'AHS' Murder House New Owners Sue ... This Place Is a Real-Life Nightmare!!!
The owners of the famed Los Angeles mansion where "American Horror Story" shot its first season say they got sold a bill of haunted goods, and now they're suing ... a ghost ... so to speak.
The Rosenheim mansion hosted Ryan Murphy, Connie Britton, Sarah Paulson and the rest of the cast of 'AHS' when they shot the "Murder House" season back in 2011. Cut to 2014, when Ernst Von Schwarz and Angela Oakenfold purchased the mansion for $3.2 million.
In a lawsuit, Von Schwarz and Oakenfold say everyday since they moved in has been a nightmare. They say they had no idea their new mansion was a "macabre tourist attraction" ... visited by hundreds of loyal 'AHS' fans who trespass and even attempt to break in.
The couple says the seller never disclosed the mansion's recent past as a TV set, so they feel hoodwinked. Now the twist -- the previous owner is dead. Greta Von Steinbauer passed away in 2017, so Von Schwarz and Oakenfold are suing her estate for at least $3 mil.
Fun fact: Angela is the ex-wife of famed DJ Paul Oakenfold.

Malcolm X Personal Letter re: Marital Woes ... Yours for $75k
A letter Malcolm X penned to his mentor and Nation of Islam leader, Elijah Muhammad -- seeking marital advice -- is up for sale with a hefty price tag.
Malcolm wrote the letter in 1959, turning to his spiritual leader for some marriage counseling. In the correspondence, Malcolm details issues he and his wife, Betty Shabazz, had been trying to sort out for months. He asks Elijah Muhammad to step in, saying ... "I have complete faith in whatever way you wish or may chose (or may not) to take it up with her."
We're told the letter was originally obtained by Elijah Muhammad's son, who gave it to his attorney ... who eventually sold it to a collector roughly 20 years ago. It's changed owners a few times since then, and is now being sold through Moments in Time for a cool $75,000.
For the record ... Malcolm and Betty remained married until his assassination in 1965.
February 21 will mark the 53rd anniversary of his death.

Vivica A. Fox Buck Up, Disney!!! 'Black Panther' Profit Should Go to Black Comm.
Vivica A. Fox raised her fist and emphatically let it be known -- "Black Panther" producers, Disney, could do wonders if it donates a big chunk of money to the African-American community.
We got Vivica Monday at LAX and she threw her support behind the Change.org petition for Marvel and Disney to invest 25% of the movie's proceeds back into the community. She says it's the right move, and could pay dividends for many years to come.
Not everyone's totally on board. We also got comedian Gary Owen, and he says it's not the studio's job to give away money. He has some advice for anyone signing the petition.
By the way, the guy who started the petition says the donation is the right thing to do, because Disney has marketed the movie almost exclusively to black moviegoers ... and it's done so in the middle of Black History Month.

Mike Vick Bankruptcy Case Officially Closed ... After Paying Back $17 Mil
Mike Vick is officially out of the hole -- a judge has closed the book on his bankruptcy case after the ex-NFL star paid back more than $17 million in debt.
Vick filed for Chapter 11 back in 2008 after the infamous dog-fighting scandal -- when he lost his NFL salary and several lucrative endorsement deals. Vick owed approximately $17.6 MILLION to dozens of creditors.
But, Vick busted his ass to pay off his debts ever since he was reinstated with the Eagles in 2009. He reportedly made nearly $50 million in NFL salary in his 2nd stint in the league.
According to the docs, the outstanding debt was owed to Bank of America (related to one of his properties), BMW financial services, and his friendly neighborhood tax collector.
Vick made his final payment back in November -- and now a judge has officially closed the case, granting Vick's discharge and final decree.
Congrats!

Cuban's 'Shark Tank' Co. Sued Halloween Was a Real Nightmare Thanks to Haunted Hayride
The company Mark Cuban handed $2 million dollars on "Shark Tank" to scare the living daylights out of people ... is now getting sued for an allegedly terrifying injury.
Ten Thirty One Productions famously creates frightening Halloween experiences, and one of them was on NYC's Randall's Island in 2016 -- the Haunted Hayride. A woman who was attending says a fog machine fell during her fright night ... and banged her on the head.
In the suit, obtained by TMZ, she says she suffered serious and permanent injuries that have prevented her from performing her regular duties.
She's suing Ten Thirty One -- which also produces the "Great Horror Camp Out" -- to compensate her for her medical costs, plus damages. She is not suing Cuban.
The $2 mil he sunk into Ten Thirty One during Season 5 was -- at the time -- the largest investment on the show ever.

