Honey Boo Boo's family dun caused the car crash that left several members of the reality bunch injured ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

The Milledgeville Police Department tells us ... investigators have determined Sugar Bear is to blame for the January 6th accident, because Sugar was behind the wheel and made an unsafe left turn in front of a truck when the two collided.

We're told ... the Boo Boo family admitted to seeing lights on the other vehicle, which means the burden to make a safe turn was on Mr. Bear.

Despite being placed with the blame, Sugar Bear won't be charged with a crime -- it's now a civil issue that the insurance companies will handle.

As for the Boo Boo family, everyone in the SUV -- Honey, Pumpkin, Mama June and Sugar Bear -- have been released from the hospital.

The SUV was towed from the scene ... still unclear if it'll ever run again.

Safety first ... is not exactly a priority for Gisele Bundchen, who took her 1-year-old daughter on an ATV ride yesterday in Costa Rica -- without a helmet.

Gisele wasn't doing wheelies or anything, but it's still pretty dangerous, considering she was driving one-handed and holding on to her baby daughter Vivian Lake with the other.

For the record, it's illegal to ride an ATV on public land in Costa Rica without a helmet. Gisele's driving down to the beach, but it's unclear if the beach is private.

Venus Williams was the recent victim of grand theft auto in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned -- but lucky for Venus, the boys behind the badge got her car back.

Venus' white Fiat 500 was recently stolen ... however it's unclear how long the car had been missing before it was recovered on Saturday ... according to law enforcement sources.

Lucky for Venus ... cops initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle early Saturday morning on the 110 freeway ... and when they pulled it over in front of L.A. Live cops discovered the ride was hot.

Officers matched up the car with Venus' stolen Fiat ... and swiftly took the driver into custody.

The guys from O.C. Choppers are in the process of making one of their biggest bikes ever for Shaq ... and TMZ has learned it was customized for the big man with his NBA injuries in mind.

Shaq -- a huge bike fan -- asked for his ride to be taller and longer than normal to accommodate his arthritic hips ... and, of course, the shop obliged. We're told the completed bike will measure roughly 14 feet long (most are 10 ft.).

We're told ... since it's such a big project (due to the size of the bike) ... the guys are putting in a ton of extra work -- and it's all being caputured on tape for their new CMT show "Orange County Choppers."

Flavor Flav was arrested today in Hempstead, NY in a bizarre bust ... triggered by the fact Flav had 16 suspensions on his license -- yes, 16.

According to cops ... Flav was driving a black Hyundai when cops spotted him ... claiming he was driving 79 in a 55 zone.

Upon further investigation ... troopers discovered Flav had 16 license suspensions. Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Flav had a variety of unpaid tickets that resulted in the suspensions. In addition, they found a small amount of marijuana.

Flav was arrested for felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was booked, released without bail and went on to attend his mother's funeral.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez roughed it in the wild over the weekend ... and by roughing it we mean their accommodations weren't quite as nice as the Four Seasons.

The couple that decided love can really work the 11th time around went "camping" near the beach in Santa Cruz, CA ... in an uber-luxury RV at the upscale KOA Kampgrounds.

The kids had a chaperone of sorts ... Justin's dad, with bodyguards in tow.

The price was sure right to park the Prevost RV -- $65 a night. BTW ... the RV -- which retails for anywhere between $1.5 - $2.5 mil -- is owned by Chris Brown and it has a big master bedroom, a kitchen, living room and, of course, lots of video games.

JB and Selena spent the day jumping on the camp's trampoline and tooling around on Segways ... in other words, their feet never touched dirt.

Best part ... after they left campers found pieces of Segways.

At least they didn't go off the cliff.

Mama June appears to be feeling the pain bad after Monday night's car accident -- limping across her front lawn this morning in Georgia.

As bad as June looks, she says Pumpkin got the worst of it.

TMZ broke the story, Pumpkin has severe chest bruises from the accident -- when the family Suburban slammed headfirst into another car -- and has been having panic attacks since.

Mama June claims she also suffered back and neck sprains and Honey Boo Boo hit her head.

We had the driver on TMZ Live today and he said The Boo Boos are not telling the truth when they say he didn't have his headlights on. He claims Sugar Bear was just inattentive when he made his left turn.

