Terrell Owens and Tony Hawk are messing with some serious emotions -- appearing in a commercial for a "Back to the Future" style hover board ... that's obviously some sort of joke.

But it's not just T.O. and T.H.who appear in the video -- Doc Brown himself, Chistopher Lloyd, is also in on the rouse ... along with Moby and actress Agnes Bruckner.

So far, it's unclear who's behind the video -- but it's pretty clear it's part of some kind of viral marketing campaign.

There have been rumors about a real-life hover board for decades.

Hopefully, whatever this is, helps move those plans along.

Tyga's $2 million luxury car made him the Pied Piper of thirsty chicks outside a nightclub last night ... and the video is awesome!

Tyga couldn't resist bragging about his customized Maybach 62 S Landaulet outside DBA nightclub in West Hollywood -- yelling, "$2 million car n***a!"

He added a jab at Birdman too ... for only dropping $1.5 mil on a similar ride.

But money aside ... the best part of the clip is watching the crowd of hot babes following Tyga and his Maybach out of the parking lot -- one of 'em desperately trying to give him her number.

There's a reason the Dalai Lama preaches against people seeking riches ... he doesn't have to because he gets lots of freebies ... and not without a dose of guilt.

Dalai's camp tried to squeeze a private jet company into giving him a free jet ride or at the very least a STEEP discount.

Here's what we know. The Dalai Lama was in L.A. last Friday and needed to fly to Minneapolis. His people contacted ZephyrJets to book a flight.

Dalai's people sent an email to ZephyrJets, saying another jet company flew their leader from San Francisco to L.A. gratis, and they wanted to see what Zephyr could do for them on the next leg.

The email says they were asking "a few friends" if they could get a jet for free, but they wanted a backup plan in case the friends didn't come through. They made it clear they didn't want to pay the $44K price tag.

In another email -- sent before their freebie pitch -- Dalai's people greased the wheels with Zephyr by playing the Lama card: "Yes the Dalai Lama will be very grateful."

We don't know how the Dalai Lama got to Minneapolis or what, if anything he shelled out. But it sounds like it was a divine flight.

Clinton Portis was expecting a fancy town car to take him to the airport this morning -- instead, he got a '99 Honda Civic and a driver who wouldn't put down a bucket of fried chicken ... so, of course, he took pics.

The former Pro-Bowl running back was out in Charlotte, NC on business -- and got hooked up with a car service that was supposed to take the VIP back to the airport in style.

Instead, Portis tells TMZ Sports ... "A 75 year old woman pulled up in a black 99' Civic, and there's two baby seats in the back."

"I put my bag on the baby seat and I got in the front. The lady was eating Bojangles [chicken]. I said 'this gotta be a prank."

It was no prank. This chicken-chowing chauffeur then asked Portis if HE knew the way to the airport. Not a good sign.

"We were at a red light and she punched the gas. We spun out. I couldn't stop laughing."

Rihanna was in a real hurry to dinner Friday night in Paris -- not only did she get a police escort to the restaurant ... her car nearly ran over a crowd of pedestrians in the process.

You can see it all in the video -- Rihanna's police escort breezes through a crosswalk ... and several pedestrians try to cross the street behind it ... but Rihanna's car cuts them off. It's a really close call.

Thankfully, Rihanna made it to dinner in one piece. (FYI, the restaurant's called Farnesina.)

Justin Bieber now does BIRTHDAYS -- at least for the filthy rich daughters of millionaire rap executives -- and we got video proof ... the Biebs singing for Birdman's little girl at her over-the-top sweet sixteen this weekend.

Bria Williams celebrated the big 1-6 at The Bath Club in Miami Beach Saturday night -- a Paris-themed bash replete with a Bugatti'd out arrival, a "glitter" carpet entrance, a giant cake ... and her big present, a matte black Mercedes G-Class.

But the real highlight -- Bieber sent her a "happy birthday" video ... which was played in the middle of the party.

It's a nice gesture ... but don't count on Bieber sending you one if you're not worth at least $100 million.

Protecting Sir Paul McCartney is no laughing matter -- and last night his bodyguard threatened to open a major can of whoopass on photogs ... in the form of a stun gun.

The altercation went down right after Sir Paul and Dave Grohl were wrapping up a double date for dinner at Crossroads restaurant.

McCartney was stepping into his chauffeur driven ride ... and the bodyguard clearly thought the paparazzi were getting a little too close, 'cause he barked out ... "Don't make me use my stun gun!"

Richie Incognito says he decided to take a baseball bat to his Ferrari to "vent" ... explaining, "That was self expression, that's a piece of art."

Incognito finally talked about the photos posted by TMZ Sports to Fox10 in Phoenix ... and why he wouldn't explain what set him off and triggered him to go all smashy smashy to his ride, he now says he wants to get rid of it.

"The happiest day of my life was when I got that car and now the second happiest day will be when I donate it to charity."

Richie says he now wants to focus on relaxing ... and taking his father and brother to baseball games.