There's a funny celebrity cameo in the clip -- but Russell's not impressed.

EXCLUSIVE
The mini bike from "Dumb and Dumber" -- which Lloyd and Harry rode all the way to Aspen -- is in good running order and looking for a new owner ... but ya can't just trade your Shaggin' Wagon for it.
This "hog" is one of 2 used in the classic 1994 comedy, and we're told it was featured in all the close-up riding scenes with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. It was gifted to Gordie Merrick, the movie's transportation coordinator, who had it for about 20 years before the current owner acquired it.
The other bike was gifted to Planet Hollywood.
The Houston man who owns this mini bike says he spent over a year fixing it up and restoring it to the original condition, and now it's good to go. We're told he's selling it on eBay with the opening bid starting at $8,500, to make some extra dough because his kid is going off to college.
As an added bonus, the buyer of the bike also gets the helmet, bag and briefcase thrown in ... although those aren't film originals. It also includes a signed and notarized letter of authenticity.
The mini bike's up for grabs until February 18, and animals lovers will be happy to know -- 10 percent of the proceeds will go to the Best Friends Animal Society.

Steve Harvey Calls BS On Charity Lawsuit The Guy Suing Me is a Huckster
Steve Harvey says the guy suing him for a gigantic commission for one of Harvey's charities is a fraud.
Harvey just filed legal docs firing back at Vincent Dimmock, who claimed in his lawsuit he struck a deal with Harvey back in April to raise $20 million, and in return he was promised 12.5% of everything he raked in. He says he got a bunch of A-listers on board and even a former President ... with pledges totaling $20 mil.
Harvey is calling BS, saying Dimmock originally reached out to him to promote an energy drink, and when that went nowhere Harvey says Dimmock pivoted and falsely told him he had a billionaire in his pocket who would invest big in Harvey's charity.
Steve says he actually flew to Austin to meet the billionaire, and it quickly became evident the guy didn't know Dimmock at all. What's more, Harvey says neither the billionaire nor anyone else connected to Dimmock invested a penny in any of his ventures.
Harvey says the entire charade was part of a scheme for Dimmock to meet him.

EXCLUSIVE
Nas needs to open his fat wallet a lot more now to support his kid ... at least that's what Kelis is gunning for.
Kelis just filed legal docs saying $8k a month ain't cuttin' it anymore in the child support department. She says 8-year-old Knight has needs he didn't have 5 years ago when the order was put in place.
She says Nas is doing way better now than he was when the judge ordered him to cough up the $8k monthly support, so he's more than able to foot the bill for various expenses.
She's not specific as to how much more she wants, but whatever she gets, she wants add-ons to the base ... namely, 50% of school-related costs, 50% of any child care Kelis needs, and 50% of unreimbursed health care.
The judge has yet to rule.

Logan Paul YouTube Projects Shelved After New Troubling Stunts
Logan Paul is in deep you-know-what -- YouTube announced Friday it's suspending ads to his channel, and we've learned several unannounced projects are also coming to a screeching halt.
Our sources at YouTube tell us Logan's suicide forest video weeks ago triggered a stop order on several projects that had yet to be revealed. Industry sources are telling us his "Airplane Mode" film is one of the projects on hold.
This adds insult to the financial injury Logan was already facing with ads suspended after he posted more disturbing videos ... including tasering 2 dead rats.
YouTube deemed Logan's content as "unsuitable for brands" and is pissed he tried to monetize videos it views as potentially damaging. The decision seemed to be in the works for a while because YouTube cited Logan egging on viewers to do the Tide Pod challenge ... as a reason for pulling ads.

Quavo NYPD Ready to Arrest Him ... Rapper Says, I'm Innocent!!!
Quavo is about to get a new wrist accessory -- handcuffs -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Our sources tell TMZ ... NYPD detectives have gotten in contact with the Migos rapper's attorney, Drew Findling, informing him they have enough evidence to arrest Quavo. We're told an arrest warrant hasn't been issued but it's only a matter of time.
Findling tells us his client's an innocent man and hopes for the sake of the NYPD and the Manhattan DA's office, they don't embarrass themselves by hooking his client up and prosecuting him.
TMZ broke the story ... Quavo allegedly beat the crap out of Eric the Jeweler when he tried to collect on Offset's $10k tab. Sources say Quavo and another man jumped Eric and jacked his $30k chain.
Findling's adamant ... "this is yet another example of a young African-American hip hop star potentially being treated unfairly by the criminal justice system."
