Sharon Osbourne is blasting NBC -- calling the network a "disgrace" for ignoring a makeup artist who allegedly suffered serious injuries on the set of "America's Got Talent."

We broke the story ... Sharon's former makeup artist Jude Alcala is suing the Peacock, claiming he fell through a hole in the "AGT" set -- breaking his femur and damaging his shoulder.

Now, Sharon is going on the attack on Jude's behalf ... telling TMZ, "[It's] the worst stage in the entire world."

She continued, "Some guy designed a stage set with a hole in the middle. Somebody has to pay the price."

Casey Kasem's wife Jean insists she's taking great care of her ailing hubby, right down to giving him manicures and pedicures.

Jean has just filed legal docs through her lawyer, Marshall Grossman, -- docs obtained by TMZ -- challenging the attempt by Casey's 3 kids from a prior marriage to win a conservatorship. The kids say Jean has not allowed them to see their dad -- who has advanced Parkinson's and early onset of dementia -- for months and they fear he's not being properly cared for.

Jean says the kids are ingrates who have sponged off their dad for years. Jean says she and Casey have loaned the kids approx $100k-$150k PER YEAR over many years to pay for their school, housing, cars, parking tickets, travel and other stuff. Jean also says she sent Julie $50k back in July, 2000 and it was never repaid, and that's just one example.

Jean says if there's a need for a conservator, it should be her. Casey's kids say they have a power of attorney from 2007 that gives them control over his health care, but Jean says that document was nullified by a subsequent health care directive in 2011 giving her control.

Famed gospel singer Andrae Crouch was rushed to the hospital Sunday after falling ill in the shower at his L.A. home ... TMZ has learned.

The 71-year-old Grammy winner behind "Let the Church Say Amen" tells us he was "overcome by heat" during his shower ... and shouted for his assistant and his twin sister to call for help.

An ambulance arrived to the scene -- and Crouch was transported to a nearby hospital. A few hours later, doctors determined Crouch was OK, and he was cleared to go home.

We spoke to Crouch ... who tells us he suffers from diabetes and suspects his condition contributed to the incident in the shower.

The singer tells us he feels better now, but adds, "Diabetes is no fun."

He adds, "Thanks to all my fans for all your prayers and support."

Amen.

You know Sharon Osbourne is loving this -- TMZ has learned her former "America's Got Talent" makeup artist is now suing her arch-nemesis ... insisting it's AGT's fault he suffered a nasty workplace accident.

Jude Alcala -- who did makeup for 'AGT' in 2012 (including Sharon's) -- filed the lawsuit against NBC as well as producers Syco Entertainment and FremantleMedia, claiming he accidentally stepped into a hole in the stage last June ... and fell 6 feet, permanently injuring himself.

According to the lawsuit, NBC and producers negligently maintained the stage without proper warning signs -- and therefore ... it's their fault the accident happened.

Sources close to Alcala tell us, the makeup artist broke his femur during the fall, and damaged his shoulder so badly it required surgery.

We're told Sharon (who famously left 'AGT' on bitter terms last year) lent her full support to Jude after the accident.

Jude is suing for negligence and more, demanding unspecified damages. Calls to NBC and Fremantle were not returned.

"MasterChef" star Josh Marks was diagnosed with schizophrenia 24 hours before committing suicide ... so says his mother, who claims the thought of dealing with more mental issues put him over the edge.

Marks' mom Paulette Mitchell is saying the reality star completed an out-patient treatment program Thursday -- where he was diagnosed with schizophrenia ... according to a family rep.

Mitchell first told the Chicago Tribune the chef had finally come to terms with his bipolar disorder ... but "couldn't bear the thought of another diagnosis."

Paulette claims Marks was upset about the doctors assessment ... so she spent the night with him and left the next afternoon to pick her daughter up from school.

A few hours later ... she received a phone call from a family member saying people had called saying Josh was walking through a nearby alley clutching a gun.

Mitchell says she rushed over to the alleyway to find him -- but instead discovered her son dead from a gunshot wound ... with a revolver at his side.

His mother also admits ... some of the Marks' delusions centered around Gordon Ramsay, and that's why he told cops back in July that the chef had possessed his body when he got arrested.

"MasterChef" finalist Josh Marks has been found dead in a Chicago alleyway -- just a few months after his infamous run-in with University of Chicago police -- and officials believe he committed suicide.

A rep for the Chicago PD says they received a call from a woman screaming for help Friday evening ... and after arriving to the alley found a 26-year old male with a gunshot wound to the head.

Multiple sources involved with the investigation tell us the victim is Josh Marks.

We're told officers also recovered a nearby weapon ... and they're still on-scene investigating.

You'll recall, 26-year-old 7-foot-2 Marks was arrested by U. of Chicago cops in July after allegedly punching an officer and trying to grab his gun. Three officers tried to subdue Marks with batons and pepper spray, but he broke free and took off running.

It eventually took 5 officers to chase him down and handcuff him. Once in custody, cops claim Marks blamed Gordon Ramsay for his outburst, claiming the celeb chef had possessed him and turned him into God. There was no evidence of drug use.

Months before the arrest, Marks released a video for the "Make a Sound Project" -- an organization dedicated to helping people struggling with suicidal thoughts -- revealing he suffered from bipolar disorder.

Police believe Marks was in a manic state during the U. Chicago incident.