This is what's left of the front of the Honey Boo Boo family car ... after the gang was involved in a nasty head-on collision in Georgia.

TMZ broke the story ... Mama June, Alana, Sugar Bear and Pumpkin were all injured Monday night when their Chevy Suburban was making a left turn and smashed into a truck that was allegedly driving with its headlights off.

After the crash, June told us the family has only had the car for 6 months and hadn't paid it off yet.

Tyga just bought a sweet ride as a birthday present to himself ... it's got four doors and four wheels -- hey, just like a Toyota Camry -- but Tyga's whip cost around $2.2 million.

Sources close to Tyga tell us he dropped 2 large bills plus on a 2014 convertible Maybach 62 S Landaulet -- the car itself cost $1.3 mil. Now get this ... he spent nearly a mil tricking it out.

Honey Boo Boo and her family were in a bad car crash Monday night ... TMZ has learned.

Honey Boo Boo, Mama June, Pumpkin and Jessica were all passengers in the car driven by Sugar Bear.

Sources tell us ... they were at a red light, waiting to turn left. The light turned green and Sugar Bear began the turn. A guy driving a truck was allegedly speeding in the opposite direction with his lights off and crashed into them.

Members of the family were taken to a local hospital ... an ambulance showed up, but Mama June tells TMZ ... the EMTs were going to take them to a hospital they didn't like so they went to another hospital in an SUV driven by their bodyguard.

Pumpkin says Sugar Bear has a contusion on his back, Mama June has a back and neck sprain, Honey Boo Boo hit her head against a passenger window and has a headache, and Pumpkin herself has severe chest bruises and is having panic attacks.

And June tells TMZ ... "We've only had that Suburban for 6 months and it's not even paid off yet."

You're looking at the remains of Arsenio Hall's brand new Porsche Cayenne S ... the one he crashed last month ... and judging by the pics, he's lucky he walked away uninjured.

As we previously reported, Hall lost control of his ride, swerved off the road and crashed into a dirt shoulder just two days before Christmas.

Cops investigated the situation -- but say no drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash. They also said Arsenio couldn't have been a nicer guy.

Despite the damage -- a smashed headlight, messed up front tire, etc. -- Hall isn't ready to give up on the Porsche ... and took it to a nearby repair shop for some body work.

It ain't gonna be cheap, sources tell us the repairs are gonna run somewhere in the $15k range.

Ludacris says the baby mama who is waging war with him gave him a crass ultimatum -- give me a car, or I'm goin' public.

Ludacris filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he reveals the drama behind his child support fight with Tamika Fuller. He asked the judge back in September to issue a gag order because he is "a major celebrity of great notoriety."

Luda argued ... throughout the U.S. -- and even in Georgia -- judges often allow public figures to keep their sexual indiscretions under wraps.

Luda claimed the gag was essential because Tamika demanded that he give her a whip and $7,500 for her lawyer's retainer ... OR ELSE she'd put him on blast -- that he fathered her kid while he was still with longtime GF Eudoxie Agnan.

The judge wasn't buyin' what Luda was sellin', and rejected the request. We don't know if Tamika got her car.

Kylie Jenner continued her vehicular losing streak Saturday afternoon in Malibu ... getting stopped by an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy and ticketed for a moving violation.

The photog who shot the pic says it was for speeding.

The youngest member of the Kardashian clan has had an eventful first few months of driving -- back in August she caused a 3 car crash ... just 18 days after getting her license.

But she don't care.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have segued from separate to together ... at least for the afternoon.

The two haven't been spotted together for months, and it seemed Selena was done with him.

The car goes for around 42k ... it's been available in Europe since November.

It's GOOD to be Arnold Schwarzenegger's illegitimate love child -- just ask Joseph Baena, who just got a BRAND NEW JEEP for Christmas ... and TMZ has the pics.

We've learned Ahnald traveled up to Bakersfield on Monday and personally delivered the 16-year-old a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon ... which, of course, comes with a removable roof (hence the headline, get it?).

We're told Joseph is PUMPED about his new whip ... there's just one problem -- he doesn't have his driver's license yet.

Still, sources say Joseph tried to sneak out to his whip to secretly take it out for a spin ... but he was caught by his mom Mildred Baena and she quickly put a stop to it.

Clearly, she's not a fan of sneaking around ... anymore.
