The boys from "Party Down South" tipped their hand and revealed their plans to expose themselves on the red carpet of the CMT Awards ... and TMZ has learned the network is doing whatever it can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Ryan "Daddy" Richards posted his plan on Twitter this morning, saying that he and Josh Murray planned on pulling out their penises and sword fighting on the red carpet.

According to our sources, CMT immediately pulled the guys into a meeting to put a kibosh on the plan. We're told the network has instructed the guys to stay sober during the awards -- and as backup, 5 security guards will be assigned to them all night.

Shelly Sterling was full-on mobbed by paparazzi as she left Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood Tuesday night ... and she was also epically photobombed by the girls from "Famous in 12."

Shelly has been low-profile since inking a deal last week to sell the L.A. Clippers. So it was a feeding frenzy outside the restaurant when Jameelah, Taliah and Maariyah Artiaga latched onto her like moths to a flame ... and it's hilarious.

The girls are part of a TMZ social experiment ... we moved their family to L.A. from a small town and we're giving them 12 weeks to scheme their way to fame. The show airs Tuesdays on the CW at 8 PM.

So far ... crazy.

Heidi and Spencer Pratt are finally splitting up ... briefly, anyway ... because they are taking part in "Celebrity Wife Swap" and taking home a nice check for it too.

According to our sources, the O.G. most hated couple of reality TV shot an episode that airs next week -- and they'll be swapping with seven-time Olympic medalist Amanda Beard and her husband.

Our sources say the Pratts took home $50,000 for the gig ... which we know is nearly $20,000 more than some other celeb couples have been paid.

He danced his face off ... he made multiple boob jokes ... he benched pressed a comedian -- safe to say, Rob Gronkowski CRUSHED IT on last night's "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"

The Patriots tight end appeared as a special guest on the improv show on the CW -- and was a pretty good sport ... playing along with all of the goofy situations they put him in.

The dancing was spectacular ... the breast jokes were cheesy ... it was everything we expected and more!

Best part ... when he threw a stiff-arm at Wayne Brady and sent him flying across the stage ... GRONK!!!!!!

Bruce Jenner was the awkward old guy at the club this weekend ... bro'ing out with son Brody as he DJ'ed a gig in Hollywood.

Brody was working an event on Sunday in Los Angeles at XIV's Summer Sessions for Frankie Delgado's birthday. The theme was "Mexican fiesta" where the crowd was encouraged to wear neon and very little else.

Jenner -- who is separated from Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner -- can be seen in the video holding a beer ... with just the slightest head bob going on.

11:00 AM PT -- Camille's lawyer tells TMZ, "We are delighted that he filed a lawsuit because we are already in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against him to pay for the damage he has caused. We look forward to court, where we will introduce forensic evidence clearly establishing his liability. It is surprising that someone who committed an assault would actually sue the victim."

Camille Grammer's ex-boyfriend thinks she should write reality TV -- because the "assault" she concocted and then accused him of last year was worthy of an episode of "Real Housewives."

Dimitri Charalambopoulos has filed a lawsuit against Camille, accusing her of bold-faced lying over a blowout fight they allegedly had last year.

You'll recall, Camille claimed Dimitri beat her to a pulp in a Houston hotel room and even ripped out her hair.

But according to Dimitri's lawsuit -- filed by his attorney, Guy Fisher -- there was no fight. He claims she baselessly accused him of cheating and he immediately left the hotel room ... at which point Camille faked the entire melee, smudging her make-up and even pulling hair from her hairbrush to scatter around the room.

And under the category "salt in the wound" ... Dimitri claims she made her bogus claims after he cared for her post cancer surgery, doing everything from helping her shower to "draining her catheter bag."

Sources tell us ... Dimitri thinks it's the most fantasy filled novelesque manner that the screenwriters for 'Housewives of Beverly Hills' would envy.

As we reported, the felony assault charges that followed were dismissed this week due to lack of evidence. Dimitri insists the damage is done ... his life has been devastated by Camille's lies.

With husband Kanye West nowhere in sight, Kim Kardashian returned to the U.S. Sunday following the couple's multi-country wedding/honeymoon extravaganza.

KK signed a few autographs as she made her way through LAX ... accompanied by a gaggle of paps ... who hit KK with a slew of Rob Kardashian early exit wedding questions.

The Kimye wedding/honeymoon international tour stretched across Paris, Florence, Ireland and even Prague.

"The Devils Ride" badass Chris Boultinghouse got throttled by cops after throttling his hog ... and it was all caught on video.

