Michael Lohan got caught up in a melee on an airplane ... but Michael wasn't the one who was out of control.

Michael works for a rehab facility in Florida and part of his job is to escort people with alcohol and drug addiction from their homes to the West Palm Beach facility.

Michael was in New York Thursday, picked up an addict and got on a JetBlue flight at LaGuardia.

Here's the problem. We're told Michael's passenger was high when he boarded and as the plane began taxiing he got belligerent ... screaming at the flight attendant who was instructed by Michael NOT to give the guy a drink.

The plane went back to the gate and security booted the guy from the plane and Michael dutifully followed.

But it wasn't over. We're told Port Authority police were about to arrest the man when Michael provided credentials from the facility showing he was caring for the man, so the cops let Lohan take the guy to a local hospital.

Kylie Jenner is now eligible to qualify for a demolition derby ... because she was just in yet another car crash ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the latest crash -- which occurred Thursday night as she was driving home from dinner -- resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to her brand new Range Rover.

Here's Kylie's story. She was driving home from Katsuya in Glendale when a woman in another car got cut off. She says the woman swerved into her lane and rear ended her.

The scenario is what Kylie told her parents ... so take it for what it's worth.

She has a rich, short driving history. The 17-year-old caused a multi-car crash a year ago ... 18 days after she got her license. She messed up her Mercedes SUV.

Kylie also got ticketed in January ... we're told it was for speeding.

Last month Kylie was pulled over and ticketed for tinted windows and driving with a teenager ... she's too young to have a minor alone in the car.

If you see Kylie on the road ... a sharp right onto a side street is advisable.

"Basketball Wives" star Draya Michele ditched a paid gig at a West Hollywood nightclub because there were too many "f**s and d**es" ... so claim club honchos who are now threatening to sue her.

The hostess at Penthouse Nightclub tells TMZ ... Draya was supposed to host an event Sunday. When she arrived she looked at the crowd and said she didn't want to waste her time with "f**s and d**es" and left.

Draya told us she did NOT make the homophobic comment. She says never even showed up to the club that night ... she had called them to say she had to cancel because she was sick. She says the club owner threatened to trash her in the media for being a no show.

The club fires back ... Draya accepted a $2.5K deposit, was obligated to show and the club lost money when a disappointed crowd simply left the club. The club now plans on suing her.

Draya tells us ... she'll be happy to entertain her LGBT fans on another night ... at a different club.

"Ultimate Survivor Alaska" star Tyler Johnson is miraculously still on the run ... after allegedly getting drunk, stealing a car, then suffering a horrific accident that should have killed him.

The unbelievable story started in typical criminal fashion ... the police report says a drunken Tyler stole a car in Anchorage 2 weeks ago and went on a joyride ... before losing control and flipping it.

Tyler wasn't wearing his seat belt and was thrown through the windshield ... and he ended up pinned under the car.

Tyler was taken to the hospital but somehow was discharged before cops were able to nab him.

Wes Scantlin continues to piss off his neighbors and police ... after a cop responding to a flood was injured on his property and ended up in the hospital.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... neighbors of the Puddle of Mudd lead singer called police Wednesday after they saw water pouring down his driveway.

When cops came ... they discovered the pool water running -- it had been running for DAYS -- a bonehead move in the middle of the severe drought.

Cops became alarmed because the doors of the house were wide open and they feared someone might be inside either injured or dead. One officer climbed an outside staircase to get in the house and fell through the rotted wood.

The officer was taken by ambulance to the ER but did not suffer serious injuries.

Wes -- who doesn't live at the house -- eventually showed up. Cops told him his ongoing war with his neighbors had to stop. The singer was arrested last August for taking a buzz saw to a neighbor's house.

In the end, no charges were filed and everyone went their separate ways, so ... water under the bridge.

A judge just hammered the guy who stole a piece of Paul Walker's death car ... jailing him for 6 MONTHS.

Jameson Witty and another guy lifted a panel from the T-top roof of the Porsche as a tow truck was transporting the wreckage. TMZ actually got hold of the video ... which caused prosecutors to charge the 2 men with 3 crimes.

Witty and the other guy copped a plea ... and Thursday was judgment day for him. The other guy is expected to get the same sentence when he goes before the judge in October.

Kendall Jenner claims she's been defamed by a waitress who said the 18-year-old threw money in her face ... and she's threatening to sue.

TMZ has obtained a letter from Kendall's lawyer, admitting Jenner was indeed at Mercer Kitchen last week and that she accidentally skipped out on the bill.

But legal pitbull Marty Singer says the rest of the waitress' story is a pack of lies. The waitress tweeted she chased Kendall down the street to get the money and Jenner threw it in her face.

Singer says in the letter ... what actually happened was that the waitress did come up to her outside but Jenner was "extremely apologetic" and gladly paid what she owed -- $33, plus a $7 tip ... which she "politely handed" to her.

Singer says, "Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress," adding, "You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself."

