Rick Ross It Wasn't Weed ... Sometimes a Cigar is Only a Cigar
Rick Ross is no dummy ... he's not gonna smoke a blunt in front of cameras while on house arrest -- so his story goes.
TMZ posted video a few days ago of Rick smoking what sure looked like a joint at his July 4th pool party. Since he's out on bail while his kidnapping case is pending, he's not allowed to break any law, and smoking weed is a big no-no in ATL.
Sources close to Rick tell us ... it was a cigar, stupid. They say Rosay had a guy at the ready rolling the stogies, which were Bello brand.
And that's how he rolls.
Nick Young's Ex I'M 22 WEEKS PREGGO ... I Don't Feel Guilty
Nick Young's baby mama just revealed she's 22 WEEKS PREGNANT with his second child ... but says they were messing around behind Iggy Azalea's back for A LOT longer than that.
The woman, Keonna Green, just broke her silence to US Weekly -- dishing all the dirt about her secret affair with the NBA star while he was still engaged to Iggy.
Keonna -- who already has a 4-year-old son with Nick -- says they reconnected romantically BACK IN SEPTEMBER.
Keonna says she advised Nick to come clean to Iggy -- "I would be like, 'Nick, you cannot be sloppy. You need to be honest [with Azalea].' He would say, 'I don’t want to hear it.'"
She also says she doesn't feel guilty -- because "I’m pretty sure I’m not the only woman."
As for her message to Iggy -- "I wish her a lifetime of success … I mean, I’m definitely not going to apologize for being in love with a man who I have a lot of history with. I do wish her that kind of success and hope that she can get through this difficult time and she and Nick can move forward from this."
Yeah, we're sure that feeling's mutual ...

Kylie Jenner Cosmetics Your Lips Look Great But Your Company Gets an F!
Kylie Jenner's cosmetics co. is a big fat FAILURE ... at least according to the Better Business Bureau.
Kylie Cosmetics' consumer satisfaction rating has plummeted to an all-time low ... it gets an F. The company's racked up 137 customer complaints on BBB in the 9 months since it began operating.
As we've reported, Kylie Cosmetics has had a slew of problems ... from security breaches to packages getting stolen or ransacked. Many people say they've never even heard back from customer service.
BBB confronted the company last month, but problems still persist. In the last week alone, 10 people complained about service or delivery. One customer's kit arrived without the pencil.
Kylie needs a B to get back in BBB's good graces. Better work on some extra credit, KJ.

Chris Brown Cops Boot Singer from Ibiza Vomit and Urine Everywhere
Chris Brown is once again in the crosshairs of cops, but this one's weird.
Chris rented a villa in Ibiza for the last week in June, and the landlord went to police and accused Chris of trashing the house. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Chris or someone in his crew either threw knives at the wall or carved them up.
And the alleged damages gets worse ... the landlord says someone peed the bed and there was vomit everywhere.
As for why cops got involved, according to the report, Chris was supposed to be out hours ago and wouldn't leave, so the landlord got police to help give him the boot.
The landlord says Chris is also on the hook for $26k in rent, and with damages the landlord is now gunning for around $60k. A source close to Chris says the rent issue has been resolved, and was a banking problem on the landlord's end.
Chris Brown Tosses Girl & Her Phone from VIP
Chris Brown apparently has a no taping policy, as one woman found out when he snatched her phone and chucked it behind him.
Chris was partying in the VIP section last weekend after his show at a club called Arenile in Napoli, Italy. Check out his reaction when he spotted the woman recording on a phone ... clearly, without CB's permission.
Witnesses tell us Chris didn't ask any questions ... he simply took the phone, hurled it over his shoulder, then had security kick her out of VIP.
We're told she didn't call cops because security found her phone and returned it.

