Miley Cyrus is a lucky woman ... cops found her stolen Maserati.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone spotted Miley's expensive car parked on a Simi Valley street and called the cops. We're told police now have the whip and are dusting it for prints.

It was not damaged. We're guessing the thieves got nervous when word of the theft spread.

We're also told law enforcement is reviewing a surveillance video at Miley's home to help track down the thieves.

Justin Bieber luxuriated on a yacht in Monaco Saturday.

Bieber looked more ripped than ever as he took a break from the Monaco Grand Prix, kicking back and drinking a brewski.

As we reported ... sources very close to the singer tell us he's off Sizzurp ... in no small part because it screws up his workout routine. One source very close to Biebs says in the past 3 weeks he's been like a different person.

Cutting out Sizzurp ... it does a body good.

Ashton Kutcher did a solid Saturday for a stranded motorist ... only problem ... he needs to brush up on his grease monkey skills.

The driver tells us ... his car battery died while he and his group were hiking in the Hollywood Hills ... so they pushed the whip to a nearby street and tried flagging down anyone who would stop.

Ashton was driving down the street when he spotted the group ... pulled over and was asked if he could help jump start their car. Problem was -- he had a passenger and said he had to drop her off at home but he would return. The group thinks the passenger was Mila Kunis.

Shockingly ... Kutcher came back and got down to work, trying to jump start the battery. But first things first ... he opened his hood and had big trouble finding his own battery ... because it's in the trunk! Ashton eventually accomplished his mission.

Nobody f***s with the Hells Angels -- even in a court of law ... just ask Young Jeezy who's agreed to pay off the feared motorcycle club to settle their lawsuit against him, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... the Angels sued the rapper for allegedly copying their Death Head logo and slapping a knockoff version all over Jeezy's 8732 clothing line.

Apparently Jeezy was rattled enough from the lawsuit to almost immediately yank the items in question off the shelves.

So now we've learned the case has settled ... our biker sources say Jeezy coughed up some cash. As for how much, we're told "at least enough for some beers for the boys."

Jeezy's rep says the rapper is happy with the settlement.

As for the Hells Angels, they simply told us, "We always get what we want." True that.

V. Stiviano has made plenty of mistakes in her life ... but slamming her red Ferrari into the back of a Range Rover this week wasn't one of them -- and TMZ has the video to prove it.

We broke the story ... Stiviano was involved in a fender bender in Beverly Hills Monday afternoon ... and went OFF on the other driver, cussing her out and shouting things like, "You know who you're messing with, motherf*****?"

The other driver told us Stiviano was at fault -- failing to stop as she pulled her Ferrari into a parking lot and slamming into the back of the other driver's Range Rover -- but the video tells a much different story.

In the clip, you can clearly see the Range Rover is actually the one responsible -- REVERSING INTO Stiviano ... and tapping her front fender.

If only Donald Sterling got that much action.

V. Stiviano rolled into Beverly Hills Monday afternoon right before rolling the Ferrari Donald Sterling gave her into another car ... TMZ has learned.

Stiviano was driving her red whip behind a black Range Rover when we're told she failed to stop and caused a rear ender. The other driver tells TMZ ... she was wearing her visor at the time of the crash.

We're told V. went insane ... jumping out of the Ferrari and "screaming every obscenity in the book," including, "You know who you're messing with, mother f*****?"

Stiviano told the other driver she had to return the Ferrari ... though she was not specific. As you know by now, the car is one of several vehicles she got courtesy of Donald Sterling.

We're told Stiviano wouldn't ante up her insurance info and had "an assistant" deal with it.

Soulja Boy's stolen Bentley was magically recovered last night in a matter of hours ... because it was never stolen in the first place ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Soulja called police to his home last night to report his Bentley had gone missing. We're told cops told Soulja he'd have to come in to file a report.

But before he could, we're told Soulja found out his manager had simply borrowed the sweet ride, but Soulja never got the message.

Case closed.

Aubrey O'Day had a rough Cinco de Mayo -- not only did her BMW get smacked up in a hit-and-run, but she got threatened by the alleged culprit.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... O'Day was a passenger in her own car on May 5 (fellow Danity Kaner Shannon Bex was driving) when a giant SUV hit her whip as it sat at a red light.

We're told the black Buick Enclave rode halfway up her hood before the driver gunned it and beat a hasty retreat. We're told the impact was bad enough to cause $10K in damages.

O'Day and Bex went to a hair salon the next day and spotted the phantom Enclave. They took a few pics of the car for evidence, when the driver came out and confronted them.

We're told the Enclave driver allegedly went inside the salon, brandishing a heavy metal object and then asked the women, "Do we have a problem here, 'cause we can take care of it now."

Just days before throwing down at Dr. Dre's billionaire party -- Tyrese literally drove HOURS to Vegas with his pal The Game ... inside the world's first tricked-out $350,000 "Rolls Royce" van ... just to pick up a couple slices at the Bellagio.

Tyrese tells TMZ, he picked Game up Wednesday in L.A. and made the day trip in his brand new customized ride -- what he's calling the world's first ever "Rolls Royce Ghost Sprinter" van.

The whip's stacked too -- complete with several Apple TVs, a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Mac Mini, custom Rolls rims and grill, crazy neon "Transformers" lights, a phone charger at each seat, Internet, and even a heated floor.

Tyrese says as soon as they grubbed down at Bellagio they immediately hightailed it back to L.A. Because, why not.

"Baywatch" actress Brooke Burns MANGLED her BMW Thursday near Universal Studios ... thankfully, there was a guy in his PJs to give her a shoulder to cry on.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Brooke was driving in North Hollywood when she slammed into the passenger side of a Toyota Matrix.

Police and fire units rushed to the scene ... but no one was taken to the hospital. Both cars were undriveable and a tow truck had to be called.

Brooke is built better than most to withstand injury ... she has a titanium rod and screws in her neck ... from a swimming pool accident in 2005 in which she broke her neck.

We're told they were all called together for a big good-bye speech thanking them for their hard work ... and then told to go outside where 115 Old Skool beach cruisers -- each with a name tag -- were waiting for someone to ride them ... we're talking the bikes.

It's the most baller move Ray J's made since shaking Kim Kardashian's cakes to camera -- he just celebrated a 7-figure TV deal by dropping half a mil on his and hers exotic sports cars.

Ray sunk the massive chunk o' dough into a Bentley Continental convertible for his gf, Princess Love -- and a Ferrari 458 for himself ... all on the heels of signing a fat new contract with VH1.

Stephen Baldwin was arrested in Manhattan this morning for driving with a suspended license, TMZ has learned.

According to police sources, Baldwin was busted just before 7:00 AM in the Sugar Hill neighborhood of Manhattan. Our sources say Baldwin had an expired Texas registration and a suspended license.

Paul Walker's famous car collection is now up for sale, but TMZ has learned the estate will NOT use Paul's name in connection with the sale.

According to our sources, Walker's exotic car shop, Always Evolving, is working with the estate to organize the sale, which has already begun -- but we're told the estate felt Paul wouldn't want his name, or the infamy of his fatal crash, to be used to jack up prices.

According to our sources, about 30 cars will go up for sale ... including BMWs, Audis, a lot of Mustangs, and a few Porsches.
