Future Lawsuit Rocko Begs Judge ... Watch His Money, Some of It's Mine!
Future is so reckless with his money he won't be able to pay off the debt he owes his ex-label owner, Rocko ... according to Rocko, anyway, who wants a judge to protect the money.
Future's ex-pal and producer filed docs asking the court to force Future to put his salary from the upcoming Nobody Safe tour in escrow. Rocko claims Future is set to make upward of $5 million ... and he wants some of that set aside to cover the $10 mil he's planning to win from Future.
We broke the story, Rocko sued Future for a cut of his lucrative deal with Epic Records. Future countersued, claiming he didn't have an exclusive deal with Rocko.
Mask off? Rocko says Future's gonna squander his money if the court doesn't force him to save it.

David Geffen Sells Mega-Malibu Estate For a Record $85 MILLION!!!
Multi-media mogul David Geffen is one day away from selling his Malibu compound and breaking a record for the most expensive single residential transaction in Malibu history ... TMZ has learned.
Our real estate sources say the movie/music/political influencer will pocket $85 MILLION in the sale that closes Tuesday.
The oceanside estate sits on 5 lots and has 5 separate buildings, including the main residence and 2 guest houses. It has a pool, theater, gym and on and on.
The buyer is a financial guy, which makes sense. The area is called Billionaire's Beach. It used to be riddled with celebs, including Diana Ross, Janet Jackson, Courteney Cox and many others, but it got too rich for the blood of just about everyone but the titans of industry.
As for Geffen, we're told he's selling because he now spends most of his time on his ridiculously amazing yacht and his NYC apartment.
Kurt Rappaport is repping both the buyer and seller. He didn't return our calls, but the only thing we wanted to ask ... what's it like getting a commission like that?

The Game Sues Viacom for $20 Mil You Gotta Pay My Sexual Assault Accuser
The Game says Viacom should cover the $7.1 million owed to his sexual assault accuser, because it cast a violent criminal on his reality show, despite a doctor recommending she get the boot.
The rapper's going after the parent company of VH1, which he says cast Priscilla Rainey on "She's Got Game." In docs, he says a doctor working on the production cited Rainey's long rap sheet -- which includes multiple felony arrests for aggravated battery.
According to the suit, the doctor said ... "In moments of jealousy, [Rainey's] normal composure dissolves, leaving her to acting out of control."
Game says the show thought Rainey would add a spark -- aka ratings -- so it ignored the doctor.
Rainey ultimately was kicked off the show, and shortly after filed a suit against Game alleging he sexually assaulted her at an off-camera outing. She won a $7.1 million judgment and Game says Viacom should take that hit, plus another $13 mil in damages.
We've reached out to Viacom. No word back.

Kim Kardashian I'm Done Being Flashy But I'm Not Selling My Insane Mansion!
Kim Kardashian says she's shunning certain extravagances in her life like jewelry, but that doesn't mean she won't still be living in the lap of luxury.
Sources connected to Kim and Kanye tell us they are NOT changing their plan to move into their $20 million Hidden Hills mansion, which is beyond opulent with 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a spa, movie theater, a make-up room, a lake, and on and on -- 30,000 square feet and all.
By the way, the house was brand new when they bought it, they took it down to the studs and then rebuilt and expanded it at a cost of more than $10 million. They're still months away from moving in.
So, how does Kim reconcile shedding "material things" with her mega-mansion? There's actually a good explanation -- the place will be as secure as Fort Knox and security for them is everything.
For starters, the estate is in a gated community. As for the property itself, it has state-of-the-art security, including cameras, alarms, motion detectors and from what we understand, a safe room.
The place will be flanked by armed security guards -- 24/7.
Kim was on Ellen's show last week talking about how the Paris robbery changed her life and she wasn't into flashy, materialistic things that once defined her life. Fact is ... it's not inconsistent to shun fancy cars and jewelry but still live nicely, when the nice stuff serves a purpose.

NeNe Leakes Close to Signing 'RHOA' Deal And Spinning Another
NeNe Leakes is inching closer to striking a deal for her return to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... and it might lead to a starring role on a new show.
Sources close to production tell us ... NeNe's ready to come back for season 10 of 'RHOA' but hasn't signed the paperwork yet. We're told Bravo's trying to sweeten the deal by working with her on a spin-off ... à la Kim Zolciak's "Don't Be Tardy."
There's also the matter of money. We know NeNe wants to be paid as much as, if not more than, Kim. Our sources say Leakes will only return to 'RHOA' as a part-time cast member. Once again ... just like Kim.
Season 10 is about to be amazing.

Justin Bieber Tickled Pink, Grilled Too
You're not seeing pink elephants ... that's just Justin Bieber's new grill.
Sources close to JB tell us he recently bought himself a new pink sapphire grill ... which ran him somewhere in the ballpark of $15k.
The mouthpiece comes courtesy of Gold Teeth God -- a jeweler based out of L.A. -- who we're told Justin flew out to Miami last week to do an impression of his chompers.
The grill is a combo of pink sapphire and rose gold, with 6 teeth covered on top and another 6 on the bottom. It comes with 6 carats of sapphire ... and took about 5 days to make.
We're told Justin has bought jewelry from GTG before, so going to him for the grill was a no-brainer. He seems to dig it, too.
All we can say ... love your grill, Biebs.