Mark Zuckerberg I Spent $100 Million ... Damn Straight, I'm Building This Wall
Mark Zuckerberg's 6' stone wall around his $100 million Kauai property has blocked out the Pacific Ocean to neighbors ... some of whom are livid.
The Facebook founder bought the 750-acre estate in 2014 and now wants to shore it up, but a 5'8" neighbor for one is furious, because now she can't see water.
Some neighbors claim they've tried reaching out to Zuckerberg, to no avail.
TMZ contacted the zoning department in the area and we were told no one has lodged a formal complaint and there is no investigation.
We contacted someone from the Planning Dept. and turns out Zuck has every right to build a 6' wall if he wants ... and he wants.

Mary J. Blige NJ Hit Me Up For Another $166k
On one hand, Mary J. Blige is making progress in the tax lien dept -- her tabs are getting lower, but on the other hand ... she still has to pay 'em.
The state of NJ dropped a new lien on MJB to the tune of $166,292.77.
This one's way more manageable than her past tax debts. She settled a lien for $900k with Jersey in 2014, but appears to still be on the hook for a $3.4 million tab with the IRS.
Bottom line: the tax man's keeping a close eye on Mary's money.

Johnny Manziel's Lawyer Accidentally Texts Reporter Re: Drugs, Crash, Dom. Violence Plea
File Under: Oops.
Johnny Manziel's attorney accidentally texted an AP reporter about Johnny's domestic violence case, alleged drug use and more ... in one of the most epic screwups of all time.
The AP reporter had reached out to Bob Hinton seeking a comment on Johnny's hit-and-run case. What the reporter got back was a lengthy message he wasn't supposed to see ... a message intended for another attorney.
The highlights ...
-- Hinton said his team are seeking a plea deal in the Colleen Crowley domestic violence case ... and that the D.A. is "very interested in working with us to arrive at some agreement."
-- Hinton suggested Manziel would be in trouble if one of the terms of the plea deal included drug testing ... saying, "Heaven help us if one of the conditions is to pee in a bottle."
-- In the text, Hinton also refers to a receipt from a Dallas head shop called The Gas Pipe -- suggesting Johnny spent $1,018.77 at the shop, which sells everything from pipes to bongs and other stoner stuff.
-- Hinton also said there was "conflict" as to whether Johnny actually went to police after his alleged hit-and-run crash Monday night.
As TMZ Sports reported, the Dallas PD initially said they had no report of an accident involving Manziel ... but hours later said they did. It was weird.
The AP says Manziel's lawyer threatened to sue them if they published the info from the accidental texts.
Clearly the threat didn't work.

Gladys Knight Chicken & Waffles Joints Raided
1:45 PM PT -- A rep for Gladys tells TMZ the singer "lent her name to her son's restaurants in the Atlanta area, similar to a celebrity endorsement. Ms. Knight was not involved in any way with the operation of the restaurants and she is sure that her son and his business partners will rectify the situation."
Gladys Knight's Chicken and Waffle restaurants just got shut down by Georgia authorities.
We're told agents with the Georgia Dept of Revenue raided all 3 of Knight's chicken joints Tuesday morning ... clearing out customers and ordering employees to leave.
Agents removed computers, files, and the contents from safes.
Gladys' son -- who runs the business -- is reportedly at the center of the investigation. It appears authorities believe $1 million may have been inappropriately diverted.
We reached out to Gladys ... so far no word back.

Disney Attack Hilton Apologizes for Biting Email
Hilton Grand Vacations Club is apologizing for sending an email urging members to "take a bite out of Orlando" just hours after 2-year-old Lane Graves' body was retrieved from Disney's Seven Seas Lagoon.
Hilton reps tell us the email was written and scheduled for distribution far in advance of Tuesday's horrific alligator attack. They became aware of the poor choice in words when people began blasting them on social media.
According to HGVC, "a bite" was in reference to the new Mako hypercoaster at the nearby SeaWorld whose mascot happens to be a shark.
Hilton says from now on it will review pre-scheduled content more carefully.

