A powerful parents group is BLASTING the people behind the TLC reality show "Toddlers and Tiaras" -- after a parent dressed a 3-year-old girl as a prostitute for a beauty pageant.

The show has been under fire over a promo spot, featuring a pint-size beauty queen dressed up like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" -- during her street-walking hooker phase.

But the Parents Television Council is LIVID -- claiming, "We have a serious problem when a network formerly known as The Learning Channel features a toddler, who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute showing off her sexy strut."

The PTC adds, "There's no question, TV executives are complicit in robbing these small kids of their childhood."

"For years we've seen adult sexuality being inappropriately and aggressively foisted on innocent young children, but children today are being sexualized at younger and younger ages. All available data suggests they will suffer for it later in life."

Some dumbass fan climbed up on the stage at a Lil Wayne concert in Denver last week and TRIED to get close to the rapper ... until a security guard DROPPED HIM HARD!!!!!!!!!!

Soulja Boy says he "let my words get the best of me" when he released a new rap video saying, "F**k the troops" ... and now he's issued a full apology to the entire U.S. military.

Soulja Boy just posted a new blog on GlobalGrind.com ... titled, "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families."

In the post, Soulja writes, "As an artist, I let my words get the best of me. Sometimes there are things that we feel, things that we want to express, and when we put them on paper and speak them out loud, they can come out wrong."

"When I expressed my frustration with the US Army, not only did my words come out wrong, I was wrong to even speak them."

He adds, "So, I write this to give my sincerest apology to all members of the United States military services, as well as their families that were offended by my most recent lyrics."

Soulja Boy is drawing fire from the entire U.S. Armed Forces -- and a retired Army sergeant is leading the charge with a rap response to Soulja's controversial song.

Former infantry sergeant and 5 year combat veteran Leo Dunson tells TMZ he recorded the diss track, "Change Your Name" (below) ... after hearing Soulja's "Let's Be Real" -- with the lyrics, "F**k the army troops."

Dunson -- who raps under the name Sgt. Dunson -- says Soulja's song is, "The most ignorant thing I've heard in so long" ... and adds that it's especially offensive with the 10 year anniversary of 9/11 looming.

Dunson says an online petition -- started by a fellow vet -- to get Soulja Boy's music banned from all U.S. military bases is getting support from civilians and all branches of the armed forces.

Now consider this twist ... Dunson and all U.S. troops fight to defend our freedoms -- which includes freedom of speech. So, we gotta ask ...

A proud military veteran is demanding an apology from Soulja Boy -- after the rapper posted a video saying, "f**k the army troops."

Soulja ignited a wave of controversy this week over his new song, "Let's Be Real" -- which includes the lyrics:

"F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? Be your own man ...
... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."

TMZ spoke with Fred A. Flores -- a disabled Marine Veteran who is now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission. Flores tells us, "It's a very offensive statement ... especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up."

Flores -- who has two children currently serving in the military -- calls Soulja "Ungrateful" ... adding, "He should apologize to ALL armed forces."

"[The rap] is very irresponsible," Flores stated ... "especially for a person who is an entertainer for the youth of our country."

With no makeup and highlighted curls, Rihanna left a restaurant in Santa Monica on Thursday wearing a necklace with an offensive four-letter word on it.

Forget a bling'd out grill, because a doctor in India is now selling the world's first diamond and gold-encrusted contact lenses.

The extravagant lenses reportedly cost between $12,000 and $16,000 and are said to be "completely safe."

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the rapper was arrested again, after being pulled over last night in Arizona for driving 102 mph in a 65 zone. And for good measure, Mr. X was driving on a suspended license ... so cops arrested him.

He was booked for speeding, reckless driving, and the suspended license -- and has since been released on bond.

FYI -- DMX has now been busted 10 times in Maricopa County, AZ. Back in 2008, Sheriff Joe Arpaio famously made the rapper -- along with his fellow Tent City Jail inmates -- sport a pink jumpsuit .

The husband of Lil Wayne's baby mama #1 Toya Carter -- who co-stars alongside her in the BET reality show "Toya: A Family Affair" -- was arrested today at an airport in Atlanta ... after he allegedly tried to bring a gun onto an airplane.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, Mickey "Memphitz" Wright put his backpack through the X-ray scanner at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport -- and TSA agents quickly discovered the firearm and called the cops.