It's bad enough that he can't play, but injured Dodgers star Matt Kemp isn't traveling with the team either -- and TMZ has video of the All Star gimping his way through LAX today on a scooter.

With the rest of the squad already in St. Louis for the NLCS, Kemp -- nursing two injuries -- wheeled through the airport Thursday afternoon on a medical scooter designed to help him keep the weight off his busted right ankle.

Kemp seemed pretty bummed out about the situation -- and for good reason -- telling us that having to ride around on the scooter, while the rest of the guys are prepping for the Cards, straight up blows.

But don't feel too bad for Matt -- he still raked in roughly $20 million this season ... so it's not a total loss.

Casey Kasem is mainly bedridden with advanced Parkinson's disease, only able to "shuffle short distances" and may have the early onset of dementia ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The docs were filed by Julie, one of Casey's 3 kids from his first marriage, asking a judge to create a conservatorship and give her and her husband the power to control Casey's health care decision.

Julie says in the papers that Casey's wife of 33 years, Jean, has isolated Casey from his kids. Julie says Jean won't even allow Casey's kids to talk with them by phone.

Julie claims she currently has a power of attorney to make health care decisions for Casey, and that should give more than enough authority to have contact with him.

TMZ broke the story ... Casey's kids claim Jean has not allowed them any contact with their dad for 3 months.

Deion Sanders was hospitalized Sunday afternoon -- after landing at LAX and feeling a sharp pain in his gut ... TMZ has learned.

Prime needed immediate attention after arriving in Los Angeles -- and tells us he received assistance from two very helpful firefighters.

We're told the 46-year-old athlete is currently being checked out for kidney stones -- as well as possible appendix issues ... but still no firm answer on the cause.

Sanders couldn't have been in too much pain though ... since he had time to snap pics with the guys who helped him out.

'Buckwild' star Anna Davis got the crap smacked out her this week in Kentucky ... by a MASSIVE pole covered in strobe lights -- and TMZ obtained the nerve-wracking video.

The smackdown happened at Whiskey Barrel Bar and Dance Thursday night in Richmond -- where Anna was hosting an event alongside the DJ ... and the rig above collapsed.

It's unclear why the structure fell -- but Anna says her neck, back and head have been "throbbing" since ... and she plans to see a doctor if the pain persists.

Ducharme says the scaffolding was defective or damaged ... and it was the ex-WWE champ's responsibility to make sure the equipment was safe.

Ducharme wants more than $15k to cover the pain, disfigurement, loss of enjoyment of life, yada yada yada.

A rep for Cena had no comment.

Casey Kasem's children have issued an ultimatum to their step-mom, Jean Kasem ... she has one more chance to let them see their ailing father ... and if she doesn't she'll lose control over his life.

The former, long-time host of "America's Top 40" is very ill with advanced Parkinson's and his kids have been trying in vain to see him for the last 3 months but they say Jean has blocked them.

So Kerri, Julie and Mike have hired a lawyer to negotiate with Jean, and here's the bottom line -- if she doesn't let them see their dad, the lawyer will go to court and ask a judge to create a conservatorship for Casey and make THEM the conservators.

They've tried everything else. As we first reported, they staged a protest earlier this week in front of the house but Jean called the cops on them.

And apparently it's not what you think. We're told the kids are not beneficiaries in Casey's will. They just want to see him before it's too late.

We could not reach Jean for comment.

But the guy from Blues Traveler can't handle his booze ... and TMZ has footage showing John Popper hurling after trying to chug some whisky on stage.

It all went down last week at a performance at Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida -- when Popper, who had been slamming drinks throughout the show, tried to slam one final cup ... and failed.

We're not here to judge (ok, maybe a little) ... but we've all been there -- and like a true champion, John embraced his failure, and called himself out for the "party foul."

Estelle Harris -- who famously played George Costanza's mother on "Seinfeld" -- says she's ALL GOOD after doctors found cancer on her nose ... telling TMZ they "got it all out."

Harris -- who also voiced Mrs. Potato Head in the "Toy Story" movies -- was out at the Arclight theater in Hollywood last night sporting a bandage on her face.

Harris was playfully telling fans she hadn't gotten a nose job -- but rather underwent a medical procedure to treat the cancer.

But don't worry, Estelle says she's conquered the beast -- and she's in great spirits about it.

In fact, when we asked her about her favorite episode of "Seinfeld," she gave us a pretty racy answer.

This woman is awesome.

For the first time in 17 months, Robin Quivers returned to her spot in the studio on the Howard Stern show ... with Howard telling his BFF, "Never get sick again."

As we previously reported, Quivers had been participating on the show from her home ... while she was being treated for cancer.

But Quivers says she's cured -- and today, she returned to her famous glass box in Howard's studio to participate on the SiriusXM radio show.

"Seriously, I've been praying for this day ... and I'm really happy that you are here," Howard said.

He continued, "Honestly, I did not think this day would come."

"I was very very depressed over your illness. I wasn't sure what the outcome was going to be. There was a time I really did think I was going to lose you permanently. And I'll tell you what, this is a pretty remarkable day that you are here triumphant and cured. I never would have predicted this. Honestly."

7:55 AM PT -- We got Robin on her way out of the studio this morning ... and she told us how special it is to have a friend like Howard Stern, who cares so deeply about her.

"We know we love each other," Robin told us ... adding, "[the cancer scare] gave us an opportunity to express what's always been there."

Kerri tells us she wants to send a message to her dad: "Your children are here for you. We have not abandoned you."
