A Florida man was arrested last month after he allegedly tried circumcising his toddler cousin -- which went terribly wrong ... and which landed this guy behind bars.

29-year-old Timothoes Powell was taken into custody and booked on child abuse charges earlier in October -- all because he allegedly tried snipping his 2-year-old relative's penis while babysitting him down in Daytona Beach ... this according to the local authorities.

Here's how cops are saying it went down ... Powell was watching his young cuzzo while the kid's parents were away -- and mom and dad got a call from their nephew at one point saying he had to rush their son to the hospital because he was bleeding from his crotch.

As it turns out ... the child appeared to have been cut, and when asked about this -- Powell reportedly told police glass must've been in the little one's diaper. Upon further questioning, however, Powell reportedly said he may have pulled the baby's foreskin down too hard while trying to clean him. Of course, cops weren't buying that -- 'cause nurses said it looked like a clean cut and was far too precise to be any sort of accident like the one he described.

Cops ended up arresting with some other evidence they say they recovered -- including home surveillance footage which supposedly shows Powell acting mean to the kid ... and allegedly walking away from the boy at one point with an object in his hand. Investigators believe he may have attempted to deliberately circumcise his cousin ... and now, he's in trouble.

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried is not going to the moon, instead he appears headed for prison ... he's been found guilty on all counts against him in his federal cryptocurrency fraud case.

Federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a jury in New York City convicted the disgraced "Crypto King" on all seven counts of fraud, money laundering and conspiracy ... the latest development in one of the largest financial fraud cases in U.S. history.

The jury verdict came back Thursday ... SBF was found guilty on two counts of wire fraud conspiracy, two counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering ... each carries a maximum 20-year prison sentence.

Sam was also convicted on one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit commodities fraud ... each carries a maximum 5-year prison sentence.

All told, SBF is facing up to 110 years behind bars.

Our sources say after the guilty verdict came down, Sam appeared despondent and sort of upset ... starting to tear up.

Following the weeks-long trial, all 12 jurors were in agreement on convicting SBF on each of the 7 charges.

As we reported ... Bankman-Fried was arrested in the Bahamas back on Dec. 12 before federal prosecutors in New York hit him with a slew of charges.

SBF was accused of taking billions of dollars in FTX customer deposits and using the money to fund investments, make political donations and buy luxury real estate.

FTX was once one of the world's biggest crypto exchanges, being valued at $30 billion before ultimately becoming insolvent and filing for bankruptcy.

As we've reported ... other celebs have faced backlash for their takes on the ongoing conflict ... former adult film star Mia Khalifa lost her gig with Playboy after defending Hamas, and the entire Hadid family is getting death threats.

It's Jimmy Garoppolo's birthday, and as a present, the Las Vegas Raiders sent him well wishes on social media ... something fans are absolutely roasting the team for -- 'cause they just benched the QB hours prior!

Las Vegas moved on from the signal caller on Wednesday, opting to go with fourth-round pick Aidan O'Connell moving forward.

But, in an apparent effort to extend an olive branch to the now 32-year-old quarterback ... the team gave him a shout-out on its X page on Thursday morning.

"Join us in wishing Jimmy Garoppolo Happy Birthday!" the Raiders wrote. "#RaiderNation."

Of course, many in Black and Silver found the gesture cruel since the team had just moved on from the QB ... and his head coach, Josh McDaniels.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the "Black Beatles" rapper Wednesday at LAX, and he admits he fell short of the year-long sabbatical he intended for his PS.

As we reported at the top of the year, Jxmmi complained his video game activity was cutting into his time for making music.

Jxmmi tells us he used the video game vacation to record an EP -- in addition to his other 2024 vocal obligations, and only hopped back on the sticks around August-September, roughly 9 months away from the game.

He says he tapped back into "NBA 2K" and "Call Of Duty," but is no longer glued to the TV like he once was and now breaks up his playing by simply going outside and touching grass.

Video game addiction isn't the only thing in Jxmmi's rearview mirror -- he's done with New Year's resolutions too.

Ramona Singer's insisting she is NOT racist, and says she has no ill will toward her former 'Real Housewives of New York' castmate Eboni K. Williams ... who says she nearly quit the show over Ramona's alleged behavior.

Sources close to Ramona tell TMZ ... she's upset she's embroiled in claims of bigotry and racism -- especially because the 'RHONY' production company investigated the allegations 2 years ago, and gave her the all-clear to continue working on various reality TV projects.

We're told she also believes the whole affair's been blown way out of proportion ... referring to this week's Vanity Fair report, which alleged Ramona used a racial slur in conversation with a Black crew member during season 13.

We should point out, multiple sources told us in 2021, Ramona was cleared following a third-party investigation because nothing was found to corroborate Eboni's claims.

Our sources are adamant Ramona never used a racial word during season 13 and she is not racist in any capacity.

The VF piece also featured an interview with Eboni, the show's first woman of color to become a full castmate in its 13-season run.

She claimed Singer had asked why "most" Black people didn't have fathers in their lives during a training call, ironically, centered on racial insensitivity.

Eboni claims Ramona said, "What if they don't have a father? Why can't I say that? Most of them don't." Mind you, she allegedly spoke those words to 2 racial justice representatives, a Bravo publicist and an NBCUniversal communications expert.

Despite the allegations, our sources say Ramona's insisting she always liked Eboni and wishes her nothing but the best.

She is also still friendly with Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Dorinda Medley -- as well as all the other ladies featured on the show with her. However, due to fallout from the controversy, she hasn't seen them as often.

