STAR STUDDED FOURSOME

Do ya feel generous, punk?? Well, do ya?

4 ridiculously rich celebrities go to dinner after Day 1 of the Pebble Beach Pro Am -- Clint Eastwood, Ray Romano, Kenny G and Andy Garcia. Question is ... who picked up the check??

We got the guys leaving Il Tegamino after a long day of golf -- and they couldn't have been nicer ... especially Kenny G and Ray Romano.

Not only are those two crushing it in the tourney -- but Kenny also won a chip-off earlier in the day, earning $100,000 for charity.

So, we had to ask ... when 4 huge stars go to dinner, who pays?

It's a pretty great clip.

Lil Wayne Runs Up $868k Tab with Uncle Sam

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne's got more lien problems ... this time it involves his 2014 tax bill.

Uncle Sam says he did not pay $868,000 in federal taxes that year, according to docs.

It's a ton of dough, to most of us, but as tax liens go ... Weezy's seen bigger. He was previously hit with a $12 million lien for several years of unpaid taxes.

Wayne was in arrears as of mid-January. It's possible he's already paid it off. We reached out to his camp, but no word back yet.

The Jasmine Brand first reported Wayne's new lien.

Caitlyn Jenner Sues Prius Driver in Fatal PCH Crash

JENNER'S ACCIDENT

Caitlyn Jenner has just filed legal docs to hold the driver of the Prius in the fatal PCH crash at least partially responsible for the accident.

Caitlyn has filed a cross-complaint against Jessica Steindorff, the Prius driver, who was in front of Caitlyn at the time of the February crash. TMZ broke the story ... Caitlyn's SUV crashed into the Lexus, driven by Kim Howe, then continued on to strike the Prius. The Lexus careened into oncoming traffic and was struck by a Hummer, killing Howe.

Caitlyn is being sued by the driver and passengers of the Hummer, but in the new legal docs she says if she's on the hook she wants Steindorff to absorb at least partial responsibility.

Our sources say the basis for the alleged negligence on Steindorff's part is that she was sitting at the light after it turned green because she had been inattentive.

According to Jessica's attorney, Robert Simon, "It's unfortunate that she continues to not take responsibility for a crash she clearly caused."

Nike Strikes Settlement with Shawne Merriman ... In 'Lights Out' War

Published | Updated

The battle over "Lights Out" is officially over ... with Nike and ex-NFL star Shawne Merriman striking a settlement agreement after Merriman had filed an $18 MILLION lawsuit against the company.

Merriman -- who's nicknamed "Lights Out" and created his own Lights Out clothing brand years ago -- initially filed the suit back in 2014 ... claiming Nike violated his trademark by creating their own "Lights Out" clothing line.

At the time, he demanded more than $18 million in damages.

But now, the two sides have ended the legal battle -- filing a joint motion to dismiss the suit in a United States District Court.

A rep for Merriman says the two sides are on good terms -- and issued the following statement:

"Nike and Shawne Merriman’s Lights Out Brand have amicably resolved their ongoing dispute, with the sportswear giant wishing Merriman’s Lights Out brand 'great success.'"

Kendall Jenner Sues Excuse Me, Laser Co ... This Face Gets At Least $10 Mil!!

Published | Updated

Kendall Jenner's calling out a skin treatment company in a lawsuit, and the takeaway is this -- she gets paid way more money than we thought, and she's very, very, VERY successful.

Kendall's beef is with Cutera, which used her face and name to advertise their Laser Genesis acne treatment. The ad takes credit for Kendall's "nearly flawless skin" -- but she says she never gave them permission and she never had any deal with Cutera.

The bigger point in this suit comes in the extensive rundown of 20-year-old Kendall's career. As stated in the docs, she has "graced the covers of the world's most prestigious fashion magazines, including Vogue, Vogue Paris, Vogue Japan, Vogue Brazil, Harper's Bazaar (shot by Karl Lagerfeld), Allure, GQ, Glamour, Marie Claire, LOVE, Interview, Paper, InStyle, Cosmopolitan, Cleo, Garage, Dazed, Raine and BLANK, amongst others."

There's even more about her runway work and department stores and blah blah blah ... we'll spare you.

But in the docs, Kendall says she'd command a fee well into 8 FIGURES to do a worldwide endorsement of a product like Cutera. So, she wants the company to hand over its profits ... which better total at least $10 million.

Kendall's lawyer Todd Wilson says, "The right to associate Kendall Jenner's name and likeness in connection with a product or service belongs solely to Kendall Jenner and is protected by Federal and State law. Today's lawsuit by Ms. Jenner against Cutera, Inc., for the unauthorized use of Ms. Jenner's name and likeness to promote its product should serve notice that Ms. Jenner will vigorously defend her rights under the law."

