4/28/2016 8:25 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

1221-justin-blackmon-mug-shot-01Former NFL star Justin Blackmon has pled guilty to 1 count of misdemeanor DUI ... stemming from a December arrest in Oklahoma where video showed he could barely stand up straight.

As we previously reported, the ex-Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver was pulled over around 3 AM on December 19th ... and claimed he only had 2 drinks before getting behind the wheel of his Jeep.

Cops weren't buying it ... and the dash cam video obtained by TMZ Sports shows the guy was absolutely hammered.

Now, we've learned Blackmon entered a guilty plea in court Wednesday morning -- and faces serious time behind bars when he's sentenced in June.

Besides being Blackmon's 2nd DUI arrest in 3 years -- he was also suspended indefinitely from the NFL in 2013 for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Police say Hauser seemed drunk, and after a field sobriety test he was cuffed and taken to the station, where he was booked for DUI.

He's out on $15k bail.

We could not reach Hauser or his rep for comment.

EXCLUSIVE

041316-debby-ryan-gettyupdate_graphic_red_bar1:45 PM PT -- Debby just took to Twitter about her arrest, saying, "Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgement. I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone."update_grey_gray_barDebby Ryan, one of Disney's biggest stars, was arrested for felony drunk driving ... TMZ has learned.

The star of "Jessie" was driving in L.A. last week at around 11 PM when she made a left in her 2016 Audi and slammed into a Mercedes. Our law enforcement sources say the driver claimed injury.

Cops came, gave the 22-year-old actress a field sobriety test and promptly arrested her for felony DUI. It's standard operating procedure for cops to arrest for a felony when there's injury.

Debby got a break ... authorities decided to bump it down to a misdemeanor because the injury was minor and she blew a .11 ... not that much over the .08 legal limit.

Debby -- who's out on $100k bail -- has been charged with 2 criminal offenses ... driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.

We reached out to her reps ... so far no word back.

The specifics of Wambach's diversion requirements have not been made public yet.

According to court records, obtained by TMZ, Kazama had a date with a judge on March 28 -- for DUI and misdemeanor assault charges -- but was a no-show, so the court issued an arrest warrant.

NBA's Ty Lawson Punished In Denver Drunk Driving Case ... Miraculously Avoids Jail

3/22/2016 8:19 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
Breaking News

0322-ty-lawson-getty-01Indiana Pacers star Ty Lawson pulled off a miracle ... somehow avoiding jail in his Denver drunk driving case even though prosecutors desperately wanted him to serve time.

Lawson had pled guilty to driving while ability impaired back in November ... after failing field sobriety tests during his arrest on Jan. 23rd 2015. During the incident, cops say Lawson reeked of booze and couldn't stand up straight.

Prosecutors raised the issue that Lawson had 2 drunk driving incidents before the Denver arrest -- and was busted for DUI in L.A. in July -- saying he needed jail to learn his lesson.

But the judge said Lawson's 2 previous cases didn't count as "offenses" -- unclear why ... we're looking into it.

Regardless, Lawson was ultimately sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to complete 48 hours of community service, 52 hours of therapy and NO MARIJUANA USE!

He also has to undergo monitored sobriety checks -- which means no alcohol either.

Dak Prescott THE MUG SHOT ... After DUI Arrest

3/14/2016 2:01 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0314-dak-prescott-mug-shot-watermark-01TMZ Sports has obtained Dak Prescott's mug shot ... taken the same day the Mississippi State QB was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Prescott was pulled over at 12:31 AM in his 2016 Cadillac Escalade SUV -- and later charged with speeding and DUI.

Interesting note in the police report ... cops say Prescott took 2 breath tests -- but one was an "insufficient sample" and the other one was an "invalid sample."

This could be a very good thing for Prescott -- because the absence of a blood alcohol sample makes it harder for prosecutors to get a DUI conviction.

Prescott was one of the top QBs in the upcoming draft and before the arrest had been projected to go in the 3rd or 4th round.

He's due back in court in April.

Law enforcement in Manitou Springs, Colorado tell TMZ last month Zero Kazama began yelling at people visiting the town's historic cliff dwellings ... telling them they were on sacred ground and would be killed if they didn't leave.

We're told visitors were so scared, employees had to lock the area down until cops arrived ... but when they did, Kazama was no where to be found.

Cops put an alert out for Zero and later that night, officers from a nearby station found the host at the scene of a car wreck ... he was arrested and booked for DUI, reckless driving and assault.

Kazama was released the next day on a $1k bond.
