Beyonce seems to believe it's okay that her hit, "Formation," used a sample of a dead New Orleans rapper ... because she only used a tiny bit of his voice.

Beyonce just filed a response to the lawsuit from the estate of Anthony Barre -- and in the docs, her lawyers say the use of Anthony's voice is "reasonable and justified." You'll recall, Bey's hit track includes Anthony's voice saying "I like that," but his estate says it never signed off on the use ... and wants $20 mil in back royalties.

She's not giving up the dough that easily. According to the docs, Beyonce's team says Barre's estate has no case because the use of his voice was so minimal it doesn't require compensation. For the record, it's about 6 seconds long.

They also invoke the First Amendment as justification for using Anthony -- aka Messy Mya -- but that seems like a stretch, and makes us think Team Bey is just throwing everything but the kitchen sink at this lawsuit.

Floyd Mayweather says that's exactly the case with him ... telling TMZ Sports he still has NOT cashed his massive checks from the Manny Pacquiao and the Conor McGregor fights.

Mayweather was leaving TAO in L.A. with his entourage Thursday night when he talked about everything from his health to his wealth.

Fun Fact: Floyd says he wants to bring his Las Vegas strip club business out to L.A. too -- "It's time for us to get a new gentleman's club out here. Girls Collection L.A."

Oh, and to prove he's serious about his fight checks ... Floyd says he plans to post 'em on social media later today. He reportedly made around $300 mil per fight.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner are being sued by a guy who ran a beauty company who claims they screwed him out of a cut of the profits ... and he wants as much as $32 MILLION.

Here's the backstory. John LaBonty was CEO and President of Boldface, a company that markets beauty products. According to the lawsuit, the Kardashians gave Boldface an exclusive deal to market all its beauty stuff. Boldface morphed into a different company, but LaBonty says it didn't affect his interest.

LaBonty claims he had a 5% equity interest in all products in the Kardashian Beauty line. He says the Kardashian women stopped making any effort to market, promote and support the line and thwarted the company's ability to make money off the products.

Richard Simmons just got a financial injury added to the insult of losing his defamation lawsuit against the National Enquirer.

According to court docs, Simmons has been ordered to cover attorney costs and any other court fees incurred by the Enquirer. You'll recall, Richard sued the tabloid for defaming him with a story saying he was in the process of sexual reassignment.

He lost the case with the judge saying being misidentified as transgender doesn't expose someone to "hatred, contempt or ridicule."

Tyga just agreed to pay the management company that had sued him for $4 million, but he doesn't have to pay the full amount and he can pay in installments.

Kylie's ex agreed to pay C&J Management $1.5 million. He's required to pay $250k within 10 days of signing the settlement agreement. There are 4 additional installments of $137,500 each, and there's a final payment due June 1, 2019 of $700,000.

The lawsuit claims Tyga fired C&J with no cause and stiffed the company out of millions of dollars in commissions.

The guy who scored a $338 million Powerball jackpot has been busted for sex crimes involving an underage girl.

Prosecutors charged Pedro Quezada with multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault of a minor Wednesday in Passaic, NJ.

Authorities say Quezada -- who reportedly opted for the $152 mil lump sum after taxes in 2013 -- sexually assaulted the victim when he lived in Passaic, and she was between 11 and 14 years old.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi filed for divorce after just 2 months of marriage, but there's a problem -- her husband claims they were together 'til just last week.

According to new legal docs ... Shalom Yeroushalmi agrees he and GG got married on January 25, but he claims their separation date is September 13. GG previously claimed March 27 was the day they split.

Shalom's also fighting GG's request to block him from getting spousal support. He's asking the court to award him some, and wants her to pay his attorney's fees too.

As we reported ... friends were worried GG was rushing to the altar, and now it looks like her divorce proceedings are going to last much longer than her marriage.

Jared Fogle has officially been ordered to ante up $50,000 ... money that he's forking over to avoid officials seizing vehicles that he used to commit the crime of traveling to engage in sex with a minor.

Fogle, who is serving 15 years in prison, was sentenced in November 2015 and the $50k forfeiture was part of the agreement. Now the feds have issued a formal order seizing the money.

The 2-year-old twins who play Tommy on "Fuller House" got cribs full o' cash ... because both boys are raking it in every episode.

According to their contracts ... Fox and Dashiell Messitt scored $9,000 each per episode for season 1 of the Netflix sitcom, and they got a 4% pay bump for season 2. At 13 eps per season ... the tyke actors have racked up almost $240k so far.

Season 3 of "Fuller House" premieres next week, so you know what that means -- another raise for the Messitt bros. They'll each get $9,734 per episode this time around.

Farrah Abraham's cam show was such a smash hit ... I.T. engineers had to mobilize after the website crashed.
