Kim Kardashian My Wealth Won't Be in Your Face Anymore
Kim Kardashian has found God -- at a discount -- because after the robbery wealth will no longer be the driver of her brand.
Sources close to Kim tell us ... she actually agrees with critics who say she put a target on her back by flaunting her wealth and jewelry on social media. A number of people have been critical of Kim for posing with her $4.5 million diamond ring in the apartment shortly before the hit.
We're told Kim is taking a month off work and when she returns she's pulling back in a big way on social media. She won't be displaying her personal wealth ... and she'll even be less ostentatious with the promotion of her fashion line.
Kim has been rocked to her core after being tied up with a gun to her head. She's saying privately ... "Material things mean nothing. It's not all about the money," adding, "It's not worth it."

EXCLUSIVE

Cali Swag District claims they were screwed by MC Hammer's brother, Louis Burrell, who pocketed more than $200k in royalties from the group acting as their agent.
The "Teach Me How To Dougie" rappers aren't suing Burrell though, at least not yet. Instead they're going after music licensing co. BMI, claiming it's responsible for putting their royalty checks in the wrong hands.
But when we got 'em at LAX -- on their way to a gig -- they laid out their inside job theory ... involving Burrell and a mole. They also had some advice for anyone getting into the biz.
For his part, Burrell tells TMZ he doesn't "owe any money to Cali Swag District. If they have an issue with BMI, resolve it with them."

Fetty Wap Rolls to Court with $165k Cash I Got Ya Fine Right Here!
Fetty Wap rolled into court Wednesday with $165k in cold hard cash to settle up several driving offenses except the one he says he's really guilty of -- DWB-AR ... driving while black and rich.
Fetty overprepared for his appearance in the NJ courtroom, where he entered many guilty pleas. The judge only hit him with a $360 fine, so he left with most of his stacks ... and flaunted the dough outside.
He was facing charges for driving with a suspended license, overly tinted windows and failure to replace lost or defaced license plates. All of that stemmed from his July arrest, but all's well that ends well.
He's keeping the tinted windows though -- Fetty's lawyer, Navarro Gray, told the judge it's necessary due to the rapper's glaucoma.

Petra Ecclestone's feeling lucky after the Playboy Mansion sold for $100 mil -- she's selling Spelling Manor again for double that, and she thinks she can get it ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the Formula One heiress tell us Petra recently listed the Manor for the second time in 2 years for a whopping $200 million ... all because of what Hugh Hefner fetched for his famous crib this summer.
You'll recall ... the Playboy Mansion was sold in August to Hef's next door neighbor after a long back and forth. The final price tag was $100 mil ... and that place is WAY smaller than the Manor, which boasts 14 bedrooms, 27 baths and 56,500 square feet of space.
We're told Petra feels the real estate market is hot right now, and thinks she can flip a $115 million profit ... unlike last time.
With the help of realtors like Rick Hilton and David Kramer, here's to hoping she can.

BCBG Founder Sued You Promised a Palace ... We Got a Rat's Nest!
10:07 AM PT -- Azria's attorney, Marty Singer, tells TMZ: "The lawsuit filed against Max Azria is a bogus lawsuit by a foreign billionaire couple who used a British Virgin Islands entity as the tenant. During the entire 3 month rental, the tenants never made any complaints of rats, dog feces or the other claims. In fact, they remained in the house for the entire lease period, hardly the behavior of a tenant who disliked the house. The tenants made major changes to the house, without the landlord’s consent, to accommodate their personal tastes."
He adds, "My client intends to sue the tenants for damages they caused to the property and we are confident we will prevail in this action."
Famed BCBG founder Max Azria promised to serve up grand amenities in a mansion, but instead delivered a colony of rats, dog poop and more -- so claims a former tenant in a lawsuit.
A company called Tres Hollywood brokered a lease for a client, who says she found a disaster zone when she moved into the designer's 17 bedroom, 22 bath Bel-Air estate -- for a whopping $500k a month, mind you. Plus $500k deposit!
Tres says it was overrun with rats and ants. Throw in mold, non-working toilets, no hot water and broken appliances -- according to docs -- and suddenly the dog feces and urine stench might not seem so bad.
Tres says Azria refuses to return the deposit on the place, which is currently listed for $88 million. It's suing for the $500k plus repair costs and penalties -- all told they want more than $1 million.
We've reached out to Azria, so far no word back.

Master P I Didn't Dupe Ricky Williams ... He WANTED That Contract
-
EXCLUSIVE
Master P says Ricky Williams called the shots when it came to putting together his infamous 1999 NFL rookie contract and all he did was help the Heisman winner get the deal HE wanted.
Master P joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Friday night on FS1) -- and explained how the deal got done when Williams was a client at P's No Limit Sports agency.
"Ricky was the type of guy that ... he wanted to do what he wanted to do," P explained.
"I mean he wanted $8 mil up front. He didn't care what the incentives was. If he didn't do that deal with me he was gonna do it with somebody else."
"He was poor. He didn't have any money. He needed the money up front and he thought that $8 million ... he was going to turn it into something else. He had some other business ideas."
FYI, the contract famously contained a max value of $68 MILLION -- but only if Ricky hit some spectacularly tough to achieve performance incentives.
It's been criticized as one of the worst contracts in NFL history.
Master P says Ricky ended up making around $14 mil on the deal -- but says there were bigger issues ... and suggested that Williams got lazy in his career and lost the drive to perform.
There's A LOT more with P on tonight's show -- make sure to watch.

Adrien Broner Hints At $125k Settlement In Bowling Alley Beatdown
Seems boxing star Adrien Broner just blew the lid off his secret settlement with the victim in a bowling alley attack ... hinting he paid the guy $125,000 to make the case go away.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... Broner was sued by a man who claims the boxer beat him down and robbed him outside of a Cincinnati bowling alley back in January.
The accuser sued Broner in civil court and filed a police report -- but both cases were dropped when the accuser decided to back off.
But Broner has now strongly hinted why ... MONEY!
The boxer posted on Instagram early Friday morning to bitch about all of the problems in his life -- and referenced a 6-figure settlement.
"I gave a snitch n**ga 125k in a civil suit."
Broner also noted that he paid his lawyers $150k ... and "had to give the IRS 3.7 this year."
BTW, we reached out to the IRS -- but they couldn't comment.
Broner ended his rant saying, "But God blessed me with beautiful children and the talent to make all my problems go away so I'm GOOOOOOD."

Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Settlement Negotiations Full Steam Ahead
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been in the throes of settlement negotiations almost from the start ... but it got rocky early on when Brad pulled the plug ... sources familiar with the case tell TMZ.
Our sources say both sides wanted a quick end to what could become a contentious divorce. Jolie set the stage by asking for sole physical custody after Brad lunged and made contact with 15-year-old Maddox on a private jet.
We're told when TMZ broke the story about the incident in the air, Brad felt Angelina's people leaked the story and said he was done negotiating. But our sources say shortly thereafter, negotiations resumed.
We're told there are 4 elements to the settlement discussions:
-- Custody and visitation
-- Temporary support for Angelina and the kids
-- Permanent financial support
-- Property split
We're told the first 2 items are well on their way to resolution, with one big hitch. TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is investigating the jet incident, and any settlement must conform to the eventual DCFS recommendations.
Our sources say the 3rd and 4th elements have not been resolved.
