Bethenny Frankel is swearing off hotel towels for good ... she claims towels are breeding grounds for bacteria, even at swanky resorts, and she's blaming them for the bacterial infection she contracted in St. Barts.

The 'RHONY' alum hopped on TikTok Thursday -- and revealed how she believes she ended up with a large rash spread across her face after a luxury New Year's getaway to the Caribbean.

Bethenny says there's no magical towel fairy that cleans towels the second they get dirty at hotels, even at the expensive resorts in St. Barts ... claiming dirty towels sit around with dirt, grime, sweat, food and all sorts of things on them before going in the washer.

Bethenny Frankel's luxury New Year's getaway took a seriously itchy turn because she ended up with a bacterial infection on her face after partying it up in St. Barts.

The former 'Real Housewives of New York' star revealed the uncomfortable situation herself, posting a TikTok Monday ... showing a large rash spread across her face.

"POV: you left St. Barths 3 days early & brought home a bacterial infection," Bethenny captioned the clip ... adding another jab at the island with, "Allergic to St. Barths #bye."

Nicole, who recently announced she's fighting stage 2 breast cancer, tells us she goes way back with Kyle ... they were childhood friends running in the same child actor circles in Hollywood.

Nicole's got a GoFundMe to raise money for her upcoming medical expenses -- she doesn't have family to lean on and her insurance won't cover everything, so she's hoping to raise $100K, and already has about $25K and counting.

Bethenny says a scan showed a red square over her vagina, leading to a pat down from a TSA agent ... and some extra attention from the crowd behind her.

The reality TV star says her daughter Bryn was cracking up the whole time and even asked her if she stashed something inside.

Bethenny says there's nothing there and this has never happened before ... joking she must have been really excited for her Christmas vacation.

After the hiccup, Bethenny and Bryn made their flight ... and they made it to Aspen.

Bethenny Frankel is weighing in on the whole Jonah Hill controversy with his ex  ... and she seems to be in Jonah's corner on one major point, despite having a horrible run-in with him.

"The Real Housewives of New York" alum posted a TikTok video Monday explaining she once met Hill on the set of Jay Leno's "The Tonight Show" years ago and he acted like a "low-grade d**k" to her.

Frankel said, "He was put upon and kind of treated me like he was very better than [me]. I felt like a loser and the nobody that I was."

But Frankel didn't let her personal feelings toward the actor cloud her judgment about Hill's current drama with his former girlfriend Sarah Brady -- on whether the story should have been made public in the first place.

As you know, Brady released on social media a bunch of text messages between her and Hill she claims prove he's a "misogynist narcissist." Brady also accused Hill of being abusive, manipulative and controlling.

Frankel called the Hill/Brady texts "crazy," but she, too, admitted to having similar back-and-forth messaging with people, which in a vacuum can look nuts. She then questioned whether Brady should have published the texts, since Brady was in a romantic relationship with Hill.

Bethenny continued, "I don’t know the whole story, I only read the snippets of headlines, but if you're in a relationship with someone for one year, are texts fair game?"

She ended by saying the notion of publicly sharing texts from exes seems like a "frightening 2023 for me." But Bethenny also mentioned it's not okay to be "emotionally harmful" to your partner, which Brady contended Hill was toward her.

Sources close to the cast tell TMZ ... Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Dorinda Medley and Kristen Taekman are each being paid $250,000 to film a new show on location in St. Barts.

The 'RHONY' stars are back in action for Peacock's upcoming show ... "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy" ... and they arrived on the Caribbean island Tuesday and immediately began filming.

Don't worry, we did the math for ya ... the cast is making about $27,777 a day to party and film in St. Barts.

Bravo's spending $1.5 million on cast salaries alone, but the content should be worth it  ... as 'RHONY' fans know, the housewives went down to St. Barts back in 2012 for season 5, a trip that went down as one of the most memorable in franchise history.

St. Barts is where Luann famously partied with a Johnny Depp doppelgänger ... and she was joined on the trip by Ramona and Sonja.

It will be interesting to see what comes out of this trip. Bravo's clearly banking on more drama than usual.

Bethenny Frankel is suffering ... and the symptoms sound just awful.

Bethenny tearfully revealed her struggle Thursday, knowing her fans would instantly notice her face looked odd. She says it's all related to her struggle with POTS disease -- a blood circulation disorder that is associated with bloating, extreme achiness, weight gain and, worst of all, dehydration.

Bethenny says the dehydration is messing with her life in a profound way ... she cannot retain water, and it has all sorts of consequences for her health. Her doctors say it's all related to POTS.

The 52-year-old says her disease has magnified since COVID, and there's no cure so she's really struggling.

American TV personality and author Aviva Drescher was 42 years old when she made her debut on Bravo's reality series "The Real Housewives of New York City" back in 2012.

Joining Aviva in the dramatic series included Ramona Singer as the turtle time wrangler with 'crazy eyes,' Luann de Lesseps as the countess and former model, Sonja Morgan as the outgoing recent divorcee and Carole Radziwill who gave Aviva a run for her money when it came to writing books.

During the season 6 finale, Aviva iconically threw her prosthetic leg onto the floor at a social event.
