Justin Bieber might be getting handfuls of Miley Cyrus' Montantas -- which would totally ruin the sex appeal points she just earned with that insane twerking video ... almost.

Yep ... it's that good.

We're told Miley arrived first (she's a regular at the place) ... with Justin showing up around 1:50 AM and heading straight for Miley's table.

We're told the two hung out for roughly 15 minutes ... laughing and flirting together ... and they both left the theater at the same time, just after 2 AM. It's unclear where they went after the show.

Hours before the late-night rendezvous, Bieber's leopard-spotted Audi was seen leaving Miley's L.A. home on Saturday.

FYI -- Miley and Bieber have been friends for years ... but it seems like there might be something more going on between the two.

2 Chainz posted a damning video of what appears to be the rapper and his crew in the middle of a serious SIZZURP session ... just 1 day before he was arrested for drugs, TMZ has learned.

The video was made specifically for Vine -- a video website that features clips that MUST be 6 seconds or less (it's sorta like Twitter).

In the footage posted by 2 Chainz on June 10, you can clearly see the rapper next to a table filled with what appears to be the ingredients for Sizzurp (cough syrup bottle, sprite and cups).

2 Chainz posted a similar Vine video the day before (June 9) ... but in this clip, you can clearly see 2 Chainz puffing away on what appears to be a fatty joint.

While the videos feature members of 2 Chainz's crew drinking from the double-cups on the table, you never see 2 Chainz taking a sip.

We broke the story ... 2 Chainz was arrested at LAX on June 11 for possession of narcotics after TSA agents claim they discovered Promethazine and pot in his luggage.

8:20 AM PT -- Merriman is now acknowledging he was hospitalized, and tweeted that he was just "dehydrated" -- which might explain why he looked so sober and coherent in our video.

Mystery solved?

For a guy who was allegedly hospitalized at 9:30 pm Sunday night, retired NFL star Shawne Merriman appeared incredibly SOBER when TMZ shot him out just 3 hours later.

The whole situation is bizarre ... considering law enforcement has confirmed with NFL.com that the former NFL All-Pro was transported to an L.A. hospital for an undisclosed "medical emergency" around 9:30pm Sunday night.

In fact, law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officials responded to a "possible overdose" at Colony nightclub with a caller reporting a man who was "barely conscious."

Sources tell us ... the 29-year-old former NFL All-Pro had been inside the club -- but was "escorted out" after people inside believed he appeared like he was going to pass out.

In short -- our sources are ADAMANT Merriman was hospitalized last night.

Which brings us to the video ...

Our TMZ photog noticed Merriman leaving Greystone Manor (a short cab ride from Colony) around 12:26 am on Monday morning ... and struck up a normal TMZ conversation with the guy.

In the footage, Merriman appears lucid, conversational ... and in no way like a person who was "barely conscious" just 3 hours before the video was shot.

At one point in the video, Merriman asks us "So, what's up?" Our guy responds, "Just livin'."

Merriman quickly jokes back, "Yeah, me too."

Plus, Merriman was tweeting around 2:40 am ... telling people he was partying with rapper The Game.

Kanye West celebrated his 36th birthday last night in New York City with the likes of Jay-Z and Nas -- but some sites are calling out the fact that Kim wasn't there ... but that's just plain crazy.

West is the headliner for tonight's Governors Ball in NYC, so he had to be on the right coast for his birthday. Kim -- who is roughly 100 months pregnant -- is in Los Angeles and cannot travel for health reasons ... so clearly she could not be there.

But while we're here, let's discuss more important things ...

NBA star Lance Stephenson isn't going to the Finals ... or to Disneyland -- but it's ok, because he did get to see a roomful of naked chicks at a famous Miami strip club ... TMZ has learned.

Just hours after Lance and the Indiana Pacers lost game 7 to the Miami Heat Monday ... the shooting guard eased his pain at King of Diamonds -- the gentleman's club where Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, and Rihanna frequently make it rain.

Lance on the other hand ... made it sprinkle. Our KOD sources say the 22-year-old stood in the corner most of the night, only got 2 lap dances, and dropped a grand total of about $1100.

Not that $1100 is chump change, but typically we've seen celebs shower dancers with $5,000 to $10,000.

In Lance's defense ... he's only a 3-year pro who's hardly making LeBron dollars.

Or maybe he just adheres to the laws of BBD.

Miley Cyrus is NOT singing about ecstasy in her new single "We Can't Stop" ... despite what seems to be an OBVIOUS lyrical reference to the drug ... so says the guy who produced the track.

The controversy is centered around the hook of the song -- in which it SOUNDS like Miley's saying, "We like to party/ Dancing with Molly/ Doing whatever we want.”

