Gwyneth Paltrow's kicking off Women's History Month with a teachable moment -- imploring white women to emulate Black women's approach to self-love, but her message is hitting a lot of people as tone-deaf.

The Oscar winner shared her opinion Thursday while appearing alongside Dr. Ella Bell at the Makers Conference in Beverly Hills ... with the Goop founder praising her Black gal pals for having an "incredible intrinsic self-honoring."

She added, "It's like from the deepest part of their souls all the way to the tips of their fingers." Feel the cringe begin. 😬

According to Gwyneth, her "Black women friends know themselves, love themselves, in a way that I think white women are not taught to."

"I think white women are taught to be competitive with one another," she added, "which is something I've tried to work so hard to dispel, because I don't believe in competition between women -- but we're raised to be competitive, to be jealous, to look over each other's shoulders."

GP declared it isn't that way in her "circle of Black women" ... and she continued, "I've learned so much from my Black friends about ruthless self-acceptance and full love of self."

She went on to suggest white women can "learn from our Black sisters and the way in which they respect themselves."

Gwyneth had a direct message for those listening -- "Keeping white women at odds with each other, in competition with one another, keeps the patriarchy strong."

She added ... "You don't have to get less because somebody is going to get more."

While the lifestyle guru likely intended for these words to be uplifting -- on the final day of Black History Month, mind you -- some people think she flat-out missed the mark, especially with the African American community.

Scores of online comments are ripping Gwyneth for being blind to the fact Black women are commonly pitted against each other in pop culture and American society, at large.

Just a few high-profile examples -- Nicki Minaj is currently beefing with Megan Thee Stallion, and has previously feuded with Cardi B. Fellow rising stars Ice Spice and Latto are also taking subtle shots at each other.

The organizers of the disastrous Willy Wonka experience in the UK have issued an official apology -- that's after nearly a week of pure chaos, anger and rib-tickling memes.

Glasgow-based House of Illuminati -- the team behind the now-viral attraction -- laid it out on FB Friday ... owning up to the fiasco and acknowledging the disappointment and frustration they caused to all those parents who just wanted to show their kids a good time.

That being said ... HOI says that while it takes full responsibility for its decisions surrounding the debacle, anyone who was hired externally is categorically not affiliated with them -- meaning that tossing out allegations against those who didn't have anything to do with the mess can do some serious damage.

They're basically reminding everyone ... get the full story before casting judgment.

The person behind the post also lets us in on a deeply personal matter ... saying that they too are paying the price for the failed venture 'cause their wedding is now off.

Although, they note ... the ticket sales weren't ever gonna fund it in the first place.

They're also working hard to rectify the situation ... and refunding all 850 transactions of 35 pounds a pop is definitely a step in the right direction.

All in all, they're asking for some sympathy and time to process everything that's happened, adding ... "My intention is to learn from this experience. Your support and understanding during this time mean the world to me."

The official apology came after video surfaced of HOI facing off against some seriously angry parents -- who demanded refunds in a heated clip making the rounds online.

Paul Connell, one of the Wonkas caught up in this viral mess, also spilled the tea to TMZ ... saying the situation spiraled to the point cops had to be called. Adding insult to injury, PC also claimed he still hadn't been paid the 500 pounds (roughly $633) for his part in the event.

Nonetheless, the pissed parents have all rallied together and are reportedly working on putting on their own "Wonka" exhibit.

The team behind the viral, and failed, Willy Wonka experience has some making up to do, and Billy McFarland -- a guy who's very familiar with that situation -- wants to give them a shot at getting it right.

We talked to the Fyre Festival founder in NYC, and had to ask him about that Wonka disaster in the UK that's captured the world's attention ... and instantly reminded folks of Billy's own failed festival.

ICYMI ... pics from a pop-up Willy Wonka experience in Scotland have been all over X and other social media platforms with people complaining about how truly lackluster and appalling the whole thing was.

And, Billy agrees ... saying right off the bat he thinks organizers need to make amends with the kids for the one-star factory tour ASAP, and IF that happens ... he's offering team Wonka a spot at Fyre Festival II.

Remember, Billy put on a similarly, and legendarily, bad experience in the form of a music festival for high-paying fans back in 2017 in the Bahamas. The set-up was abysmal, and Billy later pled guilty to defrauding investors. He served around four years in prison.

McFarland says he wants to give the Wonka folks a chance to do things right at Fyre 2 ... albeit with some guardrails in place to keep everything on track.

Billy's clearly got the second Fyre Festival on his mind ... saying it's set for some time next year, but his partners will announce the date when they're ready. For now, he's taking on more of a marketing role and trying not to go overboard and do too much.