She's also been pulled from the upcoming BravoCon in Vegas, after digging a deeper hole for herself while talking to Page Six to refute the VF report allegations.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has come under fire for his son's "insensitive" headless Halloween costume ... with followers pointing out how tone-deaf the PM is given the situation in the Middle East.

In snaps shared to Instagram Tuesday, the PM gleefully posed with his nine-year-old son Hadrien, whose head pops out of his black robe to give the illusion of him carrying his own severed head in his hands.

Justin joked about nothing stopping Hadrien from trick-or-treating, even though he "seems to have misplaced something," -- but users on the platform argue it's Justin whose forgotten something -- that a few weeks back, babies and others were beheaded.

Political commentator Tyler Popp labeled Justin's post as "tone-deaf," while Toronto-based Saba Khan, who runs the page @fictionallyflawless, said online that her "heart says this is the most tone deaf thing he can do at a time when children are getting their heads blown off in Palestine."

Others branded Justin's Halloween snaps as "disgusting, insensitive and disrespectful" as well as "mightily inappropriate" and "callousness is beyond belief."

Some folks weren't as disapproving ... criticizing those who turned Hadrien's Halloween costume into something political.

This isn't the first time Justin has come under fire for an insensitive costume. We all remember his apology tour in 2019 when snaps emerged of him sporting a darkened complexion in an Aladdin costume back in 2001.

One greedy mom is getting blasted by the internet for emptying an entire bowl of Halloween candy left outside a Texas home ... a heist she pulled with her children in a matter of seconds!!!

The spooky season mercenaries were caught on musician Cody Tate's ring camera after he put out a generous helping of candy for trick-or-treaters ... so he could settle in at home, undisturbed, to watch the World Series.

However, an unidentified woman paid little attention to his sign clearly instructing people to take just ONE piece of candy.

You can see in the video she races to the bowl with a group of kids ... and they all frantically grab handfuls of sweet treats and shove them in their bags.

Seemingly oblivious to the camera, the smirking woman in a gray hoodie -- potentially the kids' mother -- ensures everyone's bags are full to the brim, takes one last look at the bowl and then leads her fleeing crew.

Cody, who plays guitar in the southern rock band Whiskey Myers, was pretty devastated and posted the vid and said "this is why you can't trust people" -- and added he was particularly shocked to see adults behaving like this.

He wants justice, though, and asked his followers to repost the video, and try to identify the perpetrators, who, he pointed out, ruined Halloween for all the other kids who hadn't come by yet for candy.

Luckily, it wasn't a lost cause as one of Cody's kind-hearted neighbors saw the candy grabbing caper in real time, and came over to restock the bowl with candy.

For those who don't know, the term "blackfishing" is used to describe white people using filters, makeup, or excessive tan to masquerade as Black for monetary value and personal gain.

Khloe hasn't been the only one of her sisters accused of blackfishing ... Kylie Jenner has also come under fire over the years -- most recently when she announced her Bratz doll collection back in August.

The rapper says he was trying to fly out of the South American country Tuesday, but he was grounded at the airport while officers combed through his plane in search of cocaine.

French posted video of his encounter with law enforcement, and you see a handful of police officers going through the plane along with a drug-sniffing dog.

He's keeping a cool head about it, for the most part, even petting the K-9 in front of officers. He's also proclaiming his innocence ... saying la policia got the wrong idea about him.

Yes, he named his label (and mixtape series) Cokeboys, but French declares there's no contraband on his ride.

Despite the hard time from Colombian police, French says he's still got love for the country ... though he adds, "you don't have to do me like this!!!"

Atlanta's food scene has been under the microscope since a viral food critic came to town with bad reviews -- and now, some of these places are promising change.

Keith Lee, who has a massive TikTok following and whose food reviews have turned small, unseen businesses into out-the-door favorites brought his talents to the ATL last week -- and had a lot to say.

He did a number of video reviews ... and a good handful of them actually ended up being retrospectives into how difficult it turned out to be to order takeout at a bunch of well-known/popular establishments in town. His stops included The Real Milk & Honey, and Kandi Burruss's Old Lady Gang restaurant -- both experiences, he says, left him without food.

Apparently, there are a ton of "rules" Keith says he and his family had to go through to even place an order or to be seated -- stemming from what he characterizes as bad customer service -- and since calling these places out ... a lot of folks have chimed in to agree.

In the aftermath of these reviews -- and amid all the discourse that's followed -- there seems to be a consensus ... it's kinda difficult to dine in Atlanta, and for no real good reason, either.

Kandi addressed part of Keith's critique -- the fact he and his crew couldn't easily order takeout -- and said her restaurant puts the focus and resources on those who eat in. However, she didn't address his claim he was only offered a table because of his name.

In any case ... Kandi welcomes him back and hopes she and the OLG team can get another shot. The folks who own The Real Milk & Honey (which is a franchised restaurant) took a slightly different approach ... but ultimately landed with a bit of a clarification/apology too.

After one of the RMH honchos reportedly torched Keith on a local radio station -- in trying to defend his restaurant's stringent practices -- the restaurant itself issued a lengthy statement Tuesday ... seemingly admitting to being in the wrong.

The corporate account says they've done some soul-searching over the course of this week-long saga ... and now, The Real Milk & Honey is vowing to tweak how they operate.

They don't exactly say what's in store -- but it appears Keith's review made 'em think twice.

BTW, this whole chapter took over part of the Internet for a good several days ... and it got some big-time celebs weighing in on the supposed Atlanta food scene "problem" -- including Cardi B, who in no uncertain terms sided with Keith ... and thanked him for exposing it.

As many have noted ... the Keith Lee effect is real, for better or worse. Take note, folks -- he critiques food AND customer service ... and he'll let ya know if he's not feeling it!
