Justin Bieber's Bodyguard Un-Pee-lievable Two-Minute Stream ... On Police Body Cam

6/24/2018 12:50 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Justin Bieber's head of security unleashed a stream in EPIC proportions after he was arrested for DUI ... and TMZ's obtained the police body cam footage that'll BLOW. YOUR. MIND.

The footage starts with Bieber's bodyguard, Michael Arana, in the back of a squad car after he was busted back in November 2017. You can see and hear him tell the officer he needs to use the restroom. The cop replies, "How bad is it?" Michael says, "Real bad" ... and he was NOT kidding.

Check it out ... what happens next was life imitating art. Hence, this 'Revenge of the Nerds 2' clip, which is EXACTLY what crossed the cop's mind after Michael finally finished. INSANE.

We broke the story ... Michael was arrested in Miami after the car he was driving in smashed into a police car, badly injuring the cops, one of whom was so badly injured he was airlifted to a hospital.

Michael lucked out BIG TIME because he avoided felony charges

Mac Miller Place Your Bids on G-Wagon From DUI Crash!!!

6/23/2018 12:40 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

The damages to the G-Wagon Mac Miller crashed will be someone else's problem ... once a winning bid's accepted at auction.

The whip's being auctioned off by the fine folks at Copart. The insurance company totaled the vehicle, because the repair cost exceeded its value.

The estimated retail value of the car is around $100k ... the top bid so far is just north of $12k. Buyer beware ... the car's got a few scratches, to say the least.

The auction runs through Wednesday.

TMZ broke the story ... Mac crashed and knocked over a utility pole back in May. He was arrested at his home for DUI and hit and run after admitting to driving drunk. So far, he has not been charged, but if he is and he's convicted ... it'll be Uber time.

Justin Bieber Bodyguard Avoids Felony Charges In Miami DUI Case

6/14/2018 12:30 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Justin Bieber's head of security lucked out BIG time in his DUI case from last year -- avoiding any felony charges after allegedly injuring 2 cops and fleeing the scene.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bieber's chief bodyguard, Michael Arana, ended up pleading guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving. The 2 misdemeanor charges of DUI and 2 felony charges of fleeing the scene that he was originally facing were dropped.

We're told prosecutors lacked sufficient evidence to prove he'd actually left the scene of the accident. He had already pulled over -- just 150 yards from the impact -- when cops arrived on the scene. They never chased him.

You'll also recall, Arana refused to submit to a breathalyzer or blood test. Sources say Arana didn't show signs of impairment at the scene, so prosecutors dropped the DUI charge.

All in all, Arana is gonna have to pay about $1,000 in fines, complete 100 hours of community service, and enter into a victim impact program. He'll also be on probation for a year.

6/12/2018 1:00 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Vince Vaughn was leaning against a bar with a drink in his hand hours before he was busted for DUI ... according to photos TMZ has obtained.

The pics were taken Saturday at the Aloft Hotel in El Segundo, CA where Vince was attending a party. We're told he was there from about 7 PM to 10 PM. He was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint about 2-and-a-half hours later ... not far from the hotel.

You can see Vince is wearing the same gray shirt as the one he was wearing in his smirky mug shot.

Hard to make out exactly what he's drinking, but witnesses tell us he seemed to be sipping vodka-sodas while mingling with the guests.

TMZ broke the story ... Vaughn and a male passenger were stopped by Manhattan Beach PD early Sunday morning.

Vince was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and obstructing an officer. His co-pilot got nailed for obstruction and public intoxication.

Vince Vaughn Smooth(ie) Criminal ... Allegedly

6/11/2018 2:07 PM PDT

Vince Vaughn's taking things slow after his DUI arrest -- opting for a daytime power smoothie, and a good old-fashioned walk instead of a drive.

Vince was out and about Monday in Manhattan Beach, CA -- the same city where he got busted for drinking and driving Sunday. He was strolling around with a blended juice beverage in hand ... probably a good shot of energy after his rough weekend.

TMZ broke the story ... Vince was arrested for DUI, as well as obstructing an officer. Cops say he and his passenger, who was also arrested, refused to get out of Vince's car when they were initially pulled over at a DUI checkpoint.

We don't know what Vince's BAC was when he was arrested ... cops say blood test results aren't back yet.

Both men posted bail and have been released.Vince Vaughn is in jail after an early morning bust for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Ariana Grande Mac's DUI is Not My Fault ... I'm Not His Babysitter!!!

5/23/2018 10:01 AM PDT
Breaking News

Ariana Grande is lashing out at anyone who thinks Mac Miller's car wreck and DUI is somehow her fault because, as she puts it ... she's NOT his mother or his babysitter.