And, it seems like Fyre tickets are goin' quickly ... with Billy telling the world on Thursday that the Fyre II presale has received applications for around $110 million worth of tickets.

A short clip of the woman frantically looking up the song on her phone is going viral on TikTok ... and a faction of Swifties are pissed, complaining about a non-diehard fan scoring a ticket to the sold-out "Eras" tour shows.

There's a bunch of mean folks in the comments ... seemingly upset the woman had the audacity to use Shazam in the middle of the show. How dare she not know the full setlist!!!

While the outrage is pretty loud, the majority of people are being supportive ... and understanding. Just check the comments from the OG TikTok -- there's a good amount of folks cutting her some slack, while other overzealous Swifties are dogpiling.

One popular theory ... the woman using Shazam probably went to the show with a younger family member who is a huge Taylor fan -- and she just didn't know the songs herself ... and wants to learn. Sounds pretty plausible, and it's definitely nothing to fret.

Police in North Carolina have taken a man into custody after he allegedly shot a college employee ... and their confrontation with the suspect was all caught on video.

Greenville police officers said the alleged gunman -- identified as 38-year-old Savell Hightower -- was taken into custody after they say he shot an East Carolina University employee outside a local elementary school in what they're currently calling an unprovoked attack.

Police say the alleged victim encountered a man on a bike before that man apparently fired at him at least five times. The 27-year-old ECU employee sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Fast-forward a bit ... and cop cars flying down the street apparently drew the attention of a local citizen who started to film through his windows as a man calmly rode by the house on a bike.

It appears he caught the moment two police cars pulled up with officers hopping out, guns drawn and pointed at the man on the bike. It looks like the cops open fire though it's unclear from the video if the man is firing back -- though police say he did fire at officers.

Somehow, the suspect was reportedly uninjured, and cops say they managed to get him into custody without further incident.

Hightower is reportedly booked on multiple charges, including attempted murder counts, assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a stolen firearm.

YouTube sensation CboysTV is topping their last outrageous stunt with a destructive new video ... and TMZ has an exclusive first look at the upcoming upload.

The Internet group -- a Minnesota-based motorsports collective known for pulling off wild stunts by using outrageous vehicles -- is dropping a new video tonight ... in which a red snowplow is used to help demolish a literal house.

In the new footage above ... the CboysTV crew – which includes Ben Roth, Ryan Iwerks, CJ Lotzer, Micah Sandman, Ken Matthees and Evan Sheff – drives a massive plow into the front of a single-car garage. The infrastructure is no match for the plow ... as it only takes a few collisions to create real damage.

The group -- that boasts 3 million subscribers and 1 billion views -- eventually turns their attention to the nearby house ... which the group owns and was already set to be demolished, for the record. It's not like they were destroying some innocent bystander's home.

In two different shots ... the plow is backed up into the home -- with one member declaring, "That scared me." We on the other hand ... couldn't help but cheer along with the CboysTV crew.

Of course ... this is only a taste of the destruction to come -- with the full upload dropping on CboysTV's YouTube channel tonight at 6 PM PST.

The organizers behind the chaotic Willy Wonka pop-up attraction in the UK were directly confronted by outraged customers ... which we can now see in this heated video.

In the footage above ... House of Illuminati -- the organizers behind the disastrous event -- are shouted at by angry parents, who accuse them of scamming kids after putting on an exhibit with cheap decorations, zero chocolate and a script made from artificial intelligence.

What's worse ... it's said the group charged $35 a pop for this sad display, and the parents clearly feel like they got ripped off, evidenced in their shouted words and scolding.

While one of the planners is seen assuring the enraged attendees that full refunds would be issued -- the crowd does not appear satisfied with his response ... with one woman threatening to call the police. As we all now know ... they eventually did call cops.

One guest calls out the company for duping attendees -- as they posted little to no information on social media or their website. She screamed ...  "It's a scam. You've scammed children!"

One of the organizers does offer up an apology -- saying he's "very, very sorry" for the whole mess. That wasn't good enough for the fuming mob here, though.

Kate Middleton's team is responding to viral speculation/jokes about why she hasn't surfaced publicly in months -- but they don't find anything funny about all the gossip and chatter.

The Princess of Wales' camp was forced to respond this week after a ton of memes were posted online over the past several days -- several of which were making cracks at her expense over her whereabouts and conjecture over what sort of procedure she had done.

Her rep told Page Six Thursday ... "Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. That guidance stands."