Unhip Old Person Translation: "Dancing with Molly" is slang for partying on ecstasy.

But a rep for the song's producer Mike WiLL Made It tells TMZ ... the whole thing is a giant misunderstanding because what Cyrus is REALLY singing is ... "Dancing with MILEY."

As for the lyric about people "trying to get a line in the bathroom" ... the rep wouldn't say if Miley was talking about cocaine ... but HELLO?!?!?!?

Justin Bieber's neighbors are fed up with him and are banding together to force the homeowners association in their gated community to do something about the singer's reckless behavior ... by hitting them in the wallet ... TMZ has learned.

Neighborhood sources tell TMZ ... several of the residents of Bieber's Calabasas neighborhood are tired of waiting for their HOA to take action against Bieber ... so they are planning to withhold their monthly dues until something is done.

We're told about 500 residents pay $1,000/month, so it's a huge chunk o' change that could be withheld.

The goal, according to our sources, is to force the HOA to give Justin a stern reminder about the neighborhood rules he's allegedly broken repeatedly -- such as noise during parties (some while Justin was out of town), Justin's friends parking on the street overnight ... and, of course, the speeding.

Any HOA action would be a far cry from Bieber getting arrested or charged by the D.A. -- but we're told the protesting residents will take what they can get at this point.

We called ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson to see if he's joined the cause -- since he actually confronted Bieber last week about the speeding -- but haven't heard back yet.

Shemar Moore had some early morning guests Saturday -- cops, who responded to a 911 call from a woman who claimed the actor assaulted her, but he says he got attacked ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... at around 3:45 AM, a woman at Shemar's Encino house called the cops and claimed he had assaulted her. When they arrived, Shemar and the woman each accused the other of pushing and shoving. We're told "drinking was involved."

A source connected with Shemar tells TMZ ... the woman was in Shemar's backyard with a number of people when someone -- not Shemar -- pushed her in the pool. We're told she got very upset and tried to come inside the house, soaking wet. She was asked to wait until someone could get her some towels.

We're told Shemar came to the door with the towels, but she became even more irate and he asked her to leave. Apparently one of them started the pushing, and she called the cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... both Shemar and the woman each wanted the other arrested, but since there were no visible injuries, neither was taken into custody.

Amanda Bynes is ADAMANT ... photos taken at a trampoline facility last night in Buffalo, NY are NOT her -- but multiple witnesses think the woman DEFINITELY was the alleged bong-chucker.

It's pretty bizarre ... pics surfaced of Amanda wearing a brown wig at the upstate Sky Zone ... and she went BANANAS on Twitter, cussing out bloggers who posted them.

"THAT'S NOT ME!" she tweeted, adding: "I've never been to SkyZone! That looks nothing like me!"

But TMZ spoke with several Sky Zone employees and patrons -- and they're 100% convinced it was her. What's more ... Amanda left a paper trail.

"Amanda had to sign a waiver," Sky Zone owner Rhonda See tells TMZ. "She has the same DOB and same tattoos ... she checked in using her middle name and same last name. She did not use 'Amanda.'"

Witnesses say Amanda was disheveled, frantic and distracted when she arrived around 7:15PM, asking guests to delete pictures and bumbling around during the tutorial.

"She wasn't really listening," fellow patron Christopher Zukas tells TMZ. "She kept leaving the group to go set stuff down and would come back. During the jumping she wasn't able to follow the rules and was even knocked over by a fitness instructor teaching a class."

Other witnesses say she calmed down after 20 minutes and happily bounced for about an hour -- seemed to be having fun -- then left in a waiting car.

Amanda got pretty detailed in her Twitter rant/denial ... going so far as to assert: "I don't own a brown wig!"

Just one little problem with that story ...

Justin Bieber broke out his finest party tank top and hit the NYC club scene HARD last night -- rollin' to 3 hot spots in a matter of hours ... problem is, he's not 21.

Cameras rolled as Bieber and his posse rolled into Avenue nightclub (where Lindsay Lohan allegedly punched a gypsy) ... then to Marquee ... followed by 1 Oak.

Here's the issue ... we checked into the age requirements to hit the different venues and we found Marquee had advertised that Wednesday was a 21+ night.

Bieber is only 19.

It's possible Marquee has a license to allow minors into the venue ... and they CHOSE to make it a 21+ night, which would mean no laws were broken. We're checking into that ...

Ditto for Avenue ... which also advertised Wednesday as a 21+ evening.

As for 1 Oak -- we're diggin' on that.

Everyone watches hockey for the fights ... and last night, the L.A. Kings announcer did his part to set up Keyshawn vs. Bieber by calling out JB during the live broadcast.

