talkin' 327 V8 engine ... 13-inch wheels ... white leather seats ... pimped out stereo system ... and some serious hydraulics.
The car also comes with Vanessa's old registration card AND Kobe's State Farm insurance card (Like a good neighbor ...).
We've spoken to the seller who tells TMZ he's already received some serious offers for the car ... from Japan ... but so far, no deal has been reached.