Richie Incognito SMASHED HIS OWN FERRARI with a baseball bat ... at least, that's what he told police this morning ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... neighbor's noticed someone had taken a bat to the front of the Richie's black Ferrari in front of his home in AZ yesterday.

Now, the Scottsdale Police Department tells us ... they spoke with Richie early this morning and he admitted he took the bat to his own car.

Clearly, Incognito was pissed about something ... but we don't know what set him off.

We reached out to Richie's people for comment -- so far, no word back.

Someone smashed up Richie Incognito's expensive black Ferrari with a baseball bat ... in front of the NFL player's home in Scottsdale, AZ ... and TMZ Sports has photos of the destruction.

Sources tell TMZ Sports ... Richie's neighbors first noticed the car had been attacked on Wednesday afternoon.

You can see a baseball bat lying in front of the car ... with a piece of the bat stuck in the grill. There are also red shirts hanging from the car -- we're told they have Incognito's name written on them.

It appears to be the very same Ferrari that Incognito had delivered to his Miami home back in November -- right in the middle of the fallout from the Jonathan Martin situation.

So far it's unclear who smashed the car ... or why. Also, unclear if Richie was home at the time of the attack.

Rapper Young Thug is living up to his name ... living the thug life in a jail cell ... after getting busted by Atlanta cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Mr. Thug was pulled over Tuesday afternoon for reckless driving and what cops call "laying drags" -- driving in a circular or zig-zag motion. They also popped him for driving without a seat belt.

We're told ... when cops ran his license ... they found an outstanding warrant for drug possession and that's all she wrote.

YT is a hot new Atlanta rapper ... who says he just signed a big deal with Cash Money.

Justin Bieber and Miami Beach prosecutors will NOT strike a plea deal in his DUI case ... and sources connected with the case say a trial is now almost certain.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors are offering a no contest plea to reckless driving, with strings attached ... notably Justin must submit to random drug testing for 6 to 9 months. Sources connected with Bieber say they will NOT accept any plea that has probationary terms ... especially drug testing.

Now law enforcement sources tell us ... they will not deal if Justin does not agree to random drug testing ... period. As a result, both sides are at an impasse.

With a plea deal all but off the table, a trial is likely. Law enforcement sources acknowledge there are problems with the arresting officers ... the fact that he may have lied when he said he smelled alcohol on Justin's breath (he blew a .014). And another cop claimed Justin was drag racing (at 27 MPH).

Nonetheless ... we're told prosecutors are not afraid of trying the case. And Justin's famed lawyer, Roy Black, is ready for a courtroom battle.

At stake -- Justin could be tried for 3 offenses ... DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license. Worst case scenario -- 2 1/2 years in jail.

"Teen Mom 2" star Adam Lind was driving recklessly on a revoked driver's license when he plowed his Corvette into a car driven by an 87-year-old woman ... cops tell TMZ ... but they say drugs and alcohol were NOT a factor.

Witnesses tell us ... Lind was driving VERY fast Friday when he slammed into the elderly woman's car as she was making a left turn. Lind was pulled from the wreckage of his 'Vette moments before it burst into flames.

Cops in Sioux Falls, SD tell us Lind has been charged with a total of five crimes -- in addition to the reckless driving and revoked license charges, he's also been cited for driving with a suspended license, driving an unlicensed vehicle, and not having insurance.

But law enforcement tells us ... there's NO evidence that booze or drugs contributed to the crash.

Amanda Bynes has just scored a victory of sorts in her DUI case, pleading no contest to a lesser offense ... TMZ has learned.

Amanda was arrested in April 2012 in West Hollywood and charged with DUI.

Amanda's lawyer Rich Hutton was in court this morning and accepted a plea of "wet reckless" -- a drinking-related offense that does not have the serious consequences of DUI.

Under the terms of the deal, Amanda will be placed on 3 years probation, must attend a 3-month alcohol ed course, and pay various fines.

It appears her license was suspended because she refused to submit to an alcohol test at the time of her arrest.

Her lawyer tells us she's doing well now.

You've heard the stories about Kobe Bryant and his legendary chopper ... but former Lakers player Devin Ebanks tells TMZ Sports he NEVER saw the Mamba helicopter to practice once!!!!

Ebanks -- who spent 3 seasons with the Lake Show -- was at LAX this weekend when he dropped the bombshell ... telling us the helicopter stories are more urban legend than fact.

Guess this means Kobe was must have had to slum it to practice in one of his pedestrian cars ... like his Ferrari, Bentley or Lamborghini.

Chris Kattan was back in action Friday night with a brand new ride after totaling his old whip and getting busted for DUI.

Chris was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood in a very nice Mercedes ... and clearly did not want to talk about the wild ride in the old Mercedes that ended up in the junk heap.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was arrested last week after crashing into a parked vehicle inside a coned area on the 101 Freeway. Cops say he admitted to being under the influence of drugs, not alcohol. He appeared totally out of it when he flunked his field sobriety test.

Earlier in the day ... Chris was so whacked out on a flight from Canada to L.A. ... paramedics were there when the plane pulled up to the gate and they treated the former "Saturday Night Live" star.