Right before the 3rd period, the camera found Bieber and some pals sitting rinkside at last night's Game 7 between the Kings and the Sharks (Go Kings Go!).

The announcer -- clearly abreast of the whole "Keyshawn Johnson vs. Justin Bieber Showdown in Calabasas" -- had a personal message for Key ... come and get him, HE'S RIGHT HERE!!!!

Keyshawn Johnson is still furious with Justin Bieber -- claiming the pop star is "playing with dynamite" by endangering Keyshawn's family with his reckless driving.

TMZ spoke with Keyshawn's agent Jerome Stanley who tells us ... Keyshawn is "very, very, very livid" with Justin for blazing through their Calabasas community in his Ferrari on Monday ... right where Keyshawn was walking with his children.

As we previously reported, Keyshawn chased after Bieber in his Prius -- and tried to confront the singer at Bieber's house -- but JB ran and hid inside of his home when Key pulled up.

"Keyshawn is taking the situation very seriously," Stanley says ... "He wants Justin to slow down and be a responsible neighbor."

Cops received multiple phone calls from concerned neighbors reporting Justin's dangerous driving -- and now the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has launched an investigation into the matter.

We asked Stanley if Keyshawn plans to aid in the investigation -- to which he replied, "Keyshawn is a law-abiding citizen and he'll do whatever it takes to help the authorities."

Justin Bieber is hell on wheels, and not just in his Ferrari -- neighbors tell us they saw him over the long weekend riding a Segway and smoking a joint ... smack in front of neighborhood kids.

Multiple neighbors in the exclusive, gated Calabasas community say Bieber and his friends have turned the neighborhood upside down. We're told they've called cops twice in the last five days over excruciatingly loud noise coming from Bieber's house where parties were going full-bore at 3 AM.

Neighbors tell us Justin has been a real problem in his Ferrari and on his motorcycle. Aside from the incident Monday night when he was allegedly roaring through the neighborhood, we're told Justin frequently drives recklessly. Residents say Justin almost struck a neighbor pulling out of his driveway Sunday.

As for the Segway incident, neighbors say on Sunday Justin was riding side by side with a buddy, who was also smoking a joint on his Segway.

Neighbors tell us the homeowner's board is planning on taking action -- for starters, they've talked to cops who promise they will begin towing vehicles that are left on the street overnight -- a frequent occurrence when Bieber or his friends throw parties.

Keyshawn Johnson chased down a speeding Justin Bieber this weekend -- and tried to confront the singer about his dangerous driving habits -- but JB ran away like a scared little child ... eyewitnesses tell TMZ.

Sources tell us ... Keyshawn -- a former NFL superstar -- had just left a party Monday night inside of his exclusive gated community in Calabasas (with his child in the car), when Bieber zoomed by in his Ferrari at breakneck speeds.

We're told Keyshawn was furious -- feeling Justin could've killed someone -- so he brought his kid home, then chased after the singer in his Prius (yes, a Prius chasing a Ferrari).

When KJ got to Bieber's pad -- he blocked Justin's Ferrari in the driveway and got out of his car to confront Justin face-to-face ... but Justin ran inside of his house and refused to come out.

FYI -- Keyshawn is 6'4", 212 lbs ... Justin's about 5'7", 110 lbs (soaking wet).

As we previously reported, at least 2 people called the police on Justin that night -- and cops responded to the singer's home.

There's more ... sources say SEVERAL people witnessed the speeding incident -- and say Justin was definitely in the driver's seat. We're told the witnesses told Sheriff's deputies ... Bieber appeared stoned at the time.

We're still waiting to hear from Bieber's camp.

10:15AM PDT Now an NFL Hall of Famer is weighing in ... Eric Dickerson, who also lives in Calabasas, just tweeted ... "Justin Bieber needs to slow his ass down."

Justin Bieber is under police investigation for ANOTHER reckless driving incident -- allegedly driving his Ferrari at breakneck speeds in his gated community.

The incident occurred at around 8 PM Monday night. L.A. County Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore tells TMZ ... cops received 2 separate calls in different locations in the Calabasas community. Sources say one of the callers was Keyshawn Johnson.

Whitmore says the callers reported Bieber was driving at a "startling high rate of speed." At least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving.

We're told cops responded but Bieber refused to speak with them.

Bieber has had a history of alleged reckless driving. You'll recall prosecutors are currently reviewing a case where Bieber allegedly drove recklessly and then spit on a neighbor who confronted him. The neighbor says Bieber also threatened to kill him.

As for Sunday's case ... Whitmore says the case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney.

We spoke with Bieber's rep -- so far, no comment.