Shia LaBeouf Family Fight in Court ... He's Trying to Take My Home

Published | Updated

Shia LaBeouf and his mom are so determined to get back the money he loaned his uncle, they're willing to kick him and his wife out of their home ... according to his aunt.

Shia's aunt, Sharon Saide, just filed legal docs saying she's the sole owner of the Upper East Side apartment Shia's been trying to take to settle the debt her husband owes.

According to docs, in 2013 the courts ordered Uncle Barry to pay back $840k. Shia had loaned him the money in 2009 to cover business expenses. The sum has ballooned with interest to nearly $1 million.

Sharon says the deed to the apartment is in her name because it was purchased mostly with her inheritance money, and Barry's name isn't on the deed. Her point is Shia can't take it to cover Barry's debt.

She also says the apartment's worth $2.8 million -- way more than what Barry owes -- and her nephew is just trying to "intimidate and pressure" them into giving up the property.

Blac Chyna & Amber Rose $5k Reasons We're Different

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna and Amber Rose are headed to Toronto Takeover for the NBA All-Star Weekend to host a huge event -- though only one is returning with more dough than the other.

Sources close to the event say the two friends were hired to co-host the party at the Stadium club this Friday night -- yet Amber is pulling in $30,000 while Blac gets smaller pockets with $25,000. The $5,000 difference is because Amber Rose is a bigger draw.

Although Blac will probably not bring her man Rob Kardashian -- we're told the promoters didn't want to shell out the $75,000 to $100,000 they think he would've wanted.

Tix for the event range from $50 to $3,500 -- but there's a $10,000 VIP baller rate not even sold to the general public. The VIP package is only open to athletes or celebs because they'll be the ones next to Blac and Amber.

$55,000 to co-host one night? And by co-host, we mean stand there, look pretty and party. Sounds like a win-win for both Rose and Chyna.

Steven Spielberg If Only I Would Have Kept that House ...

Published | Updated

Steven Spielberg may have the same regrets everyone over 40 feels about selling that house back in the day ... because had he held on to his Malibu estate 6 months longer he might have scored an additional 9 million bucks!!!

Steven unloaded his 7,200 square foot beachfront estate back in August for $26 million. He made a handsome profit because he bought the 7 bedroom 10 bathroom home -- with a theater and a pool -- for around $6.6 million in 2 separate transactions ... he got on lot in '89 and another in 2000.

Well 6 months later hot-shot realtor Chris Cortazzo from Coldwell Banker in Malibu listed the same property for $35 million.

There is something to soften the blow. Steven's reportedly worth $3.6 billion.

FUN FACT: The house was listed as a summer rental over the years for $125,000. A little pricier than a Winnebago.

Ted Cruz Vivid Offer We'll Make Your Tit Flick!!

Ted Cruz could fill his campaign coffers with a million bucks ... with a teeny tiny string attached -- he has to star in a porn flick.

As you probably know, back in the day, Ted rhapsodized about starring in a "teen tit film."

Well, not unexpectedly, Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch has extended Mr. Cruz an offer to star in an XXX film -- far more graphic than an '80s boob movie. Hirsch suggests the title, "Cruzin for Bush."

He's willing to donate $1 mil through the Super Pac of Ted's choice.

Netflix's 'Fuller House' Kids Make Way More than Olsen Twins

Published | Updated

The kids who are starring in "Fuller House" are making around 10 times what the Olsen twins banked when they first starred in "Full House."

Mary-Kate and Ashley each scored $1,650 per episode when the show debuted in 1987.

The rebooted version debuts later this month and, of course, it's 29 years later, but still the new salaries are impressive ... this according to their minors' contracts obtained by TMZ.

14-year-old Sonia Bringas, who plays Kimmy Gibbler's daughter Ramona, will rake in $15k an episode ... this according to her minor's contract. Michael Campion, also 14, who plays D.J. Tanner's son, will make $12k an episode. And 9-year-old Elias Harger, who plays D.J.'s other son, cashes in with $10k an episode.

Don't feel sorry for the Olsens ... they lord over a billion dollar fashion empire.

Oscars Gift Bag $200k Worth of Vacays, Sex Toys & Toilet Paper!

Published | Updated

The Academy Awards will be filled with some seriously pampered asses this year -- celebs are getting the most balling toilet paper ... EVER!

Each year all the Oscar nominees get a stupid amount of swag in the official gift bag and this year's includes $200,000 worth of gear like $6,000 worth of pet food, $1,900 Vampire breast lift (no surgery, it's a blood thing), and a $275 luxury toilet paper and moisturizing set. Can you imagine how soft that paper is??

It's also got some traditional crap -- $55k Israel trip, $54k Japan trip, and some grossly overpriced skincare items. On the cooler side, for female nominees like Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Winslet ... there's something called a $250 female "arouser" which offers "gentle suction and stimulation."

That oughta get the room buzzing.