They also emphasized she continues to be doing well and making progress in her recovery.

As you can see, they didn't address the specific theories that have been floating online -- several of which are wild and salacious ... and which really aren't worth addressing here. Clearly, her camp is taking her health seriously ... and didn't feel the need to fuel the fire.

Still, that's not stopping the internet from making light of her situation ... which is kinda sad.

Fact is ... Kate underwent a very serious surgery that was focused on her abdominal area -- and it sidelined her for a good while. When news broke about her hospitalization last month ... the Palace said she'd be out of the public spotlight until at least Easter.

So, them emphasizing that plan yet again here appears to project some frustration on her team's part -- which is understandable. A lot of people are leaning into these Kate Middleton jokes ... and it's a little cringeworthy to say the least.

We haven't seen Kate out since December ... but we know she's been released from the hospital, and that she's recovering at home. Prince William has been quite attentive ... visiting her at the clinic she was at while she was there, while continuing on with his work too.

He did make a last-minute cancelation on one of his engagements this week for "personal reasons" ... and while many assumed it pertained to his wife, it's just unclear why.

He says ... "People were crying. People were shouting. It just turned into carnage, basically."

PC doesn't blame guests for their outrage either -- as he says there wasn't even chocolate offered at the attraction! Check out the interview he did with us ... he gets into the nitty gritty of it all, including what he says the attraction workers were instructed to give the kids.

Let's just say it was meager and meaningless ... and not very sweet.

But much like the ending of Roald Dahl's children's classic ... there's a happy ending in the works -- at least that's what Paul says he's heard through the grapevine in the aftermath.

En la película original, el personaje -interpretado por el hijo de Bruce Lee, Brandon- llevaba chaquetas de cuero negro y el maquillaje blanco de la cara le hacía parecer más un cadáver, pero en general su aspecto era bastante discreto, especialmente cuando se compara con la versión de Bill. Eso es lo que parece opinar Internet.

Mira las fotos, Bill lleva el cuero y el maquillaje blanco en la cara y el cuerpo, así como una serie de tatuajes indecorosos y un tanto caricaturescos, como un ojo gigante en medio del pecho y la palabra "Lullaby" escrita sobre la ceja derecha.

El perro intenta esquivar los golpes y continúa tras el caballo, quien empieza a inquietarse. Por supuesto, el oficial que está montado sobre el caballo hace todo lo posible para estabilizar al animal y tenerlo bajo control, pero es una situación difícil, por decir lo menos.

Finalmente, el presunto dueño del perro corre hacia la escena y recoge a su perro. Aunque también tiene dificultades para hacerlo y el oficial en el suelo consigue darle un último buen golpe antes de que él y su dueño huyan. En ese momento, todo se calmó.

Ahora tenemos un poco más de información que esperamos arroje luz y proporcione contexto, como por ejemplo si esto cayó en el radar de la policía de Los Ángeles o qué pasó exactamente al final. Fuentes policiales nos dicen que este incidente en realidad ocurrió hace un buen año o así, a pesar de que el video está siendo viral en este momento.

Nos dicen que el perro y los dos caballos terminaron bien y que los caballos fueron revisados por un veterinario después. Nuestras fuentes dicen que el perro saltó por la ventanilla de un carro a la calle y por eso no llevaba correa... algo raro.

Según nuestras fuentes, el civil/propietario no fue citado por este incidente y nos han dicho que todo se resolvió una vez que las partes involucradas pudieron hablar. También nos dicen que el propietario no estaba enojado.

Eso no quiere decir que Internet no esté enojado con el asunto porque una buena parte definitivamente lo está.

La situación ha provocado reacciones encontradas en la red, y muchos han salido en defensa del policía, sobre todo porque Los Ángeles tiene leyes muy claras sobre las correas. Por si no saben, los dueños de mascotas están obligados a mantener a sus perros con correa en público en todo momento, ya que está prohibido para ellos vagar libremente.

Otros, por supuesto, están crucificando al policía diciendo que reaccionó de forma completamente exagerada y que estaba dañando al perro sin una buena razón. Estos son en su mayoría los amantes de los animales y los activistas por los derechos de los animales.

Tuvimos un debate sobre esto en nuestra propia oficina e imaginamos qué argumentos podríamos presentarle a la gente para digerir el asunto. Por un lado, el perro estaba sin correa y causó un problema que podría haber llegado a ser más peligroso.

Aun así, la brutalidad del oficial se siente demasiado para quienes no soportan ver sufrir a los animales, incluyendo algunos en nuestro propio equipo, que son apasionados de esto.
