Sources close to Pacquiao tell TMZ he was traveling in a fleet of cars after church today, when one of Manny's security vehicles collided with the car carrying Manny.

We're told Pacquiao is back at his hotel now, where his trainer, Freddie Roach, checked him out. According to our source, Pacquiao is just a little shaken up ... but he's okay to go for tonight.

We're told ... later today, Ted will return to the Origins Recovery Center in South Texas -- the same place he bailed on back in January.

Ted's manager says Mr. Golden Voice plans on attending a 90-day program to "get his strength back" and to get a "solid foundation in a 12-step program."

Prince von Ahole tells TMZ, Zsa Zsa was acting unusual this morning -- so they called their doctor, who said Zsa Zsa had water in her lungs and needed to go to the hospital.

Prince Von Ahole and Bach met for lunch in L.A. Monday -- and the Prince tells TMZ they talked about his and Zsa Zsa's quest for a child.

Prince says Bach was so pumped about the potential baby news -- she offered up her oven for the future bun ... that is, if Von Ahole ever manages to find one of Zsa Zsa's still-viable eggs.

Prince hasn't accepted Bach's offer -- but he tells us, he hasn't turned her down either ... yet.

UPDATE: Apparently, Pam and the Prince weren't on the same wavelength ... a rep for Bach tells us, "We refuse to acknowledge the delusional ramblings of this man who clearly has done nothing more than plant a fictional tale in a desperate attempt for attention."

31-year-old Shirley tells us she went to the doc after noticing a knot in the back of her right leg that was tender to the touch. Once docs took a look, they determined it was clot -- and feared it could travel to her heart, lungs or brain.

Doctors immediately slated her for emergency surgery to fix the problem.

Amy says the surgery was a success -- and afterward, doctors instructed her to wear "granny-blood-clot-hoes" to help with her recovery.

So far, the details surrounding the stabbing are unclear ... but after the surgery, Daddy -- real name Brad Xavier -- posted a message to his fans saying, "Surgery went well...no major arteries...thanks for the love and concern...got some pain meds and in recovery!!"

A rep for the band was unable to comment -- telling TMZ he was still trying to gather information.

James Madden has been charged with the murder of 48-year-old Emmanuel McPherson -- for allegedly smashing an alcohol bottle over his head and stomping him to death back in 2009.

According to the Brisbane Times, the fight allegedly broke out when McPherson tried to stop Madden from playing an L.B. album on their stereo. No word on which album incited the furor.

After Emmanuel was killed ... James allegedly wrapped his body in a sheet and dumped it in a nearby creek.

The 26-year-old -- real name Ruth Pineda -- claims she was on her way to some appointment on Friday ... when a semi truck slammed into her Mercedes 300 E.

Marshall underwent surgery Friday night, according to ESPN, and is still in ICU this morning. ESPN says no vital organs were hit and he should be OK in 2-3 weeks.

Marshall's wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall (see mug shot below), was arrested last night on a domestic violence charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is currently being held on $75,000 bond. According to the police report, his wife told police she acted in self-defense.

Marshall's agent would only say, "This is a very difficult time for Brandon and family, thankfully he will make a full recovery ... We simply ask that his privacy is respected."

The publicist wouldn't get into specifics, but insists little Luke is expected to be back at home with Gary and Gary's fiancee Steffanie Sampson by the end of the week.

Lovato opened up to "20/20" about her recent stint in a treatment center -- where she was treated for cutting, bulimia and other emotional issues.

18-year-old Lovato said the cutting was, "A way of expressing my own shame, of myself, on my own body."

She adds, "I was matching the inside to the outside. And there were some times where my emotions were just so built up, I didn't know what to do. The only way that I could get instant gratification was through an immediate release on myself."

During the interview, Lovato also says she takes "100 percent, full responsibility" for attacking her back-up dancer Alex Welch last year ... saying, "I feel horrible, [She] was my friend."

Lovato says she hopes her story can "open up the eyes of so many young girls" who are fighting the same issues.

According to sources Bijan was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Thursday evening. On a Facebook post Friday night, Bijan's son Nicolas said his father had "a stroke."

The 67-year old remains hospitalized, and according to Nicolas ... Bijan is "in critical condition."

We're told the car flipped once ... and landed on its wheels. Moyer didn't appear to be injured and got out of the car on his own.

Moyer even gave a thumbs up to the crowd.

TMZ obtained footage showing Moyer emerging from his vehicle moments after the incident.

One of Catherine's reps now tells People.com, "After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her Bipolar II disorder."

We're told Catherine had been in Silver Hill Hospital in Connecticut for treatment, but she has checked out.

Gaga appeared to be unfazed by the fall -- getting right back up and singing her face off like nothing happened.