Ariana responded to one Twitter troll in particular ... saying she had cared for Mac and tried to support his sobriety for years, "But shaming/blaming women for a man's inability to keep his s**t together is a very major problem."

Mac has talked about his struggles with the bottle in the past, and Ariana says it was definitely an issue while they dated. She says, "Of course I didn't share about how hard or scary it was while it was happening but it was."

TMZ broke the story ... Mac smashed up his G-Wagon, and got busted for DUI ... one week after he and Ariana announced their split.

She says she'll continue praying for Mac to figure out his problems, but adds ... it's absurd to expect any woman to "stay in a toxic relationship" just because Mac wrote a song ("Cinderella") about her.

Mac Miller's DUI Arrest No Nikes on My Feet ... But, Sweater's on My Face Leaving Jail

5/17/2018 11:03 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Mac Miller walked out of jail Thursday morning not wanting to talk about his DUI arrest -- and, apparently, not wanting folks to see his face either.

We got Mac leaving the slammer in Van Nuys late Thursday morning, where just hours earlier he had been locked up for allegedly crashing into a power pole and fleeing the scene ... all while drunk.

Our camera guy asks the hard questions. Why did he allegedly bail from the crash site? How much had he had to drink? What did he say to cops to get a glowing suspect review? And is this in any way related to his recent split from Ariana Grande

Mac was having none of it ... although, we did get a groan out of him. Talk about no comment.

Ariana just tweeted, "Pls take care of yourself."

5/17/2018 7:04 AM PDT
EXCLUSIVE

Mac Miller is locked up after allegedly crashing his car while he was drunk and then fleeing the scene.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Mac was driving in the San Fernando Valley around 1 AM Thursday when his 2016 G-Wagon hit a power pole, knocking it down.

Mac and his 2 passengers fled the scene on foot. An eyewitness called the cops and told them which direction Mac and his buddies had gone. Cops arrived at the crash scene, ran the plates and got Mac's address. They went to his home and we're told he confessed to driving drunk and fleeing the scene.

Cops will give him this ... one law enforcement source tells us, "He was the most polite and nice intoxicated person we've ever seen."

Mac was cuffed and taken to jail. His bail was set at $15k. As of the time this post was published, he's still behind bars.

Mac and Ariana Grande just broke up earlier this month.

EXCLUSIVE

It's a good thing Jeremy Lane is in shape ... because he's been sentenced to 2 days of manual labor in his DUI case, TMZ Sports has learned.

He eventually pled guilty to the lesser charge of reckless driving -- and now we've learned he's been sentenced to 2 years probation ... and 2 days on a "work crew."

The "work crew" in King County, Washington is described as "supervised manual labor for various public service agencies."

In addition, Lane must also complete a drug/alcohol evaluation and attend a DUI victim impact panel.

Lane has some free time these days -- he was cut by the Seahawks back in March and is currently a free agent.

EXCLUSIVE

Stacey Koon -- the former LAPD sergeant who went to prison for his role in the Rodney King beating -- is in trouble with the law once again ... TMZ has learned.

Koon was arrested Tuesday afternoon in L.A. county for a DUI, after he hit a parked pickup truck with his 1999 GMC Yukon ... according to law enforcement.

We're told a neighbor nearby heard the accident and called 911. When the cop showed up, he determined Koon was under the influence of alcohol and made the arrest.

Koon was almost double the legal limit. Our sources say he was very cooperative during the arrest. He was cited and released to a family member, and fortunately there were no injuries.

After being acquitted in a California Superior Court on April 1992 for using excessive force on King -- a verdict that triggered the L.A. riot -- Koon was tried in L.A. federal court in 1993 for violating King's civil rights and found guilty. He served 30 months in prison.

Steve Wilkos Dodges Jail In DUI Case

4/23/2018 1:33 PM PDT

Steve Wilkos caught a big break Monday in his DUI case after a judge ordered him to participate in an Alcohol Education Program in a case that could have landed him in jail.

The program will last 15 weeks. Wilkos must also participate on a panel with drunk driving victims. If he completes the program and keeps his nose clean for 1 year the DUI conviction will be erased from his record.

Wilkos had a shocking blood alcohol level of .29 -- more than 3 times the legal limit.

He was arrested after his SUV struck several polls and a tree before flipping over. He was taken to the hospital but miraculously suffered only minor injuries.

Wilkos told TMZ he was suffering from depression. He told us at the time, "This experience reinforces my commitment to get the professional help that I need and I have recently completed an intensive, medically supervised program."