Barack Obama Finally Disses Trump ... Tweet Storms Ain't the Answer!
Barack Obama took his first shot at his predecessor since inauguration day, lightly jabbing President Trump's speedy Twitter fingers ... and reportedly made a ton of money while doing it.
The diss came Thursday in NYC while the ex-prez was speaking to a crowd of A&E Network's advertisers. While presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin interviewed Obama, she asked how he handled frustrating moments in the White House.
Barack coolly replied, "For starters, by not having a Twitter account."
It was an expensive joke for A&E ... which according to the NY Post, paid Obama $400k for the speaking engagement. He's reportedly making that same amount to speak at an upcoming Health conference put on by Wall Street firm Cantor Fitzgerald.
Michelle's no slouch herself ... she spoke Thursday at the AIA Conference on Architecture in Florida. Not to mention the huge advances both she and Barack got for their memoirs.

Phaedra Parks to Apollo Nida Let's REALLY Divorce Now But Don't Forget the Prenup!
Phaedra Parks is facing a do-over in her divorce but still insists their prenup should block Apollo Nida from attempting to get alimony.
Phaedra filed docs in Georgia asking the court to enforce what she considers an ironclad prenup Apollo signed on October 23, 2009 ... 9 days before they got married.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, Phaedra says they both agreed to waive their right to alimony ... meaning he shouldn't get a dime in spousal support when the divorce is final. She also claims they agreed how to divide their assets when they signed on the dotted line.
Phaedra thinks it's simple -- the prenup should control who gets to keep what, and doesn't want to leave things up to the judge ... as Apollo requested.
And she really sticks it to him ... saying the fact his assets have plummeted is his own doing because of his criminal activity. Apollo's serving prison time for money fraud.
TMZ broke the story ... a judge threw out Phaedra's final divorce judgment because he was concerned by a number of things -- including Phaedra intentionally misspelling Apollo's name in docs.

Sean was at LAX flashing what he says is nearly $300k worth of ice and silver and gold -- so, naturally our guy had to ask why he's constantly got lawyers on his ass to pay for his bling. The singer/songwriter breaks down the giant conspiracy to take him down.

Demian Bichir Do NOT Spend Chapo's Loot on the Wall!! Here's a Better Idea ...
Demian Bichir says Senator Ted Cruz is outta his damn mind to propose El Chapo's billions fund President Trump's wall.
When we got the Mexican-born actor at LAX Wednesday, we asked him about the senator's proposed bill -- dubbed the El Chapo Act -- which would use his reported $14 billion to pay for the wall.
First off, the former "Weeds" star is clearly NOT a fan of the wall. At all.
He is, however, all about jacking the drug lord's money. Demian's concept of what to do with it though is way more Robin Hood than Cruz has in mind.

Justin Bieber Former Neighbors Claim Singer Committed Hate Crime Against Jews
10:40 AM PST -- A judge just ruled in favor of JB, saying the anti-Semitic comments hurled during the egging don't qualify as a hate crime against Bieber because he didn't make the comments, his bodyguard did. His attorney, Jeremiah Reynolds, says, "It is unfortunate that the Schwartzs were trying to exploit hate crime laws for personal gain. We are glad the judge denied their motion to plead these claims."
Justin Bieber's former neighbors -- the ones whose house he egged -- claim the singer committed a hate crime by hurling anti-Semitic comments their way, but even they admit it was not the Biebs who made the comments.
Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz have gone after Bieber for years after the infamous 2014 egging, for which Bieber was prosecuted. They got $80k from the singer for repairs to their home, but that wasn't enough. Jeffrey claims Bieber ruined his car sales business with all the publicity surrounding the feud.
They filed suit claiming emotional distress and loss of income, but now they've upped the ante by alleging a campaign of terror was waged against them. In the new docs, lawyers for the Schwartzes say, "Threatening a man with body harm while calling him a 'little Jew boy' and intimidating him with 'what are you going to do about it, Jew boy?' is a hate crime."
Bieber's lawyers say it's preposterous. The Schwartzes have admitted in legal docs the statements were allegedly made by Bieber's bodyguard and the singer never uttered such words.
The reason a hate crime is significant ... it ups the stakes in damages they can collect.

Prince Toronto Home Hits the Market For a Fortune!!!
It's as if Prince never left his former crib -- his magic touch is all over the place and it can be yours for a VERY shiny penny.
The Purple One's former Toronto pad is back on the market for $13,186,500. And talk about a huge jump in market value -- the house was listed at just under $9.5 mil 2 years ago.
The 14,500 square foot compound has subtle -- and not so subtle -- reminders that Prince once lived there from 2001 to 2006 when he was married to Manuela Testolini.
From the purple carpet in the basement to his stamps on dining room doors and the iron-type desk where he wrote and read, there's constant reminders of his revering presence.
We're told the seller yanked the listing shortly after the singer's death because the seller didn't want to make it look like he was capitalizing on Prince's passing.
And how's this for a bonus: the lucky buyer will live in the same neighborhood as one of Drake's.
Victor Brewda of Forest Hill Real Estate and Barry Cohen of RE/MAX are repping the seller.
