Terrell Owens says he'd take Carson Wentz over Donovan McNabb -- and he doesn't give a damn what his former quarterback thinks about it.

We got T.O. out in Beverly Grove ... and asked the former Eagles wideout to pick between the Eagles superstar QBs.

It was a tough call for Terrell, but ultimately -- "I'd probably go with Carson Wentz."

But T.O. says he ain't dissin' Donovan ... Wentz is just that good.

"Look at what he's done, and what is this -- year two? The upside for him is through the roof. He's definitely making his case for (MVP)," Owens told TMZ Sports.

And if the truth hurts -- that's McNabb's problem.

"So what? If he is, it is what it is."

Ricky Williams says Colin Kaepernick should consider closing the book on his NFL career -- saying bluntly, "If they don't want you, go do something else."

"I'd rather be somewhere I'm celebrated rather than where I'm tolerated," the ex-NFL superstar told TMZ Sports out in Venice, CA.

Williams says he hopes Kaep plays again -- but really thinks the QB needs to focus his energy on life after football.

Ezekiel Elliott has officially waved the white flag ... and has agreed to serve the NFL's 6-game domestic violence suspension -- effective immediately.

The Dallas Cowboys star had been fighting like hell in court ... filing every possible appeal in the hopes of eventually having a judge throw out the punishment since Zeke denied the allegations and was never convicted of a crime.

But just like Tom Brady ... Zeke eventually decided enough was enough and instructed his legal team to lay down the sword.

"In consultation with the NFLPA and his lawyers, and after careful deliberation and review of the recent 2nd Circuit decisions, Mr. Elliott has decided to forego any further appeals and will serve the remaining suspension," his agents said in a statement.

"This decision arises from a practical assessment of the current legal landscape. Mr. Elliott's desire for closure in this matter is in his best interest, as well as the best interests of his teammates, family and friends."

"This decision is in no way an admission of any wrongdoing, and Mr. Elliott is pleased that the legal fight mounted by he and his team resulted in disclosing many hidden truths regarding this matter as well publicly exposing the NFL's mismanagement of its disciplinary process."

Ex-NY Giants defensive tackle Matt Mitrione says Ben McAdoo is a crap coach ... that's why he calls him, "Ben McAdoo-doo."

It's pretty funny and brutally honest coming from a former Giants player -- with Mitrione explaining why Ben's gotta get the ax in NYC after a disaster 2017 campaign.

He holds Eli Manning's feet to the fire as well.

Mitrione isn't done taking shots yet -- he's an MMA fighter now who's competing at the 2018 Bellator heavyweight grand prix.

Jerry Jones says claims of a secret plan to force him to give up control of the Dallas Cowboys are "laughable and ridiculous" ... and says the idea of an overthrow is just plain silly.

FYI, the controversy stems from a PFT report saying some NFL owners have discussed a "nuclear option" to force Jones out for conduct detrimental to the league due to his war on NFL Commish Roger Goodell.

The Cowboys owner appeared on 105.3 The Fan -- where he shot down the suggestion he could be forced out ... and said he hasn't heard a peep about any such plan from the league or any other owner.

"I've had not one -- not one -- inkling of communication from the league office or any owner that would suggest something that laughable and ridiculous, and that's about where that is."

"If somebody is asserting that or thinking about that kind of thing, then they are not knowledgeable about how things work in the NFL."

Colin Kaepernick is going to bat for Meek Mill -- saying the rapper is a victim of the same "radicalized injustice" that has been screwing black men for years.

FYI, Meek was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison after a judge ruled he violated probation stemming from a 2008 drugs and weapons case by getting busted for a St. Louis airport fight ... and his reckless driving arrest in NYC.

Even though both cases were dropped, the judge said the arrests alone were violations. People are furious about this ... including Kaepernick.

"Sadly there are Black folks going through the same radicalized injustice(s) within the justice system that Meek Mill has experienced for over a decade EVERY SINGLE DAY," Kaep tweeted.

"This requires more than just gradual reform in laws -- It requires a swift overhaul."

We just got Congresswoman Maxine Waters out in NYC and asked what she thought about Colin Kaepernick being named GQ's Citizen of the Year.

To put it simply ... she LOVES it.

"I think he has absolutely sacrificed an awful lot for what he believes in. And people with courage to do what they think is right -- despite the consequences -- must be respected and honored."

Obviously, not everyone in D.C. feels the same way -- especially President Donald Trump who has essentially called for NFL owners to blackball Kaepernick from the league.

Tom Brady says Colin Kaepernick is a "damn good quarterback" who's proven he can play at a high level -- but the Pats superstar says he "has no idea" if Kaep's actually being blackballed.

Brady appeared on WEEI's "Kirk and Callahan" Monday morning where he was asked straight-up if NFGL owners are colluding to keep Kaepernick out of the NFL.

Brady took a long pause and then delivered his answer ...

"You know, I don't ... I have no idea if he's being blackballed."

"I think he was a ... I competed against him. I thought he was a damn good quarterback. And he's played at a high level, brought his team to Super Bowls."

"You know ... that's how I feel about him."

Jay-Z stopped down his 4:44 Tour concert Sunday night in Miami to explain why he's thrown his support behind NFL player protests -- and also to take a shot at his haters.

On Veterans Day weekend ... Jay directly addressed critics who say the movement started by Colin Kaepernick is an insult to the U.S. flag and military. His point was those critics are twisting the message, which is really "about justice and injustice" ... regardless of race.

During this tour, Hova's made it abundantly clear he's fully in Kaepernick's corner -- sometimes wearing jerseys bearing his name.

Jim Brown is softening his opinion on Colin Kaepernick's kneeling demonstration -- telling TMZ Sports he's decided he's "fine" with NFL players protesting during the national anthem.

The NFL legend had previously lashed out against the protesters back in August -- saying, "I'm an American. I don't desecrate my flag and my national anthem."

But that was months ago ... and when the Cleveland Browns icon was leaving Mastro's Steakhouse in Bev Hills on Sunday, he wanted to make it clear he's changed his tune.

"I think if [NFL players] wanted to kneel and it was within the rules of the game, it's fine with me," Brown said.

He added, "I really don't want to speak for anyone else, and I don't want to be negative about too many things."

Brown's comments came just a few hours before Colin Kaepernick was named GQ's Citizen of the Year.

-- Before the video begins, Casillas was pissed ... and walked outside to cool off. You see him throw a potted plant across the valet area.

-- Casillas went back inside and was confronted by several security officers. Things get testy, Casillas tucks his chain, a security officer shoves Casillas and Casillas shoves back

-- Things went nuclear from there. 5 guys tried to take Casillas down. They struggled, but eventually got him to the ground. He was handcuffed and detained.

-- Two Atlantic City PD officers were involved.

We've reached out to the Atlantic City PD to find out if criminal charges were filed. One source connected to the incident says a civil suit was filed ... but unclear who filed it or if it's still active.

Multiple attempts to reach Casillas and his reps were unsuccessful.
