Paris Hilton is telling close friends she's "over being a party girl" ... and wants to "trade in the club scene for a life at home" ... seriously.
Paris -- who's scheduled to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom this morning to cop a plea in her drug possession case -- is telling friends, "I'm taking this whole ordeal as a wake up call."
Hilton has also said that she's using this experience to "finally grow up and become a responsible adult" ... and wants to spend time volunteering at animal shelters and focusing on her business empire.

Vince Neil and the woman who accused him of assault, Jessica Radovicz, had very different weekends -- Vince hung out at a club in Las Vegas, Radovicz went and found herself a lawyer.
As we first reported, Radovicz accused Neil of attacking her in an elevator in Las Vegas last weekend. Neil must not be too worried about it -- he spent his Friday night at the grand opening of Larry Flynt's Hustler Club, posing for pics with porn legend Ron Jeremy and Bunny Ranch head man Dennis Hoff.
As for Radovicz, TMZ has learned she's hired Mark Geragos to help her out on two fronts -- the Neil case and for a bench warrant she currently has in Burbank. We're told Geragos will help her settle that this week.

As we previously reported, Arquette -- who also stars in the next "Scream" installment -- recently inked a lucrative deal with BM creator Jeff Beacher ... all in the hopes of bringing the Vegas mega-show to Hollywood.
As for that random dolphin -- it's actually a CAKE -- specifically designed because Hayden loves the little guys.
As for Hayden's BF Wladimir Klitschko -- he missed the party, but for a good reason. Dude is locked down at his training camp for his upcoming fight against Samuel Peter in Germany.

But this ain't no ordinary booze -- Devotion contains a clear protein called Casein ... which can support an increase in lean body mass and a decrease in body fat if the user is also on some sort of weight training program.
We're told The Sitch's brother, Marc Sorrentino, brokered the deal through the company they run together, MPS Entertainment.
As we previously reported, Sitch is expected to rake in $5 million this year -- we're guessin' he'll drink to that.
