"Transformers: Age of Extinction" star Jack Reynor better hope there's another sequel -- with a role for him -- 'cause he's thiiis close to losing a ton of cash to 2 women he allegedly hit in a car accident.

According to court docs ... Reynor never responded to the lawsuit the alleged victims filed in November, so they've been granted a default victory -- and the next step is a judgment against Reynor that could cost him $1 MILLION!

As we first reported ... the ladies say they were in a crosswalk when the Irish actor's car creamed them ... sending them flying into the air.

If Reynor doesn't answer soon, he could have to shell out the mil plus medical expenses.

Why the delay? We've reached out to Reynor's rep but so far, no word back.

Harvey Weinstein will not face charges for allegedly groping a model during a business meeting in New York last month.

A spokesman for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office says, "After analyzing the available evidence, including multiple interviews with both parties, a criminal charge is not supported."

Weinstein was questioned by police in March after an Italian model accused the Hollywood mogul of touching her thigh and grabbing her breasts. She reported the alleged incident to cops immediately after it happened.

Suge Knight's fatal car crash is being recreated right now ... by homicide investigators who are trying to figure out exactly how it went down.

TMZ broke the story ... Suge ran over 2 people -- one fatally -- in the parking lot of Tam's burger joint in Compton. He's been charged with murder.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is working with prosecutors in the case, and that's why they're on scene right now with cameras and measuring devices.

Suge claims because of his vision and an ominous crowd, he was forced to drive into the lot as opposed to just driving down the street. We're told this will be addressed in the recreation.

The recreation is really authentic ... they're even using Suge's truck and an eyewitness tells us they are using dummies for the victims.

SPOILER ALERT: Ryan Reynolds looks badass as Deadpool and is set to make a ton of comic book nerds very excited.

Reynolds was on the Vancouver set of the upcoming Marvel movie wearing Deadpool's full regalia ... and looking spot on as the anti-hero. Just a guess based on the pics, but Ryan might want 'em to let out the inseam a little -- especially if the movie spawns sequels.

The movie is set for a 2016 release and will also feature Ed Skrein, Silicon Valley's TJ Miller and Gina Carano.

Tom Cruise said he wasn't able to see his daughter for months because he was shooting "Mission Impossible 5" in London, and he was counting the hours before he came home to little Suri. But we're told he was off work for 2 weeks after shooting wrapped, yet never saw her.

Sources connected to Katie Holmes tell TMZ ... it's worse than that. They say Tom has not seen the 8-year-old in almost a year. Tom's rep previously denied that and said the actor has seen his daughter plenty, but on the down low to shield her from cameras.

But our Katie sources say that's not true ... that he's just not been a part of her life.

There's been speculation Tom is distancing himself from Katie and Suri because they've been declared SPs in Scientology, but we've checked with the Church and we're told that is simply not true.

Tom is now back to business ... he just began a 90 day shoot in Atlanta.

Mickey Rourke doesn't know who the hell Rob Gronkowski is ... doesn't care either ... 'cause the actor tells TMZ Sports he practically gave up on the NFL when Dan Marino retired.

The "Iron Man 2" star was out in L.A. this weekend -- and we asked if he had any tips for athletes like Gronk who are trying to make it in Hollywood.

Our photog spotted Gronk and company cruising Bev Hills Friday where he called out the faux cop's name. Gronk doesn't get it at first, but then the real story unfolds.

Turns out Patriot's tight end played the man in blue in an upcoming movie, "You Can't Have It."

Gronk's manager, Henry Penzi -- one of Mark Wahlberg's boys -- makes it clear, there's life after football. In fact, Gronk is such a natural, he didn't even have to read for the role.

Rob Gronkowski grabbed his badge and his gun to play a cop for the new flick, "You Can't Have It" -- which stars Joanna Krupa and Armand Assante.

Unclear what the movie's about -- but Rob ain't the only Gronk with a role ... his brother Dan Gronkowski also plays a cop.