Nicki Minaj is being sued because time is money -- and NBA All-Star party promoters say she took $50,000 to make a one hour appearance, but came late and left early.

According to the court docs ... Nicki was supposed to appear at Siren Studios in Hollywood during the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend in L.A.. Lil Wayne, Drake, and Trey Songz were also slated to be there.

Nicki's contract said she would attend -- not perform -- from 12 AM to 1 AM. But in the suit, promoters say she didn't get there until after 1:30 and took off before 2 AM.

Now they want their $50K back, and then some to cover the cost of her hotel arrangements and other lost revenue.

"Tattoos After Dark" star Asaru Mushavu put his mark on a woman's face -- in the form of a nasty bruise -- after he cold-cocked her for no reason outside of his tattoo parlor ... according to a new lawsuit.

Corey Fortenberry claims Mushavu attacked her last year while she was helping a drunk friend who was puking in front of "House of Ink" -- the Venice tattoo shop featured on the TV show.

According to the police report, Mushavu saw the woman throwing up, came out of the shop and yelled, "What the f*** are you doing? Who the f*** is going to clean that up?" ... and then pushed Fortenberry and punched her in the face.

Fortenberry claims Mushavu left a bruise that's still visible a year later.

A rep for Mushavu tells TMZ ... it's a frivolous lawsuit and he expects it to be dismissed.

Remy Ma is finally free after six years behind bars and apparently they have Netflix in the joint ... because she totally got our reference to "Orange Is the New Black."

Ma was in New York City Tuesday afternoon when our photog asked her to compare her time inside to life at Litchfield Penitentiary. Ma must have binge-watched the show hardcore, because she answered the question ... despite only being out of jail for less than two weeks.

Someone has posted a pic of what they claim to be Robin Williams' body at the Coroner's Office ... but we've learned it is NOT Robin.

We've traced it back ... the pic was taken from a Spanish language website that deals with strangulation and has several images posted to illustrate. The image that was sent around Tuesday night resembles Robin, but it was posted several years ago.

Zelda Williams was extremely upset by the pic, tweeting, "I'm shaking. I can't. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won't open it. Don't either. Please."

Zelda then deleted her tweet and apologized, saying "I should've risen above."

Law enforcement confirms to TMZ ... the pic is NOT Robin's body.

If the LAPD officers who snapped a few photos with Ray J need a character witness, they can just call him ... because he's got nothing but love for the L.A. popo.

TMZ broke the story ... 2 cops are under investigation after they posed with Ray J after letting him off the hook for allegedly texting while driving.

Ray J told our photog Tuesday night at LAX ... the cops did not cross the line and he will sing their praises to the skies.

Ray declared his undying affection for LAPD but didn't mention the Bev Hills PD ... he's currently facing charges for allegedly kicking in a squad car window and spitting on an officer during a drunken rage.

A drug supplier who served more than 7 months for drug-related crimes claims he was set up by MTV's "True Life" ... so he claims in a new lawsuit.

David Nickell says in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he was instructed by a producer on "True Life: I'm Addicted To Pills" to buy pills from a dealer, then give them to a woman on the show ... in front of her 5-year-old son.

Nickell claims the producer told him it would be better TV if the kid was around when the deal went down ... and she assured him he wouldn't get in trouble.

Mickey Rourke has been wandering around Moscow this week sporting not one, but two different Vladimir Putin t-shirts ... and it's no accident ... he's a big fan of the Russian prez.

Rourke put on one of the t-shirts in front of a crowd of people and a few photogs. He said he's met Putin a few times and described him as "a good guy."

The "Sin City" star, who says his current girlfriend is Russian, said the t-shirt is not a political statement and he doesn't "give a f*** about politics."

MMA fighter War Machine joked about killing porn star Christy Mack, the girlfriend he allegedly almost killed Friday.

War Machine, with Christy Mack sitting right next to him, was doing an interview with MMAfighting.com a year ago ... talking about the "Mack" tattoo on his neck.

When the interviewer asked how he would explain the tat if they ever broke up ... War Machine said he would simply add the letters "R.I.P." so it would serve as "a memorial to my dead girlfriend."

Mack then chimed in, "Honestly, I would probably deserve it."

War Machine is currently a wanted man with seven warrants out for his arrest in Las Vegas over the alleged beating ... which left Christy with 18 broken bones in her face and a ruptured kidney.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are REFUSING to film season 10 of their reality show ... unless the person stealing their money and jewelry is caught.

Family sources tell us ... the girls are convinced whoever has stolen 10s of thousands of dollars from them works for the TV show.

All 3 thefts -- $4K taken from Kourtney's Hampton's rental, $50K stolen from Kourtney's Calabasas home and $250K in jewelry taken from Khloe's house -- appear to be inside jobs, with no signs of forced entry.

The 3 women say they've done everything they've been asked to do to thwart the thieves -- hiring additional security, installing more surveillance cameras and rotating staff -- all to no avail.