According to police, Wright had a valid license to carry the weapon ... insisting he had simply forgotten the gun was in his bag -- but it's still illegal to bring it on a plane.

Teairra Mari -- the hot chick who appeared with Bow Wow in the 2010 movie "Lottery Ticket" -- is accused of doing the ONE thing you should never do after getting arrested for DUI ... attacking a cop.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 23-year-old actress/singer was driving a silver Infiniti through Beverly Hills around 3:00 AM, when she rear-ended the car in front of her.

Police at the accident scene observed "signs of intoxication" from Teairra -- and arrested her for DUI. One person who was at the scene tells TMZ Teairra was "really messed up ... she couldn't even stand."

And it gets worse ... we're told Teairra didn't play nice while she was being booked and became "combative" with one of the arresting officers. Sources tell us one cop suffered a "minor cut" to his hand during the incident.

As a result, Mari now faces multiple charges -- including DUI and assault on a police officer.

The Situation could have more market power than anyone imagined -- because a day after Abercrombie & Fitch offered him and the other "Jersey Shore" cast members cash NOT to wear its clothes ... the company's stock plummeted 9%.

Abercrombie's stock hit the new low today -- the first trading session since the company offered Sitch and the cast substantial $$$ to stop wearing A&F-branded products.

Abercrombie fired off a press release yesterday, offering the cast "a substantial payment" in return for not wearing its threads, claiming The Situation goes against the "aspirational nature of its brand."

A source directly connected with The Situation tells TMZ ... Abercrombie never personally contacted them, or in any way made a financial offer to stay away from A&F clothing.

Translation -- this stunt backfired big time.

"Teen Mom" baby daddy Gary Shirley went on a MARATHON strip club session earlier this summer ... TMZ has learned -- dropping $5,000 on 11 hours of boob-filled butt-flossy awesomeness.

We're told Gary made it rain at a 24-hour gentlemen's club in Miami -- unleashing a constant stream of cash from 1AM to 12PM. Count 'em. ELEVEN HOURS OF STRIPPERS.

According to sources inside the club, Gary kicked off the evening in the VIP area -- and then moved the action somewhere more private ... the champagne room.

The Chief of Police in Belmar, NJ says he plans to investigate a curious Ferrari encounter between The Situation and The Boys in Blue ... after TMZ obtained footage which appears to show starstruck cops turning a blind eye to some obvious law-breaking.

The video -- shot Sunday night -- shows three uniformed officers laughing and joking with the "Jersey Shore" star after he stopped to ask for directions. According to sources at the scene, Sitch was even signing autographs for the cops.

Here's the problem -- during the encounter, two girls are crammed in the Ferrari's single passenger seat and neither one is wearing a seat belt ... a clear violation of NJ law.

But the cops didn't seem to care. In fact, they sent Sitch and the girls on their way WITHOUT A TICKET while the ladies were still illegally piled up in the passenger seat.

NHL star Sean Avery challenged cops to a FIGHT when they responded to his Hollywood Hills home this morning ... calling them, "Fat little pigs" ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told cops were dispatched to the home over a complaint about loud music -- and when they arrived to Avery's pad, the hockey star was NOT happy to see them.

Sources tell us 31-year-old Avery immediately began running his mouth at the cops -- telling them he would fight all of them ... even challenging them to, "Come back without your badges."

During the incident, Avery -- who famously dated Elisha Cuthbert a while back -- allegedly shoved an officer and slammed the front door on the cops.

We're told cops began speaking with Avery through the door -- and warned him that if he didn't open the door, they would break it down. That's when Avery decided to open up and cooperate.

As TMZ first reported, Avery was hauled to a nearby station and booked for battering a peace officer. He has since been released after posting bail.

NHL star Sean Avery was arrested early this morning after he shoved a police officer who was trying to break up a loud party at his home in the Hollywood Hills ... TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources, a neighbor called police to complain about the noise coming from Avery's home. When police arrived at about 1:00 AM, we're told Avery answered the door ... then shoved a cop and slammed the door behind him.

Police then knocked again, and we're told the New York Rangers star came to his senses and opened up. According to law enforcement ... Avery was extremely cooperative after that, but was still booked for battery on a peace officer.

He was taken to the Hollywood police station and is being held on $20,000 bail.

UPDATE: Avery was released at 8:10 AM and is scheduled to appear in court on September 2.