Baylor School Officials 'Retaliated' Against Sexual Assault Accuser
This is disgusting ...
Baylor University officials actively discouraged possible sexual assault victims from reporting incidents against athletes -- and in one case RETALIATED against a woman who did.
It's all part of an investigation by a law firm hired by Baylor to look into alleged misconduct by school officials regarding SEVERAL violent allegations against student athletes, primarily football players.
The report states clear as day ... investigators say University administrators directly discouraged complainants from reporting or participating in student conduct processes ... contributing to a hostile environment.
Baylor Football Head Coach Fired Alleged Mishandling of Player Rape Accusations
Baylor football head coach Art Briles has been fired -- in the midst of allegations that several of his football players were accused of sexual assault on his watch ... but essentially no action was taken by the school.
Baylor president Ken Starr has also been removed from his position -- and will instead serve as Chancellor "on terms that are still being discussed."
Additional members of the administration and athletics program have also been dismissed.
The school issued a statement saying an investigation by an independent law firm "revealed a lack of strong institutional management and control on a number of levels."
ESPN's "Outside the Lines" had reported that several Baylor officials, including coaches, knew about violent allegations against football players -- but essentially did nothing. ESPN points out that most of the accused players didn't miss a single second of playing time.
“We were horrified by the extent of these acts of sexual violence on our campus," said Richard Willis, chair of the Baylor Board of Regents.
"This investigation revealed the University's mishandling of reports in what should have been a supportive, responsive and caring environment for students."
The law firm, Pepper Hamilton, found "specific failings within both the football program and Athletics Department leadership, including a failure to identify and respond to a pattern of sexual violence by a football player, to take action in response to reports of a sexual assault by multiple football players, and to take action in response to a report of dating violence."
"Pepper’s findings also reflect significant concerns about the tone and culture within Baylor’s football program as it relates to accountability for all forms of athlete misconduct."
Briles took the job in 2008 and led the Bears to BCS bowl games in 2013 and 2014.

Boise State Football 2 Players Expelled After Sexual Assault Investigation
Two Boise State football players have been expelled from the school -- and another player has been suspended for a year -- in the wake of sexual assault allegations against them.
The school launched an investigation after the alleged victim claimed she was forced into performing oral sex on all three players during incidents last year, this according to the Idaho Statesman.
Redshirt freshman linebacker Marquis Hendrix and redshirt freshman corner Donzale Roddie were expelled. Redshirt freshman safety Darreon Jackson has been suspended.
The woman reportedly told investigators the men essentially trapped her (blocking doors) on different occasions, and intimidated her into performing oral sex.
All three men have denied wrongdoing -- with Jackson saying, "nobody forced her to do anything.”
BSU issued a statement saying, "Boise State is committed to thorough and fair investigations into all allegations of sexual misconduct -- and to holding parties accountable when they are found to be responsible for violating the student code of conduct."
So far, no criminal charges have been brought against any of the players.
A rep for the Boise PD tells us, "The Boise Police department has not received a report concerning Marquis Hendrix, Donzale Roddie and Darreon Jackson and there is no current investigation."

Kermit Washington Faces 45 Years In Prison ... For Screwing Needy Africans
Ex-NBA All-Star Kermit Washington faces 45 YEARS in prison for allegedly running a scheme where he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars that were SUPPOSED to help needy people in Africa ... officials say.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... the 64-year-old was arrested at an L.A. supermarket on Tuesday for running a scheme to steal from an African charity he started to fund his lavish lifestyle.
Long story short ... officials say Washington would induce people, including several former pro athletes, to donate to Project Contact Africa, telling them 100% of the money would benefit a clinic in Africa for needy families.
Instead, the Dept. of Justice says he stole "hundreds of thousands of dollars" to pay for everything from rent to vacations, jewelry and entertainment.
Translation -- what a scumbag (allegedly).
He's been charged with several crimes including corrupt interference with tax laws, conspiring to commit wire fraud, obstruction and aggravated ID theft.
If convicted on all charges, Washington is looking at 45 years in prison -- though it's more likely he'd strike a plea deal and serve significantly less time (if any at all).
Washington has been released on bond -- but had to surrender his passport and wear a GPS device so authorities can keep track of him.