Chris was riding his bike in San Diego when he revved his engine at a red light and burned rubber ... smack in front of a cop. He was showing off for a new reality show that was being filmed.

The officer pulled him over and Chris sang like a canary ... confessing he was riding on a suspended license after getting convicted last year of DUI.

The cop impounded his bike and he got arrested. He spent 5 days behind bars and ended up forfeiting his bike.

Harley har har. Yama ha ha ha.

After hitting up Paris, Florence and Ireland, the Kim Kardashian and Kanye wedding/honeymoon extravaganza landed in Prague ... where the newlyweds stepped out in matching black leather.

Kanye sported a fairly massive wedding band as the couple made their way to dinner ... making it clear to anyone and everyone ... he's taken.

But make no mistake ... Kim's is bigger.

Rob Kardashian plowed his SUV through a crowd of aggressive paparazzi -- none of whom work for TMZ -- as he exited an L.A. gym Thursday ... and you could clearly hear his car make contact with at least one of the shooters.

The situation was a mess from the beginning -- the photogs were gathered right in front of the exit driveway and forced Rob to make a decision ... stop and be shot ... or GO. GO. GO.

He went with Option 2.

The photogs refused to move at first, playing a game of chicken with the SUV -- only getting out of the way when it was clear Rob had no intentions of slowing down. Still, they hammered Rob with questions about Kim's wedding and his weight issues.

More like 'Real GROUSEwives of Beverly Hills' -- Kyle Richards and co. are refusing to sign contracts to film the next season of the show ... effectively staging a holdout until they ALL get more money.

According to sources, 5 cast members have been asked to return for the fifth season -- Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville, and Yolanda Foster -- but so far, zero have agreed to come back.

As we reported, Lisa has made it very clear she's on the fence about renewing her contract for personal reasons -- but we're told the other women are, more predictably, holding out for fatter paychecks.

Sources tell us negotiations have been intense, but Bravo is close to finalizing deals for everyone except Lisa, who remains a question mark.

The family TMZ has selected for the ultimate social experiment -- whether a no-name family can move to Hollywood and become famous in 12 weeks -- is lashing out at their haters.

Lots of TMZ users are scoffing at the family ... calling them stupid and ugly.

The 3 daughters -- Taliah, Jameelah and Maariyah Artiaga are not taking it well.

Brande Roderick is being accused of embezzling a ton of cash intended for a new start up company, but what's really rich about this is ... her accuser is sitting in prison for money fraud.

Micheal Anthony Prozer III -- who once lied his way on to 'Millionaire Matchmaker' -- claims the former Playmate of the Year and her husband, Glenn Cadrez, got him to invest $150,000 in 'Financially Hung,' which touts itself as a networking group for business people seeking access to exclusive parties and events.

Prozer claims Roderick and Cadrez took his cash and deposited it into their personal accounts, and never put it toward the business.

Now, a dash of hypocrisy -- Prozer's in a Federal pen after pleading guilty in 2012 to multiple counts of bank fraud ... totaling $3 million. He's expected to be released in 2019.

Looking like she just spent the weekend getting her GTL on, Lil Kim walked the streets of New York today sporting the latest in guidette style ... which is an odd look for the 39-year-old rapper.

Kim is expecting her first child soon ... a girl ... but she has not officially confirmed who the baby daddy is.

The Queen Bee recently posted on her Facebook page where her fans could buy her baby gifts ... with gifts like a hamper for $1,385 or a cradle for $1,648.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Benzino claims AirTran Airways has already accepted blame for racially profiling him on board a flight this week -- and as a gesture of its remorse, AirTran gave him 2 vouchers for $200.

TMZ posted video of Benzino's f-bomb-laced outburst shortly after he claims a flight attendant racially profiled him on his flight Tuesday from Vegas to ATL ... and the story behind the outburst is crazy.

Benzino tells us, he and his new wife were the last people to board ... and as soon as they took their First Class seats, a flight attendant demanded to see their tickets.

Benzino found this insulting, telling us the flight attendant only asked to see his tickets because he's a man of color sitting in First Class -- and that's why he erupted.

Benzino tells us, "They basically were talking to me very disrespectful and came at me inappropriate. That’s why I was upset about the situation. I am not the one to scream the race card unless I truly believe I am being treated not equal."

According to Benzino, an airline rep later apologized to him, telling him the airline was in the wrong, and then gave him and his wife two vouchers for $200. Calls to Southwest -- which merged with AirTran a few years ago -- weren't returned.
